Next morning at Mckinley lunch time.
Santana POV
"So how is the date last night" I asked Quinn
"It was fun, David is a great guy and very sweet too we are going out again" She said.
"Another date?, I see it turned out well I am happy for you Quinn" I said she smiled.
"Thank you San" She said.
"What is this you have a date and we didn't know about it" Kurt said.
"Yes, sorry if I didn't tell you guys everything just happen" Quinn said.
"Fine by me David is a nice guy in fact he is the only one in Finn football team" Rachel suggested Quinn just look at her.
"David is cool" Puck said
"Its ok as long as you are happy" Brittany said, Finn came and sit beside Quinn and Rachel.
Finn POV
"Hey guys, What are we talking about?" I asks suddenly Quinn stand up "Where are you going Quinn?, I just got here" I turn to Quinn.
"Uhm I..I.. got to do something important, yeah that's it, I'll go ahead guys" see you later" Quinn said and leave quickly.
"Is she ok?" I asked them they all shrugged.
"She is fine, maybe she will go meet David" Brittany said I was confused.
"Meet David?, but why?" I asked I was beyond confused now.
"Finn, Quinn and David are dating now, didn't she tell you?" Rachel said I look at her.
"Dating?, are you sure? cause there is no way David will go out with Quinn he doesn't like her" I said that is why I thought, no that can't be right
"That is what you think, when we are in breadsticks we saw David there he is working as a waiter he ask Quinn on a date and now they are dating but they are not yet together but they will get there eventually" Santana said. It can't be David likes Quinn and why didn't Quinn tell me about this.
"Oh Its that so well good for Quinn as long as David don't hurt her but I am curious why didn't she tell me about this, I mean its not like I am not his bestfriend" I said with jealousy.
"Well maybe she just wants to keep it in private for awhile, I am sure David won't do something to her, I know you are worried but trust her ok, she can handle this" Rachel said I sighed.
"I know, I trust her too" I said, I feel a little hurt about Quinn not telling me about David but as long as she is happy I am ok with that.
Quinn POV
I don't want to leave my friends but I got to avoid Finn for awhile until everything is alright, I went to the library.
"So this is what you have to do" A voice came from behind I look up to see Rachel
"Hey Rachel, what are you doing here should you be with the guys?" I said she smiled.
"Yes but I left them because I was looking for you" She said, looking for me? I wonder why.
"Is there something wrong?" I ask her she shook her head.
"Nothing, we just don't hang out more often since Finn and me got together, I miss hanging out with you and there is also something I want to talk to you about" Rachel said, since Rachel and Finn are together we often hang out because they are always together.
"I miss hanging out with you too Rach, maybe we could go out sometimes" I said she nods and smiled "What do you want to talk to me about?" I asked.
"Its Finn actually, I would like to ask you of are you ok that I am dating Finn?, I mean you two are the closest friends there is and I felt a little guilty taking him away from you because you and Finn don't hang out with you anymore because of me" She said I smiled.
"Rachel I am more than ok with you dating Finn, you change him and I never saw him so happy since he you two got together, don't you feel guilty cause you didn't take anything for me, Finn is just my friend its not like we are married or having a baby or something and hey me and Finn can hang out anytime we want so its ok, I am so happy for you guys" I lied, I hate lying to her but I have to. I mean Finn and I are having a baby we should be together but I just can't take Finn away from Rachel that is so wrong so I just have to pretend that I am ok with it.
"Thank you Quinn that means a lot from you, don't worry I will take good care of Finn" She said "Hey do you want to hang out later after school just the two of us" She offered.
"What about Finn?" I asked.
"He has football practice, their game is coming up so they need to practice" She said.
"Ok sure why not" I said.
Later at the lockers
Finn POV
I need to talk to Quinn, I am really disappointed she didn't tell me about David I saw her in her locker getting her books I approach her.
"Forgot to tell me something Quinn?" I said she look at me and back to her locker.
"What are you saying Finn?" She said its like she doesn't know what I am saying.
"About you and David" I said she didn't answer she just close her locker.
"Is it true? Are you two dating now?" I asked her she turn to face me.
