Chapter 56 The Majestics' Big Success

"Good morning, everybody, it is now time for the final battle of Mexico and its between two very powerful teams!" DJ Jazzman announced. Everyone was listening from the stands with baited breath. "Without further ado, let's welcome the Majestics!"

The crowd roared as the Majestics made their way into the stadium, they entered and seated themselves on the bench.

"Their opponents are none other than those nocturnal bladers, the creatures of the night, let's meet the Death Stars!"

All the spectators were in uproar as the Death Stars entered, they sat down opposite the Majestics, and they were itching for battle.

A long time seemed to pass with nobody moving, but then Oliver stood up and walked up to the platform.

"Oliver is first to represent the Majestics, his Unicolyon bit beast can shake the earth with its Earth Shake attack!"

Upon reaching the platform, Oliver waited patiently for his opponent. He didn't have long to wait before Luna made her way up.

"Luna is stepping up for the Death Stars, she is one wild wolf with her Greyfang bit beast and its attack power!"

"Hey, Luna, good luck today and make sure you give it your best shot, I'll be proud of you no matter how you do!"

"Thanks, Tala, I'll give it my all, I love you!"

"I love you too, Luna."

With Oliver and Luna now facing each other, the platform separated and a puff of smoke rose up. As the smoke rose, the stadium gradually came up with it. Once the smoke cleared, it revealed a stadium with a large stone pyramid with a platform at the top, grass surrounded the whole pyramid from all sides.

"Wow, the Venus Platform stadium!"

Now that the stadium was ready, Oliver and Luna readied their launchers, ripcords and beyblades and prepared to launch. Both were waiting patiently for the command.

"3,2,1, let it rip!"

Oliver launched Unicolyon into the stadium, Luna swiftly released Greyfang in time.

"Unicolyon, attack!"

"Greyfang, evade!"

As Unicolyon went into attack, Greyfang smartly moved aside and left Unicolyon to get thin air.

"Attack, Greyfang!"

Greyfang heeded Luna's commands and slammed Unicolyon from behind.

"That's it, Greyfang, keep on the attack!"

In seconds, Greyfang was hot on Unicolyon's tail, it slashed hard with every blow.

"Unicolyon, counterattack!"

"Greyfang, slam back!"

Unicolyon and Greyfang slammed into each other with authority, both were knocked back from the impact.

"Unicolyon, slam!"

With a single slam, Unicolyon hit Greyfang backwards, sparks flew from the slam.

"Greyfang, multi slam!"

The door was closed on Oliver's attack, Greyfang was hitting Unicolyon with fierce, heavy blows.

"Keep it up, Greyfang!"

Greyfang maintained its brutal attack on Unicolyon, sparks flew as it slashed it hard and powerfully.

"That's it, Greyfang, slam now!"

Heeding Luna's command, Greyfang slammed Unicolyon with a hard blow.

"Greyfang, attack!"

"Unicolyon, evade!"

As Greyfang went in to attack, Unicolyon shot away from it, leaving it to hit nothing.

"No way!"

"Unicolyon, multi slam!"

"Greyfang, multi slam too!"

In seconds, Unicolyon and Greyfang were slamming into each other, knocking themselves back with every blow.

"Unicolyon, full power attack!"

"Go, Greyfang, attack!"

Unicolyon and Greyfang clashed in the middle with a single slam, sparks flew as the two blades grinded against each other.

"Greyfang, Darkness Squall Storm!"

Black and crimson lightning boomed loudly, in seconds the magnificent black North-western wolf howled to the sky. Luna's blade was walled by black and crimson energy and it shot towards Unicolyon.

"Unicolyon, Earth Shake!"

As Luna executed her attack, a huge white unicorn appeared, with a whinny it reared up and slammed its front hooves onto the ground. The earth shook along with the whole stadium. Greyfang was disorientated, its attack began to wear out before Unicolyon slammed it out.

"The winner is Oliver!"

"What an upset, Luna had the match won!"

With Oliver's victory, the stadium went down under the platform which closed. A pair of arms went round Oliver's back, he turned round and there was Cordelia.

"Congratulations, Oliver, you were amazing."

"Thanks, Cordelia, you can call me Ollie though."

"I will from now on."

Unicolyon returned to Oliver's open hand, he turned and wrapped his own arms round Cordelia's waist, she gladly wrapped hers round his neck, tears of disappointment ran down Luna's cheeks and stung her eyes as she picked up Greyfang. Tala saw, he went down and wrapped his arm round her while she sobbed on his shoulder.

"You did great, Luna, its not a loss as long as you tried your best."

"I lost though."

"You didn't, you battled fantastically and that makes you a winner."

At that Luna smiled and dried her tears before she and Tala unwillingly separated.

"Robert the lead man for the Majestics is stepping up, he battles hard and his Griffolyon bit beast can back him like that!"

"Damian is next to battle for the Death Stars, his Capensis bit beast is a bitter badger."

After Luna's defeat, Robert went up for battle and stood patiently at the stadium. He didn't have long to wait until Damian arrived to meet him.

With Robert and Damian facing one another, the closed platform split down the middle and the smoke flowed out. The stadium rose with the smoke which cleared to reveal a grassy stadium with the ruins of a Mexican observatory.

"Wow, the El Caracol stadium!"

As soon as the stadium was ready, Robert and Damian prepared their launchers, ripcords and beyblades and took position.

"3,2,1, let it rip!"

Robert swiftly launched Griffolyon into the stadium, Damian followed suit with Capensis.

"Griffolyon, attack!"

"Go, Capensis!"

Griffolyon and Capensis clashed in the middle, sparks flew as the blades' metal rubbed against each other.

"Griffolyon, slam now!"

With a powerful slam, Griffolyon shoved Capensis back authoritatively.

"Attack, Griffolyon!"

Heeding Robert's command, Griffolyon slashed Capensis again.

"Capensis, attack now!"

Capensis heeded Damian's command, it fiercely attacked back, striking fast, hard and brutally.

"Keep attacking, Capensis!"

Seconds later, Capensis was slashing Griffolyon, not leaving even the tiniest bit of room.

"Capensis, multi slam now!"

Griffolyon was hit with several rapid multi slams, each blow was harder than the last and knocked it back.

"Griffolyon, slam him back!"

Griffolyon slammed Capensis back into the observatory with a crash, rubble from the walls entrapped it.

"Go, Capensis!"

The rubble that surrounded Capensis flew away as it broke free, it hit Griffolyon and reduced its balance.

"Griffolyon, attack now!"

With its balance regained, Griffolyon shot straight for Capensis and slashed it along the side.

"Keep on the attack, Griffolyon, multi slam now!"

With momentum back in Robert's pocket, Griffolyon viciously multi slammed Capensis backwards several times.

"That's it, Griffolyon, slam!"

Griffolyon slammed Capensis once again, Damian watched in horror as his blade slammed into the observatory.

"Finish it, Griffolyon!"

"Capensis, counterattack!"

As Griffolyon went in for an attack, Capensis met it in the middle and the two blades clashed once again, sparks shone as they grinded against each other.

"Push him off, Griffolyon!"

With a mighty shove, Griffolyon sent Capensis clean off of it.

"Wing Dagger!"

The huge griffin appeared shrieking mightily, it flapped its wings and a barrage of feather shaped daggers shot towards Capensis, disorientating it. Robert's blade slammed it out of the stadium and to the floor.

"Winner Robert!"

Griffolyon returned to Robert's open hand before Damian picked up Capensis and walked away.

"With Robert's victory, the Majestics take the round, see you all in Toronto, Canada for the seventh round of the Beyblade world championships!'
