And so, the battle was joined, Roxas took off in the Vaisaga. "Water Claw Fang" he said as the Vaisaga's arms blades extended, surging with blue energy. He swiped at Geppertank with viscous efficiency, dashing around it striking it with his claws, before slamming one of the claws into the Geppertanks massive face, causing it to explode. Before whipping the Vaisaga's cape in front of him to block a storm of oncoming bullets, giving him a decent look at his enemies and how goofy they honestly looked. They were like the name implied tanks,primarily green in color with gray treads. What made them odd was the upper half of the mech, instead of a cannon, was a massive damn head with sunglasses and a military helmet. It also had Arms on the shoulders with two turrets each and each hand was a machine gun. "This is the backbone of Doakdar's Army" he asked over the comm's.
"Yes, unfortunately so" The Green Mashin pilot replied as he came in armed with his Raisho Knife and struck down the Geppertank attacking Roxas in a swift motion getting a thumbs up from him.
"Thanks "Roxas nodded as he flicked the Vaisaga's wrist and revealed five kunai blades and threw at the closest Geppertank "Fire Daggers "he said as they embedded themselves into the enemy's frame, igniting into flames causing it to explode. "Another one down" he said as Amari was currently using the Xelguard's speed to dodge enemy fire before casting on her Spells
"Dance Spirits of Flame, Ignst '' she called out as her fire spelled snaked around the two Geppertanks setting them ablaze before exploding. Though Amari seemed to be going through what appeared a small panic attack or at least some remaining nerves ``I'm not afraid this is what I signed up for. I'm Not afraid this is what I signed up for!" she said to herself trying to steel her nerves.
"You okay Amari?" Roxas asked overhearing it on the comm's.
"I'm fine for the most part" She said "this is one my second battle so I'm still a tad overwhelmed" she admitted.
"Well, if you'll allow me to give you some advice, psyching yourself up on the battlefield is not the best idea" Roxas said, "As you'll be distracting yourself instead of focusing on what's Infront of you."
"Sir Calibur is quite correct master, its currently impeding our Odic Convergence "Spero chimed in
"I know that, but still" Amari admitted as Spero chimed in again and smiled softly.
"Just think back to that day Master, remember the day we made our vow" he instructed "Think of the boy who's waiting for us to recuse him" he said motioning to Wataru who was Cheering them out.
"Don't give up guys, show them who's Boss" he cheered, making all three pilots' smile.
"Well, we can't let him down, can we? '' Roxas chuckled, getting a nod from the Green Mashin and Amari.
"Agreed, thank you both" Amari said, "Let's see this fight through!"
"Of course, but do be careful, the moment either one of us is gone, mark the end of our journey" Spero warned.
"I'll be careful don't worry" She said before Addressing Roxas and The Green Mashin" Can the two of you do me a favor I have an idea."
"Whatever you need you have it child" said the Green Mashin
"Sure, lay it on us Amari" Roxas said
"I need the two of you to line the remaining mashin up, so i get finish them off in one Attack" She said "I'll be blowing them away as it were" she giggled.
"No Problem/At once" The two said as they dash off, quick as the wind. Kicking and slashing the remaining Mashin into a group, while disabling their treads preventing them from escaping. The Metal Burikinton inside them were beginning to panic, and were quickly making their escape, or rather they tried as a torrent of extreme winds made contact with their Mashins shredding them and the Burikinton to scrap metal
"BLOW THEM AWAY, TEMPESTA" Amari shouted as the whirlwind spell destroyed all the remaining Mashin, the single cry of " BURIKI" was heard.
"Yeah, they did it" Wataru said amazed at the display "It was just like watch a battle between Mazinger Z and a Kikaiju" Wataru said excitedly.
"So, you think I'm getting a handle on the Xelguard" Amari asked Spero.
"If I may be so bold, you still have ample room for improvement" he said making Amari pout.
"Darn, I was afraid of that "she said disappointed "But this is enough to survive with, and that's all that matters, right?" she asked.
"On that we are in agreement "Spero said "Now I believe we are finished here" he said looking over the piles of scrap.
"We made it through" Amari said exhausted.
"I certainly say so" Roxas agreed.
