Chapter Thirty – Three
James looked on as he, Master Finn, Rekino, Casey, Jillian and Dustin made their way to the main entrance to the Fortress of Despair.
"This is all too familiar," Casey stated as the Tiger Master recalled entering what used to be Dai Shi's domain, now the Fortress of Despair, when he went to help Jarrod free himself from Dai Shi's control.
"I know the familiar feeling," Master Finn nodded in agreement as he recalled when he and RJ went into Dai Shi's domain to rescue Master Swoop and Master Phant from Dai Shi and the Phantom Beasts.
The group looked on as a group of Rinshi made their way to where the heroes were.
"Looks like the evil is not about to let up!" Rekino quipped.
"Let's hurry!" Jillian exclaimed, "RJ needs us!"
Casey and Jillian got out their morphers, and Dustin followed suit.
"Armor of the Wildfire! Dao Jin!"
"Armor of the Eliminator! Dao Chin!"
"Jungle Beasts Spirit Unleashed!"
"With the Strength of a Tiger, Jungle Fury Red Ranger!"
"As graceful as a panther, Jungle Fury Pink Ranger!"
"Ninja Storm, Ranger Form! Ha!"
"Power Earth! Ninja Storm Yellow Ranger!"
Master Finn got out his swords and fought the rinshi in his path. The Power Rangers, Rekino and James followed suit. The shark master did a stellar job taking out his opponents. Dustin used his Earth powers against his opponents as well as his ninja ability.
"Free the Panther!" Jillian unleashed her panther spirit and took out the opponents in her path.
"Free the Tiger!" Casey unleashed his tiger spirit and took out the opponents in his path.
Rekino was standing out in taking out her opponents with ease, and without mercy. She majorly used her ninjetti skills for awhile before unleashing her surekill attack, "Tornado Fire Flare!"
James did a stellar job in his own right taking on all of his opponents. He was prepared for action, "Power Sword Strike!"
He managed to take out the opponents in his path.
"Hear this Witch Bitch: we're here to bring RJ home!" Rekino shouted, "Either you stay the fuck out of our way or there will surely be hell to pay!"
"Glad you mentioned that," Keith smirked as he and Geneva were side-by-side, "which is exactly why Kartras brought us and a couple of monsters to distract you!"
"Looks like we got our word cut out for us," Jillian quipped.
"Which is why we are here!" a voice shouted from behind.
Jason, Zack, Billy, Minh, and Kimberly all arrived at the scene first.
"We're all in this together!" Jason declared.
"The Dark Elite has their word cut out for them!" Zack added.
"We here to bring RJ back home!" Billy declared.
"We are also here to put the evil in its place!" Minh added.
"And show to you that good will always win over evil!" Kimberly chimed in.
"That's because we are the Power Rangers!"
"We got your back!" another voice shouted.
Tommy, Adam, Rocky, Tanya and Kat were the next team of rangers to arrive at the scene.
"Zeo Ranger I Pink!"
"Zeo Ranger II Yellow!"
"Zeo Ranger III Blue!"
"Zeo Ranger IV Green!"
"Zeo Ranger V Red!"
"Power Rangers Zeo!"
"Don't forget about us!"
Eric, Tori, Blake and Hunter all arrived at the scene. Dustin joined them.
"Power Air! Ninja Storm Red Ranger!"
"Power Earth! Ninja Storm Yellow Ranger!"
"Power Water! Ninja Storm Blue Ranger!"
"Power Thunder!" Blake and Hunter exclaimed in unison.
"Ninja Storm Navy Ranger!"
"Ninja Storm Crimson Ranger!"
"Power Rangers Ninja Storm!"
"Here's us as well!" another voice shouted.
Conner, Kira, Ethan and Trent all arrived at the scene.
"Dino Thunder Red Ranger!"
"Dino Thunder Yellow Ranger!"
"Dino Thunder Blue Ranger!"
"Dino Thunder White Ranger!"
"Power Rangers Dino Thunder!"
"Don't forget about us!" shouted another voice.
Lily, Theo and Dominic arrived at the scene. Jarrod and Camille followed suit.
"With the Stealth of a Jaguar, Jungle Fury Blue Ranger!"
"With the Speed of a Cheetah, Jungle Fury Yellow Ranger!"
