More than a year after Rapunzel and Orion left Corona for separate journeys. Both the Princess of Corona and the Maverick have returned with new friends. Nee challenges to face. Worlds to see. A Kingdom to defend. All the while preparing for the biggest challenge they'll ever face that is soon to come. (A sequel to The Princess And The Maverick: What If?)

2. Rapunzel's Return

WE'RE BACK FOLKS! 🎉🎉🎉

And just as a reminder for folks who missed it. This will take place during the middle of the pilot episode of Tangled Season 3.

"I thought it was called Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure." Orion inquired.

They changed it? Huh…..I guess I forgot.

Anyway…. I have to remind everyone, don't forget to vote which voice actor you want for when Buzz Lightyear shows up in this story. That's Space Ranger Buzz and not toy Buzz. 😉

"And he'll be more inspired after the nostalgic tv show, but he'll look like his average movie." Orion reminded.

Exactly. Also I've copied and pasted all my stories to a Wattpad user account under the same name as this one. I did that after hearing a rumor that they were going to shut down fanfiction-dot-net. But thankfully I have a back up on Wattpad now. 👍😁

Also as a second reminder. Yozora looks the same way from Kingdom Hearts III with the same voice actor. But his armored form called Verum Rex is designed after the Arkham Knight's armor but silver instead of black.

"We mean the Arkham Knight's suit. Not Batman's suit in case that wasn't clear." Orion echoed.

And Verum Rex is voiced by Jake Foushee from Transformers War For Cybertron. You'll see why. 😉

But first let's answer some comments.

SPYRO 101: Thanks pal! Yep it's pretty interesting to have Orion break the fourth wall. And Orion's reaction to the betrayal was based on a joke from the Nostalgia critic when he reacted to the Little Babies Ice cream commercial. Still the fourth wall humor is a perfect way to make him different from the other Mavericks. And thanks again as always for helping me co-write these stories. 👍😁

RustyPete12: Thank you! I'm so glad I delivered well. Yeah those references helped serve a starting purpose. And as for what the Multiverse has in store. And the 'madness' that is to come. You'll have to wait and see. And yes the Ravagers attacking Corona is in accordance with the start of Aiden's sequel as well. And I'm glad to know that the crisis you've endured is over. 👍😁.

Rapunzel's Return.

Over the clouds of Corona…..

After Cassandra's betrayal in the Dark Kingdom formally known as Camelot. Rapunzel and her friends needed a way back home, especially when their mobile house-like caravan crashed much earlier. If only they had Progressive in their universe.

But in any case. Ulf the Mime showed up via an air balloon to follow the rock trail over to Rapunzel's location. He found the Princess and her group before he started to explain why he was there…..Without using his words. But his mime skills. The only one who could somehow seemingly understand him was Shorty. You all remember Shorty right? The drunk mini Santa Clause with the gingivitis and the derp face?

Yeah he understood Ulf enough to tell that his words or his mime signs were saying 'There's trouble in Corona. Invaders from a foreign land! And from the stars! The people of Corona are scared.'

So Rapunzel, along with Eugene, Maximus, Lance, Ulf, and Shorty rode in their balloon high up in their sky. Across every place, town and kingdom they've ever been in and pasted by over their journey that took place for more than a year. Then as they were just crossing the border of their homeland, they looked outwards to the parting clouds to gaze excitedly towards the Kingdom of Corona. They were finally home.

The balloon landed softly in the town square, the group cheering happily.

"Finally!" Eugene cheered as he jumped out of the balloon basket and opened the gate of the basket for the group to disembark. "No offense to any of you people. But we have been together for way too long and I need a break from your faces. Except you of Course Rapunzel!"

Rapunzel let out a big sigh as she and everyone else got out of the balloon. "I can't believe how much I missed home." Rapunzel said, looking about with pure elation at being back. "Home!"

Rapunzel started running down the street, taking in the sights around her.

"Oh, how I've missed everything so much! Oh, I missed the book store!" Rapunzel cheered, running under the book store sign, pushing it as she went, making it move back and forth for a moment.