"Your nerves seem spent Master, may I recommend a short rest" Spero suggested noticing Amari's current condition.
"But I'm supposed to be on the Job, if I take it too easy out here, we could get attacked again "she said.
"A reasonable observation, especially considering that they were out in far greater number than expected" Spero said.
"And that effort just to capture a Ten-year-old." Roxas said crossing his arms in thought "Spero, Amari tell me what's so important about Wataru?"
"All shall be explained in due time Sir Calibur, but first we must make haste. The Keepers of Order will more than likely arrive soon" Spero said as The Green Mashin turned to leave.
"Thanks for the Help, can we get your name? "Roxas asked getting a chuckle from the Mashin's pilot.
"My name's not worth mentioning, just know you can rely on me and Genjinmaru" he said before teleporting away in a puff of smoke.
"Huh?" Amari said confused as the tone of Genjinmaru's pilot changed.
"Was it me or did he sound a tad goofier" Roxas asked.
"No, I heard it as well" Spero said quite bemused by the whole scenario.
"Spero, Roxas We're taking Wataru to Monja village, there we can explain everything to him" Amari said getting nod from both of her compatriots.
"Let us be off Then" Spero said as Roxas went over to retrieve Wataru.
"Come on Wataru, let's go" he said holding the Vaisaga's hand out for Wataru to ride on "Apparently Monja is where you'll find your answers" he said to the boy as the Xelguard led the way.
"You guys are tough stuff "Wataru said holding to the Vaisaga's hand.
"It wasn't that big a deal" Roxas said "It was my first battle in the Vaisaga if you can believe it "
"Wow really, you're a natural then Roxas" Wataru said.
"No not really, it was mostly the machine if I'm being honest. It was showing me what to do."
"If I'm being honest, we probably could have done better" Amari said.
Spero chuckled "I'm impressed, you both saw it for what it was" he snarked.
"Please don't remind me, thinking about it makes me want to disappear" Amari pouted.
"Well Amari look at it this way, acknowledging this gives us an opportunity to improve" Roxas said "Kingdom Hearts knows, I definitely need it" he said.
"What's Kingdom Hearts?" Amari asked confused, and curious while Spero was intrigued.
"I'll explain later I promise."
"I certainly hope so, you have piqued my curiosity" Spero said a strange look on his face that unnerved Roxas slightly.
Wataru while curious as to what Kingdom Hearts was, he was also amazed by Spero himself "You're pretty good at talking for parrot" he said peeving the bird off just a bit.
"I'm not a Parrot, I'm a magical creature "he corrected.
"So, you're a magical parrot?" Wataru asked, not really understanding what Spero was getting at. Spero looked as if he was about to lose patience until Amari stepped in.
"The point is he's magic" she said a warm smile could be felt in her voice.
"Magic huh" he said with wonder "Am I really in another world?" he asked.
"Fraid So" Roxas Said, "though I'm not sure how you got here, am not exactly from around here myself." he explained surprising both Amari and Spero
"So, you're an other-worlder like Wataru?" Amari asked in shock.
"Yeah, I guess you could say that" he replied nonchalantly "Like I Said I promise to explain everything once we get to Monja village "he said getting a nod from Amari.
"Well, that's perfect because Wataru "She said re addressing the boy ", I'll be honest I'm not the best person to explain this situation. You'll have a much better understanding of the world once we reach our destination" she explained "Allow me to re-introduce myself. I'm Amari Aquamarine. But please call me Amari, and this parrot…er Magical Creature next to me is Spero" she said as a magic display screen appeared before Wataru.
"It's a Pleasure" Spero said kindly.
"Like I said earlier, my name is Roxas, the current Dark Knight Calibur."
"Nice to meet all three of you, My Name is Wataru Ikusabe" he said, giving a friendly smile that could melt even the coldest hearts.
"Okay Savior Wataru, Let's get going, my job will be complete once I deliver you to Monja Village safe and sound" she explained…. but something she said confused Wataru greatly.
"Savior? What are you talking about?" he asked.
Well...They say you're one that's going to save this world…Al-Warth, the beginning. "She explained.
"Al-Warth, the beginning "Wataru repeated taking it all in, as Roxas frowned.
"You know he's ten right, who makes a Ten-Year-old a chosen one?" Roxas asked.
