Finn POV
I went to a jewelry store I am buying Quinn an engagement ring I am going to propose to her.
A lot of beautiful jewelry in store but nothing seems to catch my eye until I saw the perfect ring it has a diamond on it.
"Can I see this ring?" I said to the girl in the counter.
"Sure thing sir, you have a great eye sir cause this ring is one of a kind its gold and 30 karat diamond but it very expensive" She explained while getting the ring and giving it to me.
"I don't care how much it is I am going to buy it, Its perfect for my girlfriend" I say.
"She is a very lucky girl I am sure she will be surprise when you propose sir" She said I smiled thinking what Quinn reaction would be.
"I am very lucky to have her she means the world to me" I said giving the ring back to her to fix it and put it on the box I pay for it and leave, I was getting out of the store when someone called me.
"Well if isn't Finn Hudson" I look around and saw Kitty.
"Kitty Its good to see you, how are you?" I said and hug her.
"Good to see you too I am fine how about you who is the lucky girl that ring belongs to?" She said pointing at the ring.
"Oh Its Quinn actually, I am going to propose to her" I shyly said she laugh.
"Seriously?, who never knew Quinn will tamed you down but kidding aside you two look cute together and I wish you good luck and congrats" She say.
"When are you going to pop the question?" She asked.
"Tonight actually, nobody knows that I am proposing tonight even my family, Rachel or Puck I suppose to propose to her on her birthday but I can't wait for Quinn to be mine" I said.
"I happy for you two at least two of my friends are ending up together" Kitty said.
"Take care her ok don't make her cry" I sighed I should tell her about Rachel and the twins.
"Oh I won't, don't worry but I have something to tell you promise me not to tell Quinn about it" She nod and I tell her everything.
"You got Rachel pregnant when Quinn and broke up then Quinn is pregnant with twins with your friend back in Lima, wow what a story you two had" I rolled my eyes.
"Yeah I accept the twins isn't mine and I thought that they are mine too since something happened to us but I am to scared to tell her about Rachel I am afraid that if she founds out she will leave me and I don't want that to happen" I said imaging my life without Quinn.
"But eventually she will found out and you took advantage of her" She said slapping my shoulder.
"I don't know what happened when we broke up we are both devastated on what happen we hang out, talk and talk the next thing I knew I kiss her and I felt fireworks since then I can't get her of my mind I tried to ignore it I thought my love for her went away when me and Rachel got together but it didn't cause I love her so much I just don't realize it and to afraid to admit" I said Kitty hold my hand I look down.
"And the thought of loosing her because of a mistake its so hard for me to take cause I love her so much" I added.
"Finn I happy to hear that you really love Quinn but you have to tell about Rachel now before its to late and I am glad you all manage to escape Rachel's mom but this right here there is no escape so whether you like it or not tell her before you propose to her" Kitty said, I sighed she is right I hope she won't get mad if I tell her.
"Kitty, I am done for my shift time to go?" A guy said approaching us, the guy is about Pucks height and look a little like him too.
"Yeah, I am just talking to a friend while waiting for you, Jake this is Finn my friend and Finn this is Jake my boyfriend he works here at the jewelry store" Kitty said introducing him.
"Nice to meet you Finn, Kitty told me things about you" Jake said I look at Kitty.
"Oh what kind of things?" I asked.
"You two got together way back and your her childhood friend something like that" He said.
"Kitty we got to go or we will be late for our reservation" He said to Kitty nodded.
"Finn its good to see you again, maybe we could hangout sometimes and good luck on proposing to Quinn I know she will say yes and remember what I told you" She said before leaving with Jake.
Later that day.
Quinn POV
I woke up realizing Finn is gone, where did he go, I slowly got up its really hard to be pregnant with twins I hope I will have a normal delivery.
I tried to look for Finn in the whole room but he is not here maybe he went somewhere with Puck. I think I will make him something when he gets home I will go to the grocery store to buy what I need.
