BONNE LECETURE my friends, and to my newest story and this has been one I've been trying to think about for a while.

You see I've been trying to figure out what might go well with the current running rider season, Kamen Rider Saber (which I think is fine, used to think it was boring but it's been getting better).

So after a bit of thinking, with a bit of help from you guys, I decided to test out how a Kamen rider saber and Kohime Muso.

Why? you may ask, well Kohime Muso is about the romance of the three kingdoms and Kamen rider saber is about stories so I thought it might work out.

I'll be mostly following the anime with some changes of my own and some from the games to help connect it closer to saber.

Now with that said, I'll take my sword and write this stories end.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything except my OC's.

Opening: Almighty from Kamen rider saber.

Tokyo

Third-person P.O.V.

In the city of Tokyo, we see a small apartment building where our hero was currently living.

One of the rooms in the building, which was filled with the sound of an alarm beeping, was a complete mess, scrapped papers and trash were thrown around the floor of the room, as we look up to see someone currently sleeping on a desk with a computer in front of it.

This person had curly brown hair with a black hat atop his head and a pair of glasses over his red eyes. He wore a large black jacket with a white t-shirt underneath and he wore a black tracksuit.

"H-Huh" he yawned, rubbing his eyes "I'm up, I'm up," he said, sleepily smacking the button on the alarm.

"What time is it?" He mumbled, fixing his glasses before he went to check the watch on his wrist.

His eyes widened like plates when he saw the time on his watch.

"OH, CRAPBASKETS! I'M LATE!" He yelled, before scrambling to pick up the printed out papers on his desk and putting them into his folder.

This person is Kotaro Rekka, a 22-year-old up and coming writer who after many years of trying finally finished the drafts for his first story, about a person being reincarnated into another world and having to find a way to live his life in this world.

"Okay, okay I think I got everything," he said, before leaving the building.

As he left his home, he ran into someone he didn't want to see "Oi! Kotaro when are you going to pay your rent!" The landlord yelled, as Kotaro sweatdropped.

"Sorry sir! But I have a meeting today at work, so I should be able to pay you soon okay!".

"This again? These books you're writing ain't gonna pay, you gotta get yourself a part-time job at least".

"Hah! Please, sir, I put my heart and soul in this writing, I'm certain that I can get this story published" he said, before running off out of the complex as the landlord sighed before getting back to work.

'I'm certain this will be a hit, I just know it!' He thought, running with a smile on his face.

Editors office

Third person P.O.V.

We see Kotaro sitting in an office, awkwardly sitting in his seat as the editor of his story read his drafts.

The editor then sighed as he flopped the drafts on his desk "…it sucks…".

"W-What, w-why?" Kotaro asked, trying to keep his smile up.

"It's just the usual Isekai crap that's in pretty much every story now, nothing is interesting about it and there's nothing that makes any of the characters interesting or different," he said, as Kotaro looked down.

"If you want this story to be good, you need to find a way to make this story more interesting and not just be thrown into the bin of forgotten Isekai stories".

A few minutes later we see Kotaro walking out of the editor's office with a sigh he put the papers back in his bag.

"Geez, and I worked so hard on this story" he mumbled, walking through the streets.

"How am I meant to get money for rent now," he said, rubbing his head and closing his eyes beginning to flash through his mind.

"I DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS!" A younger Kotaro yelled as he looked up at an older man in a dojo throwing a kendo sword onto the ground.

"My dream is to be a great author! I have not time to follow this stupid legacy crap!" He yelled, as the scene flash.

"Gramps would probably be laughing so much at me right now" he grumbled, before passing by someone.

"Woah! Kotaro is that you?" He heard, turning around to see someone he didn't expect.

It was his old friend from college, Akira Ban, who wore a simple white shirt and black trousers with black shoes.

"Wow man, you look like shit, what happened?" He asked as Kotaro sighed.

