Thank you to everybody who read or left kudos for the last chapter. I appreciate it so much. Yep, it's still Thursday. I told you Fashion Week was a marathon. We're not even done with New York yet.
Chapter 77: West Hartley Fashion Week Chaos
Early afternoon September 16, 2010
Potential Matt phone number 2: We just got an email from Corbin with your RSVP for tomorrow's ball. I'm grateful you're supporting the newly set up Mode Foundation to help victims of domestic violence dress for success. However, why are you coming now? Especially when Victoria will be there. I don't want to see her. I doubt you want to see her.
Cal 2: I was hoping that if I was there, she wouldn't be. Perhaps she'll screw up and say something and we will find out where the hell Tiffany is. At a minimum she will stay away from you and your brother.
Cal 2: You knew that was possible because you sent your message to this number.
Potential Matt phone number 2: I wanted to remind you that Austin isn't ready to see you. He panicked when he got the RSVP. It took the whole ride to the venue to get him to calm down.
Cal 2: Austin is handling the RSVPs?
Potential Matt phone number 2: He's been the one helping me with the foundation and this event. The others helping me are his boyfriend, Monique's daughter-in-law, and Marc's assistant Tamika.
Cal 2: I feel like this exercise was designed to get experience with setting up a foundation for those who will need it.
Potential Matt phone number 2: You're not wrong. One of the things I got from my time in Africa was that I want to help people. I want to be a philanthropist in addition to a writer. Monique and Claire allowed me to help revive the Mead charity foundation although we're going with Mode instead since it has less baggage.
Cal 2: You could've gone to work with the Hartley Foundation. Your aunt needs the help. It's obvious that she's doing too much. It's not like your mother does really anything with the foundation anymore.
Potential Matt phone number 2: I am aware. Possibly more than you are. I do talk to Aunt Breanna more than once a month.
Potential Matt phone number 2: I am helping out by being at Player. I work with Austin daily and write articles like the one today, Confessions of a Country Club Closet Case.
Cal 2: It was a good article.
Cal 2: Austin knows that you're his brother?
Potential Matt phone number 2: He figured it out about a month ago because he's not an idiot. I found out in June, right before Monique's wedding. I picked Austin up to take him to DC with the other kids. I fainted when I found Tiffany.
Cal 2: That was when your aunt had you visit a psychiatric hospital for a few days.
Potential Matt phone number 2: She told you? I wondered if you even knew since you were in Japan at the time.
Cal 2: Yes, I know. I was worried.
Potential Matt phone number 2: About me or everybody finding out I had a little nervous breakdown? I found out I had a second unknown sibling in like two months. Plus, mom was messing with Amanda. Of course, I was going to break.
Cal 2: I was worried about you and not the press. I almost cut the trip to Kyoto short to come back. Your aunt told me not to. I'm sure finding out the babies weren't yours didn't help.
Cal 2: Especially because I know your mother was the one who leaked that to the press.
Potential Matt phone number 2: After showing her version of the test results to Amanda and scared her so much that she was literally on the next flight to London. How much did Aunt Brianna tell you about the Amanda situation?
Cal 2: She didn't say anything. Vivian mentioned that Victoria has been sending Amanda threatening roses that they can't trace back to her, which doesn't make sense since she is now in England with her children's father.
Potential Matt phone number 2: Amanda, left for London because mom threatened to hurt her and the babies the night of Monique's wedding, if she didn't leave me alone. We didn't even have time to discuss our fight before she was on the plane. I'm not mad at her for doing that. I realized she had no choice. She was just protecting our kids.
Potential Matt phone number 2: Tiffany and I are a lot alike. We will do anything to protect our kids, even if it means letting them go.
Cal 2: What does that mean? You don't have children. The babies were Daniel's.
Potential Matt phone number 2: Because I don't trust mom, I had a second DNA test done. Or rather, Aunt Breanna did. And the results weren't the same as the one mom did.
Cal 2: Your mother would do that. So, I am a grandfather?
Potential Matt phone number 2: I can't answer that question in writing. At least, it has to be this way until the babies are born. In light of the current crisis with Tiffany, it might be longer. The situation with mom is very volatile.
·
Potential Matt phone number 2: Not taking Austin's feelings into the situation; it's too dangerous for you to contact him.
Cal 2: I'm not afraid of your mother.