"Oh, I missed the fountain!" Rapunzel cheered while laying on her stomach on the outer rise of the fountain, with her head resting on her hand as her bare feet joyfully kicked in the air as she splashed the water with her free hand.

A moment later, she was up again, and looked about happily.

"Oh, I missed the sweet shop and the bakery!" Rapunzel cheered as she pulled Eugene along by his hand, now looking at Monty's sweet shop and Attila's bakery. "Yum!"

"You know what I missed about Corona? The People!" Lance said while walking up to the happy couple and he gestured about, which made them all pause as they noticed something off. "In fact, I'm still missing the people."

They looked about, not seeing a single person in sight except themselves. In fact the whole town was empty. Usually this place would have Corona's citizens going about their daily lives while spreading life throughout the kingdom. Now it looked and felt like a ghost town. As if an apocalypse happened this morning. And not the Brad Pit kind.

"Yeah, that's weird." Rapunzel commented before calling out into the streets. "Hello?! Hello?!"

The whole kingdom seemed like it was empty, making Rapunzel's voice echo throughout the streets and even the kingdom itself.

But still, much to Rapunzel and everyone's worry. No one answered. Everyone felt uneasy from the silence as the once active and full of life city of Corona is now quiet and deserted.

"It's kinda spooky." Lance cringed as he hunched forward.

"Hello?!" Eugene called out. "People?! Peeeeeople?!"

"IS ANYBODY HERE?!" Rapunzel called out.

Then suddenly they heard stumbling and clinking noises of what sounded like a bag of broken glass. But then they looked over to see the town shoe maker Feldspar, running out of an alley and stumbling on the ground with a bag of tiny turquoise colored crystals. Feldspar fell face first on the ground and panicked as he gathered up all the fallen pieces to put back on a bag.

"Oh no! Oh dear! Oh Dear!" Feldspar whimpered. "Woe is me, I'll never meet my quota!"

"Feldspar?" Rapunzel looked surprised as she got on her knees in front of Feldspar and picked up one of the crystals, being both curious and concerned.

"Princess! Oh thank goodness you're back!" Feldspar gasped in relief.

"Where is everyone?" Rapunzel asked.

"Oh it's awful! It's just awful! Everyone in Corona is being forced to quarry mining these pesky green minerals!" Feldspar exclaimed, holding some bundles of the crystals up. "Oh oh! I've gotta get this in by nightfall!"

Then Feldspar resumed gathering his fallen crystals as Rapunzel was shocked to hear the state of what her home was in. She had many questions. But she went with the first one that came to her mind to ask the Mime.

"Did you know about this?" Rapunzel asked Ulf.

Ulf nodded sadly as he gestured that Shorty was supposed to translate what he was saying earlier. Everyone looked at Shorty with annoyed scowls.

"Shorty?" Rapunzel scolded.

"What? I thought his story dragged. So I took the artistic license to make some judicious cuts. I stand by that choice." Short slurred with his arms crossed while seated on Fidella the horse.

Fidella just snorted an annoyed huff in response.

"I don't believe it. I'm going to the castle to speak with my father." Rapunzel said with a determined scowl as she was set on getting to the bottom of all of this.

"Well I'm not sure what good that will do. Your father is the one who gave the order." Feldspar revealed.

Much to Rapunzel and everyone's shock as they looked up at the castle. Not believing that her father would enslave her own people to something this cruel.

Down at the castle throne room...

After finding out part of what's happening in the Kingdom. Rapunzel half expected her parents to be held against their will or possibly someone was posing as them. The father Rapunzel knew had past justifiable deviations that needed to be resolved. But the King would ever resort to slave labor over something minimal as crystals.

Inside, Frederic and Arianna sat on their thrones in the throne room as the door opened, with Rapunzel and the others stepping into the throne room, and saw the king and queen. A part of Rapunzel wanted to demand why they were doing this to the kingdom. But she didn't care for a moment. She hadn't seen them for over a year and she missed them terribly.

