I Don't Own Fnaf
Jeremy's shift hadn't started normal, the second he had stepped into the building he knew something was wrong.
The most obvious of reasons as to why that might be the case was the fact that Freddy was missing from his stage and the other two animatronics were shaking, like, actively shaking and trembling in obvious rage, it was so obvious Jeremy was actively getting a headache from it, as he quickly moved over and away, down the hall, looking around quickly.
He had a few minutes before his shift started, but he suddenly didn't think that was as safe as it used to be, normally he used that time to get himself ready to deal with the night shift, it wasn't anything compared to what it was like back in '87, but that didn't mean it was easy, being around people in general was harder these days, animatronics or not, and while he was able to mostly tune it out normally, being under a lot of stress, or bad memories, then things like that kind of slipped.
He was getting better though, so with that he continued on, looking through the halls for a moment before having to give it a rest, as he quickly moved back to his office, needing to make sure it was clear before the night started. Jeremy wasn't exactly confident he could be willing to shoulder tackle Bonnie if he had to after all, he still could barely believe it when Mike mentioned off handedly one day that's what he had done a few weeks ago during one of his first shifts.
Still, making it to the office with a minute or so to spare, he instantly jumped to the monitors, switching through them for a long moment before freezing in his tracks. It was on one of the cameras that had a strange angle on one of the halls, but it was there all the same.
The ruined pieces of what had once been Freddy Fazbear. Jeremy slowly gulped at the sight of the mascots head which was now disconnected from the rest of it's body.
He felt sick, he had no idea if that kid in that suit...
No, he couldn't think about it now, but it was hard, knowing what was on that camera as the time turned to midnight and all hell broke loose. Bonnie and Chica weren't... happy with Freddy's sudden decommissioning, and unfortunately for Jeremy, he was the only human in the building.
Jeremy hadn't had a real night shift in a long time, he was out of practice, especially with the doors and limited power, it was stressful, there was no level of protection, it was all or nothing, and every time he used that all, he was using the time he would have to be safe. His heart was pounding in his chest as he listened to the bangs on either side of his doors, as he felt the radiating rage pouring from the two animatronics.
He had no idea where Foxy was, he didn't want to think about the fox, so Jeremy nearly threw something in panic when he saw the fox charge down the halls, black pits for eyes and a level of wrath he hadn't seen from the animatronic in a long time.
It didn't bring back good memories as he listened to the sounds of Foxy throwing his entire weight over and over into the left door way, the sounds of screeching coming from the thing's voice box.
The night dragged on and on, Jeremy panicked a few more times, but you didn't get out of Freddy's alive by dwelling on that panic, no, you did it by fighting through it and getting out of the other side. Kicking and screaming if you had to, and Jeremy was under no impression it he wouldn't if he had to. Thankfully that didn't seem to be all that necessary, the alarm signaling the end of his shift blared out with barely even a few percentages of power left and the second that it was the case Jeremy collapsed.
His entire body trembling more than a little bit as he tried his best to get himself under control, he failed.
Falling to the ground, the chair he had been mostly ignoring for most of the night to be able to get to the buttons sliding to hit the wall as he bumped into it on his way to plant himself on his ass, his arms coming up and wrapping around his legs for a long moment as he let the memories of his past shifts flash through his mind. They were horrible.
But this had been worse.
He wasn't sure if it was the pressure of the power and the situation here, or all the trauma and... outside circumstances that made the night harder, but this was worse, it was worse than anything he went through back in '87, back when he was still whole.
"Dum Dum De Dum~"
The sound made Jeremy's spine stiffen, honed instincts that even a missing part of his brain couldn't remove, his eyes tracing over to the left door way, nothing was here, he hadn't heard anything, but once more from the entrance to the office came the sound-
"Dum Dum De Dum~"
Taking a deep breath at the sound of the fox's song, he slowly got up to his feet, his mind worried if he rushed then it would trigger for the fox to pounce at him suddenly, like the animatronic was a real animal with hunting instincts. But just as his hands reached out to tap the door control, something in the back of his head told him to stop, to not shut it, not... not just yet.