"Hey Akira, I'm fine just got my story I worked on for ages rejected," he said, as Akira grimaced.

"Geez, that bad huh?" He asked, and Kotaro nodded "Yeah, hey how's that teaching job you got?".

"Heh, it's great I got a job in ST. Francesca Academy" He smirked, making Kotaro sigh "At least you got a job, I need to find some way to pay for rent".

Akira heard his friends woes as an idea popped up "Actually I heard that there was a job that might suit you".

"Really?" Kotaro asked, excitedly as Akira smirked

"It's nothing special, the job is just as a night guard for the school's museum," he said, as Kotaro blinked.

"…screw it, I'm desperate let's do it" he bluntly said, as Akira smirked "Alright, I'll tell the principal about ya, come over to the school tonight".

Kotaro nodded before the two parted way, Kotaro excited to at least get a part-time job.

Later that night

St. Francesca Academy

Kotaro P.O.V.

"Huh, so this is the museum" Kotaro mumbled, as he walked around the fancy museum.

He was currently wearing a security guard outfit, with a walkie talkie, a flashlight, a telescopic Batton and a taser on his belt as well as a bag full of books and manga.

"Welp all I gotta do is hang out here for the night, so might as well catch up on some books," he said, walking into the security office as he sat down and took out a book.

"Romance of the three kingdoms Huh? Been meaning to check this one out" he mumbled, before opening it up to begin reading.

A few hours later we see Kotaro sighing as he closed the book up "Man, this has been getting pretty good, but I need a break" he said, stretching.

As he was about to leave, he noticed that on the screen it showed a shadowy figure jumping over the fence with incredible dexterity.

"The heck? Who'd try to sneak into this place at this hour?" He said, picking up the walkie talkie.

"Hey uh, I think I noticed someone sneaking into the museum, I'm going to check it out might need some back up" he mumbled, before grabbing his bag and walking out of the security room to check it out.

In the museum at the three kingdom exhibit, we see the person who broke in walking around the area.

He had short blonde hair and purple eyes, he wore the school uniform which consisted of a white shirt and white trousers. What was noticeable about him was the Red Cross on his forehead.

"Ah, how nostalgic" he mumbled, looking around the place with a smirk on his face "I haven't seen these items in years, not since my grandfather brought me here…".

He then placed his hand on the window protecting an ancient-looking book "Hmm, but soon I will achieve my birthright".

He then took out two small metallic books, one red and one orange, the red one had the cover of a red dragon in a flaming background with the words Brave Dragon on it.

The other book was orange and had the picture of a Phoenix on it, it was called Eternal Phoenix.

He then lifted the two books as a beam of energy came out of them and into the book, as it slowly started opening.

The man smirked before hearing footsteps watching this going on when suddenly "Stop!".

He then turned around and glared when he saw Kotaro there "What do you think you're doing!".

"Tch, I don't have time for this," he said, raising his hand to summon a silver sword.

"What the? a sword!" Kotaro asked, flabbergasted at the blades sudden appearance before quickly moving out of the way as the stranger swung his sword at him.

"Heh, I'm impressed you have some good reflexes," he said, before swinging his sword at him again but Kotaro quickly unfolded his baton to block the attack.

The man blinked before growling as he swung his sword again several times but Kotaro blocked each one.

He then kicked the stranger back before smirking "Guess you weren't expecting that" Kotaro said, lifting the Baton before noticing it was cut into pieces.

"AH!" he yelled, tossing the stick onto the ground.

The man smirked, before rushing towards Kotaro.

"Oh god!" Kotaro said, attempting to take out the taser but it was kicked out of his hand.

The man then pointed his sword at Kotaro who was backed into the corner.

"Heh, you survived longer than I expected but now it's time to end your tale," he said, about to kill Kotaro when suddenly the book shined.

"What the?!" "No, not now!" He yelled as the two were engulfed in a bright light before being sucked into the book along with the two smaller books, the orange one going with the stranger while the red one went with Kotaro as they were sucked into the book.

