Summary: On arriving on a beleaguered plant, the Doctor finds himself taken in for questioning.

"I can see right through you."

"Really?" The Doctor looked down at himself. "That's funny, because I can't. That's probably a good thing though. No one should be able to see their own insides. Fascinating, but a bit icky."

"Are you on drugs?"

"No. should I be? I only just got here, not too sure on the local customs."

The official frowned; he seemed to be losing control of the interrogation.

"I know your kind. You're a troublemaker."

"Ah, now there you're wrong. I don't make trouble, I stop it. Now, why don't you tell me everything that's been happening?"