When I got everything I needed I went back to the house and have everything ready.
Rachel POV
I leave the house not telling Puck or Quinn where I am going, Finn texted me to meet him in a restaurant near the hotel where me and the guys stay during Finn's parents wedding.
I got there and a receptionist greeted me.
"Good day ma'am, table for how many?" She asked, I shook my head.
"Actually I have a reservation in the of Finn Hudson" I said the girl smiled and search in his reservation list.
"I see you must be Ms. Rachel Berry, follow me please I will lead you to your table" She said and lead me to the table where Finn reserved.
She lead me into a VIP room
"Here we go ma'am, this is where Mr. Hudson is waiting for you" She said.
"Thank you" I said entering the VIP room, there is some rose petals on the floor and a candle on the table, I saw Finn holding a bouquet of flowers standing near the table.
"Finn, this is to much" I said walking near him.
"I want to make it up to you for everything you deserve this and of course this is for you" He said handling me the flowers.
"This are beautiful, thank you for this I appreciate it" I said, he smiled and pull the chair for me I sit on it, he asked me if I am comfy I said yes he sit on the other side of the table.
"You are a sweet guy Finn, anyway I have a doctors appointment tomorrow do you want to come?" I said.
"Of course, I would go with you I hope I can see the baby" Finn said I am happy that he is so excited to see our baby.
At Lima Ohio with Santana and Sam in Breadsticks.
Sam POV
I am nervous on my first date with Santana cause its my first time to go on a date with the girl I really like.
"You know I really like the food its really delicious it reminds me of home" Santana said.
"I am happy you like that at least I don't have to worry about you not liking the food" I said very nervously.
"Are you ok?, you seems to be nervous being with me" She said I sighed.
"Actually I am, I am nervous that you are not going to like this place and me you might think I am a boring person I may not be like your brother or Puck but this is my first serious date with a girl" Santana chuckled I look at her confused.
"You don't have to feel that I am not like some fancy girl like the other girls in school, I am kind of simple like Quinn actually" She said making me feel calm about everything.
"I just uh really like Santana, I know you don't like me for what I did to Quinn I am not really bad ass I am just bully people cause of reputation cause its all about the labels but meeting you makes me change my perspective in life" I admit she just look at me and smiled.
"That's is so sweet that you like me Sam, yes I hate for what you did to Quinn but that is all in the past right everyone change you just have to give them a chance" She said, I was relief at what he said.
"That is a chance I won't waste, I will help you and your friends with finding some evidence to sue Rachel's mom" I said.
"I hope we find that fast so everything will be ok, I miss them its not the same without them" Santana said, wherever Finn and the others are we all hope they are safe.
At Vancouver with Rachel and Finn.
Quinn POV
I got everything prepared all that is missing is Finn Its getting dark and he still isn't home the food is getting cold.
I sat in a chair rubbing my swollen belly.
"Where have your daddy gone to" I said to myself the twins move and kick they must miss their daddy too.
I wait for a few hours but still no Finn so I decided to wait for him outside the house. I saw Puck standing outside.
"Puck what are you doing here?" I asked Puck look worried.
"I was looking for Rachel, I can't find her she been gone for hours I am worried" Puck said looking from a far " How about you?" He asked.
"Just like you I was waiting for Finn, I don't know where he is I prepare something for him cause he doesn't seem fine earlier" I said Puck just look at me I feel weird about this I can feel that something is up but I must trust Finn and I shouldn't think something about him.
"Do you think they are together?" I asked.
"I don't know but I hope they were cause Rachel is just new here she might get lost" He said.
"Do you think is bad if I think he is keeping something from me?" I said looking down.
"Quinn don't think like that I am sure Finn has a reasons why he is not yet home" Puck said but I can't help but to think that he is hiding something.
"I know I trust him but I don't know what I am thinking or feeling that he is hiding something from me" I said
