Hello and welcome to another new fanfic. This has been on my mind for awhile. I've seen many fanfics that feature characters from RWBY reacting to other anime universes with them as characters. Well, do as the Roman's do and all that. Now, let's get to it.

AN: Just to save time an explanation, the RWBY cast is in their volume 8 outfits in this fanfic.
A pair of silver eyes slowly open. A soft groan escapes the owners mouth as they sit up. The person in question happens to be a young girl with black hair with red tips. Her name is Ruby Rose.
"Ugh. What happened?" Ruby asks as she shakes her head.
As Ruby begins to gather herself, she instantly remembers the events leading to her current predicament.
"That's right." Ruby says. "We were fighting Cinder and Neo. I lost my weapon... and Cinder toss me and Neo into that void."
Ruby slowly stands up and takes in her surroundings. To her surprise, all around her is a black void. No light anywhere.
"Is this why Ambrosius said not to fall off the path?" Ruby asks. She then gasps. "Am I stuck here? But what happened to the others?"
Before Ruby can panic about the safety of her friends, a spotlight suddenly comes on at her left. A brown door happens to be there as well.
"...That wasn't there before." Ruby says warily.
Ruby looks around once more, but sees nothing but blackness, a spotlight and a door. The young huntress takes a deep breath before walking to the door. She then hesitantly grabs for the doorknob, turns it and slowly opens the door. Seeing nothing has happened, Ruby peeks inside the doorway. The inside looks to be a red and black checkered hallway with the ceiling and floors matching the color scheme. At the very end is a small light.
"Well, whatever's down there has to be better than out here." Ruby says.
The young huntress walks into the doorway with the door closing behind her. The spotlight then shuts off.
As Ruby begins her trek down the odd hallway, she can't help but feel worried about her team. Sure she was worried about Salem getting the Relics, but her friends came first. Ruby pauses in her thoughts as she hears something.
"Is that...music?" Ruby asks.
Spurred on the the thought of someone being close by, Ruby quickens her pace. Each steps the burnette takes, the music gets louder and the light at the end becomes brighter. After a few more steps, Ruby finally reaches the end of the hall and is shocked by what she sees.
The light fades away to reveal what appears to be a dimly lit giant movie theater with a small record player on the far side.
"What's a movie theater doing here?" Ruby asks.
A soft groan gains Ruby's attention. As she turns to the front row seats, she is shocked to see her teammates. Unconscious until a moment ago. The first on awake was Ruby's besty, Weiss.
"Ugh. What happened?" Weiss asks.
"Weiss!" Ruby exclaims in cheerful relief.
Weiss turns to Ruby's direction, but before she can say anything, Ruby barrels into her with a hug.
"I'm so glad your okay!" Ruby says.
"R-Ruby! Let go you dolt!" Weiss stammers as she separates herself from Ruby.
"Ugh. Gezz, can you guys keep it down?" Yang asks with her left hand on her forehead.
Blake shortly wakes up after Yang. The cat faunus stretches before observing her surroundings.
"...Are we in a giant movie theater?" Blake asks.
"Last thing I remember was falling down that path." Yang says.
"Ugh. I feel like I got hit by a Goliath."
Team RWBY turns to see Jaune shaking his head with his hand on his forehead.
"Jaune!" Ruby says.
Jaune groans as he turns his attention to the four girls.
"Guys?" Jaune asks. He then looks around. "Where are we?"
"It looks like a movie theater." Weiss says. "More importantly, what happened? You were with Winter when we all fell."
Jaune tries to gather his thoughts. "I-I was running down the path. ...And it disappeared before I could reach the end."
"So, you fell too?" Yang asks.
"...Guys, where's Penny?" Ruby asks.
Hearing the name of the cheerful android turned human causes Jaune and Weiss to freeze up.
"Yeah, shouldn't she be here too?" Yang asks.
Blake looks towards Weiss and Jaune who have suddenly become silent. Jaune though, appears to be shaking while Weiss solemnly looks at the ground. Suddenly, dread begins to rise inside Blake.
"...What happened?" Blake asks with a whisper.
Gaining their attention, the two sisters look towards the rest of their group. Seeing the sad look on Weiss' face, Ruby begins to worry.
"...Weiss? Where's Penny?" Ruby asks hesitantly.
Weiss bites her lip as she tries to speak. She couldn't even look at Ruby. Knowing that the news will devastate her partner.
