It's been a long time. Sorry for that.
The last two months of 2023 were rough on me.
A week before Thanksgiving, my mother was put in the hospital. She had fluid problems bad. So bad that her legs had swollen up, her kidneys went bad and she had fluid in her lungs. She actually needed a blood transfusion. So, she spent two weeks in the hospital and was put on dialysis during that time. Then she spent two more weeks in rehab and on the day she's supposed to be released, she gets covid! Thankfully, it was only sneezing and coughing, so she got over it before Christmas. She's doing a lot better now though.
Thing is, a lot of things had to change for us. My mother takes dialysis three days a day, her diet has changed and she needs my help more than ever now. So, I haven't had time to update my fics.
Silver lining, I've had time to catch up on some anime I've been meaning to watch. My Hero Academia, The Misfit of Demon Academy, Fairy Tail and Demon Slayer. I've already got fics planned, so be on the look out for my test fics.
I haven't given up on writing, it's just a slow process because I so busy nowadays.
