Beware Of My Power
Chapter 2
Konoha.
It has been 12 years since the village was attacked by the 9 Tails and during those years the village suffered another incident 3 years later when Kumo came over for peace talks which was a ruse so that they could get there hands on a Hyuga which was stopped by Hiashi the head of the Hyuga by killing the kidnapper who abducted his eldest daughter Hinata after the attempt Kuma blamed Konoha for killing there Shinobi despite the individual attempting to kidnap a child for her bloodline, the incident who've led to another War which the village did not need as it was still recovering, so a deal was struck with the Hyuga giving Kumo Hiashi but instead they gave Kumo his twin brother was identical to him except that he was in the Branch family which meant when Kumo did get his body the seal on him would've rendered the Byukugan useless.
The incident with Kumo forced Hiashi to train his daughter's even harder in there ways to prevent another attempt in the future.
The Village suffered another incident 7 years later when Itachi Uchiha massacred his entire Clan sparring his only brother Sasuke in one night, the village took a week to mourn the loss of one of it's founding Clans, no one knew why Itachi did it the deed.
Naruto Uzumaki the 9 tails Jinchurriki was the pariah of the village due to actions out of his control, Naruto's spent the first 5 years of his life in an Orphanage where he was taught how to read and write but was ignored for most of things and giving scraps of food, any attempt on his life either by the Nuns who ran the Orphanage or strangers was stopped by Anbu without him knowing.
After Naruto turned five the Nuns tossed him out where the Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi waited for him so that he can Naruto his own Apartment with an allowance for food and clothes, for Naruto this was the greatest thing anyone had ever giving him which brought a smile to the Hokage who ruffled Naruto's Hair who hugged him as the Hokage ruffled his hair he saw specks of green in it but dismissed it as nothing but paint.
As Naruto went to the shops he found that neither of them would sevre him, some of them would even shout at him calling him a demon, as he approached the butchers hoping for something good than the last ones but at last it was not meant to be as the butcher nearly killed Naruto with his knife that cut across the young Blonde chest causing him to run away in fear towards the nearest alley with his hands clutching his chest.
Crying his eyes out Naruto looked at his hand and saw his blood as he looked at the wound on his chest he saw a green light coming mixed in the blood, the next thing he saw was the green light healing his wound till there was nothing not even a scar left behind, before Naruto cold question what happened an Anbu with a cat mask appeared next him.
"Are you ok Naruto" She said but instead of an answer, Naruto grabbed her and cried his eyes out, all Cat can do was hold him as she looked to side of her and saw the Hokage with a worried expression on his before it turned serious as he looked towards the main street and saw the butcher being taken away but knew that in time he would be released.
Following the incident only two Anbu would actually look after Naruto the first was Cat and the second Weasel but he made sure Naruto didn't know about him, the butcher as expected from the Hokage was released on a warning due to Naruto injuries healing themselves and the only evidence was Naruto shirt which the people investigating the claim found it not enough evidence.
Following the years Naruto would experience some beatens that would happen only a few days of the week and some vandalism on his apartment which would be words like 'Demon' or 'Monster'.
At the Age of 8 Naruto entered the Academy where he hoped to become a Shinobi, however much like the shop owners the Instructors would ignore him and not give him any pointers to help at all, this was worsened when Naruto Chakra was unlocked.
Academy.
Naruto's Classroom.
Normally when someone's Chakra is unlocked there would be a blue flame that would engulf the individual for a few seconds, one by one everyone in the room showed the same blue flame when the teacher would unlock it for them but for Naruto it was something else.
"Ok Naruto your next" The Teacher said with a look of fear as he didn't want to do it but was ordered to by the Hokage.
As the Teacher applied his Chakra into Naruto a Green light was released instead confusing everyone in the room including Naruto who was confused by what was happening, the Hokage who was watching via his glass orb techinque ordered a team of Medical Team to investigate what happened the results only brought more questions.
Hokage's Office
5 Hours later.
In the Office was two Medical-nin, Cat Anbu, Naruto and the Hokag along with privacy seals.
"Sir we don't know why but Naruto's entire Chakra system has been replaced by this unknown light" Spoke the lead Medical nin.
"Is it some type of unknown Chakra"
"Honesty we don't know"
"Could the fox somehow have done this"
"Sir... about that we found no trace of the 9 tails Chakra at all in his system"
Hearing this Hiruzen immediately contacted Jiraiya via scroll on his desk that would alert the toads, this method was only used in case of emergency if either the village was under attack or if Naruto's seal started to fail, all the while Naruto was on the couch under a sleep induced Genjutsu with Cat watching him.
30 Mins later.
A small messenger frog came in through the window.
"Where's Jiraiya"
"Gimme a second"
In a few seconds the toad summoned Jiraiya.