"With the Power of a Rhino, Jungle Fury Rhino Ranger!"
"With the Power of a Mighty Lion!"
"With the Cunning of a Chameleon!"
Jillian and Casey joined Theo, Lily and Dominic as the five of them declared, "We summon the animal spirits from within! Power Rangers Jungle Fury!"
"Heads up!" shouted another voice.
Ryo, Rowen, Mia, Sage, Hana, Cye, Amaya, Kento and Josephine all arrived at the scene, all in sub armor.
"Armor of Wildfire! Dao Jin!"
"Armor of Strata! Dao Inochi!"
"Armor of Halo! Dao Chi!"
"Armor of Torrent! Dao Shin!"
"Armor of Hardrock! Dao Gi!"
Rekino and James joined their teammates.
"Ryo of the Wildfire!"
"Lady Wildfire!"
"Rowen of the Strata!"
"Lady Strata!"
"Sage of the Halo!"
"Lady Halo!"
"Cye of the Torrent!"
"Lady Torrent!"
"Kento of the Hardrock!"
"Lady Diamond!"
"James of the Eliminator!"
"There's one more team of rangers the Dark Elite hasn't met yet!" Adam declared.
"And who's that?" Geneva scoffed.
"Us!" a voice shouted from behind.
Mack,Will, Dax, Ronny, Rose and Tyzonn all arrived at the scene.
"Call to Adventure, Red Ranger!"
"Call to Adventure, Black Ranger!"
"Call to Adventure, Blue Ranger!"
"Call to Adventure, Yellow Ranger!"
"Call to Adventure, Pink Ranger!"
"Call to Adventure, Mercury Ranger!"
"Power Rangers Operation Overdrive!"
"Big deal," Keith glanced at all of the heroes, "no matter how many of you there are, you won't win!"
"The Four Fingers of Poison! Attack!" Geneva ordered.
"Naja," Keith called upon the revived monsters, "Rantipede, Stingerella, Gakko, Toady! Attack!"
"Oh great," Theo groaned, "those guys again?"
"Don't worry about them!" Rocky insisted to the Jungle Fury team.
"Some of you guys go find RJ," Jason told the rangers, Ronins and Guardians, "and the rest of us will deal with these monsters and rinshi."
"Geneva and Keith as well," Kat added.
"Tigerzord! White Ranger Power!" Tommy switched his powers from Red Zeo Ranger to White Mighty Morphin Ranger before joining the Jungle Fury Rangers and a handful of others in rescuing RJ.
Jason, Zack, Kat, Tanya, Rocky, Tori, Hunter, Blake, Will, Cye, Amaya, Mia, Rowen, Tyzonn and Ronny all remained at the front to fight the Rinshi and Five Fingers of Poison while the others went to rescue RJ.
"Arrow Shock Wave!"
"Eight Way Storm!"
Rowen and Mia's attacks wiped out their opponents.
"Super Wave Smasher!"
"Deep Fathom Sphere!"
The attacks from Cye and Amaya took out their opponents. Ronny used her speed to take out her opponents.

"I trust you remember the crystal eyes?" Kelly shown him the round object, "From what I heard, the Phantom Beasts were once imprisoned in these. Your father was also imprisoned in this little round thing as well."
"Yeah, he was," RJ quickly replied before another surge of pain managed to hit him again, "don't remind me."
"You know," Kelly gazed upon the crystal eyes, "if the Phantom Beasts could control the masters using these crystal eyes, imagine what these could do to a ranger like you."
RJ scoffed as he managed to get a hold of himself, "Jokes on you! The Phantom Beasts have been long destroyed, so there's no chance in that. Unless..."
He glanced up in shock, realizing what she was planning to do.
"Don't tell me," RJ stated.
"You know me," Kelly crossed her arms, "I'm into the magicks for the past few years now. After our break up, I managed to figure out how to use this without a Phantom Beast, and I know you won't join my side, or the Dark Elite, willingly."
"You're right about that," RJ replied, "it's not gonna happen."
"Just as I thought."
RJ looked up as his ex girlfriend was chanting a few words in a foreign language and dark energy was emerging from the crystal eye.
Before he could make a move, RJ felt the energy hit him and he screamed before everything went to black.

