Sabina POV
I was waiting for Finn to come to my house but he didn't came, I was so mad because he didn't even bother to call or answer his phone to tell me where he is.
I was worried about him, I waited and waited for him until I fall asleep. Morning goes by I was awaken by my phone and it was Sam.
I answer the phone and immediately get up when I heard what he just said Finn has been in accident I quickly fix myself and go to the hospital where he is.
When I got there I asked for his room and when I reached his room I saw his friends there but I don't care I just went near him and hug him.
"Oh Finn, I heard what happen I am sorry I didn't get here sooner, how are you feeling?" I asked him, he looked at me.
"Sabina, Finn is fine he is just suffering from temporary memory loss he doesn't remember some part of his life so be careful with him" Sam said, I looked at him.
"Finn, do you know me?" I asked, he nodded.
"Of course you are Sabina my girlfriend, I was on my way to you that night and I don't remember what happen next" He said I touch his face and kissed him. Thank god he remember me.
"He remembers you but not Quinn" Brittany said, I looked at her and to Quinn who looks hurt.
"Brit stop" Kurt said.
"I am sorry if he doesn't remember you" I said to Quinn, she faked smiled.
"So how are you feeling?" I asked Finn.
"Good, a little pain in my head but I am fine now that you are here" He said I smiled.
"So cheesy as always huh" I said he laughed.
"I am glad you are here" He said and kissed me.
"Hate to break yiu two up but Finn you shouldn't drunk driving ok look what has happened to you" Rachel said.
"What do you mean?, am I drunk that night that is why I crashed I don't remember anything" He said.
"Rach I think he doesn't know what happened after that and slow down because he looked very confused" Santana said.
"I am sorry, I am just worried" Rachel said.
"Hey don't worry I am still alive am I and besides I want to see our little girl grow up until I get old she is the best that I got" Finn said rubbing Rachel's belly.
"Your little girl?, Rach what does he mean by that? Its Puck's baby right" Quinn asked she just looked at her.
"Puck?, what are saying? He is not the father of my little girl I am the father" Finn said Quinn was shocked to hear those words came out his mouth.
"What! But I thought Puck is the father that what you said to me right Rachel?" She asked Rachel.
"Quinn I I I I can explain" Rachel said.
"Explain what?, what is going on" She shout.
"Look, I don't know who you are or why are you here but I am telling you I am the father of Rachel's baby ok abd eventhough we are not together anymore I am still going to support her no matter what we already talked about it and agreed with eachother decisions" Finn snapped at Quinn.
"And if you going to asked my girlfriend how she is taking this well let me tell you its fine with her because I explained everything to her I choose Sabina and Rachel chooses Puck, so leave me and Rachel's life alone because we know what we are doing and we don't need to explained or tell you everything because all I know is I don't know who you are and why are you even here" Finn added, Quinn was shocked and hurt, I don't know how to react or what to say.
"Finn stop, you are hurting Quinn" Brody said. Trying to interfere
"So what? I don't care about her, can you get her out of here I don't want to see her, her being here makes me mad please" He said.
"Finn don't be to harsh on her, you have to remember she is--" Quinn cut me of.
"Its fine, I understand him I will leave you alone if that is what you want and I am sorry for everything" Quinn said and leave the room with Brody following her.
"You know what if you haven't been in a accident I will smack you in the head for doing that to Quinn, you are lucky this time" Santana said.
"Why does everyone care about her?, let her be she is nothing" Finn said and Santana glared at her.
"She is our friend Finn and if you will just remember she is the most very special person in your life" Santana snapped at him, Finn is confused how can that be if he doesn't even know her.
"You know what I am going home to check on Quinn to make sure she is ok I can't let something to her too besides Sabina is here to take care of you, come on guys lets go" She said and leave.
"Get well soon Finn, we will talk when you get home" Rachel said.
"Dude I wish you will have your memory back because its going to be different if you don't" Sam said.
Everyone else leave the hospital and the only one left is me, I feel bad for Quinn because I know how much Finn loves her but he can't really remember its like she is completely erased in his life.
I want to help Finn remember Quinn but what can I do, am I just going to sacrifice my relationship with him so he can be happy with Quinn or I will just let him forget about Quinn forever.
At Finn' house everyone arrived Quinn sat down in the sofa crying while Brody comforting her.
Rachel POV
This is really bad, Quinn knows about the real father of my baby and she looks really mad at me and Finn, I need to talk to her and explain everything.