"Mom! Dad!" Rapunzel exclaimed happily as she ran up to them and pulled Arianna into a hug. "Oh you guys. I missed you so much."

But strangely enough, Frederic and Arianna shared looks with one another, as if confused by Rapunzel's actions.

"Dad!" Rapunzel exclaimed as she hugged Frederic, as he looked down at her, befuddled.

"Young lady, please!" Frederic said down to her, making Rapunzel look up at him, surprised.

"Young lady? Dad, what's going on?" Rapunzel asked, taking a few steps back as Eugene, Lance, Maximus, Ulf, and Shorty stepped up behind her.

"Ooh, this is awkward." Lance muttered to the group.

Meanwhile, Rapunzel's gaze caught sight of a strange medallion Frederic was wearing, but was not the symbol of Corona. The medallion had a swirl and loop of something that resembled something anonymous. You could say it's a tree or an ocean or…Ugh just go watch the episode and see for yourself. It's hard to explain the details.

"That medallion, it's, it's-" Rapunzel started only to be interrupted.

"Saporian!" A voice said, making everyone turn to the entrance of the throne room to see Andrew of the Separatists of Saporian. "Good to see you again." Andrew added as he and a group came in from the door.

With him was a short woman with pink ponytails and buck teeth, named Clementine (Not to be confused with the Walking dead). And a regular gentleman with a white hair and a grey-ish tux with a matching top hat named Juniper. A large guy with tattoos and a beard named Kai. And a dark skin woman with curly dreadlocks named Maisie.

All of whom none of Rapunzel's group remembers or probably haven't seen before. Except for Andrew. But some of them can't remember precisely who he is.

Or in Eugene's words.

"I'm gonna be completely honest that I remember you, but I don't remember you. Does that make sense?" Eugene humorously inquired.

"It's me. Andrew." Andrew declared. "I nearly single handedly felled Corona."

Everyone in the room either shrugged in confusion or was quiet. They've had a lot of enemies that some of the unimportant ones slip their minds. Andrew is one of the unimportant ones.

"I took you for a ride in a hot air balloon." Andrew rolled his eyes as he reminded them.

"Oh, 'less-attractive-than-me' guy with the man bun!" Eugene said sarcastically, making the others in the group chuckle briefly before Eugene got serious again. "Yes, I remember you now!"

"I've taken over Corona, or as we now refer to it..." Andrew said as he and his team of villains stepped into the throne room, Andrew drawing his sword. "New Saporia!"

Long live New Saporia!" The villains behind him cheered, their own weapons drawn.

As determined as these people were. Eugene couldn't take them seriously. Especially since he and the group took down Lash the last time they were here. Sure they did it with help, but that still counts.

"I'm sorry, but you, man bun guy, and your flower children took over Corona?" Eugene chuckled as he drew his own sword. "Well, this'll only take a minute-"

*LASER BLAST!*

Just then, a laser shot right near his feet, making him pause in surprise and shock.

"Eugene!" Rapunzel yelled as she ran over to check on him and see that he's okay.

"That's far enough Tarren!" They heard someone say.

Eugene and Rapunzel looked over to see someone walk over next to them. As they saw the windows break open and many different ugly or normal-ish looking aliens in red leather jackets came down from zip lines or jumped down as they all began ululating and laughing like maniacs as they jumped around and surrounded Rapunzel and her group acting like a bunch of pirates.

Then their leader stepped up. The one who fired the shot from a pistol. A laser pistol.

Taserface. And the Ravagers.

And the entire time. The King and Queen seemed oblivious of the whole event. Rapunzel looked back at them with both a confused and heartbroken expression. But those questions of hers will have to wait for later.

"Oh we didn't do this alone Pal. Say hello to our new consultants from the stars itself." Andrew smirked as he gestured to Taserface. "And their captain."

"Eghh..." Lance looked grossed out.

"Uh...Wow! Hey there!...Whatever your name is! Uh...You got something on your face...Or is that really your face?" Eugene cringed seeing Taserface.

