Santana POV
"Hey San, Did you notice something different with those four" Kurt said pointing at Finn, Quinn, Rachel and David.
"What do you mean?" I asked even I know what is really happening.
"Well, Finn seems to be always looking at Quinn he seems jealous when David and Quinn are having their moment, Rachel seems to be jealous when Finn is bonding with Quinn she is not like that before, Quinn is like Finn and David its like he is just pretending that nothing is wrong" Kurt said and I sighed, I don't have a right to tell what is going on between them but all I know is Finn and Quinn love each other.
"I really don't know Kurt, I am sure they are ok but I have notice something strange and I don't want to get in get in the with them cause its their problem not mine but if Finn tells me anything I will tell you ok" I said and Kurt nodded.
David POV
Its really awkward being here especially with Quinn being here, I have to admit I miss her and no one knows the truth about the babies they all know its mine, maybe there is a way to get her back but she loves Finn and deserves to be happy, maybe I can do something to cheer her up like singing to her cause she looks like a little sad seeing Finn and Rachel all loved up and I don't want to see her that way, I have to talk to Puck.
"Puck, dude I have a favor can you help me?" I ask him.
"Sure, what is it?" He asked.
"Well I want to do something for Quinn and the babies you know to cheer her up cause I know she is sad and worried at the same time and this is the best way to make it up to her" I said, Puck smiled and agreed with my idea.
"Sure dude, anything for you and Quinn, so what song would you like to sing?" Puck asked.
"I like to sing Beth" I said looking at her.
"Great choice, come on lets gather everybody up and get your girl" He said getting his guitar.
"Cool, thanks dude" I said, I gathered everyone in the living room.
In the Living room
"So I know you are all wondering why I call you all here, I just want to do something for my girl, she is going through a rough time right now cause of our babies, she needs me more than anything" I say as I approach Quinn, I can see Finn is jealous
"I am sorry if I wasn't there for you this past few days, I just want some time to think about something, something about us but i didn't think of you when I decide to leave for awhile I love you Quinn, I should have been there for you now that in a few months you are having our twins, I know you have a name already for the twins but I wish, I can be there when they are born and accept me back into your arms again, so to make it up to you I thought of something to do, so I am going to sing for you with the help of Puck" I said
"And oh before we start I like to ask Finn to help me with the song" I asked Finn.
"I, sure dude I can help you, what song?" He said.
"Quinn, this is for our babies" I said, I can see the hurt in Finn's eyes.
"Ok sure, lets start" He said, going to the center.
As the music begins to play, We sing Beth, while singing I can see Quinn tears starting to form so I approach her and wipe her tears and she hugs me.

"I don't know why are you doing this but thank you and I am sorry" She whisper to my ears.
At the end of the song I kneel in front of her.
"Woah dude are you proposing?" Puck said, I smiled.
"No I am not, but I do want to marry her someday but right now I want to take this opportunity to give you a promise that I will do anything for you and to be a good father for our children, I will never leave you again, I love you Quinn" I said, she is now in tears.
"David thank you for this, I appreciate it and I forgive you for all the things you did, I am sorry too, I love you too" She said, I leaned in to kiss her. Every one clapped, as for Finn it looks like he want to say something but he just kept quiet, he looks jealous.
"Look at them, David is so sweet, right Finn, Quinn is so lucky" Rachel said, Finn looked at Rachel and to us.
"Yeah, you are right, Quinn is so lucky, uhm Rach would you excuse me for awhile I have to get something in my room be right back" Finn said leaving the room without everyone noticing it.
