After relaying his message to the North Japanese, Kojima would patiently wait for a North Japanese convoy to arrive.
"Katsuko, you and the others head back to the nearest Dilganese base," said Kojima
"What if your intercepted by the New Titans," said Katsuko
"I can fight them off until the convoy arrives," said Kojima
"What if they bring a full fleet, you can't think to fight them alone," said James
"I've got to try until the North Japanese arrive," said Kojima
Suddently a fleet appeared out of nowhere, many of the ships were Explorer-class ships which indicated that they were hand-me-downs from the Dilganese as they were older class ships, however Kojima also noticed a partially cloaked USS Defiant flanking them.
"It looks like I'm being teleported to the capital, Katsuko, steer this ship towards Dilganese space, James you explain the situation to them," said Kojima as he was teleported.
Kojima found himself on a ship that's interior looked older than the Alexandria's as it hadn't been refitted in some time possibly due to budgetary constraints with regards to the North Japanese Space Forces whom weren't as well funded as their Ground Forces.
It was there where two North Japanese officers approached him both with rifles in their hands.
"Drop any weapons that you have and follow us, Mrs Takahashi is waiting," said the officer.
"I come unarmed, I left my weapons on the Alexandria," said Kojima which prompted a officer to inspect him which confirmed Kojima's statement.
"This way," said the officer as Kojima was led to a room that looked like a meeting theatre with a giant projector screen and loads of chairs. Two people were awaiting Kojima, one of them had long grey hair with makeup and lipstick as well as a North Japanese trench coat , the other had blonde hair as well as sunglasses and a giant cream overcoat.
"I see you're Grand Aunt Rui, who is the person next to you" said Kojima
"Indeed, the person next to me is Kaori Arima of the Dilganese CIA, you called into my ship to discuss defection," said Rui
"I have, my father along with the New Titans is destroying our family history with the Cromwell Battalion and now trying to ram and destroy colonies with each other as well as other heinous acts," said Kojima which shocked them both.
"I can't believe they are beginning to treat their colonies like that, I know of there anti-spacenoid rhetoric, but I would never guess that they would go that far," said Kaori
"The New Titans have destroyed a good portion of the Heinz collection, so I am actually not surprised that the New Titans have stooped to colony bashing," said Rui
"What is the Heinz collection, I know it has something to do with my Great-Grandpa Heinz and my father is hell bent on destroying it," said Kojima
"It is a series of paintings and artwork that your great-grandfather either did or kept in his collection, after he went into hiding, me along with your Grandma Hitomi and your Grand Aunt Ai became Cats Eye which were a group for thieves aiming to steal his artworks in an attempt to get him out of hiding, however after his brother tricked us, we stopped all operations, Heinz would never come out of hiding and would only send letters to us occasionally, but because of our actions as Cats Eye, his works became valuable and high-risk which is..." said Rui before stopping as she trembled.
"You can tell him," said Kaori
"Because his work became valuable and high-risk, it became a target for art thieves which caused the deaths of your Grandma Hitomi and Grandpa Toshio which may have caused great pain to your father and I believe your father has blamed Heinz and the chain of events that he caused for all of his shortcomings," said Rui
"One thing I never got was that how come when my Grandpa Toshio and Grandma Hitomi died, you or Grand Aunt Ai didn't take my father in," said Kojima
"Unfortunately due to the circumstances of case involving the Heinz artworks, I would of risked being found out by the authorities for being the ring-leader of Cats Eye which would of massively affect my family income and as for Ai, she couldn't as it would of risked her top researcher position job if the Cats Eye revelations came out about her and Toshio didn't have many surviving close relatives, but looking back it was terrible decision to leave Tatso to the wolves and it is now come back to haunt us," said Rui
"Do you think the reason fathers so bitter and resentful towards the Heinz collection is because when he lost his parents that day, he lost everything including his family as well as a sense of stability," said Kojima
"Sadly yes, I feel he's bitter with his mothers side of the family for causing the chain of events as well as abandoning him when he lost everything, I am also aware he was sucked into a wormhole 2 years after his parents deaths and he served in both the One Year War and Gryps War with the Earth Federation and Titans," said Rui
"He was always proud of his service to the Federation and Titans, when I grew up if it was brought up, he used to talk about it with such enthusiasm," said Kojima
"It would be the most stabilising time of his life before of course he ended up in this dimension," said Rui
"How much of the Heinz collection is still out there," said Kojima
"As it stands, most of the paintings are gone with most being destroyed or sold to the Earth Federation and their cronies in an another dimension, as for the jewels most of them were sold to the IRGO with some still out there and the instruments have mostly survived thanks to the influence of my organisation," said Kaori
