Hokage Building.
'Ok Hiruzen let's see what you are planning to tell the Council'
This was the first thought that came from Jack now known as Naruto who was in the arms of Hiruzen being carried towards a large room with the doors open, numerous shouting can be heard from the room as people are looking for answers, as he entered the room carrying Naruto the room was silent.
'Ok... looks like a council of sorts, civilian looking people on one side and shinobi on the other and... it looks like the 3 Sannin are here as well, wait may mistake there's Jiraiya and what looks like Orochimaru sister is here...'
Hiruzen walked towards them.
"Orochimaru take him"
Hiruzen said as Naruto was shocked to hear that as Orochimaru took hold of Naruto.
'HOLY SHIT... that's Orochimaru, damn she's hot'

"Sensei what happened to Kushina and Minato" She said as Jiraiya came over to see Naruto.
"I'm afraid that they both perished" Gasps of shock can be heard all around the room as the every heard the news for a minute before someone asked a question.
"What happened to the fox Hiruzen and why did you bring an infant into this meeting" Came the voice of Danzo who walked into the room with his cain.
"Minato performed a forbidden sealing ritual to seal the fox away" Hiruzen said as he looked at Orochimaru who looked at Narutos stomach and saw the seal.
"That's the Demon Reaper Seal... Minato must've used Naruto to seal the fox into becoming it's Jinchurriki"
As soon as Jiraiya said that the room was in an uproar with the civilains calling for Naruto's death.
'Shit... this aint good, why the hell did you bring me here, couldn't you've have brought me to a hospital instead old man WOAH WOAH WHAT IS THAT FEELING'
A wave of Killing Intent was unleashed across the entire room silencing the shouts, the source of the Killing Intent was from Orochimaru.
"OROCHIMARU STOP" Hiruzen said as the wave stopped immediately.
"Say anything else that involves the killing of this child and you will die first" The entire room was quiet for a minute.
"I know you are all worried, afraid, scared... so let me put your minds at ease, the fox cannot escape it's prison, the seal put in place by Minato your Hokage is the strongest there is and Naruto is the Prison and most definitely NOT the prisoner... if Naruto were to die (Looks at Orochimaru who looked pissed) if Naruto were to die then the Fox will be unleashed... do you understand"
All Shinobi in the room nodded there heads in understanding while the Civilians looked at each with concern before nodding.
"Hiruzen give me the child, I'll train the infant to be a loyal weapon for Konoha"
"Denied Danzo... infact I've decided to retake my post as Hokage and as such the secret regarding Naruto is to made an S Class secret punishable by death, and as for Naruto (Heavy Sigh) he will be placed in the Orphange"
"WHAT" Orochimaru shouted in shock casuing Naruto to cry out a bit before she gently rocked him to calm him down.
"Sensei what are you talking about, why can't me and Jiraiya take care of him we are his God parents after all"
'Wait what' Naruto was in shock at hearing that Orochimaru was his Godmother.
"I'm Sorry Orochimaru I know that Kushina made you Naruto's Godmother as she was your student and Jiraiya is his Godfather by his student Minato, but if the other nations were to findout that you two are raising him they would know who his parents are and would most likey go after him for revenge"
Hiruzen as he came over to her to take Naruto but Orochimaru took a step back as she looked at Naruto's violet eyes that looked back at him.
'Huh... I wonder if being her Godson would actually make her a better person' Naruto thought to himself as he saw those golden eys begin to water up as Hiruzen took Naruto off her.
"Please... don't do this Sensei" Orochimaru took a step towards Naruto only for Jiraiya to put his hand on her shoulder stopping her.
"I'm sorry but it must be so" He said as he walked out of the room as tears began to fall down her face.
'Better pray to Kami old man that my secret remains a secret... oh what am I saying it's not'
5 years later.
Outside the Orphange.
The years at the Orphange was not kind to Naruto, his secret as the Jinchurriki of the 9 tails spread like wildfire and after two months the caretakers would place Naruto in a seperate room with no windows and would barely feed him and change him, but that only last a week once Orochimaru found out and nearly killed them only being stopped by a team of Anbu led by the Hokage.
The Hokage threatened the caretakers that if they do something like this again they will be replaced and no one will know where they went, getting the message the caretakers began to treat Naruto much better however over the years they would tell the other kids that he was a demon, this made the other kids fearful of him and kept there distance from him until he turned 5.
"Here's the demon Hokage" The caretaker said as she pushed Naruto forcefully out the door and landed on the ground next to the Hokage and Orochimaru who glared daggers at her.
"Screw you bitch" Was Naruto's response as he got himself up before noticing the Hokage who looked at him.
"aaaaaa hi there Hokage" He said with a sheepish smile before noticing Orochimaru who was smiling at him.
The Hokage took a moment before responding as it was the first time that Naruto saw him, he wasn't surprised that Naruto knew him as he warned the caretakers to not sabotage Naruto's Education while he was there he was thankful that they showed the kids pictures of him and who he was, he just wished that the other kids would've gotten to know Naruto but it would seem that would never happen as they saw him as nothing more than a demon, after a moment of silence he showed a smile at Naruto who smiled back.
