Chapter 4 – Babysitter's Family
(New Jersey Elementary School – Schoolyard)
Colton laid on the bench, eating an apple under the tree while the kids were hanging around in the playground. He listened to pop music, moved his head up and down. The boy felt something tapped by someone as he removed his ear plugs and noticed a young woman standing in front of him.
She is a very timid woman with freckles and dirty blonde hair, light vivid blue eyes and light peach skin. Her outfit is semi-formal style consisting of grey shacket covered her light grey shirt and dark grey pants. She also wears her black flats and tied her hair with a black hairband.
"Hello." Colton said.
"Hi there, I'm Cameron Walden. Call me Cameri if you want." Cameri told him.
"And what are you doing here? You should know I'm at schoolyard." Colton uttered.
"I know. I just stopped by and will be your substitute teacher in your next class since Mr. Krumpkins is feeling unwell today." Cameri said.
"It's so nice of you to come into this school." Colton replied, drinking his water bottle.
"Thank you. I appreciate." Cameri nodded.
The school siren started to blare, uttering all young kids headed back to their classrooms.
"Oh, it's over now. Well, I think I can take you there." Cameri said.
"If you say so." Colton replied.
(New Jersey Elementary School – Colton's class)
Cameri writes her name on the board with chalk and sets her books on the former teacher's desk. She takes a deep breath and steps to the front of the classroom. She smiles and greets the students, then starts her lesson.
"Hello, class. I am Miss Walden; your substitute teacher and I will oversee the class until your previous teacher returned with better health." Cameri smiled politely. "And I know you do your homework; it's due by tomorrow. Okay, get your books out from your bags."
Some of the class murmured to each other quietly.
"She looks so nice." One of them whispered.
"Our teacher is just being an old-schooled." A second student added.
Colton couldn't help but be intrigued by a new substitute teacher, making him feel better. Taking out his notebook, he stared at Cameri. Colton couldn't help but be intrigued by the new substitute teacher, and his heart felt lighter as he focused his attention on her. The mere presence of the substitute teacher seemed to lift his spirits and bring a sense of excitement to his day.
(Happy Therapy Treatment Center – Morbius' office)
Morbius is seen talking to the client on the phone, while leaning back in his chair, his body relaxed yet attentive as he listened to the conservation with the client. He listens intently as the client explains the situation. Morbius nodded and made his subtle gestures, conveying his professionalism and confidence in his words while he wrote a few notes on a piece of paper.
"Yes, yes, yes, I see. Drop here by tomorrow and I can sort the whole thing out for you." Morbius replied. "Many thanks, bye."
He hangs up his iPhone and puts his pen away in the small holder.
"It's been a week. Glad I'm not getting bothered when Lucifer stepped right in my place." Morbius said.
He's getting called on the phone again which made him scoff in response before answering it.
"What?" Morbius frowned.
"Hey, Morbius. It would seem you forgot about my familiar voice." Cameri said.
"Cameri? Oh! It's been quite for long time since we're at high school together." Morbius formed his grin.
"Speaking of old times, I just found out you have adopted your kid. Colton, isn't that a name?" Cameri asked.
"Him? Yeah, I raised him. What do you want with him?" Morbius asked.
"All that I asked I want to be his babysitter if you don't mind." Cameri said
"Sure, that's great. I have got time to spend plenty. It would keep me getting on the schedule." Morbius replied.
"Well, I am at his school as the substitute teacher." Cameri replied.
"Did you get your job?" Morbius asked.
"Actually, I do with the class as the part-time job, and I only worked being the childcare expert." Cameri told him. "And do you want me to bring Colton back to your home after class?"
"Yes. Take him back to my place, I'll send you the address later." Morbius replied. "Bye!"
He de-dialed the call, set his phone down on the desk.
"Cameri..." Morbius said.
(New Jersey Elementary School – Entrance)
After finishing the class when the school bell rang, Colton walked out from the school with Cameri.
"Feeling enjoying in the class with me?" Cameri asked.
"It's brilliant." Colton replied. "All other students are talking about you. Not the gossips."
"None taken." Cameri responded.
"So, where's your car?" Colton asked.
"I... Uh..., sort of. An accident." Cameri answered shyly.