The guilt was the main thing that stopped him, not his own, he had nothing to feel sorry about, but the fox's.
Pausing, just for a moment to build up his courage, or stupidity depending on who you asked, he quickly leaned his head out of the office doorway and looked around.
Foxy was easy to spot, he was sitting down against the wall across from the office in the small blind spot that the camera couldn't capture properly. The aminatronic's head perked up seeing Jeremy, who just took a deep gulp of air in, wondering if he was about to have to jump back, when instead he watched as the ears on top of the fox's head slowly lowered in what was obvious shame, giving a small wave to Jeremy before-
"Argh! Welcome to Foxy's Cove lads and lassies!" The prerecorded line came out of seemingly no where, with a similar level of static that Jeremy had come to associate with how Goldie spoke, which was enough of a comparison to normally send a shiver down his spine, ignoring the fact that the fox who had haunted at least a few of his nightmares over the years was now talking to him.
"Uh... Hey Foxy?" He wasn't sure he wanted to draw more attention, but it was clear the fox wanted something, as he continued to look up at Jeremy, with that single golden eye, before another recording came.
"Sorry Laddys but it's time to drop anchor, ole Captain is in need of some good rum an' ah better sleep!" Jeremy wasn't sure what that was suppose to mean, before after a second asking hesitantly.
"You're saying... sorry?" The fox shifted a bit, looking away, but the sound came back, this time lightly distorted on top of the already present static.
"S-S-Sorry Laddys bu- Sorr-ry Laddy-y" The stuttering and skipping of the recording made the apology sound more like something out of a bad horror movie, and given it was real life, more or less made Jeremy feel incredibly unsafe, but the fox was making an attempt, and worse yet, Jeremy knew exactly how genuine the apology was. The damn ringing in his head from his own out of control emotions made sure of that.
"Uh, it's, um... It's not great Foxy, but I'll be fine, just you all gave me quite the scare... Is Freddy?" A low whining static came from the Fox, who Jeremy was certain had never made so much noise at once before. Something else must have happened last night, everything was suddenly so much different, and Jeremy had no idea just what it was. "S-sorry, uh, is that why everything was so... intense?"
It was quiet for a long moment, the static breaking off as Jeremy continued to wait until-
"W-we be hun-hunting treasure! Gold doubloons m-matey!" Jeremy didn't understand that one, glancing at the fox who was just sitting there, his head tilting to the side and staring at him like he had some kind of answer to what was happening, like the animatronic was expecting the human to understand. Jeremy left the fox disappointed as he just shrugged.
"I-... I don't understand that one Foxy" The fox just bounded up before shooting down the hall, leaving Jeremy to take a deep breath before finally moving to leave. That was confusing.
How the hell was Jeremy going to explain all this to Fritz and Mike? Shaking his head, he slowly moved around to the other door to head up the hall to check out the condition that the bear was in.
It was just as bad as he was expecting, the decapitated head of Freddy Fazbear wasn't one of the things that Jeremy thought he'd see in this life time, much less one that he would be so upset about, but as he moved closer, crouching down to look at the bear, he couldn't help but let out a small choked up sigh.
The child was gone, they weren't in Freddy anymore. Jeremy... wasn't sure how to feel about that, he didn't exactly know what death was like for a normal person already, no matter how close to the line he had ended up a few years ago, he didn't exactly get to cross that threshold, at least not long enough to get a look around, something he could only be thankful for, that day left enough impacts on him as it was from the things he learned.
He wasn't sure he could handle knowing more about what came after, so he had no idea if Freddy, or at least the spirit that had been in it, had simply faded away, moving on, or if they were at peace, or just simply didn't exist anymore, he just didn't have the answers. It was just another death, at the end of the day, Jeremy was staring at a corpse of metal instead of flesh, and it made him feel sick.
He wasn't sure he, of all people, was suppose to mourn any of the animatronics, not after what they had done to him, not after the years it took to recover from his time on the night shift and that horrible last day when he was working on the day shift, but he did.