Potential Matt phone number 2: I am. Tiffany is missing, and mom tried to attack my boyfriend this morning. That's not even going into her threats against Amanda.
Potential Matt phone number 2: [hyperlink]
Potential Matt phone number 2: The videos that did not make it to TMZ are worse. Mom is already spinning this as a business dispute, but I know the truth.
Cal 2: Then, more of a reason for me to be there. I'll bring Ambrosia with me. She's an ER doctor. I am supposed to be the one to protect you.
Potential Matt phone number 2: You haven't before, so why start now?
Cal 2: Because your aunt is exhausted. And maybe it was wrong of me before to put everything on her. I need to pull my own weight in this family.
Potential Matt phone number 2: That is true. You can come tomorrow. Also, having a doctor there wouldn't be a bad idea. However, do not approach Austin. Let him come to you.
Cal 2: I doubt I have a say in that.
Potential Matt phone number 2: You don't. I will protect my family, and Austin is a part of that. Do you understand?
Cal 2: Yes. You really did take after your aunt.
Potential Matt phone number 2: We raised each other, so it was inevitable.

Matt burn phone five: Dad is still coming to the Black and White Ball. But promises to stay away from Austin.
I also suggested that he bring his girlfriend. I'm hoping she can distract him from us.
Breanna: I would call him myself, but I don't have time. I'm doing last-minute fittings, and I'm missing three models.
Matt burn phone five: Dad says he will scare off mom.
Breanna: And he might be successful.
Matt burn phone five: Are we warning Amanda's cousin of this?
Breanna: If we want her to make it at least a week, yes. I'll ask Alexis to tell Monique to do so when she drops off the babies in a little bit. She has an emergency meeting but is sending your boyfriend to take her place.
Matt burn phone five: I don't buy that because you sent my boyfriend an outfit.
Breanna: I was always planning for him to accompany you to the show because I thought it would be a softer public debut for your relationship. That way, people will be less surprised when they see him on your arm tomorrow at the black-and-white ball. However, now Monique won't be joining you. She has an emergency meeting with the legal team due to Victoria's shenanigans. She wants to do it herself instead of sending Marc. They are meeting her at my house so that Claire can spend more time with her grandbaby.
Matt burn phone five: Okay that I believe.

A little while later:
Cliff was running around their apartment, trying to get ready for Skye, who would arrive any minute to pick up Jade. The PR team only left 30 minutes earlier, so he needed to catch up. It was decided that the baby should be with the other little ones before he and Marc got dressed for the show. Marc has lost too many outfits already.
He was halfway done putting Jade's diaper bag together when he heard a knock at the door. However, it was Monique, not Skye standing in front of him. She was also dressed for a usual day at the office with small children, not a high fashion show."
"I'm here to pick up Jade and bring her to a very, very Alexis Junior tea party. I left Skye in the car with Jamie."
"Aren't you supposed to be going with us to Breanna's show?" Marc asked from the couch with Jade perched on his lap. "You're still wearing a pencil skirt from four seasons ago that might be covered in baby formula."
"Please, this is from Target. There are no seasons at Target. I'll grab a shout wipe in the car. Cory is going in my place because I have a lawyer meeting instead. His sister will be there." Monique explained. "So, I thought it would be a good opportunity for him to represent the company at an event."
"Well, at least Hilary will terrify Victoria if she shows up," Marc commented.
"Yes, but I'm hoping she'll be too busy with her own show."
"Along with doing damage control for this morning's viral video. Did you set her up?" Marc asked, and Cliff had been wondering the same thing since he saw the video this morning.
"I'm not going to do anything that would result in Cory getting hurt," Monique explained.
"Which is why you had your ex-NYPD assistant there to pull her back," Marc suggested.
"As of this morning, Amanda's cousin is now Victoria's assistant. She poached her away, and I'm supposed to be really sad about it. Thanks to some help from a friend of Wilhelmina, Ruth Sanchez has been working at various Meade publications for the last ten years and was never a police detective."
"I feel like that's a setup," Cliff told his friend.
"Tiffany is missing, and the crazy lady is bankrolling your mother's custody shenanigans. We need somebody watching her." Monique explained.
"That's true."
"And if Victoria thinks she managed to get one up on us, maybe she'll back off for a little bit." Cliff suggested.
