Addie made some popcorn and opened a bottle of wine. She was melting chocolate to pour over the popcorn.

"I don't know how you can eat that", Carmella said, walking into the kitchen.

She was wearing a silver dress, strapless and stopped mid thigh. She dropped her heels by the counter.

"I didn't know disco balls speak", Addie said, stuffing popcorn into her mouth.

Carmella laughed. The microwave beeped and Addie went to get the melted chocolate. She mixed it before letting it pour over the popcorn.

"Are you sure you're okay with Bayley and I going out? We can cancel and stay home with you", Mella said.

Adelaide rolled her eyes.

"No. Go, have fun. Fall in love. Again", Addie chuckled at the end.

Mella kissed her cousin's cheek. Bayley came down and walked into the kitchen slowly.

"Wow Bay, you look amazing", Addie said with a smile.

It was a white and black dress, stopping just above the knees. Her hair was down.

"Are you sure?", she asked nervous.

"You are going to take his breath away cousin", Addie said.

Bayley's smile grew and she nodded.

"Chocolate covered popcorn, yum", Bayley said, grabbing a few pieces.

"What time are they picking you two up?", Addie asked.

"In a few minutes.", Mella answered.

The doorbell rang just as Mella finished putting her heels on. Addie grabbed her crutches and made her way to the living room to answer the door.

Opening it, Dean and Seth were dressed nicely. Dean had dark jeans, a white v neck shirt, and a black leather jacket. His hair was short, shorter than Addie had ever seen on him.

Seth had on black tight jeans, a white button up dress shirt. His hair was nicely brushed back into a bun.

"Wow, you two clean up nicely", Addie said, leaning on one crutch.

The boys chuckled.

"Don't start with me hop along", Dean said.

"I knew I always liked you", she said.

"We just met a few days ago", he said, walking in.

"I can just tell when meeting someone for the first time, if they are a good person or not", Addie said.

Dean nodded. Carmella and Bayley walked in. Addie could see Dean and Seth's eyes light up. That look always made her smile.

"Have fun you four. Anything happens to my cousins and I will personally shove these crutches up your asses", Addie said.

"Relax hoppy, they're in good hands", Dean said.

She playfully glared at him.

"Alright, let's go before you get us in more trouble", Seth said, letting Bayley take his arm.

She watched them drive off. As she was closing the front door, she dropped the crutches and removed the boot from her foot, her mom and aunt came downstairs.

"Are you sure we can't change your mind about coming to dinner with us?", her mom asked.

"No. I'll be fine mom. I've got a fun night set up for myself. I also have work to get done for school.", Addie said.

Brie nodded and kissed her daughter's cheek.

"I love you. Don't drink too much and don't work too hard.", Brie said.

Addie nodded. Nikki kissed her cheek as well before leaving. She locked up and sat down in front of the TV with her wine and popcorn. Starting 'He's Just Not That Into You'.

Roman was doing a history search on The Bella family. Photos had been removed from ancestors. He did notice names being reused every thirty three years. His phone rang and he answered it.

"Hey Randy, what's up?", Roman asked.

"Just got the tests back from the hair samples you sent us. She is definitely a witch. Nothing pops up on a Adelaide Bella. Well, just her school photo and pictures of their store and her mom's runway shows in New York.", Randy said.

"What if I can get you blood work?", Roman asked.

"Roman, the results will be the same. Remember what dad said, witches are smart. They'll erase their pasts.", Randy said.

Roman sighed and rubbed his eyes.

"Thanks anyway Randy", Roman said.

"Get some sleep brother", Randy said, before hanging up.

Roman set his phone down. They had nothing. Their dad had given them six months, if no proof was found, they had to move on.

Roman stood and made his way out of the basement. He needed air and a beer. He walked over to the front door to make sure Dean and Seth locked up before they left.

Looking out the front window, he noticed the lights on at Addie's house. His mind was telling him not to go, but his heart and another part of his body told him to go.

"Fuck it", he mumbled.

He walked into his kitchen and grabbed a few beers. He walked across the street.

Addie was about to get up to get more wine, but was stopped when the bell rang. Grabbing the tablet, she looked at the cameras. Roman.

She quickly stood and grabbed the boot and crutches. He rang the doorbell again. Opening the door, she smiled.

"Hey, sorry. My brothers are out and, well, I brought beer", Roman chuckled.

"Come in", she said.

He did. The house smelled of popcorn. He followed her to the living room. Taking up a seat on the sofa.

"So, where is your mom?", Roman asked, rubbing his thighs.

"Dinner with my aunt", she replied.

He nodded. He didn't know why he was suddenly nervous. He cleared his throat.

"Beer?", he offered.

She reached for her glass of wine.

"I'm more of a wine girl", she said.

He nodded and opened one for himself. He noticed a painting of two men. He pointed and stood.

"What's with these?", he asked.

Addie looked at the photos of her dad and uncle.

"That's actually my dad, and my uncle Baron.", she said.

He looked at all the photos.

"How come there are no other photos of them?", he asked.

Addie met his eyes.

"Um, they burned in the fire. I painted those from memory.", she said.

Roman nodded and looked at them. Her mind drifted off to memories of her father. They had been run out of town after they found out that her mom and aunt were witches.

Her dad and Baron were hung and then shot in the head. She wished photography was invented around that time, then she would have more photos of him.

She didn't noticed Roman turn the painting. Seeing initials A.M.B.B 1685. A few years before the witch trials.

He placed the painting back.

"What was his name?", Roman asked, bringing her back from her memories.

"Daniel Bryan", she said.

He nodded. Taking a mental note of it.

"How did he die?", he asked, sitting back down beside her.

"Fire", she said.

Its what they had agreed on.

"But enough about me. Tell me about you? Do you have any photos of your family?", she said.

"Just my adopted family.", he replied.

"Really?", she asked.

He looked at her. He shrugged.

"I was a kid who lost his family. My mind wasn't on photos and stuff.", he said.

"I didn't mean it like that. I just thought maybe someone packed them up for you or something", she said.

"No. If they did, no one ever said anything to me", he said.

She nodded. Placing her hand on his shoulder. He felt a shiver.

"I'm sorry", she said softly.

He leaned into her and kissed her. She pushed him away gently. Their foreheads still touching.

"You're my professor. We can't", she whispered.

"Your ankle is injured, that is the only reason I'm stopping myself", he replied.

She met his eyes.

"I love you", she whispered, tears welling up in her eyes.

"What?", he asked.

He wasn't sure if he heard her right. Those words made his heart race, the I love you too getting stuck in his throat. Which he didn't understand. He barely knew her, yet, he wanted to return those feelings, those words.

She realized what she said, looking away from him with a blush.

"I don't know why I said that. Forget it. The wine, I had too much.", she said.

"Right. The wine", he said.

She swallowed.

"I should go", he said, standing slowly.

She nodded and stood, grabbing her crutches and showing him to the door.

"I'll see you in class", he said.

She nodded. He could tell she was worrying about what she said to him. He smiled and pulled her in. Kissing her softly.

"Goodnight, Addie", he whispered.

"Night", she replied.

He left and she locked up. Leaning back against the door.

Getting back to his house. He smiled and went back to the basement. Writing down, Daniel Bryan? A.M.B.B? 1685?

He leaned against the desk.

"You're a hunter. Don't fall in love with her. Don't Roman", he mumbled to himself.

He looked towards the board and saw the photo of her.

"Too late you fool", he mumbled.