It was like a crushing weight of reality had once more slammed into his chest and shoulders. As strange as it was, he really thought that he and the others were doing something here, but it was clear they weren't moving fast enough. And that hurt.
Though the thought of figuring out how he was going to explain this to Fritz and Mike already was making his head hurt, he never had been good at delivering bad news. Before he could think more about it, a sudden sharp and demanding voice spoke up from behind him.
"What the hell did you do!" Nearly jumping out of his skin, Jeremy shot around to see the shocked and more than a little bit enraged face of the manager who had hired him. He stuttered out something, but the man was marching out him, honestly Jeremy was half expecting a punch, but he just shouted the question in his face again as Jeremey managed to just gulp before saying.
"I- Uh, I didn't do it?" The face the older man made showed just how convincing Jeremy's squeaked out answer had been. He just did his best to not slouch as he decided that this really wasn't his day.
"So, let me get this straight, Freddy has been destroyed, the kid inside of it is gone, the animatronics went on a warpath last night, you were fired because upper management thinks it's you who did it, and Mike is no where to be found and hasn't been answering his phone for over a day now" Jeremy slowly nodded as Fritz did his best to keep himself from slamming his hands into his face to try and press the stress out of his head. HIs entire head was buzzing with information that he had been given in a wave of words that Jeremy probably only half remembered, the man looked exhausted, having called Fritz the second he got away from the Pizzeria.
"Uh, yeah, that sounds about right"
"Oh, great, and here I was suspecting you'd mention something that would actually be concerning" His words came out harsher than Fritz wanted them to, Jeremy flinched at the tone, and Fritz certainly felt bad about it, but he was to busy trying to keep his own thoughts in check and not actively having a minor freak out. He thought he was doing fairly ok all things considered...
Alright, honestly, Fritz was not ok with anything at all, but Jeremy clearly was barely thinking straight as he half stumbled to the small table that had been moved into the backroom that had become their meeting spot, and with Mike out of the picture, unable to be the annoyingly calm and collected one, he was the one who was left to try and think of... Anything really about what the hell happened. Still, he had to start somewhere, so he finally managed to focus on something from the list of things he had been told about.
"So... What the hell are we going to do? I mean, the others didn't do that to the bear, it must have been someone else, meaning they aren't safe there anymore, we have to go and get them" Jeremy slowly nodded, before grimacing.
"Sounds good in concept, but..." Fritz instantly latched on, as he let out a groan.
"But Mike was the one who was handling that while being as vague as humanly possible on what he was doing" Damn it Mike! Couldn't the man at least give them a warning if he was planning on ditching them for a while? "I bet he was trying to get a van still to just run the damn state border" Jeremy managed a quirk of a smile at the honestly serious comment from Fritz as the older of the two ran a hand through his hair before saying finally.
"So, what else then? We can't even do that much, we don't have a van, and we can't even get in the damn pizzeria because Mike's the one with an extra set of keys, which in hindsight, we really should have asked about just how he got those in the first place... Damn it!" Fritz wanted to throw something, but everything around him was tools that he owned and no matter how freaked out he was, those things were to expensive to risk breaking because of a freak out.
"So we find Mike then? We could figure something out if we have to, but Mike missing the same time someone else happens to break into the pizzeria to destroy one of the animatronics isn't exactly timing I think we can miss out on, he might be in trouble" Fritz shook his head. Mike could handle himself just fine, Fritz has seen that first hand.
"He also might not be in trouble, the man's kind of crazy remember Jere? He might just be off somewhere without his phone on, it wouldn't be the first time he just vanished and then reappeared a few days later without so much as a warning, the animatronics are more important, they are the ones we know are in danger right now" Jeremy frowned but didn't say anything, looking concerned for a moment before nodding.
