The New Boss

The next night, WWE Monday Night RAW was in Dayton, Ohio, at the Wright State University's Nutter Center. WWE RAW opens up with a look back at the Survivor Series PPV. After the video, a live shot inside the Center as the Pyro goes off, Ryback makes his way out to the ring to kick off RAW.

Jerry Lawler joins Michael Cole on commentary as Ryback hits the ring to a pop. Ryback gets a mic and says, "He was about to feast on the WWE Title, but CM Punk employed three men to take food out of his mouth."

Ryback goes on to say, "His hunger cannot be suppressed. Punk and his three men are his prey."

Ryback calls them all out to the ring right now for a fight. He says, "If they don't come, he will tear the damn place apart until he finds each one of them." Ryback gets a "Feed Me More" chant going.

Vickie Guerrero comes out and says, "He won't be tearing anything up. He had two chances at the WWE Title and blew it." She tells him the CEO is here tonight, and if you attempt to tear anything up, the CEO will deal with you.

Vickie says, "She likes how Ryback destroys people and wants to see how big his appetite is." Out comes Tensai.

Tensai marches to the ring as the bell rings, and they go right at it. There was a lot of back-and-forth action throughout the match, including action out of the ring before he heads back into the ring, and Ryback goes for Shell Shocked and nails it, then covers Tensai for the win.

Sheamus is backstage yelling at the referee who counted the pin in the World Heavyweight Title match. Still to come tonight is Randy Orton vs. Alberto Del Rio in a 2-outthree3 falls match. Wade Barrett goes to the ring for the next match as RAW goes to commercials.

When RAW returned from the break came WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston. Wade Barrett is out next and wanted a shot at the IC Title. He may get it if he can get this win. There was nonstop action throughout the match, until Barrett with a mule kick and an eye rake on the top rope. Barrett nails the Bullhammer elbow for the non-title win.

Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler talk about Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Roman Reigns, who are debuting at the Survivor Series and attacking Ryback. A video is shown about Brad Maddox. After the footage, Paul Heyman walks backstage with a big CM Punk poster. He's excited about tonight's celebration when he stops by the CEO, Lila McMahon Morgan.

"You tell Punk for me that my CEO has canceled his celebration because tonight, I will be confronting him about what happened last night at Survivor Series." The fans cheered, and Paul Heyman wasn't happy.

"Did you forget the rule for a triple-threat match, Lila?" Heyman said spitefully.

"That's Mrs. Morgan to you, Paul. And I know the rules for triple threat matches, you walrus, but it seems every time The WWE Title is on the line, someone interferes on Punk's behalf to help him hold onto the richest prize in the WWE. Tonight, it ended when I made my announcement concerning the WWE Title."

Paul Heyman walked off as Lila smiled evilly like her father, Mr. McMahon.

"Sounds like Lila McMahon has an announcement to make concerning the WWE title."

"Yes, it does, Cole."

RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returned from the break, Kaitlyn was in the ring with Aksana. The bell rings, and Aksana begs her to back off. The action began quickly. Kaitlyn tossed Aksana across the ring twice by her hair before the end of the match. Kaitlyn puts Aksana on her shoulders and then hits the gut buster, covering her for the win.

Still, to come tonight, Orton vs. Del Rio is in 2 out of 3 fall matches. RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returned from the break, we had a single match where it was Brodus Clay vs. Antonio Cesaro. There was nonstop action throughout the match until Cesaro went to the second rope and leaped off, hitting an uppercut. Then, he managed to drop Clay with the Neutralizer, covering him for the win.

A video shows John Cena being honored for his 300th with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Vickie Guerrero is backstage with two suits, and no one can hear what is being said to her, but she doesn't look too happy. RAW goes back to commercials.

When RAW returned from the break, it looked back at the match between Lila McMahon and AJ Lee from last night at Survivor Series and Lila being victorious over AJ Lee after hitting her with a vicious spear for the win. Back to the ring we go, as Justin Roberts introduces the Managing Supervisor of RAW and outcomes, Vickie Guerrero. Vickie starts talking and gets a mixed reaction from the WWE Universe.

She says, "Some people still need to respect authority figures. For weeks, AJ has made a fool of herself with her lies about fraternizing with one of the big boss's spouses. And moments ago, I was told by two suits that there is evidence against AJ Lee and someone I manage."

"Oh –uh, AJ Lee has been exposed by the two suits," Lawler said, unsurprised.

"Apparently, King and I are surprised that Vickie is not madder because her protégé Dolph Ziggler is the one who is fraternizing with AJ Lee."