"Worry not Roxas, all shall be explained in due time" Spero said trying to ease worries.
"I certainly hope so"
AN HOUR BEFORE: ANOTHER PLACE
In a small hotel room located in a place called the Land of Mana. Sat a young girl around the age of 17 to 18, with light blonde hair, light blue eyes and a white sundress that stopped at her thighs, and a pair of light blue sandals. Her fingernails and toenails were adorned with light blue nail polish, and she had a small bit of lip gloss on. She was currently sitting up on the bed, drawing away on a sketch pad with colored pencils. This is Namine, nobody of Kairi, one of the Seven Princesses of Hearts, and currently she was altering the memories of the Hotel Staff to believe that she had already paid for her overnight stay and that it wasn't strange that she wasn't being charged for any purchases. Once she was finished, she took a deep breath and sighed. "What am I going to do? '' she thought to herself. "I can't stay cooped up in here forever, and eventually people are going to ask questions." She was filled with immense anxiety, not only because she was in an unknown world but because the magic of this world had caused her powers to evolve. Normally Namine could only affect the memories of those tied to Sora. But upon coming to Al-Warth, her memory abilities had changed. Now she could now alter anyone's memories regardless of their ties to Sora. She had discovered this when she had awoken one day ago alone in a back alley and found herself nearly accosted by a gang of thugs.
Namine, in a panic, used her power over memory to erase her would-be assaulters' minds, leaving them empty husks with no memory of who they were, and what they were doing.
Namine, horrified, quickly fled from the scene and into the open city, where she quickly disappeared into the crowds of people walking the city streets. Eventually after calming down and "Procuring" herself a new sketchbook and pencils, Namine began asking around for the nearest hotel or Inn and soon found herself in the room she now resides, alone with her thoughts.
"At least I know you're in this world too Roxas "she said to herself feeling his presence through their connection. It was faint due to being so far away but that was enough for her. A smile forming on her face…along with a blush now adoring her face. Suddenly there was a knock on the door making her jump and nearly fall out of the bed. Namine, figuring it was room service, approached the door and looked through the peephole and instead of a hotel employee it was a rather smartly dressed man in a green two-piece suit, long blonde hair, and blue eyes. A smile on his face. He gave off this feeling of complete unease, like he was staring directly at her through the peephole. Naminè against her better judgment tried to erase his mind, trying to remove all memory of her from his cerebral cortex. But instead, he simply chuckled.
"That isn't going to work my dear, so kindly open the door. We have much to discuss" he said as Namine suddenly felt nothing but dread.
MONJA VILLAGE: THE PRESENT
The group had at last arrived at their destination, it was a small happy little farming village, filled with houses made of stone and wood, with roofs made of straw. In the Distance of said village was the massive with what appeared to be a faded-out rainbow above. This made Roxas raise an eyebrow at sight "I wonder what's all about" He thought as Amari addressed Wataru.
"This is Monja Village, our destination. I, um, I was asked to protect you, and to deliver you here in one piece." she explained awkwardly a little embarrassed.
"Amari, you're like a hero mage that saves people in need" Wataru complemented making the mage blush bashfully.
"Oh, I wouldn't say that."
"This place certainly has a rustic feel to it" Roxas said, looking all around watching the villagers go about their daily lives, talking, farming, or playing.
"Yeah, it looks like an old country village" Wataru said in agreement.
Amari simply smiled "Yes, People around these parts don't rely much on technology. Instead, you get sleepy little hamlets like Monja Village here" she explained.
"So, I'm guessing there are more technologically advanced societies here then?" Roxas aksed
"Yes of Course, To the East is the Land of Mana, currently ruled by King Julio Mitsurugi, and to the South is the Land of Beast, which is currently run by a Ruling Council. "Spero explained "Each one is advanced in different ways and has customs unique to their culture." he said, as while Roxas was taking this all in, Wataru being ten was distracted.
"So, this is cool and all…but I'm hungry now" he said making Roxas snort as Spero looked a little annoyed.
"That's a rather juvenile thing to say. Your stomach is of more interest to you than all the curiosities of a new World?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Well, Spero he is ten years old; you can't exactly expect him to be all that introspective now can you" Roxas pointed out.