"So what should we do then about the person who broke in then? I mean, not to make it sound like we're unable to do anything without Mike, but I can't exactly get into a fight, any kind of head trauma is more than I can really... afford, and you're not exactly a brawler" Fritz decided to not be offended, it wasn't exactly an incorrect assessment of the situation, neither exactly were the street fighting type, unlike the other of their party of three, who Fritz had no doubt had experience in a fight given his willingness to get in people's faces.
"I mean, we could stake the place out I guess, see if anyone we don't know shows up and acts shady, then we can call the cops on them for breaking and entering. The police might as well do something for us right?" Before either could continue to make more and more plans, a familiar voice cause both of them to jump a bit.
"It's the Purple Guy" Holy shit, Fritz forgot about the literal bear in the room, as the two humans spun around to stare at Goldie who was sitting against one of the walls half slouched as he normally was. He honestly kind of felt bad about completely forgetting about the kid given... everything really. Jeremy was the one who asked first.
"What's a purple guy?" Fritz was sure he heard the term before, but right now with his spinning trying to figure out what all they were suppose to do, mostly about how they were going to explain as to why the cops needed to get involved, so the words just didn't make as much sense as he was sure they were suppose to.
"It's what Michael calls their killer" The 'their' part of the comment went right over Fritz's head, instead he was caught up in remembering Mike bringing his suspicions about the night guards to him and Jeremy a while ago, asking if they would have had any idea on how to track down staff from '84. Needless to say, neither had no idea about something like that, but he had mentioned that name.
"A-Are you sure?" Fritz hadn't thought much of it, mostly because he was trying his best to stay in his lane, wanting to get the animatronics sorted out before delving into that mystery, thinking they were already doing way to much as it was at once already without trying to balance even more things onto all of their plates, but apparently Mike had been on to something about needing to know who had caused all of this.
"I know it's him" Beyond the fact that sounded just creepy from the golden bear, Fritz just had to take a moment with that, the idea that were was a genuine serial killer around, the one that had caused so much death and destruction, that had basically sent the three men that frequented this closed down diner's life to tale spin... It was frightening. It was almost surprising in a way as well, to know that Fritz, after all this time at Freddy's could still be unnerved so much by a normal man.
"What! He's back? Why?" Jeremy almost sounded more exasperated than scared, but Fritz chalked that up to the fact the man was exhausted and the idea of dealing with more things was clearly making the poor guy reach a breaking point of some kind. If this wasn't so serious, he'd probably recommend the man take a break. As it stood, this was too important, and as unfortunate as it was, Fritz was pretty sure he knew the answer.
"He's doing the same thing we are, sort of. He's here for the animatronics, he already attacked Freddy, why else would anyone do that if not because they know what they are?" The answer sent a faint chill down the room, even as he said it, it made Fritz feel filthy, the idea that a human being could know what they were causing when they killed those kids, and were now coming back to... what? Finish the job while they still had the chance?
It had to be that, and it seemed Jeremy knew that as well, as to why this was happening now, if it wasn't now then it would be never since the four would be sent and scrapped within the next week or so, this was the last time they would be able to be in the reach of the killer to... do whatever sick thing it was the man was getting out of killing them himself again.
Jeremy spoke up while Fritz was lost in how horrible the thought was.
"We aren't letting that happen, we can't. I refuse to let them suffer because of that psycho, whoever he is, again!" The pure venom in the younger man's voice was shocking to hear, given he was normally pretty relaxed, had to be for his health, but Fritz couldn't find it anywhere in himself that could disagree with the idea. The idea that they had already been too late for the kid in Freddy left Fritz disgusted with himself. So just as he was about to say something, to mention that they would need a plan, or at least a place to get a baseball bat or two, to make sure if it did come down to a fight, then they could at least fight back, Goldie spoke up once more.
"No. You two will not be doing anything"
Both humans turned to look at the golden bear at once at that, staring at him in confusion.
"What do you mean no?" It said something about how shocking it was, that it was Fritz, who was probably more scared of Golden Freddy than even Jeremy was, who actually dealt with the bear, who sounded so shocked and almost insulted at the idea that they would just go along with that. That tone quickly went out as the bear shifted before moving to stand.