"Quinn can we talk?" I asked approaching her and asking our friends to leave us for a while.
"I don't want to talk to you, you lie to me you said Puck is the father of your baby but the truth is Finn is the real father, why did you two lie to me all this time I thought you are my friend but I guess not and Finn cheated on me I cannot believe this he cheated on me first and worst he cheated on me with my bestfriend" Quinn shouted.
"Look we never meant to lie to you all of this is for a reason and Finn didn't cheat on you I assure you, he loves you he choose you over me and I am ok with that because I want you both to be happy and its ok if he can't be mine its fine all I want is him not to forget about his daughter and that its but we can't be together because I don't love him anymore I love Puck and he is the one I want to be with and not Finn" I said defending me and Finn.
"Choose me?, he choose Sabina not me if I may remind you" She said I sighed.
"He only choose her because he doesn't remember you, do you know how hurt he was when you let him go he was devastated" I said.
"How long will you guys going to hide this from me?" She asked I just looked at her.
"Are you going to tell me the truth or just let it be and live a lie" She said.
"Believe me or not Finn was about to tell you about my pregnancy he was determined to tell you everything because he doesn't want to lie to you anymore he wants to come clean and he wants to fight for you and your love but suddenly he lost his memory and now he doesn't remember you now" I said, She looked away I sit beside her.
Why did you let me believe its Puck's child?" She asked I sighed.
"Because Finn knew when you found out about this you will leave him and hate him forever and he doesn't want that he can't live without you and also he has to protect you and Puck from my mom" I said she looked confused.
"Why would we need protection?" She asked.
"Because its my mom's fault that is why we are here in the first place, I know you are confused but I will tell you everything if you let me" I said she just nodded and I begin telling her everything from the start.
"So everyone knows about this except from me even my own family hide this from me" she said.
"We did all these things to protect you" I explained.
"How can Puck be ok with this, didn't he get mad at you knowing you are pregnant with my ex?" She asked again.
"That is what I like about him when I told him about the baby he immediately said that he will support me no matter what, will never leave me and he is willing to be the father of my child and that makes me fall in love with him that is ehy I agree to marry him" I said Quinn smiled.
"If you are wondering if I still love Finn yes I still love him but only as a friend and nothing else, all I want is for you two to be happy I already accepted that Finn and I are not meant to be so please don't give up on Finn" I said touching her hand she smiled and just nodded.
"How about your mom, won't she be mad about your wedding with Puck?" She said.
"She will be frustrated by hey we will still go through this and there is nothing to hide anymore right you already knew our secret" I said.
"So are we still bestfriends?" I asked looking at her.
"Depends if I am still yours" She smiled we both laugh and hug eachother.
"Thank you for everything Rach you are a true friend and despite everything we been through you sacrifice your happines for me and Finn and I bet you will be a wonderful mother to your child" I smiled at her.
"I have to be honest with you also but promise me not to tell Finn about this let me tell him" I nodded.
"Ok what is it about?" I asked.
"David is not the real the father of the twins we just made that up because of the constant bullying of Finn's friends and the cheerleaders I decided to hide this from Finn then I found out you two are together I convince myself not to tell him anymore because I thought he will never love me like he loves you but things change we got together and fell in love but I cheated we broke up and now he doesn't remember me how can I tell him about the twins now" She confessed I admit I was shocked at first because all along Finn is the father of the twins.
"Wow that is big news who would imagine that we both be pregnant with Finn's babies I admit I was shocked with your news but I could not be any happier for you two because this is a reason for you two to have your happines" I said and hug her once again she smiled and say thank you.
"Our babies could be bestfriends too when they grow up" She said pulling away from the hug.
"I see everything went well for the both of you" Santana said entering the house with our friends.
"Yeah we settle everything that needs to be settled" I said and Quinn agrees.
"You mean you told Quinn everything and so does Quinn told you about the twins?" Kurt asked.
"Yes that is right" Quinn said. Everyone hugs us they are happy for us.
"That is great news finally no more secrets and we have to go shopping for baby stuff because in two months the twins will be here" Kurt said.
"Yeah I agree why don't we go now" I suggest but Quinn felt sad.
"Hey what is wrong?" I asked.
"I don't feel like celebrating when Finn doesn't even remember me how can I tell him about the twins if he doesn't even know who am I and you all heard him that he choose Sabina over me" She said, I didn't think about that.
"Don't worry abou that we will make sure Finn will remember you trust us and I am sure once he remembers you he will instantly break up with Sabina" Santana said with assurance.