Rapunzel cringed as well before shaking it off and glaring at them. "Who are you people?!" She demanded

"Psst! It's best to wait for our prisoner." A guy Kraglin whispered from the group as he looked sinister and excited.

Rapunzel looked confused.

"Prisoner?" Lance inquired.

"HEY! HANDS OFF THE MERCHANDISE FLARK-BAG! WHEN I GET OUTTA THESE CUFFS I'M GONNA CHEW YOUR FACE OFF AND SHIT ON YOUR MOTHER'S FACE!" Someone screamed from the halls

While everyone in Rapunzel's group looked over and the King and Queen acted oblivious. Then a big red muscular cyclop Ravager dragged in a prisoner restrained to a chair.

Which happened to be Rocket, wearing an orange tech uniform and a pair of advanced handmade goggles above his eyes.

He was strapped to a chair with energy restraints keeping him tied down as he growled at the Ravagers. Then he raised his eyebrow at Rapunzel and her group. As he stopped growling. And they weren't sure how to react to seeing a racoon talk.

"And I'm guessing you're all the public press of this town?" Rocket inquired

"Um... Dude, is it just me, or did that raccoon just call us press? Do we even look like we're pressed, we're either muscular or nimble" Lance queried Eugene, who was shocked at the sight.

"So now there are talking racoons. That's a thing now." Eugene said with a nonchalant shrug, having gotten used to all the craziness.

Maximus just looked at the racoon before shrugging, Ulf and Shorty acting like nothing's happened.

"A talking racoon?" Rapunzel said before looking at the ravagers with a glare. "Why is he restrained like this?"

"You don't know?!" An orange skinned bald Ravagers in the group asked.

"Don't mind me Sweetheart. The name's Rocket. Bona fide genius and wizard with explosives. AKA. Definitely not a raccoon." Racoon smirked and warned on the last part.

Hinting he doesn't like being called a Racoon.

"Oh... Um, my apologies, Mr. Rocket." Rapunzel said with a slight nod of her head.

"All good, and... just Rocket is fine." Rocket shrugged and looked at Taserface nonchalant like. "You were saying?"

Tazerface just glared and growled.

"Men! We have had a long, uneasy year of unit pinching successes. With little to no scores that were big enough to satisfy our potential. Our faction was weak, because of the code we were bound to follow. And now that we have cut ourselves away from the other factions. You have seen how strong it has made us! And how easy it is! For even a weak planet like this can fall, compared to our might. And how easy it is for us! To bring down! Even this planet's lowest warriors!" Taserface gave his speech.

"Lowest?!..." Rocket growled in offense.

"We have the means! To bring the Ravagers to glory!" Taserface went on earning a small cheer from his crew. Then he turned to Rapunzel's group. "And as for you..."

"This isn't the part where you give us a cavity search is it? Because I think you've found enough." Eugene mocked Taserface's ugly teeth.

But the Ravager Captainignored Eugene's joke and continued.

"While as our hostages. Unless you want your death to be painful. You will show respect." Taserface growled at them, as he stood in the middle of the room looking at both prisoners. "You will both know to tremble! And salute! Before the Ravagers, and their great captain! TASERFACE!"

All of his men cheered loudly around the captain. And as Taserface relished in his glory, their revelry faded before the sound of hysterical laughter.

Taserface looked down at Rocket who was laughing hard.

"Ah hahahahah haha! Oh my G- Give me a second! I'm Sorry. I mean I don't know where that speech or introduction came from. But your name, is… is Taserface?" Rocket asked while he was still laughing.

"That's right." Taserface answered.

"Do you….Shoot tasers out of your face?" Rocket inquired.

"IT's METAPHORICAL!" Taserface pumped his fists in the air. Earning another cheer from all of his men, once they were done cheering…

"Wow. And I thought Andrew and his flower club were sad. This is just depressing." Eugene muttered to Lance.

"Criminal help just ain't what it used to be." Lance muttered back.

