Finn POV
Today I am finally got home from the hospital everybody welcome home and prepare little party for me even my parents and their friends are there.
After the party Sabina went home I said I could take her home but she insist to drove by herself because she worried I might crash again.
"Do you have to leave why not stay here?" I pouted.
"I have to its pretty late and I have work tomorrow we will just see eachother after work ok" I just nodded she kissed me and leave.
After Sabina left I went up in my room and saw Quinn already sleeping in the bed.
I was about to wake her up but it would be kinda rude to wake up a pregnant women. I have no choice but to sleep beside her.
In the middle of the night I heard Quinn speak in her dreams.
"Finn I love you so much please come back to me" She said in her sleep while turning to face me. I looked at her she is really beautiful.
"I wonder who are you in my life, is Santana right are you really special to me? There is something about you that I can't get you out of my head since I saw you in the hospital" I whisper so only me could hear.
The next morning I woke up very early I turn around and smiled to see Quinn still sleeping peacefully.
I carefully get out of bed for her not to wake up then fix myself and went downstairs to make some breakfast.
After making breakfast I brought it into my room and place it on the table next to Quinn's side and wrote a note for her.
I went out after that to go to Sabina's house to accompany her to her work.
Quinn POV
I woke up a little bit late in the morning I turn left side to see if Finn was there but his not I guess he didn't sleep here because I am here. I slowly get up and saw ready made breakfast in the table beside me, I pick up the note and read it.
Morning Quinn I hope you sleep well, I made you breakfast in bed by the way I hope you like it consider this as a peace offering for what I did to you in the hospital, see you around.

I put the note down smiling.
"Wow eventhough he don't remember me he cooks my favorite food without knowing it" I said as I begin to eat the food Finn's prepare for me.
After eating I went down to see my mom and Finn's mom talking in the living room.
"Good morning Mom and Laila" I said sitting beside them.
"Hey Quinn how was your sleep" Mom said.
"Fine actually I slept very well and when I woke up Finn make me breakfast in bed" I say still smiling for what he did.
"That is good right it means he starting to know you" Mom said.
"His memory loss is only temporary right I am sure he will remember you in now time" Laila said.
"I hope so, the twins are coming out soon I hope he will remember me before they come" I said rubbing my swollen belly, Mom and Laila smiled at me.
"Ooh I can't wait to meet them" Laila said excitedly.
Finn POV
I parked outside Sabina's house waiting for her to come outside, a few minutes later she came out
"Sorry I took so long but I am here now" She said kissing me, I look at her and to my surpise I can see Quinn's image in her, I shooked my head.
"Are you ok?, is your head aching?" She asked.
"I am fine, its just my head hurts a little bit but I am fine" I said, why am I thinking about that girl she isn't my girlfriend Sabina is I have to get her out of my mind.
"Maybe you shouldn't be driving yet maybe the trauma from the crash is affecting you" She said.
"No no I am fine its just, don't worry about me ok so are you ready to go?" I asked she nodded and I open the car door for her to enter after that I went inside the car too and drove her to her work.
On the way on her work silence surrounds the car.
"You are quiet is something bothering you?" I said to break the tension.
"I am just thinking my boss said last week that we will be going on a work trip in Australia for two weeks I forgot to tell you because you suprise me with a proposal" She said.
"Oh so I will be not seeing you then that is a bummer, when will you leave?" I asked.
"Tonight actually" She said I stop the car and face her.
"Wow, we just been engage yesterday and you are already leaving me" I said irritated.
"Finn I am sorry but you know this work is important for me please try to understand" She said touching my hand.
"I am sorry too, I just felt sad knowing you are leaving, can I come with you?" I asked hoping she say yes.
"No you can't, hey look at it this way while me gone you cah have enough time to trace your memories back and when I return we will be preparing for our wedding" She said. I just nodded.
"Fine, but promise me you will call me once you get there or when yiu are free ok" I said, She smiled and nodded.
"Of course, now lets go because I am going to be late and I don't want that" She said and I continue to drive to her work.
When we arrive at her work.
