She recalled him always attempting to steal jewelry while she ran errands with Reverend Howell in Metropolis. She also remembered Gentleman Ghost usually hurting the preacher with a cane or fists. Bewilderment formed in her eyes as soon as Reverend Howell smirked. Supergirl watched as one tentacle appeared from his mouth and struck Gentleman Ghost's shoulder. When the tentacle slid into Reverend Howell's mouth and Gentleman Ghost started to tense for moments.
Supergirl went on patrol without Reverend Howell when Gentleman Ghost vanished.