"Exactly. And I do think your mom might be a distraction. I want to show Victoria today that we are not distracted by her antics." Monique told the couple. (He's tired of denying that they're not a couple when Cliff is finally willing to acknowledge they are.
"She was probably going to sue anyway, but she has better lawyers." Monique may be unable to pick it up, but Cliff can hear the worry in Marc's voice. He's afraid that his mother might successfully take Jade away from them.
"Yeah, but the best that's willing to work with Victoria, not the best willing to work with my mom. She's been a child advocate for years. She will have a great team put together for you by tomorrow." Cliff raised an eyebrow at "team."
"I'm a little concerned your mom has a child custody lawyer on retainer. Especially one who was willing to meet us at 6 PM last night for an emergency meeting. There's going to be more lawyers?" Marc asked.
"Of course, there's going to be a whole team. Madison is already busy dealing with my sister's divorce. But she's getting the best of the best together for you. That's why the meeting got pushed back to tomorrow. My mother has been a foster parent for over two decades. Austin is like my 10th foster sibling. Of course, my mom has a custody lawyer on retainer. It's why she could get custody of Austin so fast." Monique explained.
"I didn't think it was that many," Cliff commented. "Are you still in contact with any of them?"
"Ariel works at Player. She is the new creative Director. You met her at my mom's birthday a few years ago. However, her work there predates my tenure. Everybody thinks I knew her from somewhere else when I took over."
"Of course."
"Madison has been working for my mom for over a decade, and her team has even been able to keep my father from trying to get Jamie back. They will keep your mom far away. I promise." Monique said as she extended her arms for Jade.
"I'm still concerned," Marc said, handing the baby over.
"I get it, and we will look into every possibility. Cliff, I even talked to Madison about getting married in DC. Yes, you two could get married there, but thanks to that stupid Defense of marriage act, the state of New York probably won't recognize it. It might still have a bearing on the custody case. Madison is having her fellow lawyer Lisa look into it. They will have more tomorrow." Monique explained.
"You asked her to check?" Marc asked Cliff, surprised.
"I brought it up, and he wasn't against the possibility. So, I looked into it. The lawyers are going to see if they can find applicable case law. Lisa isn't hopeful, but maybe she'll find something. We're holding off on the quickie DC wedding for now."
"Like I would ever have a quickie wedding. I will need at least a year to plan our wedding." Marc's eyes widened quickly when he realized what he had accidentally let slip out.
"Jade, say goodbye to your daddies. They need to have a little chat." With that, Monique was out the front door.
"I'm not getting married for only custody reasons. But if you plan enough weddings, you get an idea of what you want." Cliff felt like this was Marc backtracking a little.
"I would never marry you just for custody reasons. It would be because I want to spend my life with you and Jade. So, if the lawyer said it would help, we would have to figure out how to do it in three weeks instead of a year." Marc responded by leaning over to kiss Cliff. It wasn't the type of kiss that they'd been giving in front of the paparazzi but a desperate "you belong with me" kiss.
"You're going to protect her from my mother."
"Your mother won't take her from us because I love you and Jade. I will do whatever I have to do to protect this family." Cliff promised.
"I love that about you." That got Marc another kiss.
Xxx
"It's so much easier actually being able to say that out loud," Marc whispers against Cliff's lips. Despite everything else going on, Marc is happy that there are no longer dancing around each other.
"It is." Cliff was kissing him again. This time the man had him up against the front door. He was so lost in the sensation of his lips that he didn't realize someone was opening the front door. He lost his balance and fell on Cliff.
"Okay, you two are fast. I definitely should've knocked instead of using the key."
"You think," Cliff said as he proceeded to get off the floor. Helping Marc in the process.
"I came back for the diaper bag, but Jade can use Jamie's stuff. I'll grab the right size diapers somewhere else. Carry on, just remember you have to be at the show in like an hour and a half." Marc was unbelievably embarrassed that his boss caught him kissing Cliff like that. Cliff rolled his eyes and tossed Monique the diaper bag. "Carry on, and use a condom. We can keep the baby tonight."
"Oh, God, why does my boss have a key?" Marc turned to Cliff once Monique and his daughter were gone again.
"To make sure I was eating and bathing after the last boyfriend disaster. Brianna was in Europe, so it fell onto Monique. I think that's also why she started booking me so much." Marc pulled away at Cliff's explanation. He doesn't feel like kissing right now.