"I see. Are you looking fine? Because you don't sound fine." Colton said.
"Look. How about I get a taxi and you wait here?" Cameri inquired, walking off in her right direction and waving her hand towards the incoming taxi.
Colton didn't seem bothered but grew slightly wary towards her. "She doesn't look that fine, her expression displayed her nervousness and almost unease."
Just as the taxi parked near Cameri's side, the driver motioned for her and the boy to get in the vehicle.
"Thank you, sir." Cameri replied before turning to Colton. "Get in."
Colton walked into a taxi as he and Cameri got in the taxi, the vehicle drove off from school.
(Hexagram Force Headquarters – Rooftop)
Blitzo stood on the headquarters' rooftop, facing Sarge while the rest of the members were watching.
"This is your first training when it comes to your area of expertise. Since you are learning the things around Pentagram Island. I'm teaching you the Demon Bajiquan, the martial arts originated from the ancient times of China." Sarge replied.
"I thought you gonna teach me with kung-fu. I usually watched on the TV." Blitz commented.
"Well, that is only martial arts here you gotta learn. Unlike the original, the Demon Bajiquan only can gain the sharp senses and focused on the short-range combat with elbows and shoulders." Sarge explained. "Now, here's the basic techniques I want to show you."
Sarge demonstrated to Blitz by making his shoulder and elbow gestures, similar to kung fu style. He then swiftly swinged his elbows and shoulders around.
"There is no punching?" Blitz asked.
"Punching with the hands, which lets the user wide open, and the enemies will take the advantage." Sarge replied. "If you know how to block the attacks, use your arms or elbows. Now, let me teach you this. Bajiquan Ding!"
Sarge plunges his right elbow forward in the short distance.
"The first move called Ding known for thrusting. It can only use for enemies when in the short reach." Sarge responded.
"Can I try it?" Blitz asked.
"If you insist..." Sarge said.
Blitz turned to Drew, Berry, Ivy, Gear, Razor, Specs and Crackle. "Hey guys, I wanna know if I tried on the dummy or something."
"Focus, Blitz." Sarge said.
The imp chuckled nervously.
"Maybe I just ate. Cause' right now, I'm still digesting. And I'm not sure with bajiquan kung fu can really... doing well lately."
"Just do it." Sarge sighed.
"Alright, alright!" Blitz said, began to swing his arm very lightly. "Am I doing right?"
"Try again this time. Little fast." Sarge told him.
Blitz nodded, swung his elbow in a swift motion. "How's that?"
"You're missing something." Gear said.
"What?" Blitz asked.
"Your stance isn't perfect. Because you moved your body too close when facing the opponent." Berry said.
"And you ended up getting knocked by the punch." Specs added.
"They're right. You better prevent your body moving forward, and you need to push your arm to strike them." Sarge firmed.
"Oh, right. My bad." Blitz said.
"We still got time. Now, again!" Sarge said, making Blitz uneased with the training that is too harsh for him.
First, Blitz is about to face Drew. The incubus restrained by wrapping Blitz with his arms tightly.
"This is called Bao, most referable for restraining. Never fight back, look for the way to free yourself. But not with your strength, your mind." Drew said.
"Yep!" Blitz muttered. "I get it!"
Blitz used his tail to smack him in face so hard, causing Drew to flinch and Blitz twirled around before throwing him to the ground.
"Not bad for the imp rookie." Drew laughed. "That's just a good start."
Next, Blitz is charging towards Crackle who bashed him with the elbow in a force of her strength. Blitz slid down next to Ivy's feet who giggled at him in amusement.
"You've got to do better than that." Ivy smirked.
Blitz and Sarge brought up their knees higher, only for the former to fall back to the ground after he lost his balance.
"Maybe you can use your foot to strike against the enemy's shin." Sarge said.
Razor growled lowly, swung his claws at Blitz and effortlessly dodged him.
"I been good at acrobatics and throwing knives. The next thing you know..." Blitz said.
Razor thrust his left claw towards the imp, but the latter restrained it with his elbow lock and hitting him with his hip. Razor stumbled back, smirking at him.
"Nice!" Razor said.
After one hour of training with Sarge and others, Blitz laid down on the ground flatly and panted in exhaustion.