"...I'm sorry, Ruby." Weiss says solemnly.
Ruby and Yangs confused and worried gazes soon morph as realization begins to settle in. Ruby's eyes widen with a horrified expression as she shakes her head. Trying to deny the grim truth.
"...N-no." Ruby whispers. "S-she's not... She can't!"
"...It was the only thing she could do to keep Cinder from getting the winter maiden powers." Weiss says.
Tears begin to well up in Ruby's eyes as Yang tries to comfort her. The girls attention is then taken by Jaune as weeps.
"I'm sorry." Jaune says tearfully. "I'm so sorry."
"Jaune?" Blake asks.
"...S-she asked me to..." Jaune says with a hiccup. "I... I...!"
Ruby stares at Jaune in confusion, while Yang and Blake begin to realize the meaning behind Jaune's words. Penny asked Jaune to kill her. Yang's eyes turn red in response to her anger. Before she can tare into Jaune...
"Ms. Polendina's sacrifice was of her own choice."
Ruby and the other turn to the upper seats to find a familiar looking farm boy. Though, his eyes speak of wisdom, experience and a weary soul.
"Ozpin?" Blake asks.
Oscar- or Ozpin, walks down to the lower row. "Do not blame Mr. Arc for her death. Doing so will dishonor Ms. Polendina's last wish."
Yang's eyes turn back to normal as her anger dissipates. Everyone then gives a moment of silence to remember their fallen friend.
"I don't blame Jaune." Ruby says, shocking the blond boy. Ruby clenches her fists. "This is all Cinder's fault."
"You rang?"
Everyone gasps as their heads snap tp the upper rows. To their shock and horror, there stands Cinder with a smirk on her face. But not just the evil maiden. The Grimm Queen herself, Salem, was there as well.
In his rage, Jaune surprisingly roars in anger as he forgets Salem and lunges at Cinder. The blonds friends look on in fear for his safety, while Cinder questionably does nothing to defend herself. As Jaune reaches his target, a barrier of some kind suddenly appears, blocks Jaune and repels him back to his friends.
"Jaune!" Ruby exclaims in worry. "Are you okay?"
Yang helps Jaune get back on his feet. The blond huntsman groans and the barrier goes down.
"What was that?" Weiss asks.
"I guess someone should've told your friend that all forms of violence are forbidden in this place." Cinder says cheekily. "Oops."
The huntresses and huntsman growl in frustration as Ozpin stares at the two villains in suspicion.
"And how do you know this?" Ozpin asks.
"Because I tried to punish Cinder for lying to me about your fates the moment I saw all of you." Salem says.
Cinder has the decency to wince and looks away from her mistress.
"Why are you both here?" Ruby asks with narrowed eyes.
"Your guess is as good as ours." Salem says. "One moment we were escaping with the Relics, the next we were encompassed in a bright light and awoke here a moment later."
Ozpin is horrified at the news of the Relics being in his enemy's hands while also having thoughts about him being similarly transferred.
"...Where are the Relics?" Ozpin asks worriedly.
Salem narrows her eyes. "Unfortunately, I am unsure of that myself. When I awoke, the lamp and the staff were missing."
The heroes look toward each other in confusion.
"But then...where...?" Ruby asks.
Everyone pauses as the sound of a door opening is heard. They then turn to other side of the room as the new arrivals come into view. One of the arrivals is surprisingly Neo, who seemed to be chatting with someone Well, not so much chatting on Neo's side. The mystery person in question appears to be someone with an androgynous appearance. The person has slightly tan skin and black spiky hair that curves upwards at the top and downwards at the bottom with two bangs hanging over their face and has onyx colored eyes. They wear a black sleeveless bodysuit with the back exposed and padding on the sides, a long and flowing white scarf around their neck and two intersecting belts over his chest. Adding on to the outfit, the person wears white gloves, a red and gold belt with jewels around his waist and ruffled ankle-boots with blackish-gray soles.
"Okay, I got another one for you." The androgynous person says. "Why do birds fly south for the winter?"
Neo thinks for a moment before shrugging her shoulders.
"Well, if they flew over the bay, they'd be Baygulls." The androgynous person says with a grin.
Neo's eyes widen as she puts a hand to her mouth. Her shoulders shaking as if she was laughing.
The mystery person chuckles. "I've got more where that came from. Like this one. Why did the-"
The mystery person trails off as they spot RWBY, Jaune and the others.
