Author's note: hey everyone this battle took a long time it was originally suppose to be out before Christmas, but I wanted to make Serperior look like a power house and show how tough the battles would be from this point forward. Here's some character charts for them.\
Pizookie Cookie:A trainer who's on a mission to defeat the sinister Kaneki from winning the tourney and getting the mega stones.
Sarah H: The leader of the Rowdy Ruff trainers. She leads with a calculated demeanor her toughness strikes fear into many.
Pizookie looks directly in front of himself while he walks alongside Sarah. He thinks about telling her how grateful he was for the training back then.
His throat becomes dry as Sarah's cold gaze falls on him. He always hated being looked at like that by people.
Almost as much as he hated being dismissed by others for his own efforts. Pizookie thought about telling her, but it didn't feel like the right moment/ in fact it felt like this was the absolute wrong moment to tell her.
So instead he went on his side of the battlefield and faked a confident smile. He new he was outmatched in age, experience, and most likely skill. It's hard to hold a front against someone who's cool.
"Alright everyone i go"
Pizookie clutched onto his pokeball before tossing it; "Sweetie let's show her how much you've grown go"!
The young Stenee popped out with a happy smile on her face as she stared dumbfounded by who she's fighting.
It was the girl she meant when Pizookie and her first met, she never got to thank that Serperior.
Maybe during this battle it would be the perfect chance.
Pizookie quickly pulls out his pokeball and chucks it as hard as he can.
"Peeky I choose you"!
Peeky comes flying onto the normal gem field with a moody, but serious look.
Sarah quickly throws her pokeball out sending out a raticate. The rat pokemon puffs his cheeks up with confidence.
Pizookie thinks back to his time training with the rowdy trainers before shaking the thought from his head.
Pizookie shouts "Peeky lets show Sarah how much we've improved, use quick attack now"!
Sarah responds back "Use a quick attack as well".
Both the rights go dash at each other with white glowing light following behind them quickly. The attacks get powered up by the normal type gem field allowing for both to clash at each other hard.
Peeky and Raticate slam into each other with a ferocious amount of force. However due to Raticate being a normal type pokemon it's quick attack gets powered up even higher compared to Peeky.
Causing Raticate to throw Peeky off of him and on to the floor. Peeky slides backwards before getting back up.
Pizookie decides to see if there's a way to break through the defense.
"Peeky use thunderbolt now"!
Sarah retorts back "Raticate thunderbolt as well"!
Peeky's cheeks light up as yellow bolts of electricity form around him before he fires off a powerful stream of electricity directly at raticate who counters with his own.
In this clash its automatically decided to Peeky has the huge advantage and overwhelms raticate with his electrical ability.
This leads to raticate getting hit by the surge of electricity causing a explosion as raticate gets sent sliding backwards as well.
Pizookie decides to quickly follow it up.
"Peeky go for a splishy splash now"!
Peeky slams his tail into the ground in front of him blasting a beam of water at the raticate.
Sarah commands raticate to use iron tail on the floor.
Raticate slams his tail straight ontothe floor denting it as he braces the impact of the splishy splash.
Sarah pops her knuckles before she comments.
"Pizookie did you honestly expect to get a early ring out"?
Pizookie chuckles as he looks away; "Well I had to try atleast".
"Lets get serious already then" Sarah coldly states.
"I couldn't agree more".
"Raticate use quick attack and get close in to use hyper fang".
"Peeky use quick attack now and dodge that hyper fang".
Both pokemon go flying at each other once more. Raticate's teeth grow completly white as he approaches Peeky who begins to slide directly at raticatte.
As raticate attempts to bite a chunk out of Peeky; Peeky uses his tail as a spring to jump upwards dodging the attack.
Pizookie snaps his fingers "Now Peeky use thunderbolt go"!
"Raticate jump after him and use iron tail". Sarah points at Peeky.
Raticate's tail becomes as grey as steel before he jumps upward; this is met by Peeky shocking him with electricity.
Raticate attempts to endure the attack but he falls hard back to the ground hard. Sarah bites her cheek before spitting out.
"Raticate hyper fang now".
Peeky acts quickly, and dodges the attack just barely using his tail once again to out maneuver the raticate.
Peeky lands casually as Pizookie calls for his next game plan.
"Peeky use thunderbolt one more time".
Sarah calls for raticate to dodge in response; however having taking a ton of damage already he's unable to dodge the attack and gets hit hard flying backwards.
The raticate attempts to stand back up, but ends up falling to the ground casually.
"Raticate is unable to battle Sarah is down to one pokemon".
Sarah breathes heavily for a second before smiling.
"You really have improved since the last time I saw you".
"Yea Of course we've all been preparing for this tourney with everything we've got".
Sarah smiles peacefully letting her eyes close for a bit. She then pulls out a timer ball and gives Pizookie a stern look.
"Alright then lets see how well you do against Serperior"!
With a flick of the wrist, Serperior appears out of her pokeball casually, and confident within herself.
Peeky snarls at the pokemon while Pizookie starts sweating.
The audience goes wild seeing the Serperior that allowed such an easy win for Sarah during her last fight.