Kelly smirked in satisfaction seeing that her plan had worked watching RJ give in to the dark power.
"Did the plan work?" Nathan asked.
Slowly, RJ rose up. His eyes shone black and he smiled a sinister smile.
"Holy crap!" the Griffin warrior exclaimed happily, "It worked!"
"The Power Rangers will be destroyed," RJ declared, "Ronin Warriors and all who defy the Dark Elite!"
"Oooh!" Nathan exclaimed with delight, "I love this new wolf master!"
"RJ!"
The warriors turned to see the rangers, Ronins and Guardians all arriving at the area.
"Perfect timing!" Kelly exclaimed as she, and Nathan both armored up.
"What did you do to him, Kelly?!" Dustin demanded.
"You're about to find out," the Blue Dragon warrior answered.
RJ slowly turned, smiling evilly with his eyes shining black. Jillian gasped at the sight while the others looked on in shock.
The griffin warrior summoned rinshi as he joined the blue dragon warrior in their latest fight.
"We're prepared to take you all on!" Nathan declared.
"Go on now, pet," Kelly told RJ, "have your fun, and destroy your own team."
"Of course," RJ replied, prepared to fight.
"Uh oh!" Dominic exclaimed, "He means business!"
"RJ?" Casey posed as he looked on in shock.
The rangers, Ronins, and Guardians sprang into action as RJ, the rinshi and the warriors all launched into battle.
"RJ!" Theo exclaimed as he was the first to fight the wolf master. RJ managed to defeat the Jaguar Master with ease.
"Stop!" Minh hurried to the scene. RJ grabbed her wrist and started to twist it, causing the yellow ranger to cry out in pain.
"Leave her alone!" Billy stepped in. The Wolf master duked it out with the wolf Ninjetti and ended up defeating him despite a strong battle.
"That's it!" Dustin exclaimed before he used his Earth powers to try to subdue is youngest brother. RJ fell to the ground but easily leapt back to his feet.
Tori tried using her water powers to try to subdue the Wolf Master, but that proved to be futile despite a hit, the wolf master fought back and beat her down.
"Get back!" Mack lunged towards his cousin before proceeding to fight him, "So, you must be my cousin RJ. Nice to meet you."
"Can't say the feeling's mutual," RJ snided before the two rangers fought, leading to the Wolf Ranger overpowered the red ranger.
"Hey, RJ," a voice called out from behind. He was met with a swift kick from behind, then he turned around to see Rose appear before him.
"Let's dance, little girl," RJ smirked before fighting and defeating both the pink and red rangers, "Too easy."
-Through-Dangerous-Times-
Conner, Kira, Ethan and Trent led Master Finn and Master Swoop to where the others were fighting.
"So there's RJ?" Kira asked.
"Pretty much," Ethan nodded.
"Something doesn't feel right," Swoop stated with dread.
"What do you mean?" Conner asked.
The group watched to see RJ fighting Dominic next.
"RJ!" Dominic called out to his best friend, "Come on, man! Snap out of it!"
"You Power Rangers are going to be destroyed!" RJ declared before laughing evilly.
"RJ!" Dominic cried out.
Despite the Rhino Ranger's best efforts, the Wolf Master defeated him and knocked him to the ground.
"RJ is fighting the others?" Master Finn paled at the sight of the fight.
"Kelly must be behind it," Conner stated.
"Heads up!" Kira exclaimed before telling her friends and the masters, "You guys might wanna cover your ears."
"Why's that?" Finn asked.
"Trust us, Dad," Conner added before covering his ears, "it's a good idea to do so."
After the others covered their ears, Kira unleashed her Ptera-Scream attack, taking RJ by surprise, as well as the others in the battle.
"Looks like more help has arrived!" Eric declared.
"Dino Thunder Power Up! Ha!"
"White Ranger, Dino Thunder!"
The Dino Thunder Rangers powered up before they join the battle along with the masters.
"RJ, stop!" Lily faced her former teacher next. The Cheetah Master tried her best to subdue the Wolf Master, but she was easily defeated.
"RJ, it's us!" Casey faced his best friend next as the Tiger Master tried to subdue him as well, "We're your friends!"