Golden Fredbear was a suit made to be worn, but that didn't mean it was a small suit, smaller than the four the two humans had been interacting with sure, but not nearly that short, it still stood a few solid inches above six feet, stilts being built in to adjust to the wear's size while allowing for the parts in the feet of the bear, meaning he was at a solid height that neither Fritz nor Jeremy could boast, making it intimidating for more than a few reasons as Goldie peered down on them with those red dots for eyes.
Fritz was really regretting not getting those eye mounts.
"Freddy chose to be destroyed, you will not interfere"
"What do you mean chose? He was ripped to pieces, he just let that happen to him?" Goldie didn't respond for a moment before saying simply.
"Despite what my brother wants to be the case, not all of us want to continue on, our lives have been miserable for years. Freddy chose the easy way out, but the Purple Guy will face justice by his hand all the same" Fritz felt a cold feeling go down his back, at how resigned the bear sounded, genuinely tired and exhausted in such a painfully young voice. Knowing Freddy had to have been just as young probably did nothing to help his head, nor did the fact Goldie was being just incredibly vague about what that last part meant. Jeremy picked up on that as well.
"Freddy was gone, the soul of that kid is long gone, I can tell, you know I can tell, how is he suppose to do anything?" Goldie didn't say anything more, just took a step forwards, and suddenly Fritz realized just how backed into a corner the two were in front of the imposing animatronic. Glancing to the side towards Jeremy, he seemingly understood that in the same moment that Fritz had. Gulping down his nerves while doing his best to not sound to worried at the suddenly hostile animatronic, Fritz spoke up.
"L-listen, we just want to help, that's why your brother brought us here right? So tell us what's happening, you can't just leave us in the dark here" The bear's suit seemed to twitch for a moment, and Fritz's inappropriately timed machinal mind told him that something was seemingly over heating in the bear to mess with the thing's springlocks, before suddenly Goldie hissed out.
"You will do nothing, leave, just like Michael already has!" Goldie practically spat out that last word, his brother's name with a venom Fritz hadn't heard before from the bear before, as he managed to croak out.
"I- I don't think he would have left, he wants to he-" The bear lunged.
"LEAVE!" It was only from both of their shared experiences with the night shift that caused both to bound towards the door way, avoiding the bear crashing into one of the tables hard enough to reduce the thing to splinters in an instant, as they charged through the door into the main part of the diner, and in the next moment the two men were out by the back, staring at the exit, both panting with sudden adrenaline, waiting to see if Goldie would follow.
He hadn't.
In fact, in the back of Fritz's buzzing mind, he was sure he hadn't even heard the bear charge after them after breaking the table, though he couldn't be sure, and in no way was interested in testing out his theory, it seemed the bear only wanted to scare them off. Turning to look at Jeremy, who looked even worse on his feet than before. He managed a short sigh before saying.
"Those brothers are both insane" Jeremy let out something close to a snort before shaking his head, looking back at the building before frowning.
"Goldie was... grieving" Fritz frowned before his eyes shot open.
"What? About Mike? You don't think?" His sudden dismissal of the man's whereabout suddenly made him feel horribly guilty, but Jeremy thankfully quickly shook his head.
"No, no... About Freddy, he was sad, heartbroken... I don't think he wanted the other bear to do that, but was still defending him for some reason. Mentioning Mike though..." Jeremy frowned, looking thoughtful before shaking his head, just going back to looking a strange mix of exhausted and confused, "He was pissed, and... he felt betrayed?" Fritz wasn't sure what to say to that, Jeremy didn't really talk about the weird empathy thing he had got going on after his near death thing, but he couldn't deny it was handy. Even if hearing a normal human talk about weird ghost stuff made a cold feeling go down his back all the same as he muttered out.
"God, I'll never get used to this stuff" Before straightening out a bit, calming down with his heart beat and mind, "I wonder why though, Mike's a bit weird, but he also cares, way to much about all of this stuff even, but with how Goldie was talking..." Jeremy nodded, following along with the line of thought easily enough.