Pizookie, thinking about his options, calls for Peeky to return; Peeky slowly drags his tail across as he heads towards Pizookie.
"Don't worry Peeky, I'm working up a plan to defeat that involves you and"!
"Alright lets go Sweetie"; Pizookie throws out his pokeball releasing the Stenee Sweetie who spins around before noticing Sarah.
Fangirling Sweetie waves eagerly at her opponents, and then puts on a warface.
Sarah grins calling recalling the memory of Pizookie and bounsweet's meeting.
Sarah calls out "Use leaf storm now".
Pizookie retorts" Sweetie, use light screen now".
Sweetie cartwheels her way out of a leaf storm casually she waves her arms creating a yellow holographic screen of light.
Sarah smiles as a red aura envelopes Serperior Pizookies eyes widen at a shocking realization instantly calls back Sweetie knowing full well how she operates.
In his head Pizookie calls out contrary Serperior has the contrary ability which ups her special attack every time she uses a move that is supposed to lower it.
Sarah stares with a calculated gaze at Pizookie; before she coughs.
Peeky jumps out from the sidelines of Pizookie who smiles with confidence once more.
"Alright Peeky it's time to show the results of our training use CALM MIND"!
"Serperior use dragon pulse now"! Sarah huffs out.
Peeky closes his eyes for a split second imagining a beautiful electric spark that connects to another, and another.
Peeky opens his eyes as the purple beam of light comes flying directly at him; he jumps over the beam casually.
With this boost an upgrade to his special attack and special defense are guranteed.
"Serperior dash in and use leaf blade now"!
Sarah clenches her fist; Pizookie responds by telling Peeky to use "Thunderbolt"!
Peeky fires off multiple jolts of electricity , but the snake pokemon slithers around them with ease.
As it's about to approach Pizookie calls for Peeky to use quick attack and slam right into her hard.
Serperior meets the quick attacked normal gem boosted Pikachu clashing with him before she swats Peeky away like a housefly.
Peeky lands on his hindlegs as he begins to slide backwards "Peeky use calm mind now"!
Sarah coldy snaps "Seperior use leaf storm now"!
"Peeky use your tail to outmaneuver it".
Peeky slams his tail on the ground; as he sees Serperior shooting a spiraling storm of leaves at him it's bigger than a normal leaf storm due to the special attack increase.
Peeky directly does what his trainer tells him slamming his tail and using his tail strength to outmanever the leaf storm by moving away from it's range of effects.
Pizookie realizes his plans won't work if none of his attacks don't connect; in tandem to that Sarah could easily just keep flying leaf storms to make Serperiors special attack get stronger and stronger. He thinks of a appropriate counter attack while Peeky watches Serperior with a critical gaze.
"Peeky slam your tail into the ground and use quick attack".
Sarah serious expression drops; she's been waiting for Peeky to use a opening moment, and this may be her realistic chance she quickly calls.
"Seperior leaf storm now"!
Superior once again twirls her tail and shoots out a huge amount of green leaves once more.
The huge amount of leaves goes flying at the Pikachu who stuck his tail in the normal gem ground.
Peeky begins to shake violently using the move quick attack this gets powered up by the normal type gem floor.
As the leaves start coming towards him Pizookie screams "Now peeky launch yourself at superior use quick attack then thunderbolt.
Just as the leaves are about to reach Peeky he releases his tail launching him forwards with the force of mach 20 speeds.
Launching upwards the trajectory goes flying directly into Serperiors face scoring a critical hit.
Peeky thern proceeds to use thunderbolts. Sarah in a panicked tone says "Dragon pulse serperior go".
Serperior shoots out a beam alongside Peeky with both being at point blank range The results in a big explosion that covers the field in black smoke.
Pizookie and Sarah stare onward.
Roto takes several different pictures of the events attempting to figure out what the outcome will be.
Butterscotch smiles, "Oh so thats what's gonna happen".
Roto floats around Butterscotch, "Hey what do you mean ".
Butterscotch flips her hair back, and smiles; "You see Roto with how close to eachother they are they'll cause a huge explosion especially since both attacks are already charged up due to special attack being boosted by their moves and abilities.
Roto analyzes what exactly is about to go down.
As the dust clears Peeky and Serperior are still standing a few feet away from each other. \
Yellow electricity moves around Serperior revealing that she has been paralyzed.
Peeky gives a cocky grin as he goes to use quick attack the quick attack starts to be filled with a bolt of electricity.
Pizookie and Sarah sweat as Serperior snaps out of paralysis her tail glows green and turns sharper Seperior meets Peeky's volt tackle with a leaf blade.
Both attacks slam into each other using tons of force , but due to Serperior's superior strength she swats Peeky away sliding hard knocking out Peeky.
"Peeky is unable to battle this brings it to a one v one match".
Pizookie smiles as Peeky begrudgingly gets up "Chu".
"Its okay Peeky we're gonna win this no matter what Sweetie lets end this bout now".
Pizookie throws out Sweetie.
Sweetie stares at Peeky surprised that he lost. Peeky gives a confident grin giving his team mate a thumbs up.
