Many different Pokemon trainer goes through different trails. Whether that be figurative trails, or literal trials. Pizookie is no different his trial is a gym leader a challenge that most pokemon battlers go through in their lives. Will he be able to overcome this challenge.
As Pizookie is about to leave he decides to call his parents before his rematch. He breaths in steadily before he dials his fathers number quick and fast. He does so with the calculated precision of a marksmen.
"Hey hey hey Pizookie how've you been"?
"I've been doing good day, what about you guys"?
"Well the cookie business is booming these days since your sister decided to make a visit back".
"Really Dad it is"! Pizookie's shout causes Eon to jump on his head. Due to Eon's recent training with the Firefighter Rhapsody he over-exerts himself and makes Pizookie fall on the ground.
"I see you two have been training".
"Yea Me and Eon are gonna rechallenge the gym leader we plan on beating her hard this time".
"That's great Pizookie, oh also I almost forgot". Pizookie's father expression changes into one of a dark seriousness. It's as if the mood and atmosphere went completely pitch black as Eons father Jolteon jumps on Pizookie's dad.
"Be careful there's riots going on and huge forest fires thanks to a monster".
"Right dad there's no need to worry about me".
"Oh and remember that your team is working under a time limit get eight badges before November or you won't be able to participate in the league".
"Pssht dad it's only March I can't easily get the badges before then I already have two it's literally the start of March".
"By love you".
"Love you too".
After hanging up the phone Pizookie looks over at all his pokemon with Roto taking pictures of them. Everyone gives off this aura of confidence. Eon gives off the most with a smug smile.
"ZZZT You ready to go Pizzokie"?
"Yea let's move"!
Everyone walks in with a huge amount of confidence. It's Pizookie and his team's hearts are beating as one.
Mary stands waiting for them as an audience gathers in the stands. Almost like she knew they were all gonna be here today.
"Hello Pizookie you seem pretty confident in yourself today".
"Yea we received tons of training my whole team is a lot stronger due to it".
Mary steps forward lighting the stage changing its color to a beautiful black.
"I accept your challenge three v three just like last time".
"Victor always goes first Sweetie don't let me down"!
"Monferno set the competition a blaze"!
Sweetie and Monferno coming flying out as the field turns into a clash of green and red. Mary draws a confused look before she smiles at the evolution of his bounsweet into a stenee.
"So she evolved huh alright let's see what you got".
"Monferno use flame wheel"; "Sweetie use light screen go"!
The stage turns a deadly red as monferno curls itself into a ball. Before turning into a giant fire ball then starts dashing into Stenee. Stenee creates a light wall but she gets hit hard.
This causes her to fall to the ground hard. Slowly but surely she gets back up and breathes heavily.
"Sweetie return"!
Pizookie then chuckles before he points towards Peeky. Peeky jumps into the stadium as the field turns orange.
"A switch out already alright then".
"Peeky use splishy splash"; " Monferno use fire spin now"!
Peeky slaps his tail on the ground; water starts to blast out of Peekys tail that goes flying towards Monferno. Monferno attempts to counter attack with a fire spin. The two attacks clash but monferno's fire spin subsides.
This causes monferno to get hit hard by the splishy splash. As Monferno slowly gets back up electricity goes through him. Pizookie smiles at this.
"Peeky use thunderbolt now"!
"Don't let him, Monferno use Dig".
As Monferno starts to use dig paralysis activates, letting Peeky hit him with a point blank thunderbolt. Electricity cackles across the stage as it turns into a bright yellow. Sending Monferno flying back once he falls he's automatically knocked out.
"Thanks Monferno, You guys did train alright then numel I choose you"!
Numel comes onto the field instantly recognizing the Pikachu he faced off against last time. The camel pokemon gives off a cocky grin before he slams his hind legs on the ground.
Peeky growls in defiance.
"Use fire blast now"!
"Dodge it with quick attack and then go for a splishy splash".
Numel fires out the giant fire blast once more, but Peeky has grown since then being he uses quick attack to jump right over it. Then from his position in the air he blasts water out of his tail.
The water blast hits Numel hard, sending the camel reeling in pain. Numel slowly gets back up from the damage he's taken.
"Numel don't let up use fire blast once more"!
"Peeky get right in there and use spilshy splash".
Due to how close the two pokemon are both blast their attacks at eachother. The instantly changes the color of the stadium into a vibrate fiery red.
As the dust clears Peeky is the one left standing.
"Alright I knew that light screen would come in handy".
"Numel you did great; Hmph alright then final one Turtanator"!
"Peeky come back now; Alright Eon shown em whats what"!
"Eon use bouncy bubble now"!
"Turtantor use dragon tail go"!
Eon shoots Turtantor hard as bubbles come out of his maine. He shoots and shoots but turtanator continues to dash forward before he clearly smacks Eon. This sends Eon back into his pokeball and sends out Sweetie.
"Sweetie, be careful and use a light screen".
"Get over there and blast her with a point blank flamethrower"!
As Sweetie sets up another light screen, she gets blasted by a flamethrower knocking her out.
Pizookie returns Sweetie and nuzzles her pokeball before he throws out Peekys.
"Peeky go for a thunderbolt"!
"Turtantor go for a flamethrower"!
Both attacks clash into each other before they equalize out.
"Peeky use splishy splash"!
"Turtantor use dragon tail".
Once agin like before Peeky blasts the fire turtle with water as he gets closer and closer, before Peeky gets slammed and knocked out.
As Pizookie returns Peeky both him and Sweetie come out of their pokeballs. They shout and cheer for Eon.
"Right come on Eon lets finish this battle"!
"EVOI"!
Eon jumps onto the stage changing the color to a beautiful gray.
Both trainers freeze up and the audience goes silent. Everyone waits in anticipation for the other to call a move. The colors reach the center of the stage alongside the pokemon.
"Dragon pulse Turtantor"!
"Jump on it Eon and use a bite".
Eon jumps over the dragon pulse causing an explosion and dust to cover the floor. Swiftly and violently Eon jumps on the turtonator head and bites down with all his might.
"Turtantor shakes him off and uses a flamethrower"!
"Finish this bouncy bubble"!
Eon blasts Turtantor hitting hard before he gets knocked out.
"The challenger Pizookie has defeated all three pokemon, thus Pizookie has won the match"!
After everything is done Pizookie his pokemon and Mary meet up.
"Pizookie Cookie for besting me in battle you proved you're worthy of the HELL SCORCHED Badge".
"Alright guys we did it we got the Hell Torch Badge"!
With the badge in hand Pizookie rests up at the pokemon center waiting with his team mates. A sense of pride is worn on their faces. Pizookie then stands up after all of them are done eating pokemon food.
"Attention Attention everyone I'd just like to say we all did an amazing job during training and working towards our goals out there".
"Thank you guys you're the best if we keep at it at this rate we'll win the pokemon league for sure"!
Cheers are had with Pizookie thinking of where to go linger in the back of his mind about the dangers of forest fires happening around California. He thinks about the strange swablu trainer. He thinks about Stephano, his presence being felt everywhere.
For a second he stops feeling happy about his recent gym battle one. These thoughts leave his mind as quickly as they come. Pizookie realizes these thoughts don't matter. He let's go of them for a fleeting moment.
In this fleeting moment he feels a sense of euphoria pure bliss. As he's about to finally accept everything except the world around him. Eriden comes blasting through the pokemon center door with an injured Blastoise.
Pizookie alongside his gang stare in awe as a bunch of regifide pokemon attack.
Will Pizookie be able to survive this attack? What happened to Eriden? Where did all these pokemon come from and find out next time in the exciting world of Pokemon?
