Chapter Thirty – Two
Tommy looked over at Kimberly. They looked over their daughter, who appeared to be trying to calm down while hanging out with Minh, Lily, Fran and Casey.
"Kim, I've been thinking," Tommy looked at his wife as the masters were walking over towards them, "I think we're putting this off for too long."
"Put what off for too long?" Kimberly asked.
"Saving my son?" Master Finn added.
"Exactly," Tommy nodded, "I was thinking of the time when you were held captive by Zedd. I remembered the stress just thinking about what you were going through, but you were unconscious through the whole ordeal."
"What should we do?" Kimberly asked.
"We should give Rekino, Dustin and Jillian a head start in rescuing RJ," Tommy suggested, "they were hell bent on rescuing him."
"As am I," Casey blurted out as he walked over to the area, "RJ's my best friend, someone I consider my older brother. He was my mentor when Dai Shi attacked the city."
"Dad," Jillian arrived at the area, "I think you should let Casey join us in the head start, Master Finn as well."
"What brings this up?" Kimberly asked.
"First off, Master Finn is RJ's Dad," Jillian answered, "Also, Casey and I might have been butting heads for some time, but we have something in common: we care very much about RJ and we can't stand that someone is hurting him, therefore, we are putting our differences aside so we can save RJ."
"And don't forget," Casey pointed out, "The Fortress of Despair is the same location Dai Shi's domain used to be, and Master Finn and I know where it is."
"Let's add two more people to the head start!" Rekino exclaimed as she stormed in the room, "Dustin! He is hell bent on not only wanting to nail that mother fucking bitch who not only played him and his baby brother, but to rescue RJ as well!"
"It's only fair," Dustin nodded in agreement as he joined the Wildfire Guardian in tow.
"They have a valid argument there," Casey smirked and nodded.
"Who's the other person?" Master Finn asked.
"That would be me," James answered as he walked over to the area.
Tommy sighed before speaking, "Let's not argue any further. Jillian, Casey, Dustin, Rekino, James and Master Finn will get a head start in rescuing RJ and head over to the Fortress of Despair first."
Jillian looked at everyone in the room as Fran walked over to her, "Please, bring RJ back home to me."
"We will," Rekino replied with confidence, "you can take that to the bank."
Rekino and James got in their sub armor before leaving the loft with Master Finn, Casey, Jillian and Dustin in tow.
"Do you think this is a good idea?" Tori asked.
"It'll be fine," Master Swoop answered, "they'll be just fine and so will RJ."

Fran looked on as the group made their way to rescue RJ. The rest of the heroes would join them not too long afterwards, they would need a little more time for some odd reason.
"So, this must be the loft where my nephew stays," a stranger's voice spoke up.
The bookworm looked over to see a man in his mid 30s in the room with a young man with curly brown hair in a red and black uniform, an Asian girl in pink and black uniform, a blonde woman in a black and yellow uniform, a blonde man wearing a black and orange uniform, a black man wearing a black uniform with black stripes, and an Asian guy wearing a blue and black uniform.
"The Operation Overdrive team!" Adam exclaimed as he walked over to the team, "You came here quicker than I expected."
"Did you think it'd take us a week?" the man asked.
"Well, um," Adam answered, "I didn't think you'd come here just now."
"Where's my brother-in-law?" the man asked.
"Brother in law?" Theo asked, confused, "just who are you?"
"My name is Andrew Hartford," the man answered before glancing towards the six uniformed people, "and this is the Power Rangers Operation Overdrive."
"My name is Mack Hartford," the guy in red introduced himself first, "Operation Overdrive Red Ranger."
"Rose Ortiz," the Asian girl in pink introduced herself next, "Operation Overdrive Pink Ranger."
"Veronica Ronny Robinson, but call me Ronny," the blonde girl was the next to introduce herself, "Operation Overdrive Yellow Ranger."
"Dax Lo at your service!" the Asian guy in blue introduced himself next, "I am the Operation Overdrive Blue Ranger!"
"Will Aston's my name," the guy in black spoke next, "and Operation Overdrive Black Ranger is my ranger code."
"They call me Tyzonn," the blonde guy was the last to introduce himself, "I am the Operation Overdrive Mercury Ranger."
Then, the rest of the heroes proceeded to introduce themselves to the Operation Overdrive Power Rangers.
"You'll meet my sister, James, Casey, Jillian and Master Finn shortly," Ryo spoke up.
"Just so you know Andrew, your brother-in-law Master Finn is on his way to rescue his youngest son," Master Swoop spoke up.
"My cousin is captured?" Mack asked.
"By his psychotic ex girlfriend who is now working for the enemy," Hana answered, "She's a real bitch, I'll tell you that now."
"Hana!" Amaya exclaimed.
"But isn't it true he's being held?" Mack asked.
"Yes," Josephine answered, "that wasn't why she freaked out. She doesn't like to hear curse words."
"I see," Ronny quipped, "a religion thing."
"It's not much to do with my religion," Amaya sighed, "There are other ways to express yourselves besides that inappropriate language."
"My Dad isn't religious," Mack stated, "and he doesn't allow me to curse."
"We're wasting time guys," Tommy told the others, "we need to hurry and meet Jillian and the others in rescuing RJ."
"I agree," Dominic added, "we need to hurry before three of our team gets their spirits drained."