"Oh... You're all up." The androgynous person says slowly. They then shut off the record player before scratching the back of their head. "Wow. This is embarrassing. Thought I'd have more time to make cue cards."
"Um, hi?" Ruby asks in confusion as she side glances Neo. "Were you brought here too?"
"Actually, I'm the one who brought you all here." The mystery person says. "It was real touch and go there. Getting the Black Queen, her flunky and the Ozatar here was easier, but the rest of you..."
Salem narrows her eyes at the mystery person. "Who exactly are you?"
The androgynous youth sighs. "Forget the cue cards. Guess I'm winging this.
The strange person claps their hands twice and to the awe of a few people (Ruby and Jaune) the lights in the theater become brighter.
"Welcome to Zero Space!" The androgynous youth exclaims. "I am XenoBlaze. Please address me as either Xeno or Blaze and...I'm a dude."
"Your a guy?!" Jaune asks in shock.
XenoBlaze runs his finger through his hair with a sigh. "Mortals are always so shocked when they discover my true gender."
Ozpin narrows his eyes. "Mortals?"
Salem catches on to her former husband's questioning. "You're not human."
"Bingo!" XenoBlaze says cheerfully. "I may not look it, but I'm a god!"
The group processes XenoBlaze's words for a moment before their eyes widen. "A GOD?!"
"THIS is a GOD?" Weiss asks incredulously.
"What? Were you expecting me to be glowing and faceless like the Grimm Brothers?" XenoBlaze deadpans. "Don't get your hopes up. Besides, those two are assholes." XenoBlaze gestures to Salem. "I mean, who the hell thinks that cursing someone with immorality will make them learn the importance of life and death?"
"...I suppose that is something we can agree on." Salem says with reluctance.
"God or not, explain yourself!" Cinder says. "Why have you brought us here? Talk!"
"Don't rush me Faker, I'm getting to that." XenoBlaze says unfazed as he waves Cinder off.
"Faker!?" Cinder exclaims incredulously.
XenoBlaze shrugs his shoulders. "Well, what else do you call a false maiden? All the other maidens earned their powers. Well, baring the Mother of the Freaking Year."
Cinder growls before lunging at XenoBlaze. Only for a barrier to appear around him and repel Cinder backwards towards Salem, who sidesteps her minion. Causing Cinder to crash into the seats behind her mistress.
"...She knew what would happen and still tried to attack me." XenoBlaze deadpans. He then looks towards Neo. "How did you work with her?"
Neo shrugs her shoulders as she rolls her eyes.
"Um, Mr. Blaze?" Ruby asks hesitantly.
"Just Blaze is fine dear." Blaze says.
"Why did you bring us here?" Ruby asks.
"And what exactly is happening on Remnant right now?" Ozpin asks.
"Oh, that." Blaze says. "Well, to answer the Ozatar's question first..."
"...Ozatar?" Ozpin asks with an eyebrow raised.
Blaze claps his hands. As he spreads them apart, a miniature version of Remnant appears from his palms. But there was something off about the scale model of the Remnantians world. It wasn't turning.
"Time is currently frozen throughout Remnant." Blaze says. "It'll resume once you all leave. As for why you are here, well the guys upstairs aren't pleased by how this universe is turning out and asked me to solve the problem."
"I thought Remnant was governed by the Brother's Grimm." Ozpin says.
"And what a bang up job those two have done." Blaze deadpans. "Need I remind you of your ex? But that's beside the point. The point is that your all here because you're the pillars that effect your universe. Your actions influence how certain events have and will transpire."
"Us?" Blake asks. "All of us are that important?"
"That's right Kitty. We're all special."
Team RWBY gasps as their heads snap to the hall Blaze and Neo came from. They are shocked to see a familiar orange haired, green-eyed man.
"Torchwick?!" Ruby exclaims in shock.
"Did ya miss me, Red?" Roman asks with a smirk.
Ruby stares at the formerly deceased man with wide eyes. "But...I saw you eaten by a Wyvern!"
"You can thank our new friend here for that." Roman says as he points at Blaze. "Looks like god saw fit to bring me back." Roman takes a few steps to the left. "And I'm not the only one."
From out of the hall steps...
"Penny!?" Ruby exclaims.
"Pyrrha!?" Jaune exclaims.
Penny tackles Ruby with a hug. "Ruby! Oh I am so happy to see you!"
