Hazy Rickaby is the daughter of Rocky Rickaby and Marley Dash.
Appearance:
Hazy bears a striking resemblance to her mother, having dark brown and white fur and bright blue eyes. She normally wears a white shirt with a brown vest, blue pants, and black boots and an orange calcite necklace around her neck. She may also wear a light brown jacket.
Childhood:
Hazy was born December 25, 1929. As a baby, Marley had the strongest connection with Hazy, often getting up in the middle of the night just to see her infant daughter. Hazy and her family lived in Rocky's car before being offered to stay in the cellar of the McMurray home. Like her mother, Hazy exhibited the same behavior her mother had when he was younger. Hazy started school when she was 6. For the first few weeks, she was normal and enjoyed learning. However, Hazy had a psycho side.
She helped her siblings glue pancakes to the walls of her classroom, bringing dead insects to class to show her classmates and teacher, and even hugging classmates, all of which she said was for scientific analysis. Hazy witnesses the fight between her brother, Ace and a bully but was too scared to intervene. She found it amusing when Misty smashed a hornet's nest on the bully's head but was saddened when Misty was expelled due to her actions.
Hazy does her best to help Misty in her time of depression. She even steals a large amount of candy from a nearby candy store to cheer her up. Hazy tells her parents she would quit school to be with her sister, much to their dismay but are happy to see Hazy cares for her sister. Hazy becomes worried when she learns Misty will be schooled by Mordecai and Jenni, knowing the former's nature. Rocky agrees to pull both Hazy and Ace out of school to be homeschooled by him as well, only for them to make sure Misty was safe around him.
Hazy develops a close bond with Mordecai's youngest daughter, Ash, enjoying playing tea parties with her and playing with each other's toys. Hazy's destructive side diminished as she got older, but she still had a psycho-like personality, such as enjoying Misty beating up and smashing a hornet's nest on the head of a bully and enjoying the violent stories Misty tells about the gods and goddesses she's heard of.
Time at Lackadaisy:
When she turned 15, Hazy is allowed to work as a waitress at Lackadaisy. Hazy takes a disliking toward the smell of the booze, leading Mitzi and Zib to put her with the band. At first, Hazy was terrified of singing on stage but gained courage when her friends offered to perform with her. Hazy grows to become an impressive singer and poet writer.
Personality:
Like her father, Hazy is jaunty, humorous, happy-go-lucky, and has an ecstatic personality. However, Hazy is a good-natured individual and has a very strict environmental policy as shown getting angry whenever someone litters. Hazy also loves trees and animals as she convinces her great aunt Nina to grow a garden so she could study animals that pollinate flowers. Hazy also appears to like orderliness and hates being messy and always looks her best (A possible result of being tutored by Mordecai).
Hazy never complains and loves all of her family and friends. She loves her cousin, Dottie the most, playing dress up with her and having tea parties. Hazy also has a close friendship with Ash Heller. Hazy loves wearing extravagant clothes and dresses. Hazy tends to ignore the physical appearances of other people, showing no fear in approaching or talking to Viktor or Mordecai. Hazy appears to share the same dislike for Wick due to him blowing up holes in the Earth to build quarries.
Hazy has a likeness for violence and blood (mostly in a joking matter). She is also tough and not easily frightened as shown when Viktor growls at Dottie for trying to take a glass of whiskey to try it, Hazy comes to her defense, pulls her away, and tries diffusing the situation by saying Viktor is funny. Hazy has a disliking for alcohol as shown pushing away the glass of alcohol Dottie was trying to drink, with her tail. She also shows a disliking towards smoke as she is seen dramatically coughing and hacking when Zib accidentally blows a puff of smoke her way.
Abilities:
Hazy is highly skilled in mathematics and literature. She isn't good with many weapons but is an excellent in hand-to-hand combat due to training with Jenni in martial arts. She's also a good performer and has no problem performing in front of large crowds as long as someone is with her.

Hazy's full name is Hazy Dash Rickaby, getting her middle name from her mother's maiden name.