"Yeah, what Roxas say, and besides you can't do anything on an Empty Stomach!" Wataru chimed in
"... Granted. There is no greater threat to all living things than an empty stomach" Spero said slightly begrudgingly making Amari giggle.
"You're hard on me, but you can't say much about Wataru's blunt honesty, can you?" Amari jokes as Spero could only sigh
"This is why I'm not a fan of children…" he muttered.
Roxas had noticed that Wataru was staring up at the multi-colored fruit on the tree and looked rather hungry. "I won't bother those fruit Wataru, they don't have any flavor, or taste" Roxas explained.
Wataru blinked before nodding "Huh, okay. There was a bunch of it all over the last forest too, but I guess it not good for much."
"Maybe." Roxas said not truly believing that. After all everything had a purpose, even a nothing like himself.
"Ah I knew I could count on a sorcerer from the Keepers of Order to nail the job. "Said a voice as a short elderly woman with gold rectangular earrings dressed in a green gi, and red cloak tied over her shoulder, on her head was an orange bandana to protect her head from the sun, and in her hand was a staff with a golden dragon head sitting atop it. It reminded Roxas of Jafar's old staff from Sora's memories.
"I wouldn't exactly say I nailed it, exactly Lady Ayaishibe "Amari said embarrassed.
"Oh, Amari I told you before to call me Grandmama" The Village Elder said with a kind warm smile plastered on her face "And such modesty. Just what I'd expect from a great sorcerer" she said, making Amari blush even more. Before noticing both Roxas and Wataru. "Well now isn't this a surprise, a New Calibur has been chosen at last, what's your name sweetie" she asked approaching him.
"Roxas, you can call me Roxas" he said, removing his helm and revealing his face to the group. The others were a little surprised at his age, not expecting someone Amari's age. Though the voice probably should have given it away "Oh he's kinda cute "Amari thought to herself getting a good look at him.
"Well, aren't you a handsome young man. "She said, making Roxas scratch the back of his head bashfully as an elderly man Approached them as well. He was just as old as Grandmama and had bushy white eyebrows and a bushy beard.
"I see the Savior has at last arrived "he said "Though Ayaishibe the legend says the Savior was supposed to arrive at Ryujin Pond in Monja Village, but it he was quite the ways away it seems" The Oldman said with a humorous smile.
"Well lucky for everyone I sensed the otherworld gate opening" Spero said.
"That you did! You've done us all a great service, magical parrot!" Grandmama responded petting the bird on the head annoying him greatly.
"While I appreciate your generous praise, I do have a name. It's Spero" he said, shaking her hand off his head.
"Come on Spero, she didn't mean anything by it" Roxas said.
"Still, I have a name, one given to me by my master, and I would appreciate it being used." Spero said "It a sign of who I am, my identity as it were" he explained his words resonating with Roxas strongly
"I understand, my name was given to me by my former… eh let's call him my old boss, so I completely understand."
Wataru then spoke up "Hey, uh…" he said, getting Grandmama's attention who almost forgot all about him.
"Oooh!"
"He Speaks!" said a random villager as the group hadn't noticed that a crowd had now formed around them.
"Wah where did all these people come from" Amari asked.
"They must have noticed Wataru and decided to take a look" Spero suggested as the villagers crowded around them.
"It's not that big a deal..." Wataru said not fully understanding the hubbub about him. As Grandmama looked him over with a serious look on her face.
"And your name is?" she asked.
"Wataru Ikusabe" he said with a confident smile.
Lady Ayaishibe nodded "Did you see the Dragon?" she asked getting a nod from the boy.
"Yeah, I Did. I saw a dragon at Ryujin Pond, then I guess. I ended up in Al-Warth?" he said shocking her.
"OOh!"
The Old man who is known as Shinobibe turned to her "Grandmama… you believe this to be the Wataru spoken of in legends?" he asked with hope in his voice.
"Indeed, I do" her tone leaving no doubt in Shinobibe's mind "Legend has it that when Mt. Sokai is in peril, the one to save it will alight from the sky. His will be Wataru, and he will smite evil alongside the dragon god! The Savior is among us!" she shouted to the entire villages causing them to erupt in cheers of joy.
