Chapter 2: The Wake up call! and the Conversation

in the morning, everyone were eating breakfast except for Tyler. "Hey Sammy, can you get Tyler up. brekkie is ready." said Warren. "okay Dad, wait why you say brekkie?" Sammy asked? "it's a Aussie thing son. so we can show The Australians how Australian we are!" Warren remarked. "oh okay," said Sammy as he ran up to Tyler's room, Sammy opened the door and see Tyler still sleeping, Sammy slowly close the door as he go back to the kitchen. "where's your brother?" Warren asked? " I think he's still sleeping Dad." Sammy assumed. Warren sight chuckled. "okay kiddo let your brother sleep for a bit, The moving trunk will be here later today." Warren said with a smile. "should I wake Tyler up for breakfast?" Sammy asked with a concern look. Warren nodded. "maybe when The truck comes." Warren said.

at the afternoon, The moving truck came as it stopped, they opened the back of the truck as Warren, Becky, and Sammy, grabbed their stuff from the moving truck, with Curtis, Sara, and their kids helping them out, "Hey Curtis, can you wake up Tyler to get his stuff?" Warren asked? "I will tell The kids to wake him up, Hey Tommy, Jeremy, can you go wake up your cousin and tell him That to get his stuff!" Curtis said "sure, Dad." said Tommy. he and Jeremy quickly go inside the house to Wake up Tyler.

Tyler was sleeping in his warm bed just fine until Tommy and Jeremy ran into his room and jumping on him like a trampoline. "Tyler! Wake up! Wake up!" Tommy and Jeremy both shouted while jumping on him. "Gah! What! What! What Happened!?" Tyler said as he quickly sat up. "what you guys doing in here for? and what time is it?" Tyler asked? half awake. "Dad wanted us to wake you up because your stuff is here!" Tommy said. "oh okay, good morning." said Tyler. "it's The afternoon." Jeremy reassured. "it's The afternoon already! how long I have been asleep!?" asking exclaiming. "since last night." Tommy said. Tyler looks at the time of the clock and it's 12:49. "huh, I must overslept from last night." Tyler said to himself. "Come on! let's go get your things!" Jeremy shouted. "should you guys be playing with your toys or play games or something." Tyler said. with a yawn. " oh,you're right. but That can Wait. now Come on! cousin! Tommy said. "that's not what I meant-nevermind." Tyler said with a grumble. as he got out of his bed and went to the living room with his cousins. Warren and Becky were in the living room waiting for him. "good afternoon Tyler, did you sleep well last night?" Becky asked with a smile. "good Mom," Tyler chuckle. he grabbed a few of boxes that has his name on. Curtis Saw Tyler. "hey there nephew, afternoon." Curtis said. "Hey Uncle Curtis, thanks for the Wake up call." Tyler said with a yawn, "don't mention it nephew, always here to help." Curtis said as he gets one of his boxes and handle it to Tyler.

"I- aha forget it." Tyler said taking a box and taking it to his room. after a while all the boxes were in Tyler's room with Tyler unpacking. "I didn't know you like BTS. I heard they're from South Korea." Curtis said looking at the BTS posters. "I didn't know they are from South Korea either. I thought they were Japanese or Chinese." Tyler assumed. then Curtis opens once of his boxes and see a guitar. "you play guitar?" Curtis asked? grabbing the guitar and holding it. Tyler look at him. "oh yeah, I played guitar recently. Dad teach him how to play." Tyler said with a smile. "okay then, when you are done with your stuff. maybe me, you and Sammy should go somewhere, if you want." Curtis offered. "sure Uncle Curtis, That would be great." Tyler replied with a warm smile. Curtis leaves his room and let him to unpacked.

about three hours later...

knock knock* "oh, Come in!" Tyler said after hearing the knock. Sara comes in the room and was surprised on how his room looks. "wow, you really turned The room around, if only I could get boys to clean their room " Sara Said looking at his room. "thanks." Tyler said while drawing and listening to music on his CD walkman. "Curtis told me that you like BTS." Sara added. "oh, yeah I have listened to BTS recently." Tyler said as he finished his drawing. "so, what's up? do you need any help with Mom and Dad?" Tyler asked? "no, Love. your uncle wants to ask are you going out with him. are you game?" Sara asked crossing her arms. "I'm down." Tyler replied. "I'm going to check on you in an hour." Sara said. Tyler nodded in responded. Sara nodded before leaving his room.

