"Vox are you sure that this is a good idea? Shouldn't I be training?" Lincoln asked his Ai friend
"of course not you're strong enough already." Vox said "what we need is to see if my creator had anything we can use."
They were heading to the vault that was in the house with hopes that cordz rogen, lectron's father left something that they could give to Lincoln's pokemon to cover their weaknesses
lectron was being watched by tor and his mother to make sure he didn't pull a fast one on them
they soon reached the vault door
"alright let's see what's inside." Vox said as he unlocked the door electronically
the door slowly opened and inside were tons of inventions
Lincoln sent out cacturne to help look around
"Lincoln look!" Vox said
Lincoln looked in front of him and saw a glass cylinder with a robotic body with a flat screen tv for a head inside of it
"I think it's a body for me." Vox said
"you really think so?" Lincoln asked
"yeah but first let's keep looking." Vox said
cacturne found a weird looking bow tie and put it on
"hey cacturne focus." vox said
"maybe you should mind your damn business." Cacturne said catching everyone off guard cacturne included "woah I can talk now."
"that bow tie must be a translator." Vox said
"nice." Cacturne said before noticing a little box "oh what's this?"
he opened it revealing two stones that looked like marbles
"that's a mega stone!" Vox said "and a key stone too!"
Lincoln remembered what lectron had told him about mega stones
"what Pokémon is it for?" Lincoln asked
Vox did a quick scan
"it's for garchomp." Vox said
"Score!" Lincoln said as he grabbed the stones
"Lincoln I'm going to upload myself to my new body alright?" Vox said
"sure!" Lincoln said as Vox began the upload "I got a battle to win!"
an hour later
"lectron you idiot what were you thinking?" Mags asked
mags found about what was going and went over to both lecture lectron and show Lincoln support
"hey it's the only option I had." Lectron said "we don't know what's in that vault! what if it's something dangerous and they sell it to someone bad?"
"but sending the kid?!" Mags asked
"you and I know both know how strong he is." Lectron said before noticing Lincoln and tor were about to start "let's hope it's enough."
"the battle is about to begin!" Lectron's mother said
"I've got the best Pokemon money can buy you got no chance!" Tor said before sending out a nidoking
"money doesn't get you experience!" Lincoln said sending out Tyranitar
Tyranitar caused a sandstorm upon entering battle
"battle begin!" Lectron's mother said
"use horn drill!" Tor said
nidoking rushed in and landed horn drill on Tyranitar
"yes! One down!" Tor said
but then Lincoln smiled as Tyranitar grabbed nidoking by the head
"What?!?" Tor mags and lectron said
"Use hyper beam!" Lincoln said
Tyranitar opened its mouth and fired the beam point blank in nidoking's face knocking him out cold
"shit just got real." Lectron said
meanwhile with vox
vox finished uploading to his new body
"finally I have hands." Vox said before noticing an envelope
"what's this?" Vox asked before opening it and reading it
after reading it he got a smile on his face
"Interesting." Vox said before laughing
back with Lincoln
"that's impossible it tanked a horn drill?!" Tor said "no matter go golisopod!"
she sent out the bug type
"use first impression!" Tor said
golisopod rushed in and landed the attack
"use stone edge!" Lincoln said
Tyranitar stomped on the ground causing rocks to come out which golisopod got hit by
"it didn't need to recharge?" Mags asked
"I'm seeing this with my own eyes but I still can't believe what's he's doing is actually possible." Lectron said
"use liquidation!" Tor said
golisopod rushed in and landed the water type attack finally knocking down Tyranitar
golisopod got hit by the sandstorm
"go Runerigus!" Lincoln said sending out the ghost type
golisopod looked nervous
"use body press!" Lincoln said as runerigus jumped in the air
golisopod switched out with bisharp as runerigus was about to land
"oh shit." Tor said as runerigus landed knocking bisharp out "damn it golisopod come back out."
