Marinette thought that she was just hearing wrong, but Midoriya looked really serious about it. Chloe knew about him having a Miraculous. She could easily take his quirk right out from under him.

Marinette really didn't want this to ruin Midoriya and Uraraka's first date. So she decided to push it aside for now and grabbed his wrist.

"Marinette, what're you doing?" Midoriya asked her, a little flustered.

"This date is still happening," Marinette said as she dragged him to the classroom, "You don't want to delay this. Andre's ice cream stand shows up in different places all the time. This is a good time to go now."

Midoriya gave her an unsure look, but went along with it anyway. Once she entered the classroom, Adrien and Jirou were already there.

And then, Midoriya spotted his date.

Ashido was helping Uraraka apply some makeup, but she got up to face him. He felt his cheeks warm up when he noticed how adorable she looked.

Uraraka wore a pink skirt with dark grey leggings. Her shirt was white with a unique pink and black design with a dark grey jacket along with polka dots at the ends of her sleeves.

Her hair was half up in a ponytail with a flower clip in the back. She even had a small bag that went over the shoulder.

Midoriya had never seen her in such a cute outfit before. He thought her hero costume was cute, but that was different.

"Hey, Deku," Uraraka said with a slight blush, "You look handsome."

Midoriya looked down at his outfit and thought he looked slightly underdressed compared to her.

"Oh, um... thank you," Midoriya said a little flustered, "Yo-You look re-really cute."

Uraraka played with her hair, feeling a little warm in her outfit all of sudden.

"Marinette let me borrow some of her clothes. You really think I can pull off her style?" She asked him.

Midoriya unexpectedly looked down at her outfit again and felt heat rise out of his head. The classroom suddenly felt much warmer to him. He tried to stretch out his collar to let in some cold air, but it didn't seem to help.

Even Marinette felt what he was feeling when she saw Adrien and Jirou together.

"Ye-Yeah, you look really good. Yo-You should wear outfits like that more often," Midoriya said to her, "We should head over to Andre's. It's getting a little hot in here."

Uraraka giggled at his flustered face and wrapped her arm around his. They both headed out of the classroom as Adrien and Jirou followed them. Marinette watched them leave, feeling a little left out.

But then she remembered this was Midoriya and Uraraka's date, not theirs. At least, she hoped not.

They all walked down the stairs to the school and followed Marinette. Since she knew where Andre's was, she took over and headed towards the Eiffel Tower.

"You guys are going to love Andre's ice cream! It's really good!" Marinette commented with a big smile.

"Yeah! It's pretty amazing!" Adrien said back as Jirou wrapped her arm around his.

"So, you've had the ice cream before?" Jirou asked him, "Who'd you have it with?"

Adrien almost stopped walking altogether, and felt his cheeks warm up based on what Jirou had just asked him. She tilted her head, a little confused.

"Well... I didn't exactly go with anyone..." Adrien said to her.

And then something clicked, and he looked up at Marinette, who was doing the same thing. They both looked at each other with that same doughy eyed expression.

Now that they knew their identities, Andre's ice cream felt totally different to them in that moment.

Marinette twirled around to keep going, but hid her flushed face from everyone. Adrien looked back at Jirou and gave her a smile.

Jirou nudged him in a teasing way.

"Don't worry about it. It's okay if you had a girlfriend before me," Jirou said to him.

Adrien rubbed his head as he let out a slight chuckle.

"Well, I did go out with this girl named Kagami. Her mom is friends with my father," Adrien told her, a little nervous to tell her, "But it didn't work out very well. We figured we were both better off as friends."

Marinette heard him talking about Kagami from behind her. She hadn't seen her in a long time, and she was glad that her and Kagami ended up being good friends as well.

It was still weird that Adrien went out with her though, but she was over that.

"What about you, Marinette?" Jirou asked her.

"Huh?"

"You said you've been to Andre's before. You must've went to Andre's with someone."

Marinette knew Jirou was just making small talk, but she really wanted to talk about something else. She could feel Adrien staring at her from behind.

"Didn't you go out with Luka for a little while?" Adrien asked her.

Jirou's eyes widened when she heard Adrien say that.

"The Guitarist?" She asked, remembering the guy at the party.

"Um... Ye-Yeah, I kind of dated him for a little while, but we ended up just staying friends..." Marinette explained, a little bit awkward about it.

Jirou noticed the weird feeling between Adrien and Marinette, so she stayed silent for awhile. She knew that since they were partners, they must've felt a little weirded out talking about their relationships.

She just hoped that she didn't ruin the date for Midoriya and Uraraka.

Then she spotted the ice cream stand in the distance. Alya and Nino looked like they were waiting for them. Once they saw the five of them heading this way, Alya waved them over.

Marinette gave her a big hug, and Adrien gave Nino a fist bump. Then Nino spotted Adrien's date and gave him a confused look.

"Wait a minute, dude. You have a date?" Nino asked him and then whispered, "I thought you liked Marinette."

Adrien made sure Jirou didn't hear him, but he was in the clear. She was talking to Alya.

Nino didn't know that they were Ladybug and Cat Noir, so he couldn't tell him what was going on exactly.

"Things between us aren't like that. We're just friends," Adrien explained as his cheeks blushed, "Besides, I... kind of like Kyouka..."

"Really? That's so cool, dude! You're dating a hero in training!" Nino commented, throwing his arm around Adrien's shoulder, "She's a pretty good singer, too."