"How the hell was father able to sell some of the artwork to the Earth Federation and if he had the means to do so, how come the Zeons that the Dilganese have haven't used it for their own ends," said Kojima
"Most of the Zeons that sided with the Dilganese would most likely never return to the UC as they feel they could never go back mentally, as for the Earth Federation, it's to do with the various wormholes that have shown up in this dimension," said Kaori
"I have heard stories of people similar to my father being sucked up through the wormholes and end up in the UC," said Kojima
"Many people of this dimension have, there is a link between this dimension and the UC that was apparently forged by some of the very first Newtypes," said Kaori
"There is rumours that Newtypes are able to cross between dimensions in ghost form, but once they return to their physical forms, they can't dimension cross," said Kojima
"It's true, it's known as Lalah's Phenomenon which is due to her wanting her fellow Newtypes to live normal lives in dimension," said Kaori
"It doesn't help with the Cromwell Battalion, New Titans and Lawrence Pester being in our ears," said Rui
"I did hear that some were brought back by various companies to work as cheap labour," said Kojima
"Restoration Devices, many large spacefaring companies and empires have them including both the Intergalactic Research Organisation and Dilganese Empire," said Kaori
"I do have a mission for you, Kojima," said Rui
"What mission did you have in mind" said Kojima
"My granddaughter and my sister Ai's grandson want to reform Cats Eye, but as their is only 2 of them, I was looking for a 3rd person to be part of it and now that you are here, I figured that you could join," said Rui
"You want me to reform Cats Eye, the same organisation that you and my grandmother used to steal Great-Grandpa Heinz paintings from various art dealers," said Kojima
"Rather than steal paintings, it could be used as a branch of North Japanese intelligence to spy on both Lawrence Pester and the Cromwell Battalion," said Rui
"Will we have any support or will it just be us 3 operatives," said Kojima
"Me and Kaori will be radioing you with missions and objectives as well as other branch's of North Japanese Intelligence, but in terms of completing the missions, it will be up to you three," said Rui
"I'm up for the task," said Kojima
"Excellent, I will get you acquainted with your new colleagues," said Rui as she took Kojima to a briefing room to meet his new colleagues, there was Rose Mishisama who was Rui's granddaughter who was an expert at disguise, bilingual and was incredibly quick and athletic, then there was Micheal Kono who was Ai's grandson who was extremely intelligent as well as being an expert marksmen and could help build technology relevant for the mission in hand.

Kaori would end up receiving a video comms call literally seconds after Rui and Kojima left the room.

"Kaori, we've got word that Pester is meeting with an Mr Mayhem with regards to the war, I'll give you the co-ordinates," said Dil
"I got my new team to delegate that to, they seem to be up to the challenge," said Kaori
"Please don't tell me you reformed Cats Eye," said Dil
"Gotcha," said Kaori smiling smugly.
"Kaori, you do realise that it could risk our relations with the North Japanese command if our intelligence services are tampering with theirs, their already still suspicious of us with our peace agreement with the SGDR," said Dil
"But Dil, I get along with their head of intelligence and we are fighting the same enemy, the New Titans and Lawrence Pester," said Kaori
"I am aware of Pester being at large, but I am also aware of you being after the Heinz's Designer Violin which you did agree to when working with the North Japanese," said Dil
"Rui said I can have it if I can help her, plus we need as many allies as we can if we are going to defeat Pester for good," said Kaori
"Indirectly yes, but directly only I can truly defeat him," said Dil

Flashback - 1997 Yucipica Michael Heinz Art Exhibition
The art exhibition was a showpiece of most of the works that Micheal Heinz had made at that point that weren't stolen by Cats Eye and was in a art gallery that looked more luxurious on the interior than on the exterior.
Hitomi and Toshio Utsumi were one of the main guests at an attendance which caused some attendees to joke that Hitomi would steal the paintings as Cats Eye had fallen into art folklore, however Hitomi and her sisters had long retired from art thievery and nowadays were dispersed all over the world with Rui staying in Japan and Ai travelling all over the world with various tech companies.
As the art collector was conducting a speech to the guests on the paintings, a large flash appeared and a mysterious man in a cape appeared.
"Security" said the collector, but it was no use, the security was dispatched extremely quickly as the man in the cape was too quick for them.
Hitomi and Toshio both stood guard to protect the other guests who were fleeing out of the building as the figure approached them.
"Ah, just what I need to defeat the Alien," said the figure with the 'Alien' referring to Dil Pickles.
"Who are you," said Toshio
"I am someone from the future who needs the abilities of one of you to succeed at my goals," said the figure
"What goals are that," said Toshio
"You wouldn't understand," said the figure as he shot Toshio in the stomach area which caused him to fall to the ground.