"Oh, Cole, don't worry about that coming. Maybe Vickie has plans on punishing him through his matches."

"True King"

Out comes AJ Lee to interrupt, hits the ring, and is tired of what Vickie is saying.

AJ says, "If she wants to fire her, then go ahead and do it. If not, do everyone a favor and shut up."

Vickie says, "You owe our boss. The CEO apologizes to AJ for your lies."

AJ says, "What lies?"

Vickie says, " You know your lies, AJ, where you claim to be fraternizing her husband when in reality you have been fraternizing with my protégé Dolph Ziggler."

The look on AJ Lee's face spoke volumes. She knew she had been caught with her hand in the cookie jar.

"That's right, AJ, your lies have been exposed. You attempt to hide who you were fraternizing with by using the CEO's husband, causing Lila McMahon Morgan to suspend her father, Vince McMahon."

"And"

"And nothing, AJ. Do you have any idea what that was like for Lila to do to her father, who created not only the WWE but his daughter as well?"

"No, I have no idea what that was like for her."

"Yeah, we all know because it is all about you; everyone else is just a little pawn in the sick games you play. How long before you get tired of Ziggler and move on to someone else?"

Vickie drops the mic and walks away, but AJ doesn't do any of that and attacks Vickie from behind as the WWE Universe boos her. Lila sent her sister-in-law Natalya, who raced out and slid into the ring, grabbed AJ, and began to unload on her.

"Nattie is coming to Vickie's aide," Michael Cole said.

Natalya clears the ring of AJ with a clothesline over the top ropes to the floor as referees and WWE officials come out. Referees and WWE Officials got AJ Lee away from the ring while the trainer checked on Vickie. RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returned from break, Ricardo Rodriguez did the introduction as Alberto Del Rio made his way to the ring. Randy Orton is out next with his wife to a big pop. They make their way to the ring and enter. Orton poses for the WWE Universe. The bell rings, Orton goes to work, clotheslines Del Rio, and then covers him for two counts. Del Rio fights back backs Orton to the corner, kicks him down in the corner, and turns it around.

With a big kick to the back, Del Rio covers him for two counts. Orton regains control and hits a nice standing dropkick. There is back-and-forth action in the corner. The fans chant RKO as Del Rio suplexes Orton for another pin attempt, and Orton kicks out. Orton ducks a clothesline and takes back control. Orton with a suplex and more stomps, Del Rio fights back with a kick and hits an armbar.

Orton gets thrown to the floor and comes back in with Del Rio working on the arm. Del Rio slams the arm repeatedly into the ringpost as the referee backs him off. The referee rings the bell and disqualifies him. The first fall goes to Randy Orton as RAW returns to commercials.

When RAW returned from the break, Orton fought back at Del Rio, but Del Rio kicked him to the mat and covered him for two counts. Orton fights back again, nails a backdrop, and then hits a pair of clothesline. Orton connects with snap powerslam. Del Rio applies the cross armbreaker, and Orton taps out. The second fall goes to Alberto Del Rio.

Del Rio breaks the hold as the bell rings again, and here we go as Orton holds his arm. Del Rio takes him to the corner and works on the arm. Orton manages a roll-up for two counts. There is more back-and-forth action until Orton hits a backbreaker and coves him for close two counts. Ricardo distracts as Del Rio blocks RKO, but Orton manages to drop him anyway. Del Rio blocks it again, locks the cross-arm breaker in, and Orton fights out for two counts. Del Rio misses the kick in the corner, and Orton nails the RKO for the win.

Orton rolls out of the ring; he and his wife celebrate at ringside.

Cole and Lawler discussed what had happened with AJ Lee and attacking Vickie Guerrero as RAW returned to commercials. When RAW returned from the break, there was a two-on-one handicapped match, where Great Khali won over Epico and Primo. Everyone sees The Miz walking backstage as RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returned from the break, out came David Otunga to boo. His opponent, The Miz, is out next to a decent pop from the crowd. The Miz makes his way to the ring, enters, and poses for the fans.

The bell rings, and Otunga strikes first, backing the Miz to the corner and stomping away at him. Miz fights back, but Otunga kicks him in the chin. Otunga throws Miz shoulder-first into the corner and drops him with a leg sweep for a pin attempt. Otunga with another slam and a big elbow drop. Otunga hits another elbow and covers him for two counts. Otunga clubs Miz in the back of the head and keeps him on the mat.