"Give me a break," RJ retorted, "I am loyal to the Dark Elite!"
The Wolf Master defeated the Tiger Master with ease.
"Thunder Bolt Cut!"
RJ managed to dodge the attack and found himself face to face with both Sage and Hana. The Wolf Master managed to kick down the former as the latter managed to pin him to the wall.
"Get off of me, you whore!" RJ exclaimed with anger.
"Nope," Hana quipped.
"Don't talk to my friend like that," Rekino replied as she swung a kick to the Wolf Master, knocking him down to the floor.
RJ leapt back up and found himself face to face with both the Wildfire and Halo Guardians. He kicked down Hana while fighting her, and then faced off against Rekino, who was giving him a really good fight with her ninja skills.
"Whoa," RJ stated, "for a short girl, she's quite the fighter."
"I heard that, asshole!" Rekino leapt forward and continued her fight with him, "I am not short, I am fun sized!"
After a great fight, Rekino managed to knock RJ down to the floor. Kelly only looked down in response.
"Get back up and fight!" the Blue Dragon warrior barked.
RJ approached Camille as she was the closest to him and he decided to fight her next.
"RJ," Camille pleaded, "you have to fight the evil!"
"The evil is a part of me, you disgusting lizard," RJ retorted before grabbing her by the throat.
"Let...go of...me," Camille choked, while trying to get through to her ally.
"RJ, stop!" Jarrod gave RJ a square kick from behind, releasing the chameleon warrior from his grasp.
"I take it you are ready for a rematch," RJ smirked at the lion warrior, "but this time I will be the one who kicks your ass!"
The Wolf Master fought back, and gave Jarrod a good fight before defeating him.
"Hey, RJ!" Eric called out, unleashing a wind attack on him.
RJ looked up, seeing Eric using his wind powers against him.
"Think you can use flight against me," RJ stated, "Nice try."
He prepared to release his wolf spirit, "Spirit of the Wolf!"
Everyone looked on in shock to see the wolf pummeling Eric to the ground.
Dax managed to give RJ a good kick before jumping up in the air, trying to fight the Wolf Master.
"You're as annoying as everyone says," RJ muttered before unleashing dark energy to beat down and knock down the blue ranger.
"Hey!" Ryo exclaimed, taking RJ on next.
The Ronin Leader fought against the Wolf Master before RJ managed to get the upper hand.
"Flare Up..." Ryo started to use his attack.
"Don't hurt him!" Casey called out.
"I don't care who he is," Josephine stepped forward, "I'm not backing down until he learns whose side he's on!"
"But it's not his fault!" Casey insisted.
RJ used dark energy to knock down Ryo, Josephine and Kento.
"Since when he could do that?" Kento asked.
"Okay, Wolf Master," James stepped forward, "you've defeated some rangers, Ronins, Guardians, a couple of Pai Zhua cubs, your own brothers and even your own team, but can you take me on?"
"Bring it on, James," RJ replied, preparing for a fight.
Both men fought a good fight but luckily, James managed to get the upper hand.
"Energy Claws Deploy!" James unleashed a non lethal attack on the Wolf Master, causing him to fall back to the ground.
"Don't just sit there," Kelly yelled at him, "finish the job!"
James looked at RJ's face and he could tell that this was wearing him out and he appeared to be in pain, but he couldn't tell if it was physical pain, something more, or a bit of both.
"I guess it's my turn," Tommy stepped forward.
"I've been waiting a long time for this, Tommy Boy." RJ stated with delight.
"Well," Tommy calmly replied, "the wait is over."
The white ranger and the wolf master fought a good fight. RJ managed to defeat Tommy on the first round.
"Thought that was my only form?" Tommy stood back up, "Think again. Dragonzord! Green Ranger power!"
The white ranger became the green ranger and round two began. After another great fight, Tommy managed to gain the upper hand this time.
"Zeo Ranger Five, Red!"
The green ranger was now the red ranger, "You really need a time out."
The two rangers fought another strong fight before RJ kicked Tommy in the chest and knocked him down, causing him to demorph, glancing at his daughter.
"Dad!" Jillian exclaimed in shock.
"Tommy!" Kimberly hurried to her husband.
"He needed a time out," RJ rose up as he chuckled and faced off against Jillian, "Now for the traitor."