Kotaro P.O.V.

"Ow…" I groaned as I shook my head. My head was pounding and my vision was blurry.

"Geez, my head" I mumbled, rubbing my head before I got back up and picked up my glasses.

When I put them back on, I found that I was somehow in a field of some sort with the trees looking like they were blooming into cherry blossoms.

"The heck? Wasn't I in a museum just now? And why are there cherry blossoms, they should be long gone by now" I said, before realising something.

"Ah crap! Where are my things" I said, looking around "All my work's on that drive! Where is it!".

I looked around a bit looking everywhere for my bag until I found it hidden behind some, bushes.

"Oh thank god, that would've been horrible" I said, before noticing something "Huh?".

I blinked when I saw on top of my bag was a red book with a picture of a dragon on it and the words Brave Dragon on the cover.

"Huh? Oh, right this was the book that guy had" I said, picking it up.

"That's right, the old book shined brightly and then I found myself here? Maybe this has something to do with it?"

I then started to inspect the book, I tried opening it but it wouldn't budge until I noticed a button on the side.

"Huh? Why is there a button" I said, pressing it.

BRAVE DRAGON!

"Woah!" I jumped at the sudden sound, as I dropped the red book.

"Jeez, where did that come from?" I said, picking up the red book "There's more to this little guy than meet's the eye".

"Man, what a let down" I heard, looking over to see a group of people walking up.

They were a bunch of dirty guys wearing drab and dirty clothes.

They were all armed with medieval weapons from ancient China and none of them had nice looks on their faces but other than that, they seemed rather normal.

Well, except one had a large nose and was short, the second was tall and chubby, and the leader of the bunch had a metal helmet on his head and a cleft chin.

'Are those larpers or something?' I thought, looking at them.

"And here I thought we were getting to see something cool Iroh that loud noises, but it's just some nerd in weird clothes" The leader sighed.

"So much for looting dead soldier bodies" the shorter one groaned.

'Man these guys are dedicated to the bit' Kotaro sweatdropped, as the bigger one pointed to him.

"Hey boss, don't you think his clothes might sell for one hefty price?" The bigger guy asked as the leader looked at me.

"Wait what?" I blinked, as the leader smirked.

"Yeah you got a good point, I haven't seen material like that before, might sell for a lot," he said, as they all readied their weapons.

"Okay, now I'm starting to think this is a game" I gulped "N-Now, I don't want any trouble"

They didn't listen to me as they rushed towards me with their weapons at the ready but then from the tree's a blur came in and protected me.

"What the?!" The bandits said as they moved back and we got a good look at the new person.

It was a beautiful girl that looked the same age as me, maybe a bit younger. She had long flowing black hair tied into a ponytail and hazel coloured eyes.

She wore a white sleeveless shirt with a green corset that went down to make four tails on the black. She had a black skirt and brown leggings. In her hand was a large spear weapon with a dragon theme.

"Bandits!" the girl declared, pointing her weapon at the group.

"I will not allow you to harm any more innocent people! I have made it my duty to hunt down and exterminate your kind!"

"Huh? Who the heck is this poser" the leader of the men snorted, getting ready for a fight.

"She's purdy," the big bandit said, and the others seemed to agree with his statement.

The short one was expecting the girl until his eyes widened "Hey boss, we might be in trouble here"

"Huh? What are you babbling about now?" The leader said as the short one gulped.

"This might be that woman everyone's been talking about, you know the one who's been wandering around the mountains and taking out bandit groups everywhere. She's got a green crescent blade, long dark hair, and is a beauty from what I heard."

I was surprised by the story he just told as I pulled out my journal from my bag and began writing "This is some good stuff".

"Oh yeah? Didn't they say that chick's supposed to be a goddess right? This one isn't that great," the leader huffed, and the other two seemed to agree.

