Wolverine is slicing and dicing across the battlefield. Doing the best at what does as he stabs a large man in the chest. The man spits out blood but ignores the pain and grabs the mutant arms and throws him across the jungle. Wolverine landed on his feet and growls as he angrily charges at the man and slashes his face. The large man narrowly dodges the attack and headbutts Wolverine. Wolverine stumbles back a bit, but quickly recovers and lunges at the large man. The large man steps aside causing Wolverine to hit face-first. The large man quietly snickers to himself. Wolverine gets up and growls as he hears the large man snickering to himself.
"Not funny, bub!" Wolverine angrily shouted as he spun around and jumps at the large man's back and plants his claws into the large man's back. The large man howled in pain and tried to reach his back, but couldn't thanks to how big he is. Wolverine lets out a cruel smirk, "Looks like I strike a nerve." Wolverine begins to repeatedly stab the large man in his back. Hoping it would end him or at least, knock him unconscious. Unfortunately for him, it does not have the effect that Wolverine thought it would have as the large man begin to flail widely and desperately with no signs of fatigue as he tried to take the mutant off his back. Wolverine is not budging as he held on tight to the large man. Unbeknownst to Wolverine, the large man's eyes begin to glow in red-orange color.
Toudou dodges a swing from a sword and throws a knife between the person's eyes. Killing them instantly as their body drops to the group. 'Here I thought it will be an easy mission,' Toudou thought as she took out two throwing knives and throw them at two people who were aiming their guns at her, putting them out of commission. Toudou reaches into her pockets and finds out she has no more knives. Toudou sighs. 'Just my luck. At least, the mist is clearing up a little bit.' Toudou looks around to see if they are any more enemies to worry about. Once she sees the coast is clear, Toudou let out a small smile and went to help Wolverine. She was about to run towards Wolverine. However, a fiery explosion came from the large man and sent her flying back. She hits a tree and slides to the ground. Toudou groans as she gets up and saw Wolverine growls with most of his outfit burnt off and the large is coated in blue flames.
"I have to say, I'm impressed your team has survived for this long," The large man said as he looked at the two, "However, I'm afraid your lives end here."
Toudou has a stern expression as she pulls a large combat knife that was laying on the ground, "Sorry to burst your bubble, but we don't have any intentions of dying soon. Let's finish this Logan!"
Wolverine smirks, "Right behind you!" The two charge at the large man.
Rokusei ducked under a sword slash and she retaliated by swinging at the man's side. Killing him and his body dropped to the ground.
She, Azazel, Faith, and Daryl have been separated as they surround by large amounts of enemies. Fortunately for them, they managed to come up with a plan and split the enemies for them to handle. Thanks to the plan, they managed to kill most of the enemies and have plans to regroup with the others.
"How are you doing?!" Rokusei asked as she blocked an attack with her double-bladed ax and smash her ax to the woman's face. Killing her. Rokusei hears someone coming from behind her and quickly turns around and blocks a blow that came from a giant war hammer. Unfortunately for her, the attack managed to make her lose her weapon and the man grabs by her throat and pick her up. The man begins to choke her and Rokusei tries to pry his grip off of her, but the man is not letting go and begins to choke her harder. Rokusei is losing her strength as oxygen is escaping from her lungs. She suddenly gasp for air as she dropped to the ground and the man screams in pain and angrily yanks a crossbow out of his right arm. Daryl loads another bolt in the crossbow and aims at the man's neck. He fires it. The man narrowly dodges the bolt as the bolt grazes his neck. The man growls and sprinted toward Daryl. He raises his war hammer in the air and slams it at Daryl. Daryl moves just in time as the attack shook the jungle and forms a medium-sized crater in the ground. Daryl loads a bolt in his crossbow and shoots at the man's chest. It lands and the man groans in pain as he sends a hateful glare at Daryl and lunged at Daryl. The man was about to swing at Daryl's side, but he was by the back of his shirt and thrown into a tree. The man growled in pain. The man was about to get up but was kicked back down. The man looks up and sees Rokusei glaring at him and she grabs his hammer. The man is not prying his grip off his hammer. The two now enter a tug-of-war.