"Thank you guys so much, I don't know what did I do to deserve you guys" She said we all smiled and hug her.
"So its decided the we are all going to thw mall to shop and celebrate" Kurt shouted we all laugh.
"Get ready boys we have a lot of shoppings bags we have to carry" Puck joked.
"Oh girls take too long to shop" Brody complained.
"We don't have any other choice" Sam said.
We all leave the house and went to the mall.
That night at the hospital.
Finn POV
That night the nurse give me my stuff they found in my car there's my phone, my wallet and a ring, it was a engagement ring.
"Am I going to propose to Sabina before the accident" I say to myself and look at her sleeping comfortably in the couch.
I scan my phone to see if this could help me bring back some of my memories because the doctor said I suffer from memory loss I can't remember some parts of my life.
While I was scanning I saw Quinn's and mine picture on the wallpaper on my phone and on my gallery we look so happy like we are so in love with eachother.
"Quinn who is she and why is she on my mind I don't even know her or do I, I don't know I can't remember anything" I sighed.
Quinn POV
Two days have past since Finn's accident, he is going home today and the guys are busy preparing for Finn's return.
"What are you thinking?" Rachel asked approaching me.
"Its Finn, it bugs me he doesn't remember me and I am afraid what would his reaction will be if he sees me later" I said she tap my back.
"I am sure he will be asking some questions but hey we have all the answers to all his questions and give him sometime to remember you I know he will" Rachel said I weakly smiled at her.
"I hope so Rachel because I miss him" I said.
"How are you and Brody?" She asked.
"Brody and I are no longer together we broke up when we found out about Finn's accident I never love him anyway I am just using him to get over Finn but I can't I love him way to much and besides the twins keep kicking me maybe they are mad because I am trying to replace there father" She joked, we both laugh.
A lillte whike later my and Finn's parents came.
"Mom Dad, I am sorry for what to Finn because of me he been in an accident" I explained everything.
"Its fine, he shouldn't be drunk driving anyway, we can't really blame you Finn has some bad things he did to you too" James said.
"Don't worry about that we should worry how can we help Finn remember you" Laila said.
"Santana told us that you knew everything about Rachel and Finn, we also want to apologize that we didn't tell you about that we just want Finn to tell you and find a solution to the problem" Laila added. I Smiled.
"Its alright I was mad at first but Rachel explained everything to me and I understand, If I were her I will do the the same probably" I said.
While me and our parebts are talking Finn's arrives with Sabina.
"Welcome home Finn" We all shouted.
"Thank you guys I really appreciate this, Mom Dad you are here and also Mr. And Mrs. Fabray nice to see you all here" Finn said.
"You remember us?" My mom asked.
"Ofcourse I do, why would I forget about you both" He said.
"Nothing we just thought with you having sone memory loss you might forget about us" Mom said
"Well I didn't, when did you get here I thought you are all busy with business" He asked.
"We just arrive today and went straight ahead because your mom here isbso worried about you but we are glad you are ok" James said.
"I am fine mom, don't worry to much I am strong man accident like won't bring me down" He joked we all laugh.
"Oh before I forgot I want you to introduce Sabina my girlfriend or should I say my fiance" He said looking at Sabina, we are all shocked.
"What do you mean by that?" Dad asked.
"We are getting married, I propoae to her on the way here I found a ring on my stuff that the nurse gave me in the hospital and I just thought that maybe I was suppose to propose to Sabina before the accident" He explained, this can't be happening I was suppose to be his fiance and that ring is mine that is my engagement ring that I return to him when we broke up.
"Are serious about this?" Laila asked. He nodded.
"Yeah why wouldn't I be its not like I have someone else rather than Sabina I love her and I want to marry her" He said.
"I think I going to faint" I said, David hold me so I won't fall.
"Quinn, maybe you should sit down" David said and help me.
"Wait you are the girl from the hospital, why are you here?" Finn asked.
"Son he is the daughter of Russel and Judy and one of you and Santana's friend don't you remember her?" James said he looked at him and back to me.
"No I don't, I am sorry Mr. And Mrs. Fabray I didn't know she is your daughter I thought he is going to bug me again that we share something before like she did in the hospital" He said.
"We did have something before Finn you just have to remember me" I said in tears, mom went near me to calm me down.
"I am sorry ok, if we really have something together before then why can't I remember you? Look I am getting to the girl I love please just let me be ok I know you will find someone else for you but its not me ok" He said, I can't handle this is too much, I regret letting him go I should have taken him back when he asked me.