Sara then walked to Curtis. so, what he say?" Curtis asked? "he's game." Sara assumed. Curtis go to Warren's office as he knock on the door. "Warren?" Curtis said knocking at the door. "yeah brother?" Warren asked nicely? "your son is going for a walk with me and go out for dinner." Curtis said to his brother. "okay thank you Curtis, you're The best." Warren said with a warm smiled. "no problem." Curtis replied.

around at 5:00, Tyler, Sammy, and Curtis, go outside as Curtis started The car. "we will be around at 10:00 Warren!" Curtis said. "okay Curtis! just make sure The boys have a great time!" Warren reassured. "they will Warren!" Curtis responded as he immediately drives with Tyler in the front and Sammy in the back. "Are you it's a good idea to let Tyler go with your brother?" Becky asked? looking at her husband. "I know babe, if anyone can open Tyler's eyes it's My brother." Warren said with pride. Becky smiles at Warren and he smiled back at her.

at a nearest restaurant, Curtis, Tyler and Sammy go inside and see a waitress who is a 19 year old Pink poodle girl. "hello and welcome to Baroque Carbaret Station, how many of you will be dining with us today?" she asked with a positive tone? " just The three of us." Curtis replied as Tyler walked besides him. "awww, and what's your name little fella?" she asked upon seeing Sammy and he looks at her. "My name is Sammy." Sammy replied with a smiled. "that's a unique name for a pup and that's a cute name too." The poodle remarked. "let me take you to your table." The poodle hostess said as she led them to their table. they sit on their table as Sammy sit next to Tyler. "what you want to drink?" she asked? "I will have The Ginger beer as usual." "and you two? "I will have some iced tea thank you," "and you little one?" "do you have lemonade?" "of course we do, we made a batch of lemonade yesterday." The hostess said as she gets their drinks. "so Tyler how's things going at San Diego?" Curtis asked? "good Uncle Curtis," Tyler said looking at the window. "you going to start school tomorrow?" Curtis asked? "tomorrow." Tyler said looking at Curtis. "are you a freshman or sophomore." Curtis asked? "freshman, next year I'm going to be a sophomore." Tyler said. "oh, I guess didn't know." Curtis assumed. the hostess came with their drinks. "here's your Ginger Beer, your iced tea, and here's your lemonade," she placed them on the table as they grabbed their drinks.