This caused a thick vein to appear on the woman's head, as she began growling.

"What are you talking about? How can she be anything but beautiful," I said, bluntly.

"Excuse me!" the girl cried, her cheeks turning red as she glanced back at me "Is this the time to discuss such things?"

"Ah right, s-s-sorry just keep on with your business," I said, my face turning red as I continued writing.

"Tsk! Whatever!" The leader huffed, pointing his weapon at the girl.

"Even if you are the Beautiful Black-Haired Bandit Hunter I'll just chop off your hair and use it for something nice on my head! Get her boys!" he yelled, as all three rushed towards the girl.

I was worried for her but she proved that she needed no worry as she expertly dodged the attacks from those bandits.

Weapons came at her from all sides but she easily dodged the attacks and not only that was also able to attack back with her spears.

The short one thrust his spear at her but she easily moved out of the way before kicking him back.

The large one swung his spear downwards but she easily held his spear back up with her own before pushing the bandit back.

"S-Shit," The leader said, as she turned to the bandits "Do you want any more!".

The leader growled before turning back to his men "Forget the woman! Just grab the boy and we can profit off of his belongings!".

"What!" I yelled as the bandits ran towards me much to the woman's surprise.

I crossed my arms to protect myself but what I didn't notice was that the Brave Dragon glowed before the first page flipped open.

A pile of red energy came out from the book knocking the bandits to the ground.

"Huh?!" I said, lifting the page in front of me as a flaming tornado came from the book.

"What the heck!" The leader said.

"The fuck! What kind of book is that!" The short one gulped.

"Wow, Purdy" the big one smiled.

The woman looked at the flaming tornado, the flames reflecting off of her eyes "Impossible, c-could it be…".

There was once a God Beast possessing a great power that would destroy everything... it was a Brave Dragon!.

The flaming tornado formed together into a red Chinese dragon, it had a red spiky body with orange flames going up its back and a silver belly.

"A… dragon?" I questioned, as the dragon roared before firing balls of fire towards the bandits.

"Oh crap! Run!" The leader yelled as they started running off but the dragon flew in front of them and started charging up another fireball.

"I won't let you!" The girl rushed in to attack the dragon with her spear, but it used its tail to knock her back before it fired it was about to fire its fireball.

"Stop!" I yelled, jumping on top of the red dragon as it shook me around "Get out of here! Now!".

The bandits all nodded before they got back up and ran off, terrified.

The dragon then roared before shaking me off its body, knocking me into a tree causing me to pass out.

Switch to third person P.O.V.

With Kotaro now passed out, the dragon roared before turning into energy and being to return into the book as it closed.

The girl was shocked at what just happened, as she walked up to the boy she had just saved.

'He was able to summon a dragon… and those clothes I've never seen anything like them… not only that but he also risked his life to help people that tried to rob him not moments before' she thought, before realising something.

"Could he be…"

A few hours later

Kotaro P.O.V.

"Ugh, what happened to me" I groaned, as I slowly came back to consciousness and the first thing I noticed was a source of warmth next to me and my head was laying on something soft.

I slowly opened my eyes, only to be met with the face of the girl that saved me "Ah, good you have awoken".

She seemed to have set up camp, as there was a campfire next to us.

"What happened?" I asked, tiredly as she smiled.

"You were knocked out when that dragon threw you at that tree".

"Oh yeah…" I mumbled, before realising that I was laying on her lap.

"Ah! S-Sorry" I said, jumping back but she raised her hands.

"No it's alright I'm just glad you're okay," she said, before going quiet.

There was a bit of awkward silence between us, so I decided to break the ice.

"Oh right, I should probably introduce myself, my name is Kotaro Rekka nice to meet you," I said, as she smiled.

"Ah, it's good to meet you Rekka-sama, I am Kan'u, followed by Unchō. A mere humble woman doing what she can to protect people from the viciousness of the bandits."

