"Finally, that should be everything" Astrid muttered to herself and stuffed her bag with old memories and trinkets. She decided to also keep her axe though it would remind her of the scourges that got her here in the first place. She wasn't sure what to think, unlike Hiccup who didn't even really think twice when he took the decision, while she would never really get to see her loving parents or the village that she had loved for so long, but they betray her for gain? "Well it isn't much of a decision anyway" Ruffnut told her, she was a tough nut to crack but she with her brother could certainly produce wisdom. "This path was forced upon you, now you must forge paths on it, it is the only way"

Astrid smiled, Ruff as Ruff was, she was truly the only somewhat trustable friend that she had.

"Well, goodbye Astrid, your travels shall be helped by this small armada, numbering seventy" the council bid farewell. Though the young girl had one final question, "Why me exactly to send off?"

Silence until Stoick, even through his grief and anger shouted, "Because you have worth, something inside you that might be worth a thousand battles to come, you are the perfect Berkian to be used, warrior's spirit is what we need." She sighed, bloody battles awaited, she may enjoy combat, but death was truly not what she wished.

The wind pushed the sail, many Berkians waved to their warrior, as she disappeared into the dense mist of the morning.

Meanwhile

Violent knocks clashed against the door, the tribe finally had to speak with the boy. He was sent to the central plaza to speak on his opinions. "Welcome! I am..." he paused, his name, would that be good to tell to these people he barely knew, would he just be deported back to Berk and be punished severely by his father? "The tamer, I wish to teach what I know about dragons. They are normal animals, they have sentiments, they have views!"

The crowd didn't really trust him, he knew that he needed to promise something dragons could provide. "They can melt iron and help forge weapons. Help capture fish and feed the people. The benefits are endless, aerial superiority, combat ended in mere seconds, pacification is easier than ever. Survey lands for pasture, move to new islands! Escape death and famine! To ignore these endless benefits is blind, and you have to feed them yes, but it is worth the cost"

Some of the crowd actually liked his ideas, the chief had been swayed. His daughter approved. Though he wouldn't wouldn't move forward yet. He would instead make a small project dubbed "Beasts Of Humanity"

Will these tribes follow Hiccup's dream unlike Berk, and will Astrid lead battles and sway wars?