Adrien looked up at Jirou and noticed the sun set shining down on her. Something about the way the light hit her made her eyes and hair sparkle.

He felt like he had butterflies in his stomach. She saw him looking at her, and she looked away feeling a slight blush coming her way. Then she glanced at him and gave him a gentle smile.

He smiled back at her.

"Yeah, she's pretty great."

Outside of school...

Lila waited outside of the school, hoping a certain someone would walk out of there soon. She was ready to up and leave when it took him about thirty minutes to get out of there. Then finally spotted him leaving with an upset look on his face.

It was Le Chein Kim.

He looked like he was about to run back home, when she called out to him.

"Hey, Kim. I noticed you're looking a little down there. Is something wrong?" Lila asked him, putting her hand on his shoulder.

She noticed he was the last one out of the school building, but she still proceeded with caution.

"Yeah, I got in trouble with Principal Damocles again. He gave me detention, and so I have to cancel my Swim Meeting with Ondine."

Lila never really liked Kim very much, but he was very easy to get involved into mischievous things, so she went for it.

"I'm so sorry that you got in trouble again, Kim. Principal Damocles can be so cruel sometimes. He's just a little too much into those superhero comics. Ladybug and Cat Noir have been doing too much hero work around him, and those heroes in training. Don't get started on those guys. They think they can just come in and take over the school like that, ugh," Lila said to him with a sly smile.

"Bu-But, the heroes in training helped out Ladybug and Cat Noir. They said so themselves," Kim said to her, looking a more upset.

"Yeah, but that's just what they wanted you to hear. Ladybug actually lost something that I have found," Lila whispered as he pulled him in closer.

She opened up her jacket and revealed the Butterfly Miraculous to Kim. He jumped back a bit, not expecting her to have HawkMoth's Miraculous.

"Where did you get that?! Ladybug should have that, not you!" Kim cried out, but Lila put her hand over his mouth to quiet him down.

She knew he'd be a bit of a loud mouth, so she had go about this differently.

"She lost it after defeating HawkMoth. She didn't want to tell anyone since it's quite embarrassing," She told him, "I found it in HawkMoth's lair after the police cleared out."

Kim looked at her with a funny look on his face.

"I know you were working with HawkMoth. You even helped capture Izuku," Kim said to her, "How do I know that I can trust you?"

Lila gave him a smile and patted him on the shoulder.

"Well, I guess you could take this," She told him as she revealed to him a Miraculous.

The Monkey Miraculous.

Kim's eyes widened, and his mouth dropped looking speechless.

"Lila, you found--"

Lila put her finger over her lips and handed him the Miraculous. He held it like he never thought he'd ever see it again.

"Where did you find this? In the lair?" Kim asked her.

"Yes. Along with some others as well. Chloe is helping me to gather some friends," Lila told him, "We need to take those heroes in training down a notch, and I thought you'd be a great help to do so."

Kim looked at her, and then the Miraculous.

"Why would we go after the heroes in training? They didn't do anything wrong," He pointed out, "Then again, Ladybug didn't give us back the Miraculous when she came back."

"That's because she wants to keep it all to herself. She shouldn't be doing this to the people who already have Miraculous. They should be able to keep them and do whatever they want. Don't you think so?"

Kim smiled at his Miraculous and placed it on his head. His Kwami appeared out of thin air and looked over at his holder curiously.

"Hey Kim! I've missed you! What're you doing here?" Xuppu asked him, "Where's Ladybug?"

"She's not here," Lila said to the Kwami, "I'm the one that found you, so you take orders from me now."

Lila's sly smile grew as she turned to the school and noticed a few people heading out. Lila grabbed Kim's arm and dragged him over to the stair railing and hid behind it. They both watched Marinette leaving the school with Midoriya, Uraraka, Adrien and Jirou all together.

Lila spotted Adrien and Jirou and felt annoyed. Jirou held Adrien close to her and felt like she had to do something about this.

"Alright, you ready to test this out?" Lila asked Kim.

Kim turned to Lila, confused.

"What'd you mean?" He asked her.

"Well, I need to see if you can pull this off, and by showing me what you can do with this Monkey Miraculous, I'll be able to tell if you can pull this off. All I need you to do is follow them, and watch them. If an akuma shows up, use your Miraculous to make things more... interesting."

Kim looked back at the heroes in training and noticed that they were heading towards the Eiffel Tower. He really thought it wasn't fair that he couldn't have his Miraculous. He was really glad to have it now, but getting back at them felt like it'd be a funny prank.

"Xuppu, Showtime!" Kim said as he transformed into King Monkey.

Lila thought his hero costume was so lame compared to hers, but she needed him for this particular test.

"Go ahead and follow them King Monkey."

Kim ran off with his stick, and Lila looked down at the Butterfly Miraculous. Her Kwami peeked out of her jacket looking really nervous.

"Let's see what this Miraculous can do..."

Another amazing chapter!

I actually writing these next few chapters! These next few will be pretty interesting! Ooh! Marinette is taking her friends to Andre's for their first date, and of course she feels a little weird about Adrien and Jirou being a thing. Midoriya and Uraraka are so cute! I do actually like Jirou and Adrien being together in this book, but we'll see where it goes!

It looks like Lila is on the move with Kim! She just got through to him and got him to use his Miraculous! We'll have to see what comes next!
