Finn POV
I was on my car on my way to Sabina's house, I keep picturing on my mind the scene earlier, Brody and Quinn are together, she cleary move on with me she doesn't want me anymore she is with someone else now and what even worse she is with my cousin.
"I can't take this anymore, you are so stupid Finn why did you let her go yes he cheated on you so you let her go but are you happy with your decisions and now that she is gone you just realise the biggest mistake you have done and you can't do anything anymore cause she is with your cousin now" I said to myself while driving, I can't help myself not to cry it hurts to much I stop driving for a while because if I continue in this state I might crash on something.
I decided to buy some beers in a convinience store and drink my ass up in my car before I go to my girlfriend house I needed this drink I want to forget everything, I want to forget her she looks so happy with my cousin now, I guess she clearly move on from me I say to myself while drinking beer.
A few hours later, I was drunk from drinking a lot of beer, my phone keeps ringing it was Sabina calling me probably calling me to ask where am I, I ignore I don't want to talk to anybody right now.
I continue to drink until I was really drunk, I take some rest for a while then drove my way to Sabina's house while on my way there I was fighting myself not to go to sleep, I feel so sleepy maybe because of too much alcohol that I have drunk.
"I need drive a little faster so I won't feel sleepy" I said to myself, so I did but it din't work out, my eyes slowly closing and the next thing I knew everything else went black.
An few hours later, I woke up hearing a siren coming frim an ambulance and sound of people telling the others to back off.
"Where am I?" I weekly said.
"Sir you need to stay awake, help is on the way we are bringing you to the hospital you got into a car accident and its pretty bad you need to get treatment right away" The man said I just nod and tried to stay awake but I can't I can feel so much pain in my body and I touch my head to see blood.
"Quinn" the last thing I said before blacking out.
Meanwhile in Finn's house, everyone is having there breakfast with no clue what happened to Finn.
Quinn POV
"Good morning everyone" I said greeting my friends.
"Well someon looked happy today, I wonder why" Kurt teased, Quinn just smiled.
"Well it may have to do with someone" I answered they looked at eachother.
"Ooh I wonder who is the lucky guy, are you and Finn back together" Brittany said, I just smiled.
"What no, of course not me and Finn are done, I found someone else and in fact he is coming here so we can tell you all our news" I said excitedly.
"Well as long as you are happy then we support you" Kurt said and I said thank you.
"Quinn not the only one who has an announcement, me and Puck also got one right Puck, why don't we tell them" Rachel said looking at Puck.
"Sure thing, so as Rachel was saying we would like to tell you guys that we are engage" Puck said they are awe and stand up to hug and congratulate them.
"Hey am I missing all the fun?" Someone said, we all turn around to see who was it and it was Brody, I stand up walk near him and kiss him.
"Finally you are here, I have been waiting for you" I said and kissed hin again.
"Wait what is going here is he the one you are talking about Quinn?" Santana asked, I looked at Brody and nod.
"Yes Brody is my boyfriend, I know you are all shock because he is Finn's cousin but I love him and I am asking you to accept him and be happy for us, especially you San" I said, everyone smiled and congratulate us.
"I am ok with it as long as you are happy but I just want to make sure that you won't hurt her ok, I know you and you are also like Finn before" Sanatana said glaring at David.
"San please" I said but David stop me.
"I know where you are going but I assure you I will not hurt her like Finn did, I promise you all" Brody said.
"If that is the case then I accept you not only because you are my cousin but I am happy that you brought smiles to Quinn here" She said and hug us when suddenly her phone starts ringing.
"Excuse me I have to take this" She said walking away to answetr her phone.
"So you get together with him and not me, what does he have that I don't have?" David asked.
"Let me tell you, Brody has something that you don't have he is much better than you, a great boyfriend, he respects me unlike you, he doesn't force me to do thing that I don't want and he is not doing things that can make me hate him" I explained David looks down he sense that I still blame him for ruining my relationship with Finn.
"So don't bother asking me again to br with you because you and I are never getting back together, I love Brody and he is the one I choose not you or Finn so just be happy for us and oh don't try ruining our relationship ok like you did with Finn and I because that would make me hate you even more you know why I am still hanging out with you so if I were you stop forcing yourself to me because you are just wasting your time" I snapped at him.
Everyone was shocked to hear me say tbose words to David but I don't care anymore I won't let him ruin my relationship again.
"Wow I don't know what to say, I thought breaking you and Finn will bring you back to me but it just became worst, I get it and I will try to be happy for you, I am sorry" David said and walk away.
"Now that is settled then why don't you say we celebrate the new found love of Quinn and engagement of Rachel and Puck" Kurt said, we all agree to his plan.
