"Why is she hurting herself because of me ." I can hear someone cry.
I slowly open my eyes . She has brownish short hair and brown eyes . She has white skin and both side of her face are covered in black ink tattoos because of a childhood trama. She has two lip studs at the edge of both side of her lip . Her neck and back of both her hands are covered in black ink tattoos as well. She is wearing a suit. She has those security service pins on both of her chest. She is my body guard and also my girlfriend Sabrina brown.
"You are an asshole . She pushes you away to protect you." Laura wants to punch her
"Stop it, I am fine ." I struggle to move
"Isabella ." Laura holds my hand . "You are okay."
Sabrina pushes her away. She wraps me into her arms
"I need to punish you after you are okay. Why you did that! Why the fuck did you do that!" She is screaming at me . "I am your body guard ."
"However you are also my lover ." I grab her face in my hands . "I am fine ."
"You nearly dead ! I don't care about that. I am your lover only after work. I am your body guard first." She is crying. "Oh baby , I am sorry ."
I kiss her cheek. She looks at me with her blood shot eyes .
"If you die, I will kill my self ." I say. "So I rather hurt myself ."
"I will do the same so you better live ." Sabrina kisses me .
The door opens . My brother and parent come in. My step dad is the vice president of USA and my mom is now his wife .
"What happened !" Dad asks
"I am sorry Mr underwood . She protected me during that death threat. She got shot." Sabrina kneels down .
"I know what happened between you two . I don't object the relationship but aren't you suppose to protect her ?" Dad points at her
I don't want dad to be angry with her . I try to sit up.
"Honey, it's fine . Sabrina didn't know that will happen . Isabella likes to protect people ." Mom sighs . "Sabrina rise now . It's fine . You need to take care of my daughter for the rest of your life as punishment."
"I will ms underwood . I love her so much that my heart is breaking right now ." Sabrina cries
I wipe her tears off for her . Dad sits down.
"You know that she isn't mean to do it." I say. "Sabrina dont feel guilty anymore ."
Brother sits down beside my bed . He looks worried
"I am going to marry next month." He says
"With who ?" I am happy for him. "I am so excited for you."
"I see your ring. You are going to marry as well." Brother laughs . "You can come with Sabrina ."
I know that but because I am the prime minister of Canada , I can't marry now .
"However I am the prime minister of Canada . I am unable to have the wedding." I sob. "I just can't hold it back."
"You can quit." Mom says . "No one force you."
"Canada now is urge to change the constitution. They want Isabella to be the prime minister as long as she can. They really love her ." Dad sighs . "She is the best one in the history."
"Then who wanted to kill her then?" Brother is unhappy.
I know who wants me to die . Conservative .
"My opponent the party conservative . You know when Justin Trudeau was still the prime minister , I helped him to get his majority party back so conservative hates me ." I shrug. "I don't care . I will continue my job until I finished my term. I will give my position to someone who is liberal . I will never allow conservative to win( in real life , I also hate conservative )."
After a few days , I can leave hospital. Sabrina helps me to walk.
"I am still angry." She says
"I am sorry honey. I am sorry."I try to kiss her .
"Don't think this is enough." She shakes her head . "When you recover fully, your punishment is harsher than this ."
She drives me home . She helps me to get into bed
"Miss underwood , your vice prime minister is on the phone ." Laura comes in.
"Gives me the phone please thanks ."I say
Laura hands me the phone . I answer the call
"How are you Kevin?" I ask. "Thanks for watching out for me ."
"I am fine . You are welcome but we need you to come back . The president of Russia will be here the day after tomorrow ." Kevin seems hopeless
"Really! What fuck is that? I just recover from hospital ." I sigh. "Fine I will be back tomorrow ."
I hang up the call. Sabrina sits down beside me
"Laura tell my plane . I am going back tomorrow ." I say.
"Yes madam prime minister ." She says
"Isabella , are you sure that you want continue to do this ? You can quit. I can earn money by going back to military." Sabrina grabs my shoulder . "I can't see you working hard like this ."
She let me lays down . She sits beside me .
"I am sure . I don't want to leave my people ." I kiss her . "I don't want you to leave me ."
"I will not leave you." She wraps me into her arms . "I will be yours forever ."
At night, my parent and brother come over to see me including my uncle and auntie .
"Is everything fine ?" Uncle seems worried . "Why you are going back tomorrow ."
"President of russia is coming . I can't miss that ." I say.
"You are injured . He will understand ." Auntie grabs my hand . "You are more important."
I shake my head . I cry. I don't want to lose them
"My people are my children. I can't let them follow someone else's lead . I may change constitution as they wish if I need to." I say.
"No , Isabella . I hate to see you like this . You are always tired and stressful. I want you to be free like when I first time met you in military school."Sabrina kisses my forehead . "I don't know what can I do ."
"Just stay with me . Just love me as long as you can." I touch her face . "I have you beside me that will be more than enough."
Mom is cooking dinner . I can't change my mind now . I feel better when everyone are around me
"I love you ." I say. "The first time when I saw you in military school. I fall in love with you so crazily."
"I love you too. The same time when you fall in love with me . " Sabrina kisses my forehead .
It is time for dinner . We sit around the table to eat
"Anyway, you know that you and Sabrina haven't had the wedding yet. Maybe in summer , we can all go to Canada . You guys can have a small wedding." Dad suggest.
"Yes in the church, but I don't know will Sabrina be happy or not." I look at her
"As long as you are happy and you are my wife . I will be super happy."she kisses my cheek.
After dinner , I am ready for my luggage . I want to have a bath.
"Do you want to go into bath with me ?" I wrap my arms around her neck,
"Of course ." She holds me up. "I am more likely to get in with you. The bath is ready."
She brings me into bathroom. We get into the bath together . She prepares me my favorite fruit and tv series
"I have long time not enjoying this with you." I rest on her chest.
"Don't change the constitution ."Sabrina says ."I don't want you to work forever ."
"If I quit, you will not be the secretary service anymore ." I say.
She shakes her head . I know that she doesn't care
"I will still be . I will still have to protect you but even if they fired me , I can go back to military ." She says . "It will be fine ."
"I will not see you everyday." I say.
"I can come back as long as I want . The base of navy is very close to here ." She kisses my cheek "don't worry."
I nod at her . I will quit. I will come back and be her wife .
"I want you to be safe ." I say.
"Promise me never ever protect me like that." She says . "When that knife goes into you, I was crazy. I was mad and desperate to take you back."
I kiss her . She kisses me too. After all we sleep together .
"Babe, you are so sweet." She kisses my neck. "You smell so good ."
"The plane is early tomorrow so sleep now ." I say. "I have to get up early."
"Okay, I will call you." She says .
When I wake up the second morning, she is awake .
"Time to get up baby girl ." She kisses my forehead . "Time to be ready."
"Okay." I say.
I put on a new set of dress . We leave the house . Laura is waiting.
"I want both of you on the plane with me ." I say.
"I can't . " Laura shakes her head
"If they are going to punish you, let them talk to me ." I say coldly. "You are my people . Who dare to punish you."
She lowers her head . When we get to airport, I take them to board on the plane .
"Take off as soon as you guys can."