"For What?" Rocket responded.

"For. It is a name, that strikes fear! Into the hearts, of anyone that hears it!" Taserface said proudly.

But instead of cheering, everyone just shrugged and murmured about how 'okay' it sounds.

"Okay. Whatever keeps the spirit and blood flowing. Or in your case, boiling." Rocket snickered.

Taserface pointed a dagger at him. "You shut up. You're next." He threatened Rocket who was holding back his laughter.

Then Tazerface turned to Andrew.

"And you. Separatist! You have less than six hours to deliver the minerals to us." Tazerface reminded Andrew of his deal.

"Understood, no problem at all. And in return?" Andrew smirked and reminded him.

"A deals a deal. The tech will be delivered. And we'll help you take down that clown in red with the keyblades." Tazerface growled.

When the group heard this, they all gasped in shock, especially Rapunzel. All of them knew who Tazerface was referring to.

"Orion..." Rapunzel whispered, worried about her little brother, now knowing what this was about. This wasn't just a plan to take over Corona, but to take out Orion.

"From what I've seen. He's difficult to bring down." Clementine stated in Andrew's group.

"He hasn't met us yet." Taserface growled

"Achem?! Hi. We're right here. What about us?" Eugene cleared his throat sarcastically.

"They're talking like we're not even here." Lance snorted.

"Fine. As for you, Princess." Taserface started as he approached Rapunzel who had a glare at him while he pointed a knife at her face, but Rapunzel didn't look scared as her glare was kept. "You'll watch. As this town will become-"

Rocket's stifled laughs and snickering got louder and louder until it interrupted him.

"WHAT?" Taserface yelled, getting annoyed.

Rocket wheezed through his nose as he laughed a little.

"I'm sorry. I am so, sorry! I just keep imagining you waking up in the morning and lookin in the mirror sayin to yourself." Rocket then imitated Taserface's voice. "You know what would be a really kickass name? TASERFACE! HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Most of his crew were snickering and trying not to laugh.

" That's how I hear it inside my head!" Rocket was kicking in his seat laughing. "What was your second choice?! Scrotum hat!?"

Then everyone burst out laughing hard and loud. "BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!" Eugene and Lance laughed historically as well. Even Rapunzel couldn't help but break into a hard laugh with them.

Angered by his intelligence being insulted, Taserface approached Rocket. Pressing his knife to the Space Raccoon's throat.

"New plan. We're killing you first!" Taserface snarled.

Rocket just shrugged, having absolutely no ounce of fear.

"Well if you could, dying is a lot better than having to live an entire life as a moronic shit bag who thinks 'Taserface' is a cool name." Rocket insulted. "But you won't."

"Why is that?" Taserface spat.

"Look behind you." Rocket said, looking behind him.

The Ravagers looked behind them to see something tall fall from one of the broken windows. Something...Wooden. Rapunzel's face lit up when she recognized this gentle giant tree. Groot! He landed on his feet and used his giant wooden hands to knock several Ravagers' aside. And he even knocked Andrew and his group aside. Then he he stood tall and glared at the enemies.

"I AM...GROOOOOOOOOOOT!" Groot roared over the Ravagers as he revealed himself.

"Groot!" Rapunzel exclaimed happily, seeing one of their friends, especially since if Groot was here, you know who isn't that far behind, and everyone in her group knew it too.

"Man, I never thought I'd be so happy to see that walking tree!" Eugene exclaimed happily.

"That makes two of us, man!" Lance commented.

Meanwhile, Frederic and Arianna were both still confused about what was going on.

"Guys! Let's send these Saporians back where they came from!" Rapunzel declared as she let her hair loose and everyone stood ready for a fight. Even Pascal founded his fist as he was ready to bring it too.

"I thought you might say that." Andrew got back up and smirked with the others as they held up their weapons. "Seporians!"

"RAVAGERS! ATTACK!" Taserface got back up and roared.

