They were walking to their favorite bar.

"I've lived here almost my entire life and I've never been to this bar, ever", Randy said.

Thea smiled.

"It's a very cozy bar. We use to all get together and come here to catch up", Thea said, her smile slipped.

It was a thing they did before Roman lost his memory. Randy didn't seem to notice.

As they walked in, Seth went right for their usual booth.

"First round on us. I'm gonna go get the drinks", Seth said, before making his way to the bar.

"Wait for me", Renee said, following her husband.

Randy looked at Thea with a smile.

"So, is your daughter's father in her life ?", he asked.

"He is, just recently actually", she replied.

"Was it your husband? The one from the accident?", he asked.

She nodded.

"He didn't know about her. I didn't think it was a good idea to tell him I was pregnant when he was going through so much already.", she replied.

"I understand that. He would have freaked more. At least I know I would freak out", he said.

Thea nodded.

"But he knows about her now and he's amazing with her. I mean, I always knew he would be", she smiled.

"And are you two…", he stopped.

"That's hard to say, its different, but not. I don't know how to explain it", she replied.

"As long as you understand it", he said.

"I don't even know if I do", she shrugged.

"So you said you wanted at least four kids", he smirked.

She smiled and nodded.

"Yeah, its what we always…", she stopped.

"Its okay, Thea.", Randy said.

"I'm sorry, this was a bad idea. I shouldn't have agreed to this. I feel like I'm cheating on my husband, but he's not my husband anymore.", she replied.

Randy reached over and took her hands.

"Breathe, Thea.", he said softly.

She did.

"This sucks, because you are a great guy.", she said.

He nodded.

"Its okay, and if things change in the future, hit me up", he said.

"If you aren't taken, yes I will", she smiled.

"Now, lets not let this bar go to waste. Child free for a few more hours. You any good at pool?", he said.

"Are you a betting man?", she asked.

"You're on", he replied.

"Child free date nights", Nikki said, finishing her wine.

Nikki and Renee left their kids with babysitters.

"Go hard on that wine baby", Austin smirked.

"You just want her pregnant again", Renee winked.

"Of course I do. We make cute kids", he replied.

Nikki cuddled close to him. Dean and Roman walked over with a fresh tray of drinks. Thea sat in her boyfriend's lap.

He kissed her shoulder.

"I want to play pool", Brie announced.

She and Dean had been dating two weeks now.

"Betting woman?", Dean asked.

"I am", Brie replied.

"Its on", Dean said, chugging his beer before following her to the pool tables.

"I'm so happy we made this a thing for us. I love spending time with you all", Seth said.

"Me too. I don't do this with my siblings, they would think they were too good for this place", Roman smiled.

"Admit it, you would have too if it wasn't for Thea", Austin said.

Roman looked at her. She gently touched his cheek. Austin was right.

"True. She's changed me for the better.", he said, not taking his eyes off her.

Thea leaned in and kissed him.

Thea waved goodbye to her brother and sister in law before walking into her house.

Roman was passed out on the couch, an episode of FRIENDS playing. She watched him for a bit.

She tucked his hair behind his ear and he woke up. Yawning and then stretching before he looked up at her.

He sat up better.

"Hey, how was your night?", he asked.

She thought it was better not to tell him she and Randy decided to stay friends.

"Good. Fun. I forgot what it was like to go out", she replied.

"Fun? You had fun?", he asked, a bit nervous.

"A little", she replied.

"You're going to have more fun with me, that's a promise", he said.

She smiled.

"Can't wait", she said.

"Walk you to your room?", he asked.

"Okay", she nodded.

They turned off all the lights on their way up.

"How was your night?", she asked.

"Pretty good. I got to spend it with the most adorable little girl", he replied.

"Yeah, she's incredible", she added.

Getting to her room, they stopped.

"Thanks for walking me", she said.

He chuckled.

"So listen, my parents are having this thing at their place. Want to be my date?", he said.

Her smile slipped.

"You said I was going to have fun, that isn't fun", she replied.

He laughed and she couldn't help but smile.

"Our date is tomorrow night. This thing at my parents place is on Saturday", he said.

"For you, I will take the glares from your parents. I mean, I'm use to them", she shrugged.

He nodded.

"Warning, Ric will be there", he said.

She sighed.

"If he touches me, I am out", she said.

"And so am I, after I punch him", he said.

"Goodnight, Ro", she said.

"Night, Thea", he replied.

Thea had woken up to hear Roman arguing with someone on the phone. She looked down at the beautiful engagement ring he had given her last night.

"This is my life, mom. I love her and I want to be with her for the rest of my life. Its why I asked her to marry me", he tried not to shout and wake Thea.

"Roman, she's holding you back. Right now you are struggling to put food on the table and to pay your bills.", his mom said.

"And that was my decision too. Why would I want to work for someone who treats women the way he does. You shouldn't want me working for him either.", he replied.

"And what if she lied about it? You threw away your entire future", she tried to reason.

"She is my future, so no, I really didn't. Besides, I love what I do now. That should be enough for you", he said.

She sighed.

"Listen, I don't want to keep arguing with you about the same thing. When we decide on a date, I really hope you come to the wedding", he said.

"I will be there, even though I know you're making a mistake", she said.

"She makes me really happy, mom. Why is that not enough for you and dad", he said, before hanging up the phone.

He rubbed his tired eyes.

"Baby?", Thea finally came out of the room.

He turned and smiled. She was beautiful.

"Did I wake you?", he asked.

"I would never want to come between you and your family. Ro…", he stopped her.

"Don't. You love me right? You want this, us, forever?", he asked.

"You know I do", she smiled.

"Then forget everyone else. They won't be in this marriage, they aren't us. I choose you and you choose me", he said.

She smiled and nodded. He kissed her and lifted her off her feet.

"Now lets finish celebrating", he smiled.

She giggled as he took them back into their bedroom.