"Oh and as a price for accepting me inQuinn's life its my treat, dinner sounds good what do you all think?" Brody said.
"Are you sure about this?" I asked he nodded.
"Yeah its atleast I can do to say thank you to them" He said, everyone seemed happy.
"Where are we going?" Asked Sam.
"We are going somewhere Sam, lets go" Santana interfere and grab Sam's hand so thet can leave.
"Hey hey wait up, what is wrong with you, you look lime something happened" He asked pulling away, she looked tense and worried.
"Is there something going on San?" I asked she just looked at me and grab Sam's hand again.
"Please Sam we got to go, I will explain everything on the way please" She said tears falling down her eyes, Sam sees it and immediately follow her.
"I don't know what is wrong but I think this is serious so lets go, sorry guys but we have to go we will see you later tonight ok" He said following Santana outside and leave.
"I wonder what happen to Santana, she looked so stressed and worried" I said, everyone looked confused to what happen, Brody hold my hand.
"Whatever it is, I am sure she is going to tell us lets just let her be for awhile" He said I smiled and kissed him.
"Wait does Finn know about this?" Brittany asked, we looked at her and sighed.
"Uhm he might accidently found out about us before we could tell him" I said and told them what happened.
"Oh my, he might be crushed by the news I hope he is ok with it" Rachel said worriedly.
"I better call him" Puck said calling Finn but he phone is off.
"I can't contact him, his phone is turned off" He said, I feel a little worried.
"Are you sure? Maybe his battery is dead, did he came home yesterday?" Rachel asked.
"Maybe not, he said he is going to Sabina's house maybe he sleep there" I said.
"Babe calm down its not good for you to be stress, maybe he is with Sabina right now and still sleeping" Puck said soothing Rachel's back.
With Santana they are in the car driving to the hospital as fast as she can.
Sam POV
"You want to slow down a bit we might crash San" I said, she glared at me.
"No Sam we must hurry up to the hospital, my brother needs me" She said I was shocked to hear what she said.
"Wait why is Finn in the hospital?, did something happen to him or with Sabina?" I asked.
"Finn got into a car accident last night and the doctor said he hit head really bad and hasn't woken up yet until now" She said.
"But how?, but why?" I said still in shock on what happen to Finn.
"I don't know, all I know is he is waiting for Quinn to go home yesterday to tell her everything that happen and after that he will leave the house for awhile until he is ok but I didn't know this would happen, what would I tell our parents about this Sam" Santana said in tears pulling the car for awhile.
"Hey calm down, everything is going to be ok Finn will be ok, why don't I drive because you can't drive at your state" Sam said I just nodded and we exchanger seats.
After an half an hour we arrive at the hospital, Santana quickly run to the burse station to find where her brother room is.
"Excuse me, where is Finn Hudson room is, I am her sister and this is my boyfriend Sam" I said.
"Oh your his sister, he is in room 207 I will just call the doctor and I will accompany you there" The nurse said and called the doctor and lead us to Finn's room.
Santana POV
We were having our breakfast and talking about Rachel and Puck engagement, Quinn and Brody new found love when someone called me from the hospital telling my brother has been in a car accident and its pretty bad, I think going to faint upon hearing the news, I told the nurse that I will go there and hung up.
At the hospital, the nurse accompany us in Finn's room and talk to his doctor, when we go inside his room, I cried seeing him he has a bandage in his head, he has a lot of bruise on his body and face.
"Oh my god Finn, how is he?, is he going to be ok?" I asked the doctor.
"Well he fine right now, he just need to heal first before we let him out, there is no broken bone or damage on anything except for his head but we already checked if there is any complications but thank god there is no complications except he might have memory loss because of the impact on his head during the crash" The doctor explained to us.
"Wait that means that he won't recognize us?" Sam asked the doctor just nodded.
"He might not remember some part of his life but that is temporary as long as you will help him to remember those things he forgotten" I looked at Sam.
"This is a problem" I said.
"He might forgot the event where he is really hurt or events like after he had an accident" the doctor continued.
"When will he wake up?" I asked.
"He will wake up any time this day but I must warn you be careful with him because we don't want him to think that we are doing something to him, so if there isn't anymore question I will leave you now and if you need anything be sure to call me or the nurse ok" The doctor said.
"And oh before I leave you might know someone named Quinn?, before he black out he keeps mentioning that name" He asked.
"She is his ex fiance, he loves her so much" I said.
"Well I think she might have something to do with the accident and he smells like alcohol when we saw him" The doctor said and leave.
"San, don't you think Finn found out about Quinn and Brody and can't handle the news so he went out to drink so much that cause him to crash his car" Sam said, I just looked at him.