Jillian faced her brainwashed boyfriend as he prepared to fight her, "RJ, this isn't you! Fight this!"
"That's the way it goes, traitor," RJ stated.
He started kicking and beating her down.
"Jillian!" Kimberly tried to rush to her daughter's side, only for Tommy to stop her.
"Don't do this, please," Jillian pleaded as RJ was fighting her and she was trying to block the attacks.
"RJ, stop!" Master Finn yelled as he hurried to his son, "Leave her alone!"
The shark master grabbed the wolf master by the arms.
"Get off of me!" RJ exclaimed in anger, "Let go of me!"
"Not a chance!" Finn replied before making his son look him in his brown eyes, "Look at me, RJ. Look at me."
Suddenly, RJ stopped struggling and fighting. He fell limp in his father's arms as the dark energy left his body.
"Did it work?" Cye asked.
"It looks like it," Hana answered.
RJ opened his eyes, which were now his normal green color.
"RJ, are you back with us?" Casey asked.
"Yes," RJ nodded, "and the Dark Elite doesn't have control over me anymore!"
"Yes!" Rekino cheered.
"Welcome back, RJ!" Dominic told his friend.
"Thanks," RJ nodded, "I knew I could count on my friends and loved ones."
"That's what friends and family are for," James replied.
"We need to get to the others," RJ told the others.
"Right!" Casey and the rest of the Jungle Fury team nodded as they were unaware of RJ's pain.

Ronny picked up Stingerella, "I've just about had enough of you!"
She used her speed power to beat down the monster.
The group looked as James and Rekino's group back at the scene with RJ.
"RJ's back!" Adam exclaimed.
"They did it!" Kat added.
"Not without a little detour," Master Finn pointed out.
"All that matters is RJ is back with us," Rowen grinned.
"Kelly and Nathan failed!" Geneva exclaimed.
"Let's kick things up a notch!" Keith looked on before he and the Python warriors unleashed dark energy at the Five Fingers of Poison to make the five monsters grow.
"Well that's a twist!" Rekino shouted.
"Time for Megazord power!" Jason declared.
"Mastodon!"
"Pterodactyl!"
"Triceratops!"
"Saber Tooth Tiger!"
"Tyrannosaurus!"
The Dino Megazord was formed.
Tommy, Adam, Rocky, Tanya, and Kat summoned their Zeo Megazord. The Zeo and Dino Megazords would take on Naja.
Eric, Tori and Dustin summoned the Storm Megazord and Blake and Hunter took on the Thunder Megazord and they would take on Rantipede.
Conner, Kira and Ethan summoned the Thersaurus Megazord and Trent summoned the DinoStegazord and they would take on Toady and Stingerella. The Operation Overdrive rangers helped out with the Drivemax Ultrazord.
That left the Jungle Fury Rangers, including Jarrod and Camille, with Gakko.
"Animal Spirits Unite!" the Jungle Fury Rangers called out in unison.
"Jungle Master Megazord!" Casey, Lily and Theo called upon the spirits of the gorilla, penguin and antelope and they combined to create the Jungle Master Megazord.
"Wolf Pride Megazord!" RJ called upon his wolf spirit along with the spirits of the tiger and jaguar which combined to create the Wolf Pride Megazord.
"Rhino Warrior Mode!" Dominic called upon his rhino zord.
"Jillian, I think it's time for some Dragonzord power to the Jungle Fury team!" Tommy called to his daughter.
"Sounds like a plan," Jillian replied before getting out her morpher, "It's Morphin Time! Dragonzord! Green Ranger Power!"
"Now combine some of the animal spirits," Tommy suggested, "it'll be interesting to see."
"Right," Jillian nodded, "I call upon the animal spirits to aid the Dragonzord! Cheetah, Lion, Chameleon, and Panther!"
The cheetah and panther spirits made the legs to this new megazord while the Dragonzord was the head and torso. The lion was the arms while the chameleon was the whip.
Jillian entered the Megazord with Jarrod and Camille in tow, "Dragonzord with animal spirits!"
"Excellent!" Zack exclaimed.
"Tommy and I have been working on this for a little bit now," Billy stated.