"It was like he thought Mike ran, which I can't see happening, so why that extreme of a reaction? Because, it was a lot" Fritz Shrugged, he had no idea what the hell was going on with the Schmidt brothers, and frankly he was pretty sure he was better off not knowing.
"I don't know man, Goldie was alone for years before Mike found him, maybe he felt abandoned or something. I think maybe we're giving these kids too much credit, we already know Foxy's not all there and the other three aren't very nice, maybe we just expected too much out of him" Jeremy just sighed, before shaking his head, staring back at the building for a long moment before slowly looking away, Fritz didn't need to have the other man's weirdness to see just how hard he was taking some of this.
It was a lot, all at once, everything seemed to be falling apart, Freddy was gone, Goldie was having some kind of break down, Mike was missing, and to cap it all, a serial child killer was on the loose and stalking the murderous bots that both men were trying to protect. Fritz had no idea what the hell they were going to do, but he did know something.
"You should head back to your place, get some sleep" Jeremy looked at Fritz like he thought somehow Fritz had said the craziest thing he had heard today.
"You want me to just go to sleep? We need to come up with a plan or something! We know Purple Guy's going to be staking out the Pizzeria, we should get over there and see if we can catch him in the act!" Fritz just shook his head, doing his best to look stern with how shaky his legs still felt.
"No, you just came off the night shift before being charged at by Golden Freddy himself, you're going to need sleep if you're going to be able to do anything, unless you want to charge the killer and pass out half way towards him" Jeremy looked unimpressed, but Fritz stood his ground, until the man finally sighed in defeat before nodding.
"I don't know just how much sleep I'll be able to get, but you're probably right. Don't do anything stupid alright? Try to find Mike, he needs to know about this, I'm worried he's got himself into something he can't get out of. None of this timing feels random to me" Jeremy had already mentioned that, but now that Fritz had more time to think about it, he had to agree Jeremy certainly had a point, Mike did vanish occasionally, but he usually kept his phone on, while it might be paranoia, the idea that something happened with Purple Guy around was more likely than the man liked to admit.
"I'll try his cell again, but I don't exactly know where he lives... Maybe I can swing around to where he works, ask to see if he's been in lately" It was the best he had right now given he doubted that Goldie would both know and be willing to give Fritz any hints on where to find his bother given how certain he seemed Mike had split town.
Though one thing was for certain, if Mike wasn't in danger, then he was going to be pissed if the younger man had went on a bender or something stupid, and that wouldn't even approach what he was going to do if Mike actually had run off. As much as it seemed out of character for the man, that didn't mean Fritz didn't get just how tempting the idea of it could be.
Fritz had been searching for over a day now and nothing had come up, he was slowly beginning to get concerned. Mike hadn't showed up to work in the last two days, his boss wasn't a massive fan of that, basically telling Fritz the next time he saw Mike to tell him to not bother showing back up, apparently there had been a massive fight when Mike was suppose to be on call, the police ended up having to get involved by the end from what Fritz managed to gather as he left the place of Mike's now former employment with a frown on his face.
Something seriously was wrong then, while Mike wasn't exactly a conversationalist who liked to tell everyone everything he was doing, very much the opposite in fact, the guy never actually said anything important during small talk, he always showed up when asked. So the fact he was missing shifts at a job Fritz knew the man needed, well... It didn't paint a great picture.
Still, Fritz did his best to not panic, and instead just continued to try and think of where else he could go to try and find Mike now that his job had been a dead en.
Unfortunately that list came up incredibly short, the man didn't exactly talk about himself, Fritz had no idea if the guy even had hobbies, much less where he lived or any places he frequented. The only place Fritz could think of was Freddy's and the idea of going there without Jeremy was a bit to hypocritical to go through with it until the other man had caught up on enough sleep to be able to function properly. And of course the Diner, the only other place Fritz knew Mike spent most of his time around, currently had a bear problem.