"So are we not going question why, this prophecy or whatever picked a ten-year-old" Roxas whispered to Amari.
"I guess not" she shrugged.
"I still don't know what a Savior is" Wataru said.
"It's someone who saves the world" Spero said.
"You know a Hero" Roxas added on
"OH, like Mazinger Z and The Brave Express Corps" Wataru asked.
"I don't know who those people are but yes" Roxas replied figure those were heroes from Wataru's original world.
"So, I have to save the World, save Al-Warth" he asked.
"I think so, yes" Amari replied as Grandmama approached Wataru with a new set of clothes for him. Ones befitting a Savior.
"Wataru! This is the Warrior's Garb passed down through generations here in Monja Village!" She said handing him the clothes "Go on wear it" she said pushing him inside her home to change.
"Oh man, these look sweet! Don't mind if I do" he said excitedly rushing to try them on
A few moments later Wataru had returned, now dressed in the Warriors Garb. Hia shorts had been replaced by white jeans and a belt with blue armor covering part of the legs, and his knees. His sneakers were replaced by white boots. He now had on a White long-sleeved shirt that was stuck into his pants. The Shirt itself was covered by blue armor and red shoulder pads. Around his neck was a singular red magatama bead. Atop his head was a gold band with a dragon's head, and on his back was a long sword.
"Okay, I'm all changed! This outfit rules!" he shouted, striking a pose not unlike a Henshin Hero from a Tokusatsu.
"And Wataru! Look behind you!" Grandmama ordered.
"Behind me?" he asked before turning around beheld in all its majesty. It was rather unique looking in that fact that it was egg shaped and divided into several layers, each with its own little biome and region. "You mean at that mountain?"
"Indeed. That mountain is Mt. Sokai '' she explained "The rainbow surrounding it is an ashen color, symbolizing widespread discord in this world. For so long as the rainbow remains colorless, all that awaits Al-Warth is terrible destruction!"
"Man, a grey rainbow" he frowned.
"I was wondering why the damn thing was all faded" Roxas snarked "Turns out its this worlds health bar."
"That's one way to look at it yes" Shinobibe chuckled as Ayaishibe continued
"No one has seen the true form of Doakdar, Ruler of Evil, but Mt. Sokai was peaceful until he took it over and ruined the rainbow. It is the very heart of Al-Warth. "She said which got Roxas's attention immediately.
"Hopefully the Heartless won't appear or else will go from bad to worse" He thought.
"The rainbow turning ashen means that the world's balance has been lost." she finished.
"So, I'm supposed to climb and fight this Doakdar dude? All by myself?" he asked a bit concerned.
"That you are, but you shall not do so alone "She assured him.
"Man, this is all bonkers, But what the hey! I'm in!" he said excited making Roxas and Amari a tad concerned.
"Wataru, are you absolutely sure you want to do this?" Amari asked "This a massive responsibility "
"Amari is right Wataru, this isn't a game, cause if you're to fight Doakdar you're going have to kill." Roxas said sternly "Now are you sure this is what you want to do" he asked one more time kneeling down to look the boy in the eye.
"I'm definitely sure" he said with a determined look in his eyes "I gotta help people in trouble" he explained as if it was just that simple. Roxas simply smiled and ruffled his hair
"*sigh* you're a good kid you know that" he smiled as a loudly boisterous samurai with shaggy brown hair, brushy brown eyebrows, a thin and long mustache, he was wearing a red and blue Gi and hakama with a white sash tied around his waist. With two Katana resting in his belt
"Wahahahahahhaha! You've got guts, boy!" the Samurai said, patting the boy on the back almost knocking him over.
"Whoa! A Hippo!" Wataru said in response to the man's face…. which was a little hippo like.
"Hey I resent that! What part of me looks anything like a hippo?!" he asked insulted
"Uh the shape of your head" Amari said cheekily.
"Your face!" said a small girl around Wataru's age. She wore a pink gi and skirt with a yellow undershirt and leggings. Her hair was mint green done up in a ponytail tied together with a red bow.
"What?" The Samurai said now all depressed.
"ha-ha! You got told" the little girl laughed.
"Who're you?" Wataru asked.
"I'm Himiko, thirteenth head of the Shinobibe Clan!" she said happily making Roxas, Spero, Amari, and Wataru blink.