"What do you mean by that?" Sage asked.
"RJ from his hellish captivity," Dominic answered.
"Jillian as she is his girlfriend," Lily added.
"And Casey," Theo chimed in, "out of all of us in the original team, he was the closest to RJ."
"Still is," Dominic nodded in agreement, "even though RJ and I were best friends for years."
"We better hurry," Kimberly looked at everyone in the room.
"I'll stick around and keep an eye out on things," Fran told the heroes.
"As will I," Flit added.
"Me as well," Hartford glanced around.
"Good luck in rescuing RJ," Twyla told the heroes.
"Thanks," Tommy gave a small smile, "we're going to need it."
With that, the Power Rangers, Ronin Warriors and Lady Ronin Guardians all made their way out of the loft and on their way to the Fortress of Despair to help Rekino, Dustin, Jillian, Casey, James and Master Finn to rescue RJ.

RJ groaned in pain as he was trying to reach for his clothes on the floor. Whatever he had been drugged with had left him with excruciating pain. He couldn't tell how long this pain had started, but it felt like an eternity, that was for sure.
What appeared to be some sort of miracle, RJ had managed to get his left arm out of bondage. Perhaps with luck, maybe he could use his free arm to free himself from the rest of the bondage Kelly had placed him in.
The pain was overwhelming at times and it was to the point to where he couldn't breathe at times.
"Come on, RJ," the Wolf Master muttered to himself, "you can do this."
He managed to reach his other arm and get himself out of the bondage there. Now, it was time to get his feet out of bondage.
Despite another surge of pain, he managed to get his feet out of bondage out of sheer luck.
He staggered out of the bed, beginning to feel another surge of pain. The Wolf Master had no idea how long he could take this as he managed to get his shirt and pants on, even though he was still sticky from the assault he had endured.
Before he could reach his shoes and jacket, he felt as if he was about to pass out. He could only think of his friends and his girlfriend as he felt himself fading to black.
Dad, Casey, please hurry. I am not sure how much longer I can stand this.
The next thing, RJ could remember, he found himself surrounded in a dark vast of space. He knew he wasn't awake and then he sat up and found himself in some sort of ruins.
"What is this place?" RJ asked himself as he looked around the room.
"Welcome, Pai Zhua Wolf Master," a feminine voice called from behind.
Startled RJ turned around and saw a beautiful warrior woman standing before him.
"Who are you?" the Wolf Master asked.
"My name is Dulcea," the woman answered, "warrior of the planet Phaedos. I am also a close ally to some of the veteran rangers. The parents to your panther happen to know me."
"Parents to my Panther?" RJ looked confused for a moment before remembering Jillian had the spirit of the panther, "So you're saying Tommy and Kimberly know you?"
"Yes," Dulcea explained, "Tommy has the Ninjetti Spirit of the Falcon while Kimberly's is of the Crane. Your close friend Adam has the spirit of the Frog."
RJ couldn't help but to chuckle a moment before keeping it together and asking, "What about the others that you met?"
"Rocky, who has the spirit of the ape," Dulcea answered, "Aisha, who has the spirit of the bear, and Billy, who has the spirit of the wolf, just like you."
"That answers that question," RJ glanced around the room.
"Before you ask further questions," Dulcea spoke up, "Pai Zhua happens to have a connection to the Ninjetti to some degree."
"However, it was never necessary to reveal that information," a familiar voice added, "as I never thought both Ninjetti and Pai Zhua would ever meet."
Startled, RJ turned to see Master Mao in the area.
"Master Mao," RJ glanced in shock. He had no idea what to say at first because of everything that had happened recently.
"I could tell that you have been enduring a lot of stress with the one you call Kelly Halloway," Master Mao stated, "who had went under the alias of Tiffany Coldiron."
"I've been naive in trusting that woman," RJ said sadly, "she also hurt my oldest brother Dustin. I am needing to get out of where I was being held."
"You will in time," Dulcea assured the Wolf Master, "your Panther, the shark, the Tiger and the rest of your friends are on their way to rescue you right now."
He recognized who she was implying almost immediately, "Dad. Jillian. Casey."
"They are on their way," Master Mao assured him, "everything will be okay. You will have to tell the others what happened to you, then in time, your wounds will heal."
RJ nodded as he suddenly had a memory come to him. He remembered the same day Tiffany/Kelly dumped him was the same day the Heartbreak monster, Heartbreak Feeder fed on the energy of the heartbreak he was trying to hide. He remembered feeling despair at first because of the monster trapping him in a realm of despair along with its other victims, but he ended up pulling through to help the other victims of Heartbreak Feeder pull through and they broke free from the dimension to save themselves from the monster and RJ vowed to never let anyone make him feel bad about himself any further. Later on, Tiffany/Kelly tried to apologize but it was too late, RJ kicked her out of the loft and fired her, kicked her out of the parlor, loft and all, and until last night, that was the last he heard of her.
"Rest, Brave and Wise Wolf," he heard Dulcea tell him, "your friends are on their way."
RJ opened his eyes and found himself back in his prison. He looked up and got his shoes and jacket on and prepared to make an exit before running into Kelly once again.
"Going somewhere, RJ?" Kelly smirked, holding a round object in her hands. This brought RJ by surprise immediately.
"What? Is that a Crystal Eye?!" RJ exclaimed in shock.