"Hello there, aren't you adorable" She said as she went on her knees and swiped away any dirt on Naruto before ruffling his long red hair, while Naruto looked at her with a smile.
"Let's get you a hair cut before we take you to your new home" She said as she stood up and offered her hand to Naruto who accepted it.
"Thank you"
'She's so nice, maybe she won't become like the other Orochimaru'
Naruto's Apartment.
'Ok it's official I got mom's violet eye's, guess that means I'm more Uzumaki than Namikaze, but still... I should probably cut my own hair from now, that barber was scared for his life, but then again the hokage and Orochimaru were giving him murderous looks when I enter the hair dresser'
Naruto thought to himself as he ran his hand through his new crew cut hair style, as they made there way up the stairs to Naruto's Apartment.
"Here we are Naruto" The Hokage said as he opened the door letting Naruto into his new home.
'Huh looks like I'm on the top floor, nice balcony... downside it's in the Red light District, but still it's nice'
Just as Naruto was about to speak they heard moaning coming from downstairs.
"Yes mommy spank me harder"
"YOU'LL SPEAK ONLY WHEN I TELL YOU TO SPEAK, YOU FITHY WORM"
Everyone in the room was quiet for a moment except for the Hokage who's face was red with embarrasement as Orochimaru looked at him with a murderous gaze before he went quickly to a wall and placed his finger on the wall, the moment his finger touched it seals spread across the whole of the Apartment silencing the moans from down below.
"WOAH WHAT WAS THAT" Naruto quickly rushed over to the Hokage with stars in his eyes geting a small laugh from him.
"That was seals my boy"
"Can you teach me"
Another laugh was heard this time from Orochimaru who kneeled before Naruto.
"Learning the seals takes time, but first you must learn Chakra and have experience with it"
"Chaka, Chakra... oh like those people with the masks and head things yeah"
Naruto said getting chuckles from the adults.
"There called Shinobi Naruto and there is a place where you can learn to be one"
Orochimaru sees Naruto getting excited but she puts a finger to his lips.
"There's an Academy that trains people so that can be become Shinobi but you'll have to wait till your 6 before that happens"
"Till I'm 6... that will be in a year yes"
"That's right, in the meanwhile you get yourself adjusted to the village... but (Looks at Hiruzen who was red face again) stay away from the other rooms in the building ok" She said getting a nod from Naruto.
"Good... there's food in the cupboards and the fridge, there's also some books in your room so you can read and someone will come by everyday to keep an eye on you, and the Hokage will come by every week to give your allowance"
See's Naruto face drop a bit.
"Don't worry I'll come by as well, and even the Hokage too... just promise to stay inside when it's dark ok"
Naruto hearing this gave Orochimaru a nod before hugging her that she returned back before letting go and giving a small peck on his forehead.
"We need to go now here's the key to your Apartment and be good"
Hokage said getting a nod from Naruto as they left him be, as soon as they left the apartment they heard the moans again only this time it was coming from other rooms as well.
"Why did you get him this place sensei this entire building is a BROTHEL" Orochimaru shaking the Hokage like a woman possessed.
"IT WAS THE ONLY PLACE THAT WAS CHEAP AND THE ONLY PLACE THAT IS ON THE UCHIHA POLICE PATROL ROUTE, I DID IT TO KEEP HIM SAFE"
Orochimaru let him go but still gave him a murderous look.
"Did you know it was a Brothel"
"Only when I got the key this morning before I got the shopping, when i asked the landlord about it he said it is an Apartment but the other residents pay him extra so that they can do there 'Business'"
Orochimaru got a tick mark before she went to strangle the Hokage again who put his hands up in defence.
"I SWEAR IN ADVANCE IF I KNEW WHAT IT WAS I WOULDN'T HAVE PLACED NARUTO HEAR I SWEAR"
"Better pray to Kami that Naruto doesn't end a pervert like you or worse like Jiraiya... speaking of which where is he, he's negecting his duties as Naruto's godfather"
Taking a deep breath he let out a heavy sigh.
"He's been busy trying to to find Tsunade and setting up his spy network, so he won't be in Konoha for a while"
Orochimaru was not happy to hear that.
"You better assign a Anbu to watch him just in case"
"I already took care of that... Naruto was quite surprised to see his reflection in the mirror at the barber's shop"
"Not surprising since his caretakers only gave some education and the length of his hair told me they stopped cutting his hair a while back"
A small smile appeared on her face.
"He did enjoy his crew cut though"
"Yes it would appear that maybe the style he prefers but time will tell"
"Hopefully with his own Apartment he may enjoy the freedom the caretakers took form him"
"Come on then we've still got things to do, how's your new team doing"
"There doing fine tehy should be ready for the Chunin exams next month"
"Good to hear, hopefully they make enough of impressions to be promoted, we're still recovering from the 9 tails attack"
"I can still tell from the amount of paperwork that is stlll on your desk, you realy need to start doing it"
"Yes mommy, tell me what to do mmmmm"
Hiruzen turned around with a serious face to see Orochimaru trying to suppress a giggle after hearing that.
"I need find Naruto a better Apartment, but in the meanwhile let's get going"