"Take some rest for tomorrow. You gotta learn how to fight them." Sarge said.
"Pretty much." Blitz said, holding out a skull pendant from his neck. "I really missed my family."
"I know. You can see them again. I decide it for you." Sarge replied. "Is the pendant really important to you?"
"Yeah. I don't know why I wear this. I can't stop wondering if my adoptive mother gave it to me. Maybe it must belong to someone else." Blitz said.
"Mhm. Hard to believe, but it could be a clue to find your biological parents' whereabout." Sarge murmured.
"I guess you're right." Blitz said.
(Happy Therapy Treatment Center – Morbius' Office)
Morbius sat quietly in his office, waiting for Colton.
"He's in here."
He heard the voice muffled from the other side of the door, opening and revealed Tony who let Cameri and Colton in.
"What took you so long? It's been an hour." Morbius said.
"Sorry, the traffic is busy." Cameri said sheepishly. "Colton and I are doing great in the conversation, getting to know each other."
"She said that you used to know her from the long time." Colton responded.
"Used to. We've been friends from the high school together." Morbius nodded.
"You work with him?" Cameri asked.
"Certainly, I do, ma'am. I was his university teacher, and he excelled in his studies about therapies. And at the end, he wants me to be the supportive therapy." Tony said. "Would you care for the refreshment?"
"Um. Tea, please." Cameri answered. "Oh, and get a tea for him too."
"Right away." Tony said, leaving the room.
"Why would I need a tea?" Morbius asked.
"We just want to drink together. I don't want to forget our lives spend at the high school, you used to be part of our music band." Cameri said.
"You were on the music band?" Colton asked.
"Yes, I was. It's amazing we played the music together, not anymore." Morbius murmured.
"What happened?" Colton asked.
"There was an incident, but I can't tell you much of this." Morbius answered.
"Me too." Cameri sighed. Our friend Zeezi is... No longer to be with us."
"That is hardly my fault..." Morbius said.
"Morbius." Colton replied.
Tony arrives in the office, bringing the tray of the teapot and two small cups.
"I brought the tea as you requested." Tony smiled, placing the tea set on the small table aside the fireplace.
"Thanks, Tony. Leave us be." Morbius said as Tony bowed to him bending his back slightly and left the office quietly.
"Colton, would you kindly leave my office? I gotta talk with her alone." Morbius uttered.
"Okay. I'm going to need to read the books." Colton said, leaving the office.
Morbius pours the tea onto the small cups. "You should have asked me to visit to my place. Where were you doing all these years behind the life?"
"Like I said, I am doing with the child expert thing. I only do something awful; I was unable to take care of the kids." Cameri replied.
"Well, you come here for the right place, Cameri. I have some form to fill your personal details and that way, I can guarantee for your future." Morbius said.
"That's wonderful." Cameri smiled bashfully, held her hand on her face and looked away.
"I'll go get some from my desk." Morbius told her, approaching the desk and opening one of the drawers.
While he was looking for the form, Cameri put something discreetly on Morbius' teacup and retained her composure when she sees Morbius turned around and held the form.
"Ta-da! I got it!" Morbius replied, he placed it there on the desk and walked up to the tea set before taking a cup.
"Since we're here, let's toast to seeing each other for so long." Morbius smiled.
"Wouldn't dreaming of it." Cameri remarked, took a cup and drank it.
Morbius only sipped the teacup, he felt something odd with the taste.
"Ooh. What is that stuff that Tony puts in there?" Morbius asked, soon beginning to feel drowsy. "Oh god. Feeling tired already."
Cameri has a slight guilty on her look, watching him slowly closed his eyes and fell back to the floor as the teacup rolled across.
"I'm very sorry, Morbius..." Cameri replied, taking off in a hurry.
(Happy Therapy Treatment - Outside)
Cameri dragged Colton out of the place much to the latter's puzzlement.
"Where are you taking me?" Colton asked.
"If you want to know, please don't tell anyone." Cameri told him.
Cameri sees the car is driving to the entrance as the driver reveals himself when lowering the window.
The man wore a western plaid blue shirt, light denim jeans, leather brown belt with a brass buckle imprinted by a cattle logo, and brown boots. He has dark peach skin, charcoal black hair and light pear green eyes.
