Penelope Heller is the daughter of Mordecai Heller and Jenni Graves.
Appearance:
Penelope has cream and white fur, black spots, and light blue eyes. She has black spiky bangs like her mother. She wears glasses, like her father and brother. She has a savannah cat appearance.
Childhood:
Penelope was born June 8th, 1929. As a baby, Penelope was like any other normal child. She enjoyed reading and often discouraged war and violence. Penelope began school alongside her brothers and sisters at the age of 5. Penelope was the most intelligent out of her family and enjoyed learning new things. Instead of bedtime stories Penelope asked her father to teach her math before going to bed. She hated picture books and only went by novels and math books.
Growing up, Penelope knew college level math and reading levels by the time she was a teenager.
Time at Lackadaisy:
When she turned 14, Penelope is allowed to come into Lackadaisy. She is an heiress to both Marigold and the Graves family.
Personality:
Penelope is a bold and fearless young cat. She is also sassy and has a sharp tongue. She grew to have a sociopathic personality as her father. However, still holds most of her mother's personality. She is quiet and doesn't tend to speak a lot but not entirely mute. She is emotionally mute for the most part but still shows to care for her siblings. Penelope appears to like birds, even having a secret carrier pigeon to send letters to her friends.
Abilities:
Penelope is highly skilled in marksmanship and hand to hand combat.
She's also extremely acrobatic and agile.
Penelope is skilled in cooking and gardening.
Penelope is also a skilled musician. She's also a good singer and dancer for someone whose parents don't do much of either.

Penelope's full name is Penelope Blake Heller, getting her middle name from her great cousin, Blake Graves.