Thanks to Rokusei's insane strength, she is winning the tug-of-war. Seeing this, the man throws a punch at Rokusei's face, but he soon screamed in pain at a bolt from Daryl's crossbow. Rokusei yanked the hammer, raised it above her head, and brought it down on the man. Completely smashing the man's head and killing him. Rokusei wipes the blood from her face and throws the hammer down.
She looks at Daryl, "Thanks for that Daryl," Rokusei gives him a grateful smile and retrieved her ax. "If weren't for you, I will probably be dead."
"Don't mention it," Daryl quietly said as he grabs the bolts and put them in the holster, "Now, come on. We need to finish this quickly. I don't want us to deal with the animals that be out here at night." Rokusei nods and the two quickly head towards Faith.
Faith dodged a blow and hit the man in the head with her baton. Stunning the man. Faith takes advantage of this and sends another strike to the man's cheek. Knocking the man unconscious and hitting the ground. Faith narrowly dodges a blow that comes from behind her. The man scoffs and sends a jab at Faith's liver. Faith blocks it with her baton and retaliated by sending a strike at the man's left bicep. The man hissed in pain and holds his bicep. Faith sends a jab at the man's gut. but the man manages to block. Unbeknownst to him, it was a distraction as Faith sends a hard flying kick to the man's face. Staggering the man and making him stumble back a bit. Faith begins to repeatedly beat him and the man tries to block him, but Faith gets past his defenses. The man tries to escape, but Faith is relentless and is not letting him go. Before she could continue, she was grabbed by two people, and they pulled her off the man. Faith tries to escape, but their grip tightens on her and one of them sends a hard punch to her gut. Making her spit out blood.
"Not so tough now, aren't you bitch?" The man said with a dark grin as Faith tried to break out of the grip, but couldn't. "Hold her still boys because I'm going to enjoy this." The man was about to send a jab to her face, but an ax was thrown into his face. Instantly killing him. The men didn't have time to react as Rokusei grab one of them and threw them to the ground. He tried to get up, but Rokusei put her foot on his throat and twist it causing it to snap the man's neck. Killing him. The second man was killed by a bolt through his eye. His body dropped to the ground and Daryl grabbed the bolt.
"Thanks," Faith quietly said as she rub her stomach to soothe the pain.
"Don't mention it," Rokusei said as she pulled her ax from the man's face. "Now, come on. Let's help Azazel!" Rokusei head towards with the two following her.
"Surround peacefully and I will go on easy on all of you," Azazel said with authority at the group who are heavily bruised and panting. They tried to fight her, but they can't even six feet of her thanks to her ability to manipulate holy light and use it freely. They are also losing the will to fight as they tried everything to take her down, but she is too powerful for them and she only going easy on them! They know her and Xeno Goku was the most powerful ones, but they seriously underestimated them. Seeing no way they can win, they kneeled and raised their arms in surrender. "A wise choice. There may be salvation for all of you, after all." Azazel created cuffs out of holy light and put them on the group nice and tight so they won't break free.
"Huh, I guess you didn't need our help," Rokusei said as she and the other two managed to find her.
Azazel sent a small smile at the three. "I'm glad to see you alright."
"Same to you," Daryl as he glances at the prisoners. "Are you sure they won't be a threat anymore?"
Azazel nods. "I assured you that the cuffs are well-made and hard to break. Now, let's go find the others." Azazel flew to find the others.
"Right behind you." Faith said as she and the other two ran after her.
Bill snapped a woman's neck and throw her corpse to the ground. A man come from behind with a stake in his hand and he was about to stab Bill in the neck, but fortunately for Bill, he was shot in the face. Knocking him out cold. Bill's gaze turned to Lucy who waved at him and ducked under a blow that came from a woman who wielded a broad sword. The woman scoffs was about to swing again, but she feels something wrap around her arm and is pulled backward. She was kicked in the side and flew into a tree. She quickly gets up and saw Michelangelo charging towards her while swinging his nunchucks, Lucy taking something out, and Bill right beside Michelangelo. The woman smiled. "This should be fun," She charges toward them. Michelangelo swings at her face, but the woman moves her head to the side causing the turtle to miss his attack. Bill sends a hard punch at the woman's cheek. The woman weaved and sent a wide swing at the two. The two narrowly dodge the attack and they created some distance between them.