"Raaah!" Rapunzel yelled as she ran over with her vibranium frying pan only for Andrew to toss a small metal bomb.

***Puff!***

Which caused a thick purple favor to emit and spread around the place for a few seconds to stop Rapunzel in her tracks.

"Oh! They got the alchemy!" Lance exclaimed in shock.

"Not alchemy, Heavy Duty! Bombs from a Ravager armory! NOW IS SOMEONE GONNA UNTIE ME OR WHAT?!" Rocket bellowed as he shook around in the chair he was bound to.

"Sheesh for a little furry above seventh wonder, you sure are grouchy!" Eugene mused as he ran over and cut the ropes off.

Rocket didn't answer as he hopped off the chair and ran on all fours towards the fight.

Then Maximus the horse neighed and reeled back as he charged at the Separatists with Shorty still on his back. But Masie tossed a force field grenade which puffed in front of Max. Causing him to float off the ground and halt. Only for Shorty to get sent into the air from the sudden stop. As Shorty was flung in the air, Rapunzel was being held back by Kai who held his sword up to her. But then Shorty was flung over Kai and Shorty used his teeth to catch the sword.

"Thank you!" Shorty slurred as he took it out of Kai's hands. Making him gawk.

Then Rapunzel flung a strand of hair to bind around Kai and flung him yelling into a large flower pot. Which made Eugene smile seeing his girlfriend in action.

Groot was busy keeping the Ravagers' attention as he summoned some wood from the flower pots to not only block the Ravagers from getting to Rapunzel's group. But also to seperate them from aiding the Saporian Separatists. Then Rocket hopped over the branches and clawed at a yellow Ravagers's face making the Ravager scream in pain as he dropped his gun. But then Rocket caught the gun and climbed on top of Groot to fire at the Ravagers while they both roared thrillingly.

Meanwhile Eugene was clashing his sword with Andrew's as they were in a duel. And Andrew found it in him to gloat about something.

"I have to admit. I'm relieved that I have to fight you and not Cassie. Where is my old flame anyway?" Andrew teased as he was bushing Eugene back who was blocking his sword.

"Sensitive subject." Eugene quipped as he pushed back and jumped over a slash before clashing swords with him some more.

Meanwhile Lance was running to fight with Juniper. Ulf the mind was doing…..Whatever with Clementine who just stood there looking confused by his mime performance. And Max was still floating in the air. The only Ravager Rapunzel was up against was Taserface.

"Prepare to die." Taserface growled as he pointed his pistol at Rapunzel.

"Bring it." Rapunzel glared back as she stood in defense with her Frying pan and a strand of her hair like a shield.

Taserface tried shooting at her. But Rapunzel's indestructible hair blocked his shots while she tossed Pascal at Taserface, who waved and pasted the shots while doing tricks. Taserface then shot the frying pan out of Rapunzel's hand making her stagger. But before Taserface could shoot her….

***Tongue snap!***

"Gah!" Taserface yelped as Pascal snapped his tongue into his ear. "Why you-" He tried to snatch Pascal but the little chameleon crawled around his jacket.

Meanwhile everyone else was still fighting as Groot and Rocket managed to take down over twenty Ravagers. And Ulf was still mimicking a sword while Clementine looked exasperated and shrugged.

Soon Andrew knocked Eugene's sword out of his hands and Lance quickly ran in to help Eugene by blocking Andrew's sword with his own. After clashing a few times, Andrew kicked Lance back.

"So. You wanna play rough, huh?" Andrew smirked as he let loose his hair ties around his hair bun, showing how long his hair was. About shoulder length as it waved around majestically. And he smirked and blew a mocking kiss.

Which made Eugene and Lance gawk at the sight.

"So…..Much….Volume." Eugene breathed.

"Look at that sheen." Lance added.

Then Andrew tossed a rope trap which Lance cut in two and the fight resumed.

Pascal was still crawling around Taserface who struggled to catch him. Only for Pascal to grab a grenade. Rapunzel was looking around the throne room frantically for her frying pan. The one Orion made for her out of vibranium. But it was nowhere to be seen after Taserface shot it out of her hands. But Rapunzel sighed as she gave up, because that wasn't important right now. She ran over and was about to help Pascal.