"We got a surprise for you, Ronin Warriors," Geneva smirked before three rinshi combined making into one huge ugly monster, "A monster for you to fight, Startron."
"That's not good," Rowen quipped.
"I think it's time we unleash the Inferno power," Mia suggested.
"Excellent idea!" Josephine exclaimed.
"Let's do it!" Rowen glanced at the others.
Rowen, Sage, Cye and Kento lent their powers to Ryo, causing his Wildfire armor to transform into the Inferno armor.
"Armor of the Inferno!" Ryo exclaimed.
"Now it's our turn!" Amaya stated. Mia, Hana, Amaya and Josephine lent their powers to Rekino, causing her Lady Wildfire armor to transform into the Lady Inferno armor.
"Armor of the Lady Inferno!" Rekino exclaimed.
Ryo and Rekino fought Startron, and the fight started off good, but eventually both siblings gained the upper hand against the monster.
"Rage of Inferno!" Ryo and Rekino unleashed a combined attack against the monster, destroying him in the process.
The Dino Thunder Rangers destroyed Toady and the Operation Overdrive rangers destroyed Stingerella, both with ease.
The same applied with the Ninja Storm Rangers as they destroyed Rantipeded with ease.
The original rangers and the Zeo Rangers managed to destroy Naja after a tough fight against the venomous monster.
Then came the Jungle Fury Rangers fighting Gakko. Jillian, Jarrod and Camille each did well while in their new megazord. RJ was having some trouble with his megazord because of his pain.
"It's time for a stampede!" Lily declared.
"Room for one more?" Jillian asked.
"Sounds great!" Casey answered.
"Animal Spirits Unite!"
The animal spirits of the tiger, jaguar, cheetah, elephant, bat, shark, wolf, gorilla, penguin, antelope, rhino, lion, chameleon and now, the panther, all joined forces to form the stampede.
The Jungle Fury team noticed as RJ fell to the ground in pain.
"RJ!" Casey called over to his friend.
"Are you okay?" Jillian asked.
"Been better," RJ tried his best to keep it together for the fight.
"Is everything okay over there?" Dustin asked.
"That doesn't look good," Eric quipped.
"Is RJ okay?" Conner asked.
"God, I hope so," Kira stated.
Even Master Finn was looking on in concern, sensing something was clearly wrong with his youngest son.
"I got this, guys," RJ insisted as he stood up and the pain was gone for the moment, "Let's do this!"
"Calling all animal spirits!" the Jungle Fury Rangers shouted in unison, "Fury fists!"
The attack from all of the animal spirits destroyed Gakko in the process.
The Jungle Fury rangers, Jarrod and Camille all cheered in victory. Suddenly, RJ dropped to the ground and demorphed, where he was now helmetless.
"RJ!" Jillian called to her boyfriend, hurrying to his side.
"RJ!" Casey hurried to his close friend.
"Whatever happened to him while he was captured," Dominic stated, "it must have taken a lot out of his wolf spirit."
Dustin overheard this and he was furious, "Kelly!"
He got out of the megazord he shared with Tori and Eric to go after the Blue Dragon warrior.
"Dustin, where are you going?" Tori asked.
"He's pissed," Eric quipped.
"That's an understatement."
Dustin managed to finally find Kelly who was not too far from where the battle was located.
"You've really gone too far this time!" Dustin glanced at his former friend.
"He's right about that," Casey said as he and Lily arrived at the scene while Jillian, Dominic and Theo took RJ to his father, "First you deceived the Ninja Storm Rangers by hiding and lying after abusing your own family!"
"Then, you abuse RJ," Lily added, "then you cheated on RJ, now this!"
Kelly glanced at the rangers, unfazed by their words.
"And if we find out you done more than just kidnap him," Dustin warned the blue dragon warrior, "there will be hell to pay!"
He used his Earth powers to pummel the blue dragon warrior to the ground, proving his point.
"We'll meet again," Kelly assured the group before vanishing, "count on it!"
Quickly, Dustin turned around to face Keith, Geneva and Nathan.
"You three," Dustin demanded, "leave!"
"Um," Geneva glanced up, "I got a hair appointment."
"We'll deal with these punks another time!" Keith assured his teammates before they left.
Dustin took some deep breaths while Casey and Lily looked at him.