"Maybe but he should have stayed at home, how are we going to tell this to our friends escpecially to our parents" I said, Sam soothe my back.
"Calm down, we will think of a way, but maybe we shouldn't say this to Quinn she might not take it well" He said, I can't think straight right now knowing my brother is in the hospital and have a temporart memory loss.
"I am sorry I don't want to think about that right now, can you stay here I will just have to call our parents and inform them what happen to Finn" I said he just nodded and I leace the room to call our parents.
After a few minutes I came back inside.
"Well what did they say?" Sam asked.
"They are shocked with the news and they will come home to see Finn when he get out of the hospital" I said.
"Do you want me to call our friends and tell them, we must also tell this to Sabina" Sam said when someone knocked on the door and it was the nurse giving us Finn's stuff and his phone.
"You go call them, I will stay here and wait for him to wake up" I said, Sam nodded and leave the room to call the others and Sabina what happened.
Sam POV
I feel bad seeing Finn in the hospital looking so helpless and seeing how worried is Santana is for him makes me feel useless I want to help her ease what she is feeling right now.
I went outside the room to call our friends and Sabina to tell them what happen, they are all shocked to hear the news and say they will go to the hospital where Finn is.
After the call, Santana called me to say that Finn is awake and to call the doctor, I quickly called the doctor and went inside the room.
"Good he is awake now, let me check him" The doctor check Finn if he is ok.
"He is fine, now let us asked him if he knows what happen before the crush, hello Finn I am Doctor Stevens how are you feeling right now" He asked Finn, He just looked at him.
"I am fine, my head hurts so bad and where am I?, I don't remember being here?" He looks around to see where he is.
"Why am I at the hospital?, can anyone answer me" He said panicking.
"Finn calm down please" Santana said.
"Then answer me why am I here?" He said frustrated.
"You been on a car crush that is why you are here, don't you remember?" I asked he shooked his head.
"No I don't, all I remember is that I was on my way to my girlfriend house then I saw something and that its, I can't remember what happened after that" He said.
"It maybe because of the crash that is why you can't remember anything, lets see here uhm do you know this people" The doctor said pointing at us, Finn looked at us confused.
"Yeah I know them that is my Santana my sister and Sam my friend" He said I am so happy he remember us.
"Thank god you remember us" I felt so relief I was thinking how will I explain who am I.
"Why wouldn't I remember you, you are my sister I won't forget you" He said.
"How long is he going to be like this?" Sam asked.
"I don't know but with your help I think he will be ok in no time, I got to go call me again if something happened" The doctor said and leave.
"Did you tell the guys about Finn and you didn't tell Quinn did you?" I asked.
"Yeah I did and I told them not to tell Quinn but I think she heard them" Sam said.
"What!, you know she can't find out about this you know her condition" I snapped at him.
"Uhm excuse me who is Quinn?, is she our new maid or neighbor and are you not going to tell her about me" Finn said confused, we both looked at eachothee and realize he doesn't remember her.
"Well Quinn is- " I didn't finish what I was about to say when someone enter the door and run to Finn and hug him.
"Finn are you alright?, you don't have broken bones or any broken bone right" asked Quinn when she pull away, He looked at him confused.
"Sorry but who are you? And why are you hugging me?" Finn asked Quinn, she was confused and looked at us.
"I am Quinn I am your bestfriend" She said.
"What are you saying? My besftriend is Puck, I don't know you maybe you have the wrong room because I assure you I don't have a friend name Quinn and you are freaking me out" Finn said freaking out to Quinn.
"Finn she is Quinn don't you remember her?" Brody said from behind. He shooked his head.
"No and who the heck are you too? And why is there so many people in the room, argh my head hurts" He said, I began to panicked so I told everyone to leave the room for awhile and asked Sam to called the doctor to check Finn.
"Ok ok I think we should talk outside and lets have Finn rest he had a rough day" I said helping Quinn to stand up and accompanying her outside the room.
Outside the room, we go to the cafeteria to talk there.
"San what is wrong with him, why doesn't remember me?" She asked, I looked down.
"Well he has a temporary memory loss the doctor said he can't remember the events in his life where he is hurt the most before the accident" I explained to Quinn.
"Wait you mean, he remembers most of you except from me and Brody?" She asked again.
"I am afraid so but the doctor said his memories can come back we just need to help him" I said.
"But how did he end up in a car crash?" She asked and told her everything, Quinn starts to cry.
"This is all my fault, he knew about me and Brody he knew we are together he saw us before he leave that night I saw in his eyes how hurt he was but try to hide it but I can still see it, maybe he went to a bar and drink a lot of alcohol and can't drive properly that is why he crash and now he doesn't remember me" She said in tears I hug her.