"what you like to order?" The hostess asked? "I will The stake with a baked potato, and Mix veggies. "and you?" "I will have a burger." "oh,sorry Love.we don't have it here I'm afraid." "oh, can I have fish and chips then please." Tyler said "and what you will have little one?" "I wanted The same thing with him." Sammy said looking at his older brother. "okay I will be back with your food in a jiffy." The hostess said as she walks to get their food. "so Tyler, how are you liking here in Australia?" Curtis asked? "fine I guess." Tyler said rubbing The back of his head. "are you getting along with your cousins?" Curtis asked again with happily tone? "sure." Tyler replied. looking down at the floor. Curtis placed his paw on Tyler's paw. "if you want to talk to me about it, you can I okay with it." Curtis said tiling his head at the right. "did My Dad told you to talked to me?" Tyler asked looking at his uncle with a eyebrow raise. "oh W-well." Curtis stuttered. Tyler only nodded while looking at Sammy drawing. "listen to me Tyler your dad wanted you to open and I'm being honest with you." Curtis said with a comfortable tone. Tyler take a deep breath and look at Curtis. "let's just change the subject." Curtis said looking at his nephew. "which part? My Dad got the Job moving in Australia?" Tyler asked? "both I believe." Curtis answered. Tyler looked down with a sad look. "what's wrong Tyler?" Curtis asked looking at his nephew. "it...just... I know why Dad needs this Job, I know why we moved here! and I.. don't want to fight about it." Tyler started to cry with tears in his eyes. I just wanted to stay with My friends, My baseball team, and The girl I loved since kindergarten. and now it's all gone because of this. and I'm starting school in the morning, and I don't know I'm going to make New friends or anything." Tyler look at his uncle. "I know how you feel Tyler, I was The same thing like you." Curtis said with a soft warm smiled. Tyler wipes the tears in his eyes. "really Uncle? when?" Tyler asked? "since I met Sara, and it's going to sound bad." Curtis said with a chuckle. "I will be okay with what you going to tell me." Tyler replied. Curtis take a deep breath. "okay, since I met Sara and when you were six like Sammy. I Wanted stay here with you and your parents." Curtis said. "for real?" Tyler was stock by Curtis's sentence. Curtis nodded "yeah, I really wanted to stay here but when I realized that Sara is from Australia, she wants me to moved there, and we got into a argument. it was crazy." Curtis explained. "That was crazy." Tyler said. "I know right, but then I told your Dad that I'm going to moved in with her at Australia and he got mad and told me why won't Sara stay here until she tells me that her father was feeling sick and got a cold so your Dad was okay with me going to Australia with Sara, and she was happy. when your dad told he got a job as a archaeologist because your grandpa was a archaeologist. but when The people him a Job in Australia. but Then your parents were sad That you and your brother were going okay with it. your Dad told me about the job, and he told me that you guys are moving here and I told him that he can move in with us because we have ten bedrooms and four bathrooms." Curtis said when Tyler chuckled. "that's a good point uncle Curtis. I know that but it's not The Job or the move That makes me sad it's My Friends, My scholarship, and The girl I loved." said. "well, your Dad told me that you and The girl you kissed when you were leaving to Australia." Curtis chunked with a tease. "What! he told you that!?" Tyler exclaimed"yes he did and he took a picture of you and your girlfriend." Curtis said when he pulled out his phone and showed Tyler the picture of him and Madison kissing. Tyler started blushing with embarrassment. "that is so embarrassing! deleted the picture Uncle Curtis!?" "no, no, no, Tyler I'm going to show it to your aunt when we get home." Curtis said what The waitress brings The food. "oh good I'm starving." sad Curtis. as he put his phone down. Tyler quickly grabbed his phone and deleted the picture and placed it next to him. The waitress placed the food on the table as Tyler, Curtis, and Sammy, started to eat.

after dinner, they headed home as Curtis parked his car as they got of. Curtis Carry Sammy on his back after he was exhausted from the meal. they go inside and see Warren and Becky watching TV, "hey Curtis how was dinner?" Warren asked? "good we have a good time." Curtis said rubbing Tyler's head. Becky got up and take Sammy to his bedroom. Curtis go to his room as Tyler walked up to his Dad."hey Dad." Tyler said nervously "yeah Tyler?" Warren asked? "can we talk?" Tyler said. "well done Curtis." Warren said with pride. "let's talk." Warren said as they sit on the couch. "so what you want to talk about Tyler?" Warren asked? "I know why you needed this job Dad and I'm happy for you and I don't want to get mad at you. it just I miss My Friends, and The girl I loved. and I will always be happy for you and your New Job as a archaeologist like Grandpa was." Tyler looked down. "Tyler. The Job I took was the reason is when your grandfather died I told I want to be a archaeologist like him. and I promise him I will follow his footsteps. and I'm glad you're okay with it now." Warren said with a soft warm smiled. Tyler looks at his Dad and give him a warm hug. they stopped The hug as Warren looks at The Time. "I think it's time for bed. you have school tomorrow." Warren added. "good idea Dad." Tyler agreed as they go to bed. "good night Dad." said Tyler. "good night to you Tyler." Warren said as he go to his room.

in Curtis's room he lays on his bed next to Sara. "how was with Tyler and Sammy?" Sara asked? "good babe, before we go to sleep I want to show you something." Curtis said as he looked for the picture. "where is it, I know Warren sent me the - ohh Tyler you're going to regret it!" Curtis said with a narrowed look.

hey guys Hero Rider here I want to tell you something before I publish the chapter. KodiWolf321's Story sad faces made me realize something in my mind. it reminds of my family when I'm not with them like I don't care about them. but I do Care for them. I appreciate them being there for me cooking for me and looking after me when I need help. when I moved in America it like I'm not in Japan anymore but My parents did told me if I'm okay being here I always moved back to them. I'm moving back to Japan recently after My Mom had a heart attack I'm still going to write more chapters but for now I'm going to pack up all of my stuff.