He let out a wicked laughter. "Nice job, young lady. Bring him in the back!"
"What is this? What's going on?" Colton demanded.
"I'm sorry. This is your own good." Cameri sighed, opening the car door and pushing him gently.
She quickly gets in the car's right side. "Let's go Cliffton."
"Yee-haw!" Cliffton chuckled, drove away from the place.
(Happy Therapy Treatment Center – Office)
Morbius stirred from his sleep with a groan slightly and saw Tony sniffing in the teacup.
"You woke up. At least it was three minutes." Tony murmured.
"How could I fall asleep? Is there something in the cup I drank it?" Morbius asked, getting back to his feet and slowly regained his senses.
"It is. That's chloral hydrate, a treatment sedative used for insomnia and induces sleep before surgery." Tony induced.
"She put it in my cup. Why?" Morbius said before realizing. "Wait. I better check on Colton!"
(Happy Therapy Treatment Center – Colton's Room)
Morbius rushed into the boy's bedroom and saw he was not there.
"He is not in his room. Where'd he goes?!" Morbius asked.
Tony entered the room. "I do believe Cameri got your boy."
"What? Cameri is a friend of mine, and she hasn't done anything worst." Morbius said. "I better go check on the God's Eye to find Colton."
(Happy Therapy Treatment Center – Main Chamber)
Morbius made his way to the chamber where the giant golden globe resembled Ophanim.
"It's been many years I have ever use it." Morbius said, recalling back to his memories.
(Flashback in the Main Chamber)
A giant globe towers over Morbius and Master Marcel, as the mechanism gears shift from left to right. Morbius and Master Marcel watch in awe as the gears move, and the globe begins to spin. A deep humming sound fills the air as the globe rotates, and the gears move faster and faster.
"What is that thing do?" Young Morbius asked.
"This device watches over the world and beyond the great wonders of the Multiverse. 'God's Eye' is what we call it. You can earn enough to use it if there are dangers in any specific location if you wish to become one of us. It is an invaluable tool for discovering the secrets of the Multiverse and protecting yourself. Just remember, only the bravest and most determined can unlock its power." Master Marcel explained.
"The bravest and most determined..." Young Morbius murmured.
Master Marcel placed his hand on the boy's shoulder softly. "It is your responsibility... I know you can make it there from time."
(Back to reality)
Morbius took a deep breath, held out his hand as the magical sigil appeared before him and pushed it slightly. The God's Eye activated and the mechanism gears began to move around slowly.
"Find Colton." Morbius uttered.
The God's Eye revealed the location of Colton, it displayed the poor boy was dragged by the two thugs into the wooden cabin house before showing the map that indicated he was in the Wakelee Field, Demarest.
"A suburb west of mine, Demarest, is where he is located." Morbius said.
(Morbius' Eyecatcher)
The doors opened widely, revealing Morbius in his office and greeted POV before the camera shifts to his room with his Supreme Counsellor's outfit laid on his bed before instantly vanished with a holy light magic.
(Cameri's Eyecatcher)
Cameri is feeling uneasy by Hellish Demons' presence as she looks at POV and waves shyly towards it before the camera shifts into her bedroom with a book on her bedside table.
(Cabin House – Basement)
Colton is struggling to break free while restrained by two same thugs, putting him in the cage with the other kids. They are seen as dirty with their tattered clothes. One of the thugs locked the cage with a padlock and hung a key on the wall.
"Sleep tight, kiddo. Cause' for tomorrow, the truck is coming to pick you all up and putting you on the sale." A thug muttered with a Southern accent before leaving the basement with the door shut.
"I know I never trust that girl!" Colton grunted.
"Same with us." A little boy with freckles murmured. "We're all kidnapped by that same woman."
"Did you have a phone? You must call the cops!" A young girl was alarmed.
"I don't have it! I must have left it at that place! I'm sorry." Colton said, making the children whimper in fear.
(Cabin House – Living Room)
Cliffton chuckled, pacing around the room while Cameri sat on the lone chair.
"You're doing a fine job of smuggling a kid, I give you some taste, young lady." Cliffton said, giving her ten dollars.
Cameri sighed, feeling crestfallen and in fact, she dislikes working with the child smuggler.