"Shh calm down, its not your fault you didn't know this was going to happen" I said.
"Do you even love him? Or you are just using him to forget my brother?" I asked.
"I don't know, he just make me happy when we are together"She explained I sighed.
"Well if you are happy then its fine but don't ever think what happen to Finn its your fault ok first of all he shouldn't be drunk driving and stop worrying ok, he is just confused at the moment he will remember eventually in a few days just wait and see" I said trying to ligthen up the mood she sighed heavily.
"I can't help it, I hurt him so bad that is the reason why he doesn't remember me" She said starts crying again I soothe her back trying to calm her down.
Sam POV
At Finn's room
"How is he doc?" I asked.
"He is fine now, he is resting he is just shocked and confused that is why he panicked, so the girl earlier that is Quinn?" The doctor asked I nodded.
"I see, well let just let him rest for awhile and you can take him home tomorrow just be careful with him he is very fragile right now" The doctor say and leave.
"I wonder if he remember us?, poor Finn why did it have to come to this" Rachel said sitting beside Finn's bed.
"All we know is that he remembers me, Santana and Puck" I said.
"Yeah but not me and Quinn, he hates us because he knew we are together he saw before his accident happen" Brody said we all looked at him.
"I better go looked for Quinn, he needs me right now see you later guys" He said and leaves to find Quinn.
"I am sure Quinn is so hurt right now imagine the person you love the most doesn't remember and even worst hates you" Brittany said.
"Seeing Quinn and Brody was the last event Finn saw before his accident and that was the worst part of his life, the doctor said he won't be able to remember the event that hurt him the most" Kurt added.
"I hope he remember us" Rachel said touching her belly Puck went near and hold her hand.
"I may hate him for hurting Quinn but he is still my friend and I don't want to see him like this" David said.
"Guys we need to help Finn remember Quinn and the things he doesn't remember, he need us, he need his friends" Brittany said we all nodded in agreement.
Quinn POV
We are enjoying eating some breakfast while talking about the engagement of Puck and Rachel when suddenly Puck's phone turn on, he answer it and shock what he heard from the other line and he hung up he told us that Finn is in the hospital and is doing good.
We are all shocked to hear the news about Finn and we immediately go to the hospital to where he is, reaching the hospital I asked the nurse where his room is and when we got there Brody stops me before I can open the door to Finn's room.
"Quinn wait before we enter the room, you must calm down and relax first remember you are pregnant you can't be stress" He said, he is right I need to relax I also need to think about the twins.
As soon as I am ok we allgo inside Finn's room, seeing him makes me cry so I immediately hug him and thanking God he is alive but there is a problem and that is he doesn't remember me and also Brody.
I kept on forcing myself to gim so he can remember me but he starts to have panic attacks amd before something could happen Santana carefully pull me out of the room and into the cafeteria to tell me what happen to Finn why he doesn't remember me.
Hearing everything Santana said makes me blame myself because I can feel its my fault why this happen.
After Santana and I talked I asked her if she can leave me alone for awhile.
"Hey I am looking everywhere for you, I was worried about you, how are you feeling" Brody said sitting next to me.
"He doen't remember and is all my fault because if he didn't saw us he wouldn't be drinking and wouldn't crash" I said wiping away my tears.
"No one knew this would happen so don't blame yourself ok, look lets just pray and hope he remember us and we will help him get his memories back" He said I just nodded.
"You really love him don't you? And it hurts you so much that he doesn't remember you" I looked at him how did he know I hope he doesn't think I am just using him to forget about Finn.
"Brody--" He cut me off and hold my hand.
"Its ok, I know you still love him and he is the father of the twins right that is to be expected, I don't want to do this because we just started but its for the best I don't want to see you hurt and I don't want to hurt my cousin even more so we must end this relationship and just be friends" He said I smiled and hug him.
"Thank you for everything, I really appreciate you have done for me for the past few days and I am sorry if I just use you to forget about Finn I thought I could but I just can't and knowing that he can't remember me because of the accident made me realize that I can't let him go, I love him so much more than you ever know, Finn is my soulmate and I know we are endgame and I will do anything for him to remember me and if that happen I will tell him about the twins" I said pulling away from the hug, Brody smiled and wipe away my tears.
"That is the spirit don't let anyone ruin that for you and I believe that in no time he will remember you and everything will be ok for the both of you and ofcourse I am going to be here to help you" He said I smiled at him.
"You know I hope you find someone who deserves you someday because she would be lucky to have you" I said He smiled.
"If I found someone I hope she is just like you, you really are an amazing and Finn is lucky to have you" He said.
I pray and hope Finn remembers me and if he did we are going to start fresh with no more lies and secrets.