"Sensei you asked to see me"
"I need you to check the seal and see if the Fox is there"
Jiraiya was about question his teacher sanity but the look on his face told him to 'Just do it'.
"Fine"
Jiraiya walked towards Naruto who's head was resting on Cat's lap, as he moved Naruto's top he placed his hand on Naruto's stomach and channeled some of his chakra which showed the seal, looking at the seal both Jiraiya and Hiruzen had a worrying look on there faces.
"This aint good"
"Looks like a third of it is fading away, how should this be possible"
"Beats me, gimme a sec"
Jiraiya closed his eyes for a second before a toad came out of his mouth.
"What do you want Jiraiya"
"Nice to meet you too... I need you to see if anything is wrong with the seal"
"The seal, THE SEAL... I TOLD YOU YEARS AGO THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE SEAL, BUT YOU WOULDN'T GIVE ME A MINUTE TO EXPLAIN"
Jiraiya began to sweat bullets as he remembered that Gerotora wanted to speak with him about that but he put it off so that he can conduct his 'Research' instead, looking at Hiruzen he saw a look of anger which made him sweat even more.
"I...I..."
"Enough Jiraiya... please tell us what is wrong with the seal"
Gerotora took a deep breath.
"First off I don't know how it's possible but the fox is not there... like at all"
Everyone in the room was wide eyed hearing that.
"Second the seal is fading away... slowly... that is because there's no chakra maintaining it, now before you ask there was a blast of something in the seal that caused the kids Chakra to completely change and from the looks of it his body now produces whatever that is, and finally that blast happened moments after the fox was sealed"
"Could the fox be dead"
Jiraiya asked.
"Honestly I'm not sure maybe, and if that is true how long do we have before it revives itself"
"Normally 4 years but it's been nearly 10 years since the fox was sealed away"
"Sensei are you saying the Fox could actually be dead and may not be coming back"
Hiruzen gave a nod.
"That ain't good... if the other villages find out we don't have a Jinchurriki it could lead to another war"
"Which is why I'm declaring it another S-ranked secret punishable by death"
"Agreed... what about Naruto how should we handle him"
Hiruzen took a moment to think before looking at the medical-nin.
"Is this green light hazardous"
"As far as we can tell and considering that Naruto had this since he was born I can safely to assume that it is not hazardous, it could be another form of Chakra that operates differently"
"Good to hear, in that case then in regards to Naruto then... nothing, he would have to figure out what this light is on his own as we know nothing of it as well, Jiraiya I want you to find out if this Light was ever discovered elsewhere"
"I'll see what I can find out"
With that Jiraiya left via the window to resume his duties as Hiruzen removed the privacy seals as Cat removed the Genjutsu on Naruto who slowly began to wake up.
"Wh... What happened... Cat"
Naruto said as she ruffled his hair as he looked around the room and saw the Hokage.
"Jiji what happened, I was in the classroom and then this green light came from me, the same light that healed me"
Hearing this the Hokage let out a sigh of relief fearing that the green light would harm Naruto but from what Naruto said it would appear to be the opposite.
"Everything is ok Naruto, I was just alarmed when I saw the light coming off of you, so I had you examined by some doctors who said it was another form of Chakra, one we have next to nothing about"
Naruto hearing this had a small smile on his face.
"So no one has ever had the same thing happen to them"
"No, it would appear you are the first"
Naruto's smile got even bigger before it dropped as he began to think of the villagers.
"Naruto what's wrong" The hokage asked.
"The villagers when they find out about this they will see as more of a demon or a monster"
"People fear what they do not understand Naruto, it is our nature and only time and you can help them understand so that they no longer fear it"
The Hokage said as Naruto was inspired by his words.
Following this discussion Naruto becames determined to master this 'Light'
Orbit.
Green Lantern Satellite.
In High Orbit stood the Lantern Satellite that was manned by a single Lantern at all times currently is was being run by Kilowog who was using his time at the Satellite as a holiday from training new recruits, as since the construction of the Satellite there had been now sightings of the lost Lantern Battery, but that wasn't the only reason the Satellite was built, it was built to research and study this 'Energy' or as the locals call it 'Chakra'.
"Lantern Kilowog reporting in... Our sensors just detected a hint of the missing battery however due to the Planet's 'Chakra' the sensors have been unable to locate it's exact location, will need time to properly locate it but only if there is a large burst of it... I could find more quickly by going down to the planet and finding where Greledo was killed, however the Guardians have decided against it till we learn more about this world and it's inhabitants (screen blinking) Just received an update... just got new orders... I have just reassigned to this station to study this world, the inhabitants and how they use Chakra mainly due to my status as a Genetic Scientist before join the Lanterns"
A heavy sigh can be heard around the station.
"Well there goes my holidays"