"Woah, talk about a huge sword," Michelangelo said as he eyed the woman, looking for any openings in her stance. "Need something that big to take out all three of us?" He hopes his comment will enrage the woman and make her lose focus on the fight.
Unfortunately for him, the woman ignored it and charged at them.
"Well, that didn't work," Bill said as he moves at subsonic speeds toward the woman. The two clashed causing a strong wind gust that could be felt 25 miles. The two jump back away from each other and the woman sends a slash at Bill. Bill dodges it and advanced toward her. He sends a haymaker at the woman's face. The woman deflected the attack and sends her thrust at Bill's heart. However, she was interrupted mid-thrust as she feels Michelangelo's nunchuck wrap around her leg. Sensing what was about to come, the woman pull her leg back causing Michelangelo to fly towards her. The woman knee Michelangelo in his jaw. Michelangelo flew in the air and hit the ground hard. Dazing him and he groaned in pain. The woman was about to finish him off, but she yelped in pain Bill bit her in the neck. The woman hissed and grab Bill by his shirt and throw him off her. Bill quickly got up and charges at the woman. Tired of this, the woman slams her sword to the ground. Causing a strong shockwave that forced Bill to the ground. He was about to get up, but the woman put her foot on Bill's back and raised her sword. "This has been fun, but unfortunately, I'm on a strict time limit and I have to end this quickly." The woman said as she looks down at her feet. She was about to bring her sword down, but she tased and she drop her sword. Once it was done, the woman drops to the ground. Out cold.
Bill gets up and saw Lucy who holding her taser lipstick.
"Sorry, I took so long. I had more things than I thought," Lucy said with a sheepish smile.
Bill sighs. "This is why you organize things. I thought I was gone for a minute."
"Ow...that hurts," Michelangelo said as he was struggling to get up. "She hits harder than I thought." Bill and Lucy rushed to him and helps him up. Michelangelo saw the woman is unconscious. "Is it over?"
"It is," Bill answered as he looks around and saw no reinforcements. "Looks like we are clear here."
"Good, that means we can regroup with the others and get out of here," Lucy said. "We can look for Him another time."
"Oh man, I was looking forward to meeting Jay-Jay," Michelangelo said, bummed out that he won't be able to meet the hero Himself.
"I am too, but it would be wise if we leave now as night is here," Bill said as he and Lucy start to look for the others while Michelangelo.
Loid and Vanderohe pants and they are covered in dirt and mad while Killeye is drenched in blood and twirls his sword around.
"Damn...he...is...a fast one," Vanderohe said between his pants as he aimed his Beretta ARx160 at Killeye and started to fire at him. Killeye dodges the bullets and laughs at their attempts to hit him. "Stay still, damnit!"
"You have to be faster than that," Killeye mocked. "I have to say I'm impressed you two last this long but that ends now." Killeye throws a rain of ninja stars and kunai at the two.
'I'm almost out of ammo,' Loid thought as he and Vanderohe dodges the ninja stars. 'And I don't how much longer I could go as this fight lasted longer than I expected. However, this assassin could not go for long either as he started to sluggish and his movements are not as refined.' Loid fired his Beretta 92 at Killeye. Killeye tried to dodge it, but he wasn't fast enough as the bullet hit him square in the shoulder.
Killeye hissed in pain and shot a glare of rage at Loid. "You fucker! You will pay dearly for that!" Killeye moved his sword to his off-hand and trusted his sword at Loid's heart. However, he was interrupted mid-thrust as his blade clashed with another blade.
"Just in time Barristan," Loid said as he let out a small smile.
"I'm glad to be of assistance," Barristan said, he pushes Killeye back and point his sword at him. "This is over, young man. It will be wise of you for you to surrender and come with us willingly."
Killeye grits his teeth. He hates to admit it, but the old man is right. There was no way he could take on Barristan Selmy. Especially the state he is in. That's not even mentioning that Twilight is here to help him. He doesn't know who this Vanderohe is, but he proved that he can hang with Loid. "Fine, but this isn't over. I will win next time!" Killeye throws a smoke on the ground causing everyone to cough.