"Other boyfriend, disaster, not you." The asshole model that is pretty much blacklisted from everywhere except apparently Isabella now. The man is going to be in Victoria's show tonight. Marc is not surprised. "I think that boyfriend disaster can now be considered the rebound."
"You don't have a restraining order against your rebound. Which my mom is going to use against me." Marc realized.
"You dumped his ass the moment he became violent." Cliff pulled him to the couch to sit.
"I started dating him after he slept on the front steps to get my attention. That's just stupid, and now it will be used against me. Along with every other dumb thing I've done. Getting arrested this summer will also be on the list." Marc put his head in his hands.
"What else can she bring up?" Cliff asked, leading him to the couch.
"I may have committed a light felony or two while working for Wilhelmina. It's best you don't know what they were until the statute of limitations runs out." Marc explained.
"I won't ask any questions. Although the fact you were not arrested for those light felonies will work in our favor. Also, all charges were dropped with the Matt situation, so there's probably not a paper trail. You know he's not going to testify about what happened."
"Because he hates his mother," Marc added.
"I have faith in Madison's team." Cliff placed an arm around him.
"It just takes one bigoted judge to lose everything. Maybe I should've just gone to Isabella," Marc lamented.
"I don't know if that would've prevented this. You said earlier that your mom would still sue for custody without Victoria's backing."
"Yes, but with a lawyer from the Yellow Pages. Not one of the best custody attorneys in New York."
"Madison's team is better. Besides, Tiffany did exactly what Victoria wanted, and she is still missing. I would rather fight than surrender."
"But she didn't. She left Austin here in New York, and Cal knows he has another child. Victoria will not be happy when she finds out, making her volatile." Marc pointed out.
"That means it's more important for Victoria to get caught then for us to play along."
"We're still dealing with my mother."
"And we're always going to have to deal with your mother. It's part of the package, and I accept that." Cliff pulled him closer.
"I wish I knew what she wanted," Marc sighed into his shoulder.
"Let the lawyers figure it out. Maybe it's just visitation? Would you be open to that?" Cliff asked.
"I'm letting Jade spend quality time with Jody, which might be worse. I'll think about it." Marc said as Cliff's phone chimed. He quickly grabbed it out of his pocket to look at the message.
"That was another text from Monique letting me know that we really have to be at the show soon, so she suggested blow jobs only."
"She's going to be insufferable." Marc sighed again.
"She is free daycare and the mom of our daughter's best baby friend." Cliff reminded him.
"Jade is six months old. She doesn't have a best baby friend yet." Marc groaned.
"Our daughter is special." Cliff smiled at him.
"Very special." Marc agreed. "OK, let me freshen up. I need to put on my show outfit. Are you sitting with me, or are you working?"
"I was working, but now I'm sitting with you. I want to present a united front to your mom. So, Brianna is willing to deal with another photographer so that I can hold hands with my boyfriend in public."
"I appreciate her sacrifice." Marc kisses Cliff again. The man deserved another kiss for that. Unfortunately, they were interrupted by another text message. This time it was Breanna.

"You're here," Austin said as he noticed his boyfriend standing in the backstage area.
"Yep, I decided to get here early to watch the backstage chaos. Now I can help you set up lunch." Justin took one of Austin's many bags and placed it on the table.
"And it will be chaotic." Matt was behind him, carrying several more bags. "Although it feels like there should be more models here."
"Well, there would be if your mom didn't fuck us over. I hate that woman so much." Austin's aunt said as she grabbed one of the ice coffees.
"I was just gone for an hour checking the venue and picking up lunch. What happened?" Matt asked, concerned.
"We lost three of our models. She's paying them more to do her show." Pablo explained.
"So now she's offering people money." Justin scoffed.
"I'm assuming my mother believed that Marc and Wilhelmina were not in a place to demand what they were actually worth," Matt explained.
"Obviously, she learned from that mistake." Breanna sighed.
"No panicking yet. We can still pull this off. It's not ideal to get new models this late, but if anyone can do it, you can." Pablo tried to reassure his colleague.
"And if she did this any other time, but Fashion Week, I might be able to do something. The best models are already booked. And even if we could get somebody in, we have an hour which means they have to be the same size as the people they're replacing because neither you nor I have time to do alterations."
"Maybe not from the normal sources, but you know how to think outside the box. Austin is the same size as Patrice. Justin is the same size as Andre. There's no age limit right now." Pablo stated.
