Chapter 4: Investigation:
Wilfred's POV:
I was asleep, but then I woke up and saw some police men in Liselotte's room. I then walked up to them. "What happened," I asked.
"There's been a murder. Do you know the woman who lived in that room?"
"My cousin's friend," I said, "I'm Wilfred Solartower."
"I knew her too. I'm George Winton. We... dated."
"Oh, I'm so sorry, Det. Winton," I said.
"And you slept during the whole thing," asks Det. Winton.
"Yes... I can see why that would be suspicious."
"I would like to bring you in for questioning," says Det. Winton.
"Very well."
. . .
We were at the station. Liselotte's body was in the morgue.
"So, anyone we're going to have to contact after this," asks Det. Winton, "a mother?"
"Well... no... you see, I have two Fathers," I said.
He looks at me. "Okay then. Now, how did you manage to sleep throughout all of that?"
"I'm a heavy sleeper. You see, I'm pretty lazy."
"No one could be that heavy sleeper," says Det. Winton.
"You'd be surprised," I said, "my fiancée finds it very annoying. Now, if you don't mind, how did she die?"
"Apparently, she was strangled..." Det. Winton then looks at my hands. "Good news, I don't think you did it. Not with hands like those."
"Harsh, but works in my favor... I think."
"Well, I guess you can go now."
"Good day, Detective." We then shook hands.
The Stranger's POV:
I snuck in and took my latest victim for my collection. I signaled for my associates, Mr. Igor and Mr. Averill and I threw the body out the window and Igor and Averill caught her.