"Wait, wait, wait, you're a clan head?" he asked flabbergasted.
"That she is. Himiko is the Leader of the Shinobibe ninja Clan" Grandmama explained getting a nodded from Oldman Shinobibe
"Yup! I'm the head!" she said with the innocence only a child could have.
"You can never judge a book by its cover" Roxas said with the Samurai agreeing with him.
"So, who are you, Mister? "Wataru asked curiously.
"Mm. I am called Shibaraku Tsurugibe. Master swordsman of Miyamoto Village!" he stated with pride "I've come to visit Monja Village so that I might see the peril facing with my own eyes." he explained before frowning "It's just as bad as imagined "
"Don't worry, Mister Shibaraku! I'm Wataru the savior, and I'm going to put the color back in 's Rainbow."
"Well, he certainly lacking in confidence is he" Spero said rather amused by the boy.
Shibaraku chuckled, clearly agreeing with Spero's assessment "You're a mere boy! If you want to call yourself a savior, allow me to test you" he suggested before a load explosion was heard.
"Whoa!" Wataru shouted taking cover.
"Hahaha! You pack a punch, old guy."
"I don't think that was , Himiko." Amari said before Turning to Spero and Roxas.
"It's them isn't it "Roxas frowned putting his helm back on
"Yes, I do believe so "Spero replied "It Daokdar's forces, speaking of which" he said motioning to the tiling fields as several Geppertanks rolled and started firing upon the village causing many of the villagers to flee in terror and hide.
"Ahaha! Yay, Fireworks!" Himiko cheered happily, either not understanding the danger or just not caring about it.
"Himiko Those aren't fireworks! They're attacking us!" Wataru said as they both ducked in covers from another shot, one that came from the lead Geppertank, as its pilot a short muscular man with gelled back blonde hair and a pair of sunglasses covering his eyes. Wataru thought he looked rather intimidating…until he started talking.
"Muwahahahaha! Guess who! It's someone awesome, that's who!" the man said with what sounded like a thick Austrian accent. It reminded Wataru of a former movie star back in his old world. "Attention Monja Village! "The man shouted, "The name's Schwarvenegger, and I'm the right hand of the First-Tier boss Cruising Tom, one of the Big Seven working for Doakdar, ruler of and soon all of Al-Warth!" he proclaimed in dramatic fashion before taking a huge breath of air. The man was clearly out of breath. "*huff* What a mouthful, Burikinton, raid the village "He ordered to the cheers of his men who began marching on the Village. Or rather they tried to , as they didnt get very far. As in their path stood Roxas, glaring at them from beneath his helm, Kurayami drawn and pointed towards them
"I'm giving you one chance" he stated his tone cold and icy. "Stay and I will cut you down, I will not let you harm any of these people" he said waiting for their response. For their credit the Burikinton began talking amongst themselves in their own language, debating whether or not to heed Roxas's warning, unfortunately for them their decision was made for them.
"WHAT ARE YOU IDIOTS DOING, KILL HIM!" Shouted Schwarvenegger making the little metal soldiers jump before nervously aiming their weapons and began firing at the Dark Knight. Who promptly dashed out of the way and with a swing of his blade, sent a wave of darkness streaking across the field and into a number of enemy troops. The cries of "BURKI" were heard across the battlefield, making the rest of the group wince. Roxas was relentless in his assault, nimbly avoiding the Burikinton's attacks, as some had begun attacking him with melee weapons. Clashing their blades against his, which resulted in Roxas pushing them back with Kurayami and then cutting them down horizontally, causing the automatons to explode in spectacular fashion. This didn't deter the rest of them however, several more took a swing at Roxas, dodging every blow and dealing one back in response, cutting more and more down. Wataru and The Others watched on with amazement. Shibaraku was impressed with Roxas's skill.
