CHAPTER 231

Gary was dreaming. Future Biff Tannen from the year 2015 was hovering over his face and striking his forehead with the brass fist shaped knob of his cane. He could hear him shouting as he wrapped his skull over and over again.

"Hello! Hello, McFly! Is anybody in there? Hello!"

Gary's eyes popped open. He was in the jungle, staring up at the canopy, but it wasn't Biff Tannen looming over him. It was the turkey-like face of a curious oviraptor.

"What the hell," Gary groaned.

The oviraptor's round googly eyes stared at him, and the fleshy waddle that dangled beneath its chin jiggled with every head tick it made. With a precise hammer-stroke snap the oviraptor's hard beak came down and pecked Gary in the forehead for what he presumed was the umpteenth time.

"Ow! Damn it! Get away!" Gary slapped the oviraptor square in the cheek. He wiped his forehead. It was bleeding. "You dumb, feathered, stupid, bastard."

The oviraptor continued to stare at Gary with the same, clueless, googly eyed gawk. Its waddle was still wobbling from Gary's slap. It came at him again for yet another peck.

Gary intercepted with both palms and shoved it away. "Get lost, you freaky chicken!"

The oviraptor ruffled its feathers and clucked.

Gary tried to jump to his feet but was quickly reminded that he had just been trampled by a herd of protoceratops. "Ow. Ugh." He flopped to the ground and hugged his pains.

The oviraptor pecked him in the back of the head.

Gary groaned, "I hate you."