golisopod came back out
"use liquidation!" Tor said
golisopod landed a powerful blow with the water type move knocking out runerigus
"go metagross!" Lincoln said
"use meteor mash!" Lincoln said
metagross slammed it's leg golisopod and knocked it out
"go houndoom!" Tor said sending out the fire/dark type "good luck getting past-"
"use explosion." Lincoln interrupted
metagross flashed with a bright light before releasing a massive explosion from its body knocking out houndoom
"you may have taken down houndoom but metagross is gone too!" Tor said returning houndoom to its ball
"are you sure?" Lincoln asked
as the smoke cleared metagross was still standing strong
lectron's jaw dropped
"grrr go gigalith!" Tor said sending out the rock type
"use meteor mash!" Lincoln said as metagross rushed forward and slammed it's leg into gigalith
"use earthquake!" Tor s
the ground began to shake violently as it damaged metagross knocking it out
"go cacturne!" Lincoln said as cacturne came out still wearing the bow tie
"let's dance!" Cacturne said
"it can talk!?" Tor asked "it doesn't matter!"
"cacturne just like we practiced use trailblaze and power up punch!" Lincoln said as cacturne jumped in the air
"all right then take this! FOOT DIVE!" Cacturne said
cacturne rushed in and began landing a combo with each hit either increasing speed or power
"THIS GAME IS OVER!" Cacturne yelled as he landed the final blow
(I got to do this.) tor thought to herself as she used a max revive on nidoking and sent him out
"SHE FUCKING CHEATED!" Lectron yelled
"you know what? In the name of fairness I'll let you get one attack." Tor said
"one attack?" Cacturne asked before laughing "ok then I'll be right back."
Cacturne jumped away p
after a few minutes lectron got the sudden urge to look up and saw cacturne
"IS THAT A FUCKING-"
"ROAD ROLLER!" Cacturne yelled as he dropped the steam roller on to nidoking
nidoking tried to break the steam roller with poison jab
"ITS TOO LATE YOU CANNOT ESCAPE!" Cacturne yelled as he began to hit the top of the steam roller with payback
the steam roller got closer and closer to nidoking despite the poison jab
"WRRRRRYYYYYY I'LL SMASH YOU FLAT!!!!" Cacturne yelled as he punched the steam roller on final time
he jumped to avoid the explosion which sent nidoking flying, knocking him out and fully getting rid of the steam roller
"I'm down to my last pokemon." Tor said "Go frosslass!"
She sent out the ice type as sandstorm disappeared
"use sandstorm!" Lincoln said as cacturne put up the sandstorm
"use blizzard!" Tor said as frosslass fired a massive blizzard at Cacturne knocking it out
"you did good buddy." Lincoln said "go garchomp!"
he sent out the pseudo legendary
"Ha! this is over! Use blizzard!" Tor yelled
frosslass unleashed another blizzard freezing garchomp
but Lincoln smiled as the ice began to glow and crack as mega garchomp broke out
"WHAT?!?" Everyone yelled
"use iron head!" Lincoln said
garchomp head butted frosslass and knocked her out cold
"D-Damn it." Tor said
"like Cacturne said this game is over." Lectron said to his mother "now give me back my Pokémon."
"I'm not giving up until I have that watch." Lectron's mother said
"actually you are." A familiar voice said
vox was by the door with some officer Jennys
"you're giving up now." Vox said "officer's arrest them."
two officers Jenny went up and arrested tor and her mother
" here are you Pokemon back sir." One of the officer Jenny's said handing them back
"Dad you got your Pokémon back!" Lincoln said
lectron's eyes went wide
"you called me dad!" Lectron said tears In his eyes
"don't start the water works yet." Vox said pulling out the envelope "read this."
lectron opened the envelope
"this is dad's handwriting." Lectron said
he skimmed through the letter before coming to a final will
""all of my assets secret accounts my house and everything inside will go to the latest heir of either of my children's families blood related or adopted."" Lectron read
"that means..." mags began
"everything goes to Lincoln." Lectron said
"wait what?" Lincoln said
"kid after one battle you became one of the richest people on the planet." Lectron explained
"does that mean things are going to change?" Lincoln asked
"not majorly." Lectron said "I'm not gonna see you any differently from before."
"ok!" Lincoln said "thanks dad!"
"now let's go home." Lectron said