"Kan'u Unchō, that kinda sounds familiar, are you from China?" I asked as she turned her head in confusion.

"Well we are in China, so of course it would," she said, as I nodded.

"Yeah, I guess that makes bu-wait what?" I asked as she nodded.

"That's right, we're in China in the Kei Province specifically," she said, as I gulped further.

'W-Wait I'm in China, and her name… could it be…' I thought, before looking at her.

"Um, Kan'u might I ask what year it is?" I asked as she looked up.

"I believe the year is...two years after Emperor Han had passed on, but I don't keep up with such things, especially in these times."

"So what you're telling me is that I've been brought thousands of miles to China?" I asked, and she nodded "That's correct".

"What the heck! How! Why! How could this have happened to me!" I screamed, beginning to freak out but Kan'u stood up.

"It is because you are the messenger of heaven, the one chosen to save us from these troubling times!" She said, determined as I turned to her.

"Messenger of heaven? What do you mean?" I asked as she smiled.

"Back in my home village, there was a legend about a person who fell from the heavens whose purpose was to unite the world towards the way of peace, and I believe that person is you, Rekka-sama".

"But why? I'm just an author trying to get by, I'm no hero" I said, but she shook her head.

"You're wrong, from the few minutes I have known you, you have already proven yourself," she said.

"Your clothes and accent are quite foreign, you could summon a dragon, something that I thought was only in legend, and not only that but you risked your life to save those that had tried to take your life".

"To me, I believe you might just be the Messenger of Heaven," she said before her cheeks turned a bit red "And I promised to myself that I would serve this messenger in helping to save this world no matter what".

"What why?" I asked as she gulped.

"W-Well it's abit embarrassing but when I was only a little girl, I had a strange dream about my home village being brought to a strange world with creatures I had never seen before".

"One of these monsters was quite large and tried to consume everyone, I was almost eaten as well but someone saved me," she said, a smile growing on her face.

"But then a warrior came in and saved me, defeating the beast as he did. All I remember was that he was red, white and black and had a dragon much like the one you were able to summon and just by seeing him, I could tell that he was the Messenger of the gods, and I promised that I would serve that messenger to help him create a world of peace".

She then looked up at me before raising her hand "I know you are in a new and strange place, and you don't why you are here but please will you help me make this nation a better place".

I looked down to consider my options 'Okay so… I'm in the past, I don't know how or why and I don't know how to get back but… maybe it'll be better if I had a companion with me…'.

"Alright, I don't know whether or not I am this 'Messenger of Heaven' that you call me… but I promise that if I am, I'll try to be the best one I can be," I said, making her smile before kneeling in front of me much to my surprise.

"Then from this day forth, I swear to stay by your side and serve you as your sword till we can unite the nations into one of peace, my master," she said, making me blush.

"H-Hold on, what's up with this whole 'master' business," I said, waving my hands as she turned her head in confusion.

"As I said, I swore to serve you which means you are my master," she said, making me sweatdrop.

"That's not really my style, I was thinking we are more friends or companions," I said, as she looked at me surprised "What's wrong?".

She then closed her eyes and smiled "No never mind, I shall refer to you as Rekka then" she said, before standing up and turning around "So shall we go?".

"Go? Go where" I asked, as she smiled.

"Wherever the wind or rumours may take us, at least until we can find the fated path which will allow you to bring peace."

I nodded, as I began following her to our next destination in this new world.

And done, sorry if this one was shorter than normal, this just felt like a good enough cut off point I'll probably have the transformation in the second chapter.

Anyway wow, I did not expect these two series to work as well as they did, I do have to change a couple of things for Kohime muso.

Anyway, don't have much else to say, except WHAT'S A GOOD CROSSOVER of GHOST!

I've been racking my head for ideas but just can't think of anything, so I'm leaving it to you guys what's a good idea for ghost and whichever one I like I'll do a one-shot on it.

Anyway with that said, don't forget to review this story and of course.