The more time he spent, mostly now just driving around the town hoping to find a sight of the ridiculously tall man, the more the man could admit he was worried, it was easier to just think Mike was fine, just off somewhere doing something, but something was obviously wrong and with everything else happening, Fritz could admit he was quickly becoming scared of what he was going to find. Or worse, never find. Bodies when it came to Freddy's had a habit of not being recovered.
As much as the younger man got on Fritz's nerves, he couldn't imagine him dying either, as much as he hated to admit it, Fritz was way more attached to all of this than he liked to think he was, that included Mike. A strange thing but sadly not an unexpected one, it's just how Fritz was, he got attached easily to people, it's why he let himself get suckered into Jeremy's promise even though the two honestly barely even knew each other back when they worked together at Freddy's.
Barely a few conversations around what amounted to a water cooler talk and he let himself get trapped into this animatronic hellscape for the next half decade of his life. Because that's the kind of fool Fritz was, he told himself he'd never do something and then proceed to be stupid enough to do it anyways. Because it truly had to take an idiot to willing be dealing with all of this stuff without any actual strings holding him here!
He wasn't like Jeremy who literally was nearly killed and then bound to some weird spirit magic bullshit because of some funky metal plate in his head, nor was he like Mike who lost his brother as children only to find him a decade later trapped and broken. He genuinely had no idea why the hell he was still here, and Fritz really wanted a refund on the people he hung around, and for frankly most of the decisions that he had made in his past that led him to this situation. Honestly, he blamed himself for thinking going to school for robotics would be a good idea.
Thankfully before Fritz could get even further down the rabbit hole of lamenting his entire life that led him to what was essentially in the cross hairs of a serial killer, he somehow managed to notice something out of the corner of his eye as he continued to drive down one of the many streets of Hurricane. It was the height of the man that got his attention, there weren't many people that were as tall as Mike, the man was bordering on being a giant, Goldie for example was only about as tall as his brother and that suit was made big.
So seeing someone around the same size as Mike was obvious in broad daylight as Fritz quickly moved his car to get on the other side of the street to see if he could make sure it was the right man he was looking for. Unfortunately by the time he managed to get to the right side, the man was gone.
Not willing to let it go just yet, he quickly climbed out of his car, knowing the man couldn't have gotten far, he quickly began to move up and down the street, occasionally calling out his sort-of-friend's name, but the only thing that came out of it was getting a few odd looks and a stressed out Fritz, as he finally gave up and returned to his car. This was getting him no where, Fritz might as well just stop somewhere to eat at this point and try to think of some kind of plan that he and Jeremy could do once they met back up again.
As he thought about it the more appealing the idea was, trying to find Mike was a wild goose chase, so he might as well get something productive done, with that in mind he drove off to find somewhere to get something to eat quick as he began to try and think of some kind of plan. Hopefully he could come up with something good.
RIP Freddy, he'll probably be missed.
Things have to get worse before one can hope they get better, but oh boy are things about to get so much worse. Anyways, Mike's not here so I can talk about the others! Oh boy, finally a proper look in on Jeremy as a character, he's interesting and yes, he's definitely weird in a very Fnaf styled sense of the word.
Beyond that, I'm doing the save them mini games! I love taking things from canon and just twisting it into what I want it to be. It's very fun, and with everything going to hell, I wonder how everything's going to be turning out? Foxy's being as weird a always, but I bet it's still nothing. Goldie... uh, yeah, Goldie's probably doing fine, just a rough day you know? A friend basically died again, he thinks his brother abandoned him again, etc. Not a great time.
Fritz was also a lot of fun to write, he's just a guy with a naturally to big of a heart and I feel sorry for how much I'm going to use that to hurt him. Hell, how much I've already used that to hurt him... Well, I almost feel sorry, can't feel that bad, I'm the one making the story after all. Beyond all of that, I'll be posting Mondays and Fridays until, probably, around chapter eighteen to twenty, depending on how far ahead of the curve I get on writing since I still want to have a few chapters as a buffer. Anyways, See ya.