"Don't beat yourself down. I'll give you some more if you take three children from their homes." Cliffton said.
"That's fine. I'm going to head back." Cameri said.
(Wakelee Field Forest)
Morbius appeared out of the portal before looking around to see more guards and hid behind the tree making sure he didn't get spotted. He sees they are not there, patrolling the area.
He ventured far into the forest to find the cabin where Colton was being held captive, but he had no luck finding it.
"It shouldn't be that far." Morbius muttered, marching through the forest.
Morbius then heard the twig snapping, twirled around to see Cameri.
"Morbius? What are you doing here?" Cameri puzzled.
"Are you the one who took Colton?" Morbius firmed, confronting her. "Did you have any idea those goons are gonna do with him?"
"They said they are gonna kill me if I don't work with them!" Cameri sniffed. "You gotta believe me!"
Cameri fell on her knees, weeping loudly and putting her hands over her eyes. Morbius looked down at his friend, sighing.
"Colton is the only child I raised him for eight years. He is all I need to watch over him." Morbius answered.
"I'm so sorry! We were friends for a long time! I am just a terrible person!" Cameri said.
Morbius kneeled to her. "Listen. It is alright. Could you at least tell me where my boy is? I'm pretty sure he is somewhere in the forest."
Cameri turned to him, still have her tears.
"He's at the cabin, locked away in the cage in the basement." Cameri answered. "I'll show you the way."
"I better get change first!" Morbius replied as he thought. "I don't really have a choice."
He held his Demon Seraphim Cross out as he transformed into his alter ego, the Supreme Counsellor of Heaven and Hell. The mask with a curved visor descended from the Demon Seraphim Cross, obscuring his face as he was fully standing on the ground with determination.
"Great Savior of Order?" Cameri asked. "You were that superhero?"
"I have the other name from the otherworldly creatures. They called me the Supreme Counsellor of Heaven and Hell." Supreme Counsellor told her.
(Cabin House – Living Room)
Cliffton gave the loud chuckle amongst his two goons.
"Anybody don't know what hit'em, boys!" Cliffton said. "We gotta sell these young punks outta town by tomorrow!"
A rock broke through the window, catching their attention.
"What was that, boss?" A short goon asked.
"I don't know, fella." Cliffton answered. "We got ourselves a company out there. Get your butt out there now!"
Two goons complied with their boss' command, took off with their guns. Cliffton is armed himself with a rifle and cocked it.
Then they crashed through the door and were seen in pretty bad shape.
"What happened?" Cliffton asked.
Cliffton then heard the crashing noise coming from the basement.
(Cabin – Basement)
Cliffton opened the door and sees Cameri helped the children including Colton climbing to the broken window. Once the children have escaped, Cameri is about to climb through it.
"Hey! You sneaky backstabber!" Cliffton yelled, aimed towards Cameri. "Betcha get away with this!"
Cameri whimpered as she turned his head to him.
(Wakelee Field Forest)
Supreme Counsellor is waiting for Cameri while hiding behind the car that parked away from the cabin, only spotted the few more children running out from the cabin.
"Hurry and hide now! Go, go, go!" Supreme Counsellor yelled.
Colton ran up to him as he hugged his adoptive father. "Morbius!"
"Colton! You're fine! Where is Cameri?" Supreme Counsellor asked.
"She's still in the cabin!" Colton said.
"You go hide with the others! I'll catch up with you." Supreme Counsellor told him.
Colton ran after the other kids and hid somewhere in the forest. Before he gets inside, he quickly sensed that Cliffton is going to shoot him and jumped out to dodge it, only for the bullet pierced through the vehicle.
"I better deal with the young woman later!" Cliffton who is driven mad for interfering his illegal business. "And I'll get you first!"
Supreme Counsellor saw this and ran over to the forest.
The phone is starting to ring, letting out the Transponder Snail ringtone and made Supreme Counsellor frantically pull it out his phone and hold it to his ear.
"Lucifer, this is a bad time now! Call me later!" Supreme Counsellor whispered as he hide behind the tree and looking out for the crazy maniac.
(Morningstar Mansion – Lucifer's Crafting Room)
Lucifer takes a sip of the teacup, placing it down while holding his phone to his ear.
"What do you mean a bad time? Are you onto something important?" Lucifer asked.