"Well see you in two weeks, I love you always remember that be happy for me ok" She said kissing me and getting out of the car.
"I love you too" I said and drove home.
When I arrive home I sat on the living room and felt like doing nothing.
"Someone looking not good in the morning" Someone said I looked to see who it was, it was Quinn.
"Tell me about it, my girlfriend who I just got engage to just went in a business trip and will be gone for two week" I sighed.
"So you feel sad about it?" She asked
"Actually no, I just i don't know, we were suppose to talk and prepare for the wedding but no she is gone she just said take this two weeks without her as a trip baco to my memory lane" I said frustrated.
"Hmm. Oh don't worry about it how about I tour you around the memory lane of yours" She offered.
"I don't think, you knoe me that much" I said she shooked her head.
"Oh you are wrong about that I definitely know you better than anyone else here well except from your parents but I know all the things about you" She said I rolled my eyes.
"Really?, ok come on show me then this memory lane of yoyrs that could help me remember what I don't remember" I said standing up and helping her.
"Alright follow me to the kitchen because the first thi g you do in the morning after you do all your morning routines after waking up is going to the kitchen make some cereal, cook some breakfast for me and then you will go up and bring me the food and we'll eat together" She said while I follow her from there she told me everything I need to know and everything she knows about me and to my surprise she surely do know me because she knows every single detail that I do everyday.
After a few hours later we get tired walking and driving all day so we decided to eat in the restaurant she say we always used to eat before.
When we arrive there I was going to order but Quinn beat up to it and she knew what food I am going to order.
"You really do know me" I say Quinn smiled.
"Of course I told you so" She said and smiled.
"You have the most beautiful smile I ever seen in my life" I said stunned by her beauty.
"What do you say?" She asked oh no did I say that out loud.
"Uh I mean I nevermind what I have just said I said nothing" I said trying to deny I say something.
"Your blushing" Quinn joked.
"Am I?" I touched my face this is embarassing stop it Finn.
We talk, laugh a bit and enjoy the day like nothing is wrong with us.
After a few hours we went home.
"So do you have today?" She asked me I nodded.
"Believe or not I did, thank you" I said I looked into her eyes and kissed her she was surprised but she kissed back.
Her lips was so soft and she smells really good I was caught in the moment until I realize that I have a girlfriend that I am engage too.
"I am sorry, I don't know what came over me" I say pulling away and leave her alone as I make my way up to my room.
Upstairs in my room
"Finn why did you kiss her you are getting married remember but its her all you think about since that day in the hospital, no no no this can't be I love Sabina only her" I said to debating to myself as I lay in my bed, maybe she was right maybe we have something before the accident happen but I hace to stop ot can't never happen, my head hurts really bad.
Later that day with Santana and Quinn in Santana's room.
Santana POV
Quinn and I are hanging around my room we are talking about how is her day with Finn went and how Sabina is willing to help them get back together.
"I can't believe Sabina wants to help I mean she loves him right" I said she nodded.
"Yeah but she said she knows Finn doesn't love her he is only with her because I let him go and mad at me" she said.
"So he kissed you that must be a good sign right he is remembering you a little" She sighed.
"I don't know I was surprise with that kiss then he left without even talking to me" She looked down.
"He is still confused give him time in the meantime just continue what you are doing and I am sure ut won't be long till he remember you" I said encouraging her.
"I hope so" She said.
"How did Sabina realize that the engagement ring Finn gave him its yours?" I asked.
"It has my name on it, it is engrave in the ring maybe Finn didn't saw it but Sabina did" She said.
"And maybe that is where she also thought that he doesn't really love her and I think Finn is seeing you in her not the real Sabina" I said she looked at me.
"He thinks I am Sabina and Sabina its me its that what you are talking about?" She asked and I nodded.
"But we are both different how can you tell?" She asked again.
"Its hard to explain but you will figure it out look at it this way he is doings things with Sabina which you two always do" I explained.
"If that is the case then I must let him know or see that we are two different people and I am his soulmate not her" She said proudly.
"That is the spirit" I smiled at her.
