The Disney Villain Hangout is where all the Disney villains go after they're defeated in their movie.

Everything in the DVH was normal. Hans had come out of his hiding spot, Hades was attempting to drink a gallon of water, Scar was growling about how he still had Maleficent's no-speaking-the-English-language curse, the Queen of Hearts was throwing throwing-darts at a drawing of Mickey Mouse's head, Jefar had just kissed Maleficent... It was just your average day at the DVH! Totally normal, especially the kissing thing.
"WOAH, WOAH, WOAH!" Yelled Ursula.
"What?" Said Maleficent, annoyed by the sudden screaming of her friend.
"I just witnessed Jefar kiss you and you're fine. I mean, I know he liked you darling, but I didn't seriously think you liked him back!" Said the sea witch, still shocked at what she had witnessed.
"Huh, I thought they knew we were dating." Said Jefar nonchalantly. Ursula was dumbfounded- and Jefar could tell -so Jefar seized the moment. "I guess you're not quite a good friend then, but at the same time you were never the smart type." Jefar sneered.
Ursula knew better than to argue so she tried a different approach. "Well darling, you're not the bright type yourself. You are the one that had their third wish to become a genie." And after that statement it became a roasting battle, except the roasts got worse after a few minutes because the two villains had some of the same motives.
Once the roasts became so bad that they went to the level of yo mama roasts, Maleficent cut in. "Just stop!" demanded Maleficent in here most demanding voice, the two fell silent. "One: you two are very bad at roasting each other. Two: if I hear one more yo mama insult I will turn both of you into toads."
"OK, I'll stop. I don't want to keep talking about this slimy snake anyway." Said Ursula, and with that she walked off.
"I'm actually going to go see if Hades chugged that whole gallon of water, so see you later darling." Jefar said before walking off.
So then Maleficent sat there alone for a moment and ordered a drink.