"Nothing matters to you." Supreme Counsellor said with utter frustration. "What do you want?"
"I got the schedule deadline ahead of us, started in two days to meet the imp." Lucifer said.
"Two days?! Can it wait more days?!" Supreme Counsellor yelled, making Lucifer shudder and his phone vibrating due to shouting.
"Nope, dear boy! It's too late for that!" Lucifer said.
(Wakelee Field Forest)
Supreme Counsellor groaned in frustration, but he heard a rifle cocked and ducked down when the bullet shot through the tree in front of him.
"There you are you rascal!" Cliffton cackled with an evil smile.
"Great!" Supreme Counsellor cried, ran off to hide again.
(Morningstar Mansion – Lucifer's Crafting Room)
"Morbius! Look on the bright side! At least the meeting with your wittle imp pal can't get even..." Lucifer began before the gunshot is heard from the phone. "Was that a gunshot?"
"It's nothing! Absolutely nothing!" Supreme Counsellor called back to him.
"Well, if it is nothing, why can I hear that noise?" Lucifer asked, leaned back on his seat while folding his right leg onto the left leg.
"Short story, I am in the middle of saving someone from the maniacal man who planned on the innocent children right before he is trafficking them!" Supreme Counsellor sped his response.
Lucifer chuckled in amusement. "Whoa, you talked fast! How about this? I can give you a special rubber duck which helps you to make you..."
"Forget it!" Morbius responded before letting out a scream and hung up from the call.
"Sheesh." Lucifer grunted. "What is going on with him?"
"Is everything okay in there? Was that a scream?" Charlie asked from the other side of the door.
"Um, no one! Just me!" Lucifer responded back to the doors.
(Wakelee Field Forest)
Supreme Counsellor able to dodge the bullets while maneuvering swiftly.
"Can't hide from me, Mr. Hero!" Cliffton laughed.
Supreme Counsellor grunted in annoyance without looking back and jumped up onto the tree. He waited to let the criminal come and see him down there.
"Where are you?" Cliffton asked.
Just then, a rock threw at his head causing Cliffton spun around.
"Who did that?" Cliffton asked.
All the rocks were throwing towards him, making the criminal back away and hold his rifle. Colton appeared out of the dark and tackled him to the ground, causing his rifle to fall out of his grip.
"Dog pile!"
The other kids joined him to wrestle on Cliffton, preventing him from getting up.
"Get off of me! Get off me!" Cliffton yelled.
Supreme Counsellor jumped off the tree and smirked underneath his mask.
"What do you know? Handling on that crook on your own?"
"It was my idea." Colton smiled.
Supreme Counsellor casts the Holy Magic Bind as the rings strapped around Cliffton.
"What in the unholy world is this?!" Cliffton yelled. "Who are ya?"
"Your worst nightmare, pardner." Supreme Counsellor threatened, mimicking the Southern accent. "And what did you do to Cameron?"
"Wanna find out? She is about to go boom at least two minutes!" Cliffton cackled as Supreme Counsellor punched him in the face, knocking the crook out cold.
Supreme Counsellor hurried on his way to save Cameri.
(Cabin – Basement)
Cameri wailed in panic as the bomb strapped around her while wrapped in chains and the device reads 0:30 before countdown along with dynamite. Supreme Counsellor burst into the basement and ran up to her.
"You got to get them off, quick!" Cameri said.
"Don't move! I better get the bomb out first!" Supreme Counsellor removed the bomb device from her and crushed the chains with his hardened Haki hands.
He picked her up and jumped out into the broken window.
(Wakelee Field Forest)
Supreme Counsellor is carrying Cameri safely while picking up the pace. The bomb went off there and the cabin destroyed by the massive explosion which sent both flying to the ground in a few meters away. The cross from his neck hits upon the impact and conjured the portal as it pulled unconscious Cameri and disappeared.
Supreme Counsellor raised his head to look back at the exploded sight.
"We made it out." Supreme Counsellor said, glancing to find Cameri is not here. "Cameri? Cameri? Cameri?!"
Supreme Counsellor stood up from the ground, looking for her. "Cameri! Cameri! Cameri! Where are you?"
He soon lowered his head in a moment and ran off to check on Colton and other kids.