"Are you suggesting I put my nephew and his boyfriend in my show?" Aunt Breanna asked for clarification.
"Yes," Pablo answered.
"We'll do it," Justin answered before Austin had a moment even to consider.
"We?" Austin raised an eyebrow at his boyfriend. "I have not agreed to anything yet."
"It will be a fun thing for us to do together." Justin placed an arm around him. "You said you wanted to do more acting again, and modeling is in that realm."
"I've heard too many model horror stories from DJ to know the difference."
"Yeah, I think that's less of a modeling thing, and more his grandparents are awful," Breanna interjected. That was true.
"You know this won't be like that. Also, It would help with your behind-the-scenes article. My day as a model. Please do this with me." Justin was now giving him puppy dog eyes.
"Fine, I'll do it," as soon as he agreed, Justin kissed him.
"I'm going to have to ask Vivian and Hilda. You two keep making out. Just try not to mess up your hair." That caused the two to pull away just as his foster mother arrived. She was planning to sit in the front row with a few of her other rich people friends.
"Ask me what?" Vivian asked, grabbing a sandwich from the table.
"Victoria stole three of my models. Two of which happened to be the same size as Justin and Austin. Since they are both under 18, I need parental permission."
"It would serve her a right if Austin was in the show. I assume you want to do this as well?" Vivian turned to Austin.
"It would give me something to put on my résumé if I do acting again. And I could get a better article out of it."
"And it would be a cute couple activity." They started kissing again.
"I have no choice but to say yes."
"You really don't," Matt added.
"Okay, step away from each other." Breanna placed her arm on Austin's shoulder. "I want to say no kissing on the runway just because you're both under age. However, if you do this again at 18, knock yourselves out."
"So I can go get them dressed in the outfits?" Pablo asked.
"I need to talk to Hilda."
"Already asked. She knows this is on my bucket list." Justin held up his cell phone. "Although she does want to make sure I am being paid."
"Of course, you're being paid," Breanna reassured. "Now I just need to find somebody to fill in for Jorge."
"Matt?" Justin suggested.
"No." His brother answered quickly.
"Also, Matt is the wrong size," Breanna added. "Although I should let you and Cory kiss on stage just to piss off your mom."
"We can snuggle from the seats. I am never doing one of your shows again." Matt told his aunt. Austin felt like there was a story there.
"Cliff is the right size," Pablo suggested. "Or at least close enough I can make quick alterations."
"How do you know that?" Breanna asked.
"You've been sending clothes to him for the entire week. I know his sizes very well right now." Pablo explained.
"OK, I'm going to go ask for a favor." Breanna pulled out her cell phone. "You guys get ready."

Breanna: My sister-in-law is an evil witch.
Cliff: I am aware. Because of her, we have an 9 AM meeting with the legal team again tomorrow. I'm currently trying to calm Marc down before the show.
Breanna: May I recommend fellatio.
Cliff: What did she do to you?
Breanna: Even my therapist doesn't have a complete list of everything.
Cliff: What did she do to you today?
Breanna: Stole a couple of my models, including Jorge. I doubt that her show contains clothes in his size. She's just being petty because I'm taking Matt's side.
Cliff: Considering all her fat jokes about me, probably not.
Breanna: You are still in standard sizes. Just at the tail end of standard sizes. You and Jorge are the same size.
Cliff: No.
Breanna: I haven't even asked yet.
Cliff: Still no.
Breanna: I am paying for your custody lawyers. You owe me.
Cliff: Your brother is paying for our custody lawyers, and you're not going to take them away if I say no. And if you do, Vivian will take over.
Breanna: I hate that you know me so well.
Breanna: You can take shots from the runway during the show.
Cliff: I was looking forward to holding Marc's hand during the show. Let's just say we're not faking it for the cameras anymore.
Breanna: You never were. That was just a lie you told yourself. Now you can make out with Marc at the end of the show.
Cliff: Tempting.
Breanna: Please. Otherwise, I'm going to have to start calling agencies, and you know all the good plus size models are super busy at this point and definitely not available to drop everything and be at my show in 53 minutes.
Cliff: I am expecting movers for this.
Breanna: I'll spring for the good ones.
Cliff: You win.

A little while later
Antonella: [six images attached]
Betty London: Is that my nephew on the runway?
