Rachel POV
I am really getting worried, I have been calling Finn since yesterday but he hasn't even returned any of my calls or my messages.
"Puck did Finn called you yet?" I asked Puck, he shook his head.
"No not yet but I did get some information about Finn, coach said Finn called in sick today that is why he is not in school" He said. What he is sick I got to go and take care of him.
"Thanks Puck" I said about to leave.
"Where are you going?" He asked.
"I am hoing to his house, he needs me" I said.
"I can take you there, get into my car and I will drive you there" He offered, I smiled at him.
"Thank you" I said getting in his car and drove to Finn's house.
Santana POV
I was busy doing my homework in the kitchen when Finn came.
"So you decided to show up" I said, he rolled his eyes.
"Not now San, I am not in the mood" He said getting a glass of water.
"Yeah right, so how is your little sleepover at Quinn's house?, did you finally confess your love for her" I asked, his eyes widened
"I guess Quinn told you, its raining very hard yesterday she ask me to stay for the night I say yes I got sick beacuse I was soaking wet from the rain cause I let Quinn use my jacket and umbrella" He explained.
"She did tell me everything and I see Quinn did a good job taking care of you cause you look better already" I said.
"Wait did you say everything?" He asked "Did she mention something about-" I cut him off.
"About the twins?, yes she did she even said that you took her to Shake it where the best milkshake in town is serve, you took her there but not me I am your sister" I said, my mind is debating if I will tell him about him kissing Quinn.
"I'll take you there someother time, I just want Quinn to be the first to try it, so she didn't say anything else to you?" He asked curiously.
"No, Why is there somehing I need to know?, something happened between you two?" I said.
"Just asking, nothing happened between us" He said "Can I ask you something?" I nod.
"Well there is this guy in school, he came to me and ask me something" He said.
"What did he ask you?" I asked.
"He is confused, he has a friend they been friends since they were little they were very close like me and Quinn, this guy is a player and the girl is nerd. One day the girl had a boyfriend and the guy has a girlfriend too, he is happy for his friend to find someone but everytime he sees them together all loved up he feels so jealous wishing that was him and not some other guy-" I cut him off.
"Will you get to the point?" I said getting impatient.
"My point is he thinks he is falling for her bestfriend until someone take her from him, he didn't realize it at first cause he is to busy flirting with other girls but when his friend had a boyfriend he started to feel insecure cause he doesn't want her to be with other guys he only wants to be the only guy in her life cause he only realize it now that he loves her that is what he think, Do you think she should tell her how she feel even if he is not sure yet? " He said. Is he talking about himself, he is falling for Quinn.
"Why am I thinking that the guy you are talking to is actually you and the girl is Quinn" I said.
"What no, I don't like Quinn, I like Rachel" He said defending himself.
"Right, you can lie all you want but you can't lie what you really feel about her" I said he roll his eyes.
"Whatever, just answer the question" He said.
"Fine, tell this guy that he must be sure what he really feels towards his friend before telling her because he might be confused cause what if the girl likes him too and he is not sure if he really likes her they will end up hurting eachother" I said.
"Good answer, I have- I mean I will tell him what you said, thanks Santana" He said, He is naive he won't admit that he loves Quinn, I shook my head then there was a knock on the door.
"Excuse me Ms. Santana and Mr. Finn but someone is here to see you they go by the name of Rachel Berry and Noah Puckerman" The maid said.
"Oh let them in please, thank you" Finn said and the mad did what she was told.
"Rachel must be really worried about you that to be expect since you didn't tell any of us where were you and what happened to you if it weren't for Quinn I won't know anything" I said to him.
"I am sorry ok, do me a favor please don't tell Rachel what happened to me and that I stayed at Quinn's house last night especially that I accompany her for her scan, take her to Shake it and make her a room for the twins" He said, I was shock did I hear him right.
"You make a room for the babies?" I raised my eyebrows.
"Yes, Look I'll explain later ok, right now just don't tell Rachel or anyone ok please" He begged I nod.
"Ok, but you owe me big time, you better take me to Shake it for this" I said.
"Fine I will, thank you, you are the best" He said hugging me
"Whatever Finn" I said.
Finn POV
Santana is right I am just confused about this feelings I am starting to feel for Quinn, I can't be inlove with her I don't want to hurt Rachel but I really feel I need Quinn in my life not Rachel.
Speaking of Rachel this is bad I totally forgot about Rachel, she must be mad at me.
"Finn!" Rachel yelled while she run towards me and hug me I almost fall down.
"Hey you" I said, she pulls away
"I am so worried about you, I thought something bad happen to you, you won't answer my calls or messages but I am so happy that you are ok, you are in trouble mister" She said, I smiled at her.
"I am sorry for not answering any of your calls or messages but I am ok, I got sick last night because I got really wet in the rain, I didn't even sleep here last night I just check in a hotel, I needed a rest" I explained to Rachel.
"I understand but please don't do this again next time, you don't know how much it will hurt me if something happens to you and please do answer your phone" She said, I felt guilty not telling her the truth but she can't find out what exactly happen.
"I promise, you know I think I feel sick again and I want my girlfriend to take good care of me if you know what I mean" I said teasing her and gave her a wink.
"Really now, I like the sound of that I'll take very good care of you" Rachel said putting his hand on my shirt and pull me closer to her. Puck cough.
"Guys Santana and I can see you, can you please do your stuff in private where no one can hear you or see you" Puck said digust.
"Sorry Puck, I just miss my Finny" Rachel said, I smiled and kiss her.
"Come on man, I just need my girlfriend but we will take it to private next time" I said pulling Rachel more closer to me.
"You know what Puck is right, why don't you just go up to your room and do it there, we don't want to see you two do it here" Santana joked. Rachel look at me.
"Well you heard them, lets go" I said grabbing Rachel's hand and went upstairs to my room.