"Toshi, why are you here, what do you want from us," said Hitomi
"I have objectives and needs to fill and you have the fighting ability that I'm looking for," said the figure
"Are you looking for someone to join you, why did you have to shoot Toshio," said Hitomi
"He would of gotten in the way and I'm time travelling, so I need to appear undetected to avoid breaking the rules of time," said the figure
Hitomi threw a card at the figure which ripped his hood off to reveal who he was.
"I am Lawrence Pester of the Intergalactic Research Organisation, I will show you my true strength," said Lawrence as he entered into a fighting stance to fight Hitomi.
Hitomi threw everything she had at Pester, including kicks, chops, and even cards, but every move Hitomi made was dodged or blocked as Lawrence Pester proved to be too powerful, eventually Pester used a shockwave to send her flying into some of the Heinz portraits which stunned her as well as causing part of the wall to fall on her leg.
"End of the line, Cat," said Lawrence Pester as he held what looked like a Custom Stu-Von 5000 at Hitomi as he changed the settings on the remote to 'Static Soulcatcher Mode' as he fired it at Hitomi which caused her to disappear into the remote which Pester then plugged the remote into a backpack which gave him all of her martial arts abilities as well as her combat prowess as her soul got absorbed by Lawrence Pester.
"I've gotta go, but pretend I was never here," said Lawrence to a seemingly dying Toshio as he disappeared in a flash which caused the building to start catching fire.
Suddenly a another flash appeared and Dil saw the mess that unfolded, Dil knew he couldn't reveal himself as his younger self was only a few blocks away.
"The person that you were after has gone, he went in a flash and took Hitomi," said Toshio
"I'm aware of the mess he has made, if you want to live, you'll have to come with me," said Dil
Dil grabbed Toshio over his shoulders and flashed back to his own time.
Present - End of Flashback
"Wait, Toshio is still alive," said Kaori
"He's been in a coma for years, the bullet Pester fired at him damaged some key organs and he is currently on a ventilator at an old ARI facility that is now the Dilganese Science and Research building," said Dil
"When did you and Lawrence go back in time," said Kaori
"10 years ago, it was the first time I detected Lawrence's whereabouts since the summit," said Dil
"Here's a question to ask, if you and Lawrence hated each other, why did the summit happen in the first place," said Kaori
"Former ARI President John Long and Lawrence's deputy at the time Graham Schwarz were still good friends and as an result was able to organise a summit between the two rival organisations, we managed to be surprisingly civil during the summit and that was when I had an brief relationship with Haman which meant I didn't see much of Pester," said Dil
"So Pester absorbed the soul of a member of Cats Eye and now has both her fighting ability combined with Gideon's powers," said Kaori
"Indeed, which is why I advise to be careful in approaching him, I know you detest him, but he's very dangerous and only 2 people have the capability of defeating him," said Dil
"I know you are capable, but who is the other," said Kaori
"Charlie," said Dil
"You're not serious in sending out Charlie to fight Lawrence," said Kaori
"He's been assigned a new Kaiju MS and is being trained to use it as we speak," said Dil

"You do realise how difficult it is to even pilot that thing, even we couldn't do it back when we were both in ARI," said Kaori

Meanwhile in the Southern African Front
Dilganese General's Wally and Phil Deville had been assigned to conquer both the Titans Controlled Suid-Afrika and the Titans Protectorate of Rhodesia which were being fiercely defended by pro-Titans forces.
The Dilganese Forces were scattered around the various African countries of Botswana and Mozambique whom had provided the Dilganese with extra manpower and equipment as well as allowing them to use their territory as a staging point for a battle against the New Titans.
Phil, Wally as well as Botswanan Field General Francis Kabelo were in a command tent which had a video projector which General Warfield was giving out a briefing.
"We will launch a 3 way invasion into Rhodesian territory, the flank units will be MS artillery and Hover Tanks, whilst the General Purpose MS and ordinary divisions will be deployed in the middle, Botswana, Mozambique and the Zimbabwean Salvation Front (ZSF) will provide you assistance with this battle, good luck," said General Warfield
"Do we know what the New Titans and Rhodesian forces are going to deploy," said Phil
"We know they'll use a lot of MS that they've already deployed and will prepare for a siege, but with our tools of war, they shouldn't be a match for us," said General Warfield
"Shall we provide an artillery barrage before the battle," said Francis
"Sure, although a moving artillery barrage may be more effective," said General Warfield
"But we need time to reload our weapons," said Francis
"The Zaku Cannon and Xamel has good reload times, whilst moving," said General Warfield
"We better get going if we are to win the battle," said Wally
"Yes, I need to direct some more space battles as the end could be in sight soon," said General Warfield as he turns off his comms.
"Let's head to our MS," said Wally
Wally and Phil got in their SPT Zaku Alpha's, whilst Francis got inside a Zaku Cannon and Wally and Phil along with their forces began a charge onto the battlefield which was a desert on the outskirts of a border city as Francis and his men provided support fire.