Otunga continues with the offense, and other covers for two counts only as Miz kicks out. With big forearm shots to the chest now and then another clothesline, Otunga covers for two counts as Miz kicks out again. Otunga, with a bunch of knees and more offense, Miz tries to fight back but gets dropped and covered for another pin attempt. Otunga attempted to hop on Miz's back, but Miz rammed him into the corner and began the comeback. He unloaded on Otunga, backed into the corner, and then worked him over in the corner. The referee backs him off, but Miz returns with the running clothesline. Miz goes to the top and comes down with a double-ax handle. Miz waits for Otunga to get you, then goes for Skull Crushing Finale, nails it, and rolls him over covers for the win.

Everyone saw footage from Big Show vs. Sheamus at Survivor Series where the referee went down, and Show took advantage and saw how Show won and Sheamus beat him with a chair after the match. Up next is Sheamus vs. Sandow. RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returned from the break, they saw footage from earlier tonight where Ryback had words for Punk, Ambrose, Rollins, and Reigns, but they didn't come out, but Vickie Guerrero did. A Single match happens next, where Sheamus beats Damien Sandow after hitting a White Noise and then Brogue Kick for the win.

AJ Lee walked into the locker room where the Managing Supervisor of RAW should be but came face to face with the CEO, as the fans roared, seeing Lila McMahon Morgan again.

"I heard that you owe me apologize," Lila said.

"Well, you thought wrong there, Lila."

"That's Mrs. Morgan to you, AJ or boss. If you do not want to apologize, that's fine because I got my revenge last night at Survivor Series, and I hope you learn your lesson about attempting to use one of your boss's spouses in your little game."

"Well, I learned nothing from our match last night."

"Then you are naive, AJ. Here is a warning for you: do not attempt to use any member of my family or my sister's family because if you do, I can guarantee your next ass-kicking will be worse."

AJ turned around to come face-to-face with Stephanie McMahon Cena, and the fans cheered seeing Mrs. Cena.

"I believe I heard my sister tell you not to attempt to use any member of her or mine family. My advice is heed that warning, AJ." AJ walked off.

Paul Heyman and CM Punk are backstage, and Heyman tells him the CEO cancels his celebration. Punk is not happy that the CEO canceled the celebration.

"Well, we are going to have the celebration anyway," Punk said as Heyman smirked.

"Punk has a death wish with the CEO of this company," Lawler said.

"Boy, does he," Michael Cole said.

RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returned from the break and to the ring, it was covered in the back, and a big red X. Paul Heyman was there, and behind him were two posters of CM Punk and one looking at his title reign. The crowd boos Heyman, and he tells them not to because he is here tonight for a man who has been WWE Champion for 365 days. Heyman mocks the fans and Jerry Lawler.

Heyman says, "Fans cry for the return of the Attitude Era, but when he and Punk give them a little bit of it, they don't like it."

Heyman says, "This is a celebration of 365 glorious days for the best in the world." Heyman brought out WWE Champion CM Punk, and the WWE Universe booed him.

Punk takes the mic, but before he can speak, the music of the CEO hits, and the WWE Universe erupts hearing her music. Lila McMahon walked out with some big bodyguards following her. Lila makes her way to the ring, up the steps to the ring's apron, with one bodyguard following her. The guard climbs onto the apron and then steps through the ropes into the ring; the guard opens the ropes for his boss, and then Lila steps through the ropes into the ring. Guard joined them in the ring as Lila snatched the mic from Punk, and he attempted to approach her, but the guards shoved him to the mat, and the fans erupted into cheers.

"I guess you chose to disobey an order from me, the CEO."

Punk yelled damn straight, I did.

"Well, it's going to cost you big time, Punk. Because right now, you have two options: my guards will take the title from you, or you can hand over the WWE Title."

"What?" Lawler and Cole said simultaneous

"You cannot do that to me," Punk screams.

"I can do that to you, Punk, because I am the WWE's Chief Executive Officer. And, I notice a pattern during your matches when the WWE Title is on the line; someone interfered on your behalf and helped you retain the title. So what's it going to be, Punk?"

Punk yelled at Lila you have to pry it loose from my cold, dead hands.

"Fine, have it your way," Lila said when, outta nowhere, RKO from Orton.

"RKO from Randy Orton," Michael Cole said.

One guard walked over, took the title off Punk, and handed it to his boss.

"Well, I guess Punk title reign ended at 365 days," Lawler said.

Heyman began to scream. Lila nodded, and Orton nailed him with RKO, too. Lila and Orton stood over Punk and Heyman as RAW went off the air.
