"Many things can be learned if someone wants to know something badly enough, but some things you're either born with or you aren't. I have a keen sense of smell and I can pick out a good number of ingrediants by scent alone. In our business, folks like me are often called a nose. Seemed a waste not to put a natural talwnt to good use."