"Stop this now, we are all here to celebrate not like this, come on I am sure food is getting called" Mom said trying to change the subject and lead us to the dining area.
"Are you ok?" David asked I just nodded and stand up and follow them.
After an joir we all went to the family room to continue the crlebration there.
Everyone was enjoying except from me, I keep looking at Finn and Sabina all over eachother sometimes I caught Finn looking at me too, I am extremely jealous.
"Excuse me I am just going outside I will be back in a few minutes" I said standing up and leaving the room.
Outside the house.
"You know you don't have to be jealous I am still here if you want" David said hugging me from behind, he smells lije alcohol, why did he follow me here.
"David please get away from me and stop following me didn't I make myself clear that I don't want you anymore" I said trying to get out of him.
"Oh I know but since Finn is out of the picture and it seems you and Brody is in a rough patch so why not come back to me" He said spinning me around making me face him.
"Stop, your just drunk you don't know what you are saying" I said started to get scared of him.
"I maybe drunk but I know what I am saying and when I say I want you I will get what I want now shall we go to my room and have some fun" He said forcing me to come with him.
"No David, I don' want to go with tou please leave me alone" I said terrified.
"No I want you Quinn! I need you and oh don't bother shouting because no one's going to save you" He said covering my mouth with his hand.
"So keep quiet or else I am going to hurt you if you don't come with me" He said, I am really afraid of what he is going to do to me so I bit his hand, he push me and let go of me before I fell to the ground someone catch me and help me to stand up, I looked to see who and it was Finn.
"Are you ok?" He asked. I couldn't answer so I just nodded.
"Why you dirty slut bag, you bite the hell out of my hand I will hurt you for this you want to play rough huh I will play rough" David said angrily and walking near us.
"Stay here ok I will take care of him" Finn said, I tried to stop him I am worried what would happen to him he just got out of the hospital.
"Finn something might happen to you don't fight him" I said stopping him.
"No, I can take care of him I am going to show this guy not to hurt a woman" He said approaching David.
"Oh what is this trying to save the princess, oh do you remember her now or you just want a piece of her too but I am sorry because I don't like to share especially from you" David said punching Finn but Finn block his punch.
"You know women are to be treated with respect not the other way around" said Finn and punch David in the face twice and he fell in the ground.
"Oh you like to play it that way huh" David said and stand up and punch Finn in the face and stomach, Finn back up a little bit. I can see his nose is bleeding and looked hurt a lot because his wound from the accident hasn't been totaly healed yet.
"Finn David stop please" I shouted but they din't hear me and just continue to fight.
"You know I don't know who you are but I get this feeling that I hated you" Finn said punching him once again and again till David drop on the ground and not stoping to punch him and kick him.
"Finn stop please I don't want something to happen to you again please" I said trying to pull him out of David. He stop punching David and stand up and leaves David lying on the ground unconsious with a bloody scars on his face.
"I think he is not going to bother you anymore, luckily I follow you if I didn't who knows what he did to you" He said standing up and fixing his shirt.
"Thank you" I said hugging him He just smiled.
"I didn't know he was following me he was my crazy ex I am sorry you got hurt because of me but why did you follow me? I thought you hate me" I asked, he looked at me.
"When you went out I saw David following you and he was so drunk and I felt that he is going to do something to you so I followed him and I was right he did have some bad intentios for you and believe it or not I feel I hate that guy its like he did something to me to make him hate him so much" He said, I realized he doesn't remember David too, he doesn't remember the people whou hurt him before the accident.
"Don't worry about that you showed him not to mess with you anyway and I like to thank you for that and also you really hated him if you could just remember" I said He laugh a little.
"Uhm could you atleast let me put some first aid on your wounds in the face its a way of thanking you for helping me" He nodded.
"Ok, follow me to our room" I said and he follows me.
Inside our room we sit on my bed, I get the first aid kit on the drawer and apply it to his wounds. A few minutes later I was done.
"Thank you" Finn said I smiled.
"You are welcome" I said I can see he is thinking of something.
"Are you ok?" I asked.
"I am thinking what are you doing in my room, aren't you suppose to be in the guest room or something" He said confused scanning the room.
"Like I told you we have something together before you just have to remember me, if you have questions or things you like to know about you or us I can aswer it for you because I am the only who really knows you except from our parents" I said he looked at me, oh I miss him.