"Can you keep quiet I don't want anyone else to know, Yes me and David went on a date but we are not together yet ok" She said I was relief they are not together yet why do I feel happy about it "Who told you about it anyway?" She ask.
"Brittany told me, I think it kind of slip but even though you know you have to tell me about this to right, come on Quinn I am your bestfriend" I said she rolled her eyes.
"What is it to you if I didn't tell you?" Quinn asked what is it to me I am just bothered that David is dating my bestfriend.
"I care for you Quinn, I didn't think David like you cause he is one of the guys who say mean things about you and- " She cut me off.
"David is a great guy Finn, he is sweet and kind and he is not what you think he is, he is different from Matt and your other friends" Quinn snap at me.
"If that is true then I should have nothing to worry about, I am worried about you, I don't know what I'll do if he did something bad to you" I admitted.
"He won't do anything bad to me Finn and I think I can handle myself" She said.
"I know but if something happens tell me ok" She nodded "It hurts that you didn't tell me about this, its like I am someone you didn't know but I understand you if you don't want to tell me yet" I said she smiled.
"Thank you Finn" She said, we kept on talking when suddenly someone called me from behind.
"Hey Finn, its time for practice enough wasting time talking to Quinn you don't need her, you are better off without her" Shane said I glare at him.
"I'm coming" I said to them as I turn back to Quinn she was gone "Quinn?"
"Lets go Finn" Mike said.
"Sure, Guys stop saying mean things about Quinn, seriously stop doing that" I snap at them.
"Calm down Finn, sorry ok, it won't happen again" Shane said I roll my eyes.
At the parking lot.
David POV
I was on my way to football practice when I saw Quinn by her car crying I walk towards her.
"Hey did the guys do something to you again?, I am going to punch them" I said to Quinn.
"Wait David, don't do that its just Finn and me are talking then they came and say something to me" Quinn said trying to stop me.
"Ok, sorry if I got carried away, why are you here? Where are your friends?" I said.
"Santana and Brittany are in cheerios, Finn and Puck are in football and Kurt he still has class, as for me I was waiting for Rachel we are going somewhere" She said.
"Ok, as so you know I meant everything I said last night, I'll do everything to protect you" I said touching her hand.
"Thank you David, I appreciate it you are the first guy who had like me I can feel you are really serious about this" She said I nod.
"I am Quinn" I lean in and kissed Quinn, it was a passionate kiss but she pull away when someone cough.
Rachel POV
Me and Finn are walking to the parking lot.
"You sure you don't want to stick around?" Finn said I school my head.
"I would love to but I promise Quinn will hang out today, I just come by your house later ok, maybe we could do something together tonight" I said teasing him.
"I like the sound of that but I will miss you" He said kissing me .
You better call me later ok, I'll see you later ok" He said and I nod, when we are in front of Quinn's car we saw David and Quinn kissing, Finn try to cough to stop them.
"Aw does this mean you two are together now?" I asked Quinn she blush.
"No not yet but I am looking forward to that" Quinn said and David agrees with her.
"Uhm sorry to interrupt you two but David and I must be going coach need us now" Finn said pushing David away from Quinn.
"Oh right football practice I forgot about that, hey Quinn you will watch the game right?, I hope you can come you will be my lucky charm" David said, he is so sweet.
"Yeah sure I'll come" Quinn said Finn rolls his eyes.
"Cool, I have to go now, can we have dinner tomorrow?" David ask Quinn.
"Sure we can, I will love that" She said.
"That is nice but we must really have to be get going now lets go David" Finn said.
"I got to go" David said but before he can leave Quinn kiss him again.
"Now you can go" Quinn said as Finn and David went to football practice.
"Someone is liking David now" I teases Quinn.
"What is not to like about him, I mean he is sweet, kind and such romantic" She said I smiled.
"You are right about that, maybe some other time you and David could go on a double date with Finn and me" I said.
"Yeah sure that is a great idea Rach" Quinn said as we go inside of her car "Where to Rach?" She said.
"Lets watch a movie and then to the mall" I said.
"Oh that is perfect, I have an eye on some clothes I want to buy it, lets go" She said and start to drive.