Antonella: Yes. Victoria poached half of Brianna's models at the last minute. Although silver lining is that I got to miss class to do Tweet duty. I'm also sitting next to Cory's sister, and she's so cool.
Antonella: I am sending you guys the pictures live that I'm taking for the article.
Monique: Couldn't Austin be on Twitter duty? You know you'll still have to make up the class hours.
Amanda: Austin is there too. Look at the pictures before texting.
Antonella: You were busy with the lawyers, so Marc asked Gio. I know I will be living in the classroom next week. However, Stephanie is counting this as an English assignment.
Monique: You better be writing some great articles.
DJ: Austin texted me earlier for tips.
Amanda: You've done runway shows before?
DJ: Yes, unfortunately. I changed phone numbers because the grandparents wanted me to work in Paris during Fashion Week.
Betty: Isn't there an age limit?
Daniel mode UK: They're working on it.
Antonella: Although, even if they had one, it might not apply because it's research for a magazine article. They're not really models.
Betty: I know my nephew, and if he wants to do acting again, he is so putting this on his résumé.
DJ: Austin is planning to. Justin likes the magazine world more.
Antonella: Here are some of my preshow shots.
Antonella: [8 images attached]
Amanda: I can't even be mad he's dating Cory because they look cute together.
Monique: He seems happy.
Antonella: Yep, despite what Victoria did at the Mode offices this morning. Also, his sister wants blood.
Daniel: Or maybe because of that. I dated a few people just to piss off my father before.
Amanda: You should post that to piss off Mommy Dearest.
Monique: That would definitely hurt her spin from this morning. The lawyers are trying to decide if it's in our best interest to pursue trespassing charges.
Antonella: Check out Matt's Twitter account.
Amanda: He has a Twitter account?
Antonella: He has one now that is maintained by one of the PR teams. I'm not sure which one, possibly grandma's.
Monique: It's not the Mead PR team, so it must be mom's. Well played.
Amanda: It's a good picture.
Daniel: Jordan looks good. Happy.
Antonella: I think she's glad she doesn't have to spend more time with her uncle.
Betty: The man is exhausting.
Antonella: [image six]
Amanda: Marc and Cliff forever. I don't care what they say. That kiss is definitely not just to mess with mommy Weiner.
Antonella: I refer to Cliff as Marc's boyfriend, and he didn't correct me. Also, they spent the entire time backstage touching and stealing kisses when they thought no one was watching. I'm pretty sure they're out of the denial phase.
Betty: That's wonderful. I'm so happy.
Monique: Thank God.
Amanda: Finally.
DJ: [confetti emoji]
Daniel: I'm starting to see why all of you found us so frustrating last year.
Monique: That was April. It's only September. The two of you were frustrating this year.
Daniel: Oh God, it's been a long year.
Amanda: So long, and I still have to give birth.
Betty: I'm so glad we're doing the wedding next year. I don't have the energy for more right now.
Amanda: Agreed. I'll be skinny again and ready for my bridesmaid dress.
Xxx
A few hours later:
Mandy cakes: I heard from a little birdie that you and Cliff are "kissing backstage like teenagers" together again.
Mandy cakes: Congratulations.
Mandy cakes: I am so happy for you. Also, technically, you're dating a model again.
Marc: This was a one-time favor because Brianna's paying for our lawyers.
Marc: OK, she's making her brother pay for our lawyers, but it still counts. He also gets to keep the outfits.
Mandy cakes: You just like watching your boyfriend on stage.
Marc: I prefer the term partner to boyfriend. This feels more than a boyfriend thing.
Mandy cakes: I'll take it. I need something since my ex has gone fashion show official. He was even kissing up to the sister.
Mandy cakes: Not that most people know Hilary Malik is Cory's sister.
Marc: How are you?
Mandy cakes: Reveling in the fact that this will piss off Victoria so much.
Mark: I would send you the videos of her getting dragged out of Player this morning, but I was worried it might be triggering.
Mandy cakes: Send anyway.
Marc: Sent.
Mandy cakes: Yep, that's my new moment of Zen. I'm going to have Daniel play that when I go into labor.
Marc: Whatever works for you, and I hope that doesn't happen for a few more weeks.
Mandy cakes: Me too. I think I'm already dealing with Braxton Hicks.
Marc: That's unfortunate. Did you tell your doctor?
Mandy cakes: If it becomes something, I promise to tell my doctor.
To be continued.