Ruby stares at her friend in shock and happiness. "But...how?"
"Your welcome." Blaze says directing everyone's attention to him. "Turns out, these two weren't supposed to die the way they did. It wasn't their time yet." Blaze gives a slight glare at Cinder as she recovers from her earlier actions. "Someone really ticked off the guys upstairs with their unscheduled deaths."
Cinder grits her teeth at the god and the two heroes she slayed.
Jaune slowly approaches Pyrrha. "Pyrrha..."
"Y-yes, Jaune?" Pyrrha asks hesitantly.
Jaune looks conflicted for a moment before throwing all caution to the wind and hugs Pyrrha. The action surprising the redhead.
"Welcome back." Jaune says as a few tears escape his eyes.
Pyrrha's eyes widen slightly before she wraps her arms around Jaune with a smile. "I'm sorry."
"Not that this isn't great and all, but if Penny and Pyrrha weren't supposed to die yet, what's that say about Torchwick?" Yang asks as she gestures to the thief in question.
"It wasn't his time either." Blaze says. "Roman was supposed to live to see old age before being gunned down in his home in a break in."
"How can you just reveal things from the future so casually?" Weiss asks.
"Ah, but the future is always changing, Ice Princess." Blaze says. "Now, as I said before, the other gods aren't happy with how your universe is turning out. So, it's my job to fix that."
"And how exactly are you gonna do that?" Blake asks.
"Surely you've caught on by now." Blaze says. "Your universe is but one of many. There are hundreds upon thousands of universes."
Blaze snaps his fingers. The miniature version of Remnant then spins before morphing into a new image. Said images shows team RWBY with futuristic armor on. The image then changes to show the armored versions of team RWBY fighting strange creatures with other girls with similar armor.
"For example, in this particular universe, there are no faunus, Grimm, Dust, Aura or Semblances." Blaze says. "In this universe, team RWBY works alongside an organization made to combat supernatural threats to the planet."
The heroes stare at the display in awe.
"Ooh that armor is so cool." Ruby says while drooling slightly.
Blake looks at the armored version of herself. She then pats her cat ears as she briefly thinks of life without them.
Blaze snaps his fingers again and the images changes again. This time to display team RWBY with strange clothing. Ruby was dressed like an archer, bow included, Weiss was dressed like a knight, Blake was dressed like an assassin and Yang was dressed like a gladiator while riding a chariot.
"In this universe, an force known as the Umbral Star forces a young savior and her Servants to Remnant." Blaze says. "Some of the Servants the girl had made contracts with loss their bodies and were forced to transfer their souls and abilities to those worthy of their gifts."
The image changes to Servant team RWBY helping a blonde haired roman, a fox girl dressed as a shrine maiden, a exotic looking woman with a multicolored sword and a brown haired young girl fight against a bunch of people with similar powers.
"Hey, check me out." Yang says with a grin. "I look badass."
Blaze sweeps the image away. "I could go on, but we're already wasting time. So, my job is to show you all different versions of yourselves throughout the multiverse. Hence the giant movie theater I created in this space."
"And what if we refuse?" Cinder asks with a sneer.
"Your aren't getting much of a choice here Cindy." Blaze says. "You and all the others are stuck here until further notice. And since violence is prohibited, you can't exactly force me to let you go. But look at it this way. You're the first mortals in millennia to have this opportunity."
"You've done this before?" Weiss asks.
Blaze gains a sheepish expression as he rubs the back of his head. "Other gods have. This is actually my first, so you can see why this is important."
Neo pats Blaze's back. The god nods in thanks as he becomes more confident. "So, what do you say?"
The heroes look amongst themselves before turning back to Blaze.
"We're in." Ruby says.
"As are we." Salem says, surprising the heroes and Cinder.
"Mistress, are you sure-" Cinder asks.
"If a god like this one can block even my powers, then there isn't much choice in the matter." Salem interrupts. "As much as I detests gods, I do know that they can't be manipulated. Besides, I can't say that I am not curious about the possibility of other universes."
Blaze grins. "Well then, take your seats."
And done! The intro of my new RWBY Reacts type fic. Please know that I have already picked what universes/anime the Remnantians will react to. This is a reaction fic with a plot. Ruby and the others aren't just doing this for fun. The true reason for this will be revealed in time. Now, here's a hint to which universe we'll be viewing first. Vampire Nazis.