The Rhodesian and New Titans forces began charging at them with various Hizack's, Galbady Beta's, and GM Quels being deployed at the Dilganese/Botswanan/ZSF who were using Zaku Alpha's and Reptar Mk III's as well as various Dilganese and former Zeon and Earth Federation tech such as the Nemo and GM III's with a blue colour scheme.
"Here they come" said Phil
Phil and Wally began to take on the Titans suits as a team, a GM Quel approached Phil with a beam saber, but it's was then shot through the cockpit by Wally, a Galbaldy Beta tried to take them out from long range before Phil used his Zaku's Alpha's Leg Missiles to destroy it. Wally then managed to defeat 3 Hizacks with relative ease before Phil managed to defeat 2 GM Quels with his Heat Hawk.
Suddenly a Olive Green and Purple Gelgoog Custom appeared out of nowhere which managed to sink a lot of the Dilganese MS that was on the battlefield. Wally and Phil tried to sink it, but the pilot was too experienced and managed to evade all of the shots that was fired at it before it managed to tear the arm off Wally's MS with a well timed shot of the Geloog's beam rifle.
"My MS's shooting arm has been blown off, I don't know if I can keep up," said Wally
The Geloog quickly headed towards the damaged Zaku Alpha, dodging Zaku Cannon shots on the way, however before it could finish Wally off, Phil arrived just in time to block the Gelgoog's Dual Beam Saber.
"Who are you," said Phil
The pilot chuckled before saying "I'm Cima Garahau, looks like Dil sent some of his best aces, too bad they're not as hyped as Pester made them out to be,"
"You're working for Pester, what brings you here," said Phil angrily as the two MS clash beam sabers
"You don't get it, this battle is a mere testing bed for Pester's new weapon," said Cima
"What is that," said Phil
"You'll see shortly, that is if you live," said Cima as they continued to clash sabers
"Why are you working for him," said Phil
"He brought me back to life and into this dimension, as long as he doesn't order me to do an Operation British, I shall remain at allegiance," said Cima
"I think Haman can tell you why that's a bad idea," said Phil
"I've heard that Maharaja Karn's daughter has renounced her Zeon ways, I don't blame her to be honest," said Cima
"I thought you're Pester's Zeonic lapdog," said Phil
"Let's say it's more of an mutual understanding of the universe," said Cima
Suddenly a army of what appeared to be Cybermen started appearing onto the battlefield with jetpacks as well as miniature beam rifles.
"Cima to the Cyber-Leader, mop up the remaining Dilganese troops," said Cima
"Cybermen, what is Lawrence's plan, Cima," said Phil
"That's not for you to know, but I'll tell you one thing and that's the Cyber-Leader identity," said Cima
"Who is the Cyber-Leader," said Phil
"Just before the ACS Adventurer blew up, Tommy Pickles was transported to an Intergalactic base by Lawrence Pester before Tommy was upgraded," said Cima
Phil and Wally were both shocked and jaw-dropped at the reveal that their old friend that they had known for many years had been converted into an Cyberman. Phil shot the ground to distract Cima before flying away with Wally.
"I won't let you escape," said Cima
"Pester to Cima, abandon pursuit and focus on removing the Dilganese from the area," said Lawrence
Later at the Dilganese Command Centre
Dil had been summoned to a meeting room where awaiting him were: Angelica, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Kimi and Susie were awaiting him.
"What brings you all here, Phil I thought you were on the Southern African Front," said Dil
"Dil, we need to speak to you about something," said Phil
"What is it," said Dil
"During the battle, Lawrence Pester deployed his Cybermen forces and its here where I found out something," said Phil
"What was it," said Dil
"Phil went one on one with Cima, the Zeon that Pester has hired and...," said Kimi as she began to burst into tears.
"You can say it," said Chuckie
"Tommy had been converted into a Cyberman after being teleported out of the ACS Adventurer before it exploded," said Kimi
Dil went quiet for a few minutes out of shock as all of his memories with Tommy flashed him by before banging his fist on the table with tears slowly rolling down his eyes.
"That bastard, Lawrence Pester wants a war with me, he's got one, prepare the Key to Time, I'm gonna remove him from time personally," said Dil
"But the ramifications would be massive, you could create a black hole that could consume this entire dimension," said Chuckie
"I'm thinking more of a targeted black hole, Pester has a Stu-Von as well as the Turbo Project and Project Alpha, what I'm thinking is to reverse Project Alpha using the Key to Time," said Dil
"That could create ripples in space that would take generations to fix, are you willing to risk that consequence," said Angelica
"I feel that is the only way that Pester can be dealt with if he uses Project Alpha," said Dil