"I do have a lot of questions in my mind that need some answers but can it really help me, I want remember everything too but how" He said, I hold his hand.
"I can help you if you just let me" I said he smiled.
"I will think about it but right now I should be going back to dowsntairs with the others Sabina might be worried and looking for me, you should go back there too I will accompany just incase David comes at you again and before I forgot thank you for cleaning my wounds" He said helping me to stand up, we leave the room and go back to our friends and family.
Back at the family room, everybody was shock to see Finn bruise they all asked what happened and we told them everything how David went for me but Finn saved me.
"Wow even you don't remember Quinn you still have the urge to save her" Santana teased Finn rolled his eyes.
"Is just coincidence I guess besides good thing I followed that guy if not I don't what will he will do to Quinn" Finn said, I feel happy that deep down he cares for me even he doesn't remember me.
"Well I for one thankful you save our daughter Finn that is why I really like you for my daugther you are a good kid" Dad said, Finn blush.
"Thank you but me and Quinn can't never happen because I am with someone else and she is going to be my wife" He said looking at Sabina, why does he always put Sabina in our conversation.
"You will never know boy" Dad smiled and tap Finn's shoulder he really looked confused.
"Oh dad stop teasing Finn already I think he gets it" I said we all laugh except for Finn and Sabina.
"Excuse if I may but Quinn can we talk outside just the two of us?" Sabina said I sighed and nodded.
We both went outside.
"What are we going to talk about?" I asked.
"You still love him do you?, you tried to let him go but you can't" she asked I smirked.
"What is it to you if I still love Finn, you are getting married to him anyways" I said.
"Quinn, don't lie to yourself I know you want to with him but I am in the way and I know he loves you so much you will ever know, I thought of leaving him for you but you decided to move on from him and It eill be crueld if I did the same too so I decided to stay and pretend that I am ok that we are together while he loves someone else that is not me" She said I looked her and laughed.
"To tell you honestly I know how much he loves me, I know what happen in Lima and why we are here, he sacrifice everything for me and I aprreciate and love him for that yes I was mad at first but I understand everything thanks to Rachel and its funny when I found out anout it the person that I love my whole life doesn't know me and worst is marrying someone else, you stole him away from me" I snapped at her and slap her.
"I deserve that slap, please understand I was caught by surpise when he propose that is why I said yes, I want to tell him about you but he always stop me before I open the topic I know this your engagement ring and I am here returning it to you this ring doesn't belong to me because it yours" She said taking the ring of her finger and giving it to me.
"Returning it to me doesn't change anything he is still going to marry you" I said taking the ring, she rolled her eyes.
"What if I help you with him" She said, I looked at her confused.
"You are probably confused why would I help you, I just want Finn to be happy he doesn't love me he just with me in the first place because he was mad at you and confused at the same time don't you know its you all he talk about like he wants to this with you and so on" She said.
"He loves you so much his pride is just on the way can't you see even he doesn't remember you he still cares for you" She added well she is right about that.
"But you love him right?, then why help me" I asked.
"I love him enough to let him go and be with you I am not his soulmate you are his soulmate and I will make sure he will remember you don't worry about it" She said.
"I don't know what to say" she walk near me and hug me.
"Promise me one thing if he remembers you and you get back together love him with all of you heart, no more lies and secrets but I can see that this time when you get back together it will be forever" She said pulling away from the hug, I smiled at her.
"Are you sure you are going to help me with Finn?, how about your wedding?" Iasked again.
"There will be no wedding, he doesn't love me like I love him he is just with me because he thought I am his soulmate and he found your engagement ring and thought he is proposing to me that night but believe me I think he is seeing you in me he just doesn't know that you and me are different people like I said leave it tome he will remember you in no time" She said .
"I don't know how you going to do that but thanks" I said.
"Leave it to me, I am your friend Quinn not your enemy hey you got 4 villians in your life already you don't need another one" We both laughed.
"Seriously thank you Sabina I hope you can find someone for you maybe I can help you too" I said she smiled.
"Thank you, but maybe you could gelp ne with Brody" She said I was surprise he likes Brody.
"Ok ok calm down, I just find him handsome and romantic and I want to know him better if that is ok with him" She said.
"Oh its definitely fine, don't worry I will talk to Brody and set you two up on a date" I said Sabina smiled at me.
"You would do that for me oh thank you, you don't k ow how happy I am" She said I nodded.
"Yeah of course, we must go inside noe before they think we are fighting here" I joked and we both laugh while we went inside the house.