"I see why he was chosen to be the New Calibur, he is very skilled, if not a little, sloppy and unorthodox." The Samurai critiqued making a mental note to give Roxas and Wataru proper sword training when the time came. As Wataru would need it in order to defend himself and Roxas both needed a refresher and could help with training Wataru. Speaking of Whom, The young would be Savior was being led by Grandmama, Amari and Spero to Ryujin Pond, along with Himiko. Both to keep them safe and So Wataru could awaken the dragon god. On the way Grandmama explained to Wataru how Doakdar controlled
"Mt. Sokai is divided into seven tiers. Doakdar's posted a boss in each one of them." she explained "To defeat him, you must clear each tier and obtain the Seven treasures of the Shinbe Gods, only then can Doakdar can be defeated" she finished.
Wataru nodded as they reached the pond, Wataru heard a voice call out to him. "Wataru…Wataru" The voice called out, causing the boy to jump.
"Who's there?" he asked before realizing exactly who he was speaking to. A name came to mind, "Are you Ryujinmaru?"
"I am." he said as Wataru took out a small clay figure from his back pocket.
"What's that Wataru" Himiko asked.
"This is Ryujinmaru. I Built him in art class today. It came to this world with me." he explained as Ryujinmaru spoke up again.
"Wataru Hold the Sword of Heroes aloft and call my name!" He ordered as Wataru nodded.
"OKAY! "He said before taking the sword and pointing it at the sky "RYUJINMARU!" he shouted a golden beam of light shot into the sky, before a small blue and white Mashin, with red shoulders both detailed in gold with dragon claws and a dragon's face, around its neck were Magatama beads.
"OOOOOHHHH" IT shouted before landing in front of Wataru who own Magatama bead glowed as the Red Gem on Ryujinmaru's head glowed and beamed him up into Ryujinmaru's "Cockpit" which was less of a cockpit and more of a pocket space where Wataru landed atop a massive golden dragon, in Which Wataru prompt grabbed its horns linking them together. At last, one of the Seven Shinbe Dragon Gods had been reawakened and its name was RYUJINMARU!
"At last, Ryujinmaru is revived" Grandmama said with glee as everyone looked on in surprise.
"Wow" Himiko said amazed.
"What's that Mashin doing here" Asked Shibaraku
"It is the dragon god straight out of our legends" Grandmama explained happily as Wataru got a good look at his new surroundings from inside Ryujinmaru.
"Whoa!" He said, "It's a dragon, I'm in another strange world!" he stated confused as the Dragon spoke up.
"Relax, Wataru. You're inside of Ryujinmaru now. In other words, you're inside me" The now identified Dragon God explained a nod from the boy "Wataru, this shall be our first battle together. I can move and fight as you will me to, and I shall tell you how to unleash my power."
"Alright sounds good! Let's Do this Ryujinmaru !" Wataru shouted his voice echoing from the Dragon Mashin as the two now united warriors marched forward ready for battle. Impressive Amari and Roxas while scaring the piss out of Schwarvenegger who feel the power coming off of Ryujinmaru's body.
"Grr! I Dunno who you are, but if you're getting in my way, I'm gonna crush you "He nervously threatened.
"No, you're the one who's gonna get crushed, your days are numbered now!" Wataru declared making the Arnold-knock off grit his teeth in anger, as he glared at the Dragon Mashin before him and at the Dark Knight below who had just finished off all of his ground troops, leaving many of them in pieces, while the others fled in terror.
"C'mon, Ryujinmaru! Let's beat this guy and save Monja Village!"
"Right, To battle Wataru" he said as the two charged into battle with Roxas dodging out of the way of the oncoming mashin. "Wataru! Hold on tight or you'll get thrown off!" the Dragon advised
"Right"
"Remember this Wataru, it's not strength that decides a battle's outcome! It's Spirit"
"Spirit, huh"
"Yes, the bravery to stand up to any foe! The hope to never give up, ever! You must never forget these things!"
"I won't I promise "Wataru replied with passion as Ryujinmaru began his attack.
"Unleash the dragon's fang" Ryujinmaru ordered.
"Right, RYUGAKEN!" He shouted as Ryujinmaru removed one of its Shoulder Claws and morphed them into a throwing star and sent it flying, striking several of the Geppertanks , who in return began firing upon him. Thankfully Ryujinmaru dodged nimbly out of the way.
"Now Wataru respond with the Toryuken"
"Right" he replied, unleashing Ryujinmaru's trusty blade and dashed forward at the nearest Mashin and cleaved it in two.