Once the smoke cleared up, the three looks around and saw Killeye is nowhere to be found.
Vanderohe sighs. "Of course, he got away."
"We get him next time," Loid said as he reloads his gun. "Right now, we need to regroup and get out of here. The night is here and it is better for us if we do not into any animal or beast that lurks around this time." On cue, the three hear a loud and powerful roar that shook the jungle.
"Right behind you," Barristan said as the three run around the jungle to look for their team.
Wolverine retracts his claws back into his hand and Toudou put her knives.
The man they have been fighting has fallen as he lays in a pool of his blood and is faintly breathing.
Most of Wolverine's clothes are destroyed, but he is unscathed thanks to his healing factor while Toudou's clothes is partly destroyed, but her face is soaked in blood and she has burn marks throughout her body, but she is mostly fine.
"I'm glad that's over," Toudou said. "Now, we can regroup with the others."Yeah, it's a shame that we didn't manage to find Jay-Jay," Wolverine said. "But we tried again another time." Toudou nods as the two were about to walk off, Xeno Goku appeared in front of them with the female knight wrapped in wood.
"I'm glad to see all of you alright," Xeno Goku smiled as he looks around the area. "I see you all clear here."
"We are," Wolverine confirmed, he looks at the female knight. "What are you planning to deal with her?"
"I'm planning on taking her with us so can tell us about the Never Territory. We all need the information we can get about this realm," Xeno Goku answered.
"Well, you have a point there," Toudou said. "Now, come on. Let go find the others and get out of here." The three were about to find the others, but they hear a familiar voice.
"There you guys are!" Lucy shouted as she runs towards them with Bill and Michelangelo in tow. "We all have been looking all over for you!"
"It's good to see all of you are alright," Wolverine said.
"I take it that you are finished with your enemies as well?" Bill asked.
Toudou nods. "We are. Now, all we need to regroup with the others and head back." They nodded and they were about to look for the others, but they got interrupted again.
"We finally found y'all!" Rokusei said as she, Daryl, Faith, and Azazel headed toward the group. "It's good to see all of you alright."
"It's good to see all of you again," Lucy said. "But we have to catch up later because we need to find the others." They nodded and were about to head off again, but they got interrupted.
"They y'all are!" Vanderohe shouted as he, Barristan, and Loid walk toward the group.
"I see that almost all of us are here," Loid said, he notices that Pure Emerald is the only one that isn't here.
"Goku, can you sense Pure Emerald?" Rokusei asked.
Xeno Goku nods and he senses Pure Emerald. His eyes widen in horror once he senses how much trouble she is in. "Oh, this isn't good. Everyone grabbed onto me!" They wanted to question it, but given the panic in his tone, they did as he say and Xeno Goku put two fingers on the center of his forehead and instant transmission to Pure Emerald's location.
The woman is walking to her boss's location with Pure Emerald over her shoulder.
The mission was bust as they couldn't find Jay-Jay to get rid of Him once and for all. But there is always the next time. Plus, it is not all the way bad as she did a beauty that her boss is gonna love.
The woman breaks out of her thoughts once she sees her boss leaning on a tree. Waiting for his minions to return.
"Boss! I'm back!" The woman shouted as her boss looked at her. "And I got something for you!" The woman laid Pure Emerald on the ground.
The boss kneel on the ground and he examined Pure Emerald. He licks his lips. "Oh, this one is a beauty! I'm gonna enjoy this one," The boss said with glee then his expression suddenly turns dark. "Where are the others? I expected y'all would have come back with Jay-Jay by now."
The woman sighs. "I thought so but it turns out, a hero group was looking for him also and we have come to blows with them. And I think most of them are either dead or captured."
"I see," The boss simply said before he picks Pure Emerald. "Well, we found Him next time and we will bring more men with us. Now, come on. Let's get out of here before we come across any beasts that is lurking around this time." The woman nodded and they was about to leave, but they hear a voice.
"Let her go and turns yourself in," The voice said in a commanding tone.
The two turned around and saw Jayvon Jayson aka Jay-Jay.
"You!" The boss growled. "I've been waiting a long time to fight You! I will end You here and now!" The boss drops Pure Emerald and dashed towards Jay-Jay.