At the short while, the police have arrived and arrested the three suspects saved for the two goons who are lucky to get away from the explosion and as for Cliffton, who roared at the officers.
"Take them away!"
The police car drove off, taking the criminals with them to put them in jail for their crimes.
The other cops checked on the missing children, asking them about their parents and their addresses.
Supreme Counsellor sat down on the stump while Colton comforted him.
"Did you think Cameri was captured?" Colton asked.
"Don't know. I've gotta make sure she was safe." Supreme Counsellor answered.
Another man approached to them with wearing his black sunglasses. He has dark brown skin and dark orange-yellowish hair with two curved bangs. He wore his long dark brown trench coat with a collar, hiding his beige sleeveless vest and white buttoned shirt, long black trousers and brown leather shoes.
"I confirmed we have met before." A detective voiced.
"We have?" Supreme Counsellor said.
"It's been a lot of year... And I'm sorry what happened to our friend, Cameri." A detective responded.
"How did you know her name?" Colton asked.
The detective removed his glasses, revealing himself to Supreme Counsellor. "It has been too long to remember me, Morbius."
"Calvin Palmer?" Supreme Counsellor asked.
"I know who you are, especially you were wearing that vigilante outfit. Your secret would be kept safe with me." Calvin said.
"And what are you doing here?" Supreme Counsellor asked.
"I could say this is... a reunion." Calvin replied. "There are many activities I tracked them in the past few months. That trafficking business has led to the man, known as Earl or Millenium."
Supreme Counsellor grunted and bared his fists shakily.
"Who is the Earl of Millenium?" Colton asked.
"A mysterious sinner with the mask of goblin. No one even knew about him. All I know he's enjoying bringing chaos to the humanity." Calvin responded.
"And what has got to do with the children?" Supreme Counsellor asked.
"For experimenting them as guinea pigs." Calvin answered as he took a small note from his pocket. "And if you ever find the trace of evidence, contact me and fill me in with."
Supreme Counsellor takes it, glancing at his number and address. "Thanks, I gonna need someone."
"Listen. If that maniac came to you, let me know." Calvin said, walking back to the cops.
"Let's go home." Supreme Counsellor said.
(Specs' Apartment - Blitz's Room)
Blitz fell to his bed flatly, curled himself slightly. "Oh man. I barely managed to workout. No kidding with Sarge, he's serious on the training."
The kitten Mimmy jumped onto the bed and nuzzled against his face.
"You're not really tired, Mimmy. I gonna need some sleep for tonight." Blitz said, holding Mimmy in the air with his hands.
Mimmy meows cutely in response before Blitz putting her down and letting the little cat go to the small bed.
A portal appeared above him from the ceiling.
"What is that?" Blitz asked.
Suddenly, Cameri fell from the portal which surprised Blitz.
"What the?" Blitz uttered before the young woman landed on him.
Specs opened the door after they heard the noise. "What was that?"
The hellhound then noticed a woman landed on top of Blitz.
"A human?" Specs asked.
"What does it look like? She fell on top of me from the portal." Blitz muttered, pulling away from Cameri.
"How did it happen?" Specs asked.
"Who knows?" Blitz climbed off the bed and glanced at unconscious Cameri. "And she is unconscious and covered with little dirt. What are we gonna do with her?"
"Well. There's no point in letting this human girl stay on the island. But we gonna patch her up first till she wakes up." Specs told him.
"Do you think we gonna call Sarge and others?" Blitz asked.
"We must let them know. We gotta keep her away from the demon public." Specs told him, leaving the room.
As Specs left, Blitz couldn't help but to stare at Cameri and wonder why she was there. Upon looking at her description, he immediately he has seen her before from past years.
"Wait a minute, I recognized her. She is from the audience at the circus I perform years ago!" Blitz exclaimed, slightly back away from Cameri.
Trivia:
1) I picked Cameron 'Cameri' Walden from Zoophobia comics made by Vivziepop.
2) The episode setting is compared to Murder Family from Helluva Boss despite the title of the chapter as Babysitter's Family.
3) Blitz showed his hesitance during the training with Sarge and others, getting to learn with Demon Bajiquan. It is also resembling the scene of Po's first training at the Training Hall from Kung Fu Panda.