"Excellent Work Wataru" Ryujinmaru Praised the young boy.
"Yay kick their butts Wataru" Himiko shouted with glee, while Shibaraku looked on nervous.
"This isn't good" he said.
"What's, old guy didja eat some bad rice" She asked innocently.
"No, I've noticed Wataru doesn't seem accustomed to battle like Calibur is" He explained.
"Well, why would he be? "Roxas asked now returning to the others "he was just a normal kid before coming to Al-Warth" he pointed out as Grandmama bonked him on the head.
"Then what are you doing, Dark Knight and Sorcerer?!" She asked The Two teens "You should be helping Wataru!"
Roxas nodded realizing he left the poor kid all by himself "Then let me fix that" he said behold holding up Kurayami to the sky "VAISAGA" he shouted as he was consumed in a pillar of darkness and in his place, stood the caped mecha. "Hold on, Wataru," he said, dashing off. As for Amari she looked ready to pass out the stress starting to get to her.
Shibaraku nodded sympathetically "A sorcerer she may be, but still, she is a frail damsel!" Allow me to handle this" he said taking out of his Gi of all things…. a payphone card with the words Senjinmaru written on the front.
"You can fight, old guy" Himiko asked getting kind smile and ruffling of her hair from the Samurai before he turned to old man Shinobibe
Pardon me, Sir, do you have any phone's around here?!"
The old man nodded "We've got a payphone over yonder" he said pointing to the standard American black payphone.
"Alright! In that Case…" he said, rushing over to it and slid the card in. "Let's see. 1-SEN-JIN-MARU…There we go." he finished dialing the number and soon the phone began to ring and someone or something picked up on the other line making him smile. "Hello Sen-Chan? It's your buddy Shiba-Chan. Do you think you could come to Monja Village right now?" he asked.
"This Instant?"
"Yes, right this instant!" he said smirking as loud footsteps could be heard rushing through the forest and into the village, it was a Red Black and White Mashin modeled after a Samurai.
"This Is Senjinmaru, My Mashin and good Friend. You can leave everything to me and Calibur" he said as he boarded the mech and dashed into battle. Joining Ryujinmaru and the Vaisaga in the brawl.
"Hooray Hooray" Himiko cheered.
"To know righteousness and not practice it is cowardice. You shall have my aid!" Shibaraku declared.
"Is that you Mr. Samurai" Wataru asked.
"Good to have you with us Shibaraku "Roxas stated.
"Thank you, you can step back now Wataru."
"No way, if you think I'd just step down, you're wrong! I'm here to fight and that's what I'll do!" he declared showing how serious he was about being the Savior.
"But-"
"But nothing! I'm The savior" he said leaving no room for argument "If there's people in trouble.
"We gotta save'em right?" Roxas asked in a knowing way.
"That's right "
"Oh Wataru" Amari said amazed by his courage and by his good heart.
"And besides, I have, Roxas, Ryujinmaru and You Mister" Wataru said happily "With you guys at my side there's no way we can lose."
"You also have me!" Amari shouted regaining her nerves as The Xelguard warped in.
"Goodness, That's a Keepers of Order AutoWarlock." Grandmama said in surprise.
"After witnessing Wataru's bravery, I deemed it time to make a choice for yourself. "Spero stated from inside the Machine.
"Thank you, Spero." she said, smiling at the bird as she stepped inside and the Xelguard entered battle mode.
"Wataru! I'm coming." she said as the Xelguard join the others.
"Glad to see you join the battle Amari" Roxas said blocking on coming fire from the Geppertanks
"Yup, she is definitely a hero mage," Wataru said, making Amari frown.
"No, not really You're more the hero of justice type than I am" she said, "But I'll do what I can!" she declared.
"OH MY GOD, shut up already" Schwarvenegger shouted "What can some kid, a hippo samurai, some wishy-washy mage, and an edgy knight do?!" he asked rhetorically "Grovel before my awesome power that's what" he proclaimed
"I don't think so, Schwarvenegger!" Wataru said pointing at him.
"Your misdeeds end here" Shibaraku added on
"We will strike you down" Added Amari
"And send you crawling back to your master's in tears" Roxas finished.
Ryujinmaru! Everyone! Let's all work together to kick this guy's butt!