Sweetie spun around happily before she stared at Sarah and Serperior.
"Its decided we ain't losing not after Peeky just learned volt tackle Sweetie let's go in hard and strong".
Sarah sighs she didn't think Pizookie would push Serperior this much; she knows he'd been training, but not this extent.
Sarah and Serperior stare at each other knowing what he's gonna call for next.
"Sweetie use light screen strong style go" Pizookie points hard.
Sarah shakes her head and then calls for superior; "Serperior use dragon pulse go".
Serperior attempts to blast a dragon pulse at Sweetie but is stopped by the paralysis.
Sweetie glows red before she creates a big screen of light she smiles at her powerful screen as she begins spinning around happily.
Pizookie follows this up "Sweetie use speed style rapid spin go".
Sarah clenches her fist "Serperior let her get close".
Serperior stands completely still while Sweetie begins spinnin around quickly. This gets powered up by the normal type gem floor; increasing Sweeties speed and power.
She goes flying at Serprior who then uses the move glare.
A sharp beam comes from Serperors eyes as Sweetie hits her. Yellow electricity swirls around Sweetie as she falls to the ground for a second.
Pizookie's eyes widen in horror before he calms himself.
"It ain't over yet Sweetie use Strong Style Rapid spin"
Sarah retorts back telling Serperior to use leaf blade.
Both are able to attack each other hard with both attacks, but Pizookie realizes his mistake.
Sweetie has to recover way more from using strong style. This gives time for Sarah to call for a dragon pulse.
As Sweetie tries to move out of the way she gets hit by a giant purple aura dragon sending her flying back.
Pizookie looks away as Sweetie yelps before grabbing onto the field.
"Sweetie I know you can do it let's show Sarah are power"!
Sweetie screams hard "STENEE"!
"Good use magical leaf now" Pizookie shouts.
Sweetie creates multiple leaves and fires off several pink and green leaves at Serperior.
"Serperior flick them away". Sarah scoffs hard.
Serperior does just that using her tail she whips away the magical leaves casually..
"Rapid Spin Sweetie lets get in close".
"When it gets close Serperior use leaf blade to knock it back".
Speeding up once more and being powered up by the normal type field; Sweetie goes spinning faster and faster at Serperior who dodges the attack slithering away in time to use a leaf blade , this however is matched by Sweetie's left leg.
"Sweetie use strong style rapid spin"! Pizookie shouts.
"Serperior use leaf blade once more" Sarah responds.
As Sweetie is about to use rapid spin her paralysis takes effect. Resulting in Serperior slashing her multiple time over and over.
Sweetie looks winces in pain almost collapsing to the ground before Pizookie screams.
"Sweetie grab her tail and throw her away".
Responding to her partners wishes Sweetie uses her stubs to grab Serperiors tail.
Sarah shouts "Serperior blast her with dragon pulse now".
"Sweetie agile style rapid spin go"!
Before Serperior could point blank range Sweetie her agile style technique allows her to spin around giant lizard hard.
This causes the dragon pulse to be fired at everything having a energy shield projection be put up to stop the attack from hitting the crowd.
"Keeping going Sweetie use strong style rapid spin now"!
Pizookie yells hard as he starts to sweat beams across his face.
Red aura envelopes around Sweetie as she spins even harder this ultimately ends with her letting go of the serperior who's been spun around so much it gains momentary confusion/.
The starter pokemon goes flying directly into the sky reaching unknown heights as it hits the magic dome of the stadium that was made to prevent flying type pokemon from having a unfair advantage.
Sarah attempts to call for a dragon pulse to weaken it's fall but the paralysis takes over causing Serperior to land with a hard thud.
Pizookie recoginzes this as their biggest chance.
As Serperior starts to recover Pizookie and Sweetie shout as she starts running towards her.
'Sweetie Strong Style FRAIL"!
Sarah screams "Serperior leaf blade stop them".
Serperior struggles but tries to use her superior reach with her tail to end the fight with a leaf blade.
But Sweetie is way to fast its been building up rapid spin speed boost throughout the match this causes her to completely dodge the leaf blade.
Sweetie's arms and legs glow white as she starts furiously kickingb punching swapping and biting Serperior.
Sarah's eyes widened, making the sudden realization.
Since Frail is a normal type move that is effected by how much health a pokemon has this plus the normal gem field giving the normal type moves a boost plus the rapid speed at which Sweetie is moving it could only mean one thing Pizookie set her up sense the very beginning of sending Sweetie out.
With every blow the audience alongside Sarah and Pizookie could feel the sheer intensity coming from the frail attack.
This match ends with Sweetie slamming Serperior directly out of balance as the snake pokemon almost faints.
"Serperior has been sent out of balance the winner of this match is the trainer Pizookie Cookie who will go onto the semifinals"!
Pizookie sighs and Sweetie jumps up and down doing various cartwheels and acrobatics happily.
As Pizookie and Sarah meet each other after returning to the break room Pizookie shakes her hand.
"By the way thanks for the training Sarah you're the best".
Sarah looks cold but calm "You better win the next match if what you said is true".
Sarah then gives Pizookie a soft smile as the journey continues.
