(Maddy)
It has been a very odd few days. I got shot, had Mr. Stark call me his daughter, had a conversation with Mr. Loki, and had Mr. Stark defend Loki. Now I'm sitting in my bed catching up on my homework even though I was told to take it easy and that my work isn't due until I get better. I am working on my Chem work when I hear the door open. I looked and saw my Mama Spider. "Hey Baby Spider aren't you supposed to be resting?" Nat asked me, I smiled and said "I got bored and don't want to fall behind." Nat smiled at me and sat in the chair May normally is in. I looked back to my work and we sat in silence for a while. "Tony is gonna sign you out today. Him and May are getting the papers signed right now, then Happy will take you to the tower where you will stay to finish healing and that means no sneaking out to save Queens. Understand?" She looked at me and I knew that if I did sneak out she'd know so I nodded my head and said "Yes Mama Spider." She laughed and kissed the top of my head and left the room and I continued on with my Chem work. After about two hours I was almost done with all my homework when Mr. Stark walked in "Hey Underoos how ya feeling?" He asked me, I smiled "I'm ready to leave Mr. Stark." I told him honestly. He laughed and said "I know kiddo I know." We sat there talking about the upgrades to the newest Iron Man armor when May walked in "Hey Maddy Happy is ready to take you to the tower and I'll meet you there after I grab some stuff from the apartment ok?" May said to me. I nodded and she kissed my cheek and left. Twenty minutes later Mr. Stark and I were in the back seat of one of his cars with Happy diving. Soon we came upon the tower and we all went in and up to the penthouse and I saw my whole family watching tv. Before I could run over Mr. Stark told me to go shower that I stink to which I giggled and did as I was told
(Tony)
I had just sent Maddy to take a shower when my phone rang "Hello?" I answered the call "Tony I need you to promise that you will take care of Madison no matter what." I heard May's voice and it sounds like she is crying "May you already know that I will. What's happening it sounds like you're crying?" I asked before May could say anything another voice spoke "Well Stark I hate the fact that I can't see your face for this but alas I can imagine the pain you will be feeling." and then I heard a loud bang and a body hit the floor. "See you soon Stark." Then the line went dead. I just stood there frozen "Tony what's wrong?" I heard Nat ask but I didn't answer instead I just ran out onto the balcony and had my suit form around me as I flew towards Queens. After ten minutes I landed in front of the Parker apartment building and ran inside and up to their apartment and ran inside and I saw him sitting there. "Hello Stark." he said to me "Hello Norman." I said to him. He stood and walked away and I rushed into the room and what I saw made me want to scream laying on her back with blood surrounding her. She was barely breathing and she saw me and lifted her hand and pointed to the kitchen and said "The will is in there Tony….tell Maddy I larb her." and with one final breath May Parker passed away so I grabbed the will and I left and ran into the police and told them I didn't know who shot her and handed them the will and I left back to the tower trying to figure out how to tell Maddy that the last blood relative she had is dead. I landed and saw Maddy waiting for me and I walked in "Hey Mr. Stark, where were you? I came outta the shower and you weren't here and I got worried." Maddy said "Maddy we need to talk." Before she could respond her phone rang and she answered "Hello? This is Madison Parker. What? No, that's impossible.I understand." Maddy hung up the phone and then screamed and started sobbing. I rushed forward and hugged her "She can't be gone Mr. Stark, please tell me she's ok." I shook my head "I'm Sorry kiddo." Maddy screamed louder and sobbed harder "Tony what happened." Steve asked, "May was shot and killed."