Back at Finn, he is having a dream he dreaming about Quinn but she couldn't her face its all blurry.
Finn POV
I fell asleep while thinking the kiss I shared with Quinn and who is she in my life while sleeping I dream about a girl but I cannot see her face its all blurred.
We are in the church we are getting married and when we are in the altar some women barge in and say to stop the wedding or else she would hurt my wife but I didn't listen and continue with the wedding then suddenly the woman pull out her gun and point it to my wife to be and shot her. I kneel down and check on her.
"Don't die on me please we promise eachother that no matter what happen we won't leave eachother this is not the end of us we will go to the hospital and we will get through this just hang on" I said tears falling down my face.
"I am not going to make it I feel this the end for me" Sh said coughing some blood.
"No no don't say that you will live and continue this wedding just hang on" I stand she hold my hand.
"Promise me one thing that you will take care of our twins ok I know you will be a great father to them, I love you so much Finn and you remembering me and knowing about the twins is enough for me goodbye Finn always remember I love you so much" She said and then right there she died in front on me.
"No wake up please wake up, you can't leave me I love you please wake up please" I shouted while shaking her,
I tried waking her up but she won't wake up she is gone and I don't know what to do so I just scream so loud to get rid of my feelings.
When suddenly someone called me and saying that I have to wake up and also tries shaking me.
I woke up and found Quinn in front of me I looked around to see where am I and saw I was in my room Its just a dream a bad dream but who I was with I can't see her face.
"Finn thank god you wake up, you are having a bad dream are you alright?" She said, I just looked at her and hug her so tight and pull away
"I had a dream I was getting married and then some womam came and shot my wife and she died then she said that to take care of the twins and she is happy that I remember her but I can't really see her face in my dream its all blurry and" I said looking at her and realize that maybe it was her I am with in my dreams.
"It can't be, its impossible, it can't be you no" I said she is confused to what I am saying.
"What are you saying?" She said.
"You can't be the girl in my dreams you can't be because I don't know you and you can't be pregnant with my kid this is all to much" I said touching my head.
"Finn calm down, just relax ok its just a dream don't panic" She said trying to calm me down.
"I have to go talk to my Santana" I said standing up and leaving the room.
"Finn wait" Quinn shouted but I ignore her and went to Santana's room.
"San, are you there, can I talk to you?" I said knocking on her door.
"Yes come in?" She said opening the door and I enter.
"So what is up?" She asked sitting on the bed, I told her about my dream and how I panic thinking it was Quinn the girl in my dream.
"How can you be sure if it was Quinn, you said you didn't saw her face" She said.
"Well because she is pregnant with twins and she said she is glad the I remember her" I explained.
"What will you do if its her?" She asked I didn't answer.
"Quinn is so important to you she is your rock not Sabina, you two are suppose to be getting married but something bad happened and if only you knew how she is hurting because you don't remember her please Finn please try to remember her please for you two have a happy ending" She said I looked at her.
"But how?" I asked. How can I remember a person if I really don't know where to begin with.
"Only Quinn has the answers to your question you just have to let her" She said I nodded.
"Well she started showing me things we used to do before and I think it juggle my brain a little bit" I said.
"Give it some time Finn, you will remember it all" She said I just sighed.
"This sucks you know not having memory of a person who claims to be the love of your life" I said looking down.
"I know I know but in time you will remember her because your love will win" She said.
"I just wished I could love her the way that she loved me I can feel how much she loved me to do this things"
"You figure it out once you will figure it out again, how do you feel whenever you are with her?" She asked.
"I feel complete, happy, and I always think about her I feel contented" I said.
"How about with Sabina what do you feel?" She asked.
"I feel nothing its like she isn't that special or something I happy to be with her sometimes" I admitted.
"Then why do you propose to her?" I asked.
"Because I saw the ring and she is my girlfriend right I thought I was proposing to her before the accident so I did" I said.
"There is the answer" She said.
"What answer?" I asked confused.
"Never mind just relax and you will figure it all out in time" Santana said I am really confused I wish I can remember everything this really sucks.