But Pascal tossed a grenade at Max who was still floating. Only for it to puff more purple gas. But it bounced Max against the left wall of the throne room. Knocking it down. Then it busted open a large hole before Max was freed as the forcefield shattered.

Soon more Ravagers were running into the room. Too many for Groot and Rocket to stop as the raccoon and tree ran over the branches blocking the Ravagers path. But the Ravagers began to shoot down and shatter all of the branches.

Rapunzel's group were being pushed back against the hole by the separatists. But Groot knocked them back with a wipe of his wooden arms extending for a moment. Then Groot grabbed everyone except Max as he jumped out of the hole with everyone shouting. Max took the hint and jumped out with Groot. Groot landed on the ground and placed everyone down.

"Quick! Follow Us!" Rocket yelled as he ran off with Groot.

They Took the hint and didn't waste time. As everyone managed to escape before the Ravager reinforcements came in. Rapunzel's group. Rocket Groot ran past a few buildings as Max paired up with Fidella waited outside and followed them. With Ulf and Shorty now riding them.

Escaping into the city...

Once they made it to the empty alley near a secret tunnel entrance to the underground castle channels. Rapunzel recognized the area as she was glad to see the Ravagers hadn't found it yet. Then as everyone was catching their breaths. Groot turned and smiled at Rapunzel.

"I am Groot." Groot offered a hug to Rapunzel first.

"Oh Groot." Rapunzel beamed with misty eyes before accepting the embrace, hugging back as hard as she could. "I'm so happy to see you again."

Groot hugged back as he lifted her off her bare feet for a few seconds before he sat her down and gave her a concerned look.

"I am Groot." Groot revealed that they've all heard about what happened to Cass.

"Oh that? Awe don't worry. It's all just an inch yesterday. So where's Ryan? Is he around too?" Rapunzel said optimistically which concerned Groot.

But the big tree decided not to press the subject about Cassandra and answer her question.

"I am Groot. I am Groot. I am…. Groot." Groot told her. Translated: "Ryan is fine. He's dealing with a secret mission to stop the Ravagers. While Rocket and I did some recon at the castle. But Rocket got caught and…..you saw what happened next."

"Secret mission? What secret mission?" Rapunzel asked, looking concerned about Orion.

"He didn't say. Forge and his ego gets on your nerves but it's effective so I don't complain." Rocket answered for Groot. "Also he told us all about you Humies. And he especially wouldn't shut up about you, Princess." Rocket remarked looking at Rapunzel. "And also your whole 'shoes suck' deal. The feeling is mutual. They never make em my size anyway."

"Oh. Um….Thanks. I guess this means you're a part of Ryan's team now?" Rapunzel asked with a smile.

"Meh. Pretty much. Against my not-so-bitter-judgement I joined him and his motley crew, since he pays the big units for me and my gun's services." Rocket said with a shrug.

"Units?" Rapunzel asked, confused. "What are units? Some kind of currency or something?"

"No. Units are vanilla Kree cookies. Yes, it's currency!" Rocket exclaimed. And held his hand up before he calmed himself and added. "You may not have gotten the memo yet. But your brother. He's the CEO of MultiCorp, a large corporate empire spreading across multiple sectors, universes, yadayada. Basically Forge is the third richest person in the entire multiverse."

"Really?! Wow." Rapunzel said with awe as a smile graced her lips. "Looks like he's become even more of a big success than when I last saw him. All while being a hero."

"Glad you're impressed and sparkling about it. But for now, follow me and watch for the traps, my tail almost found them the hard way." Rocket gestured for them to follow him and Groot down the underground tunnel.

Rapunzel and Eugene looked at each other while they both shrugged and decided to follow the Racoon and tree down the tunnel.

"Hey look. Has anyone noticed the kitty is talking?" Shorty slurred while riding Fidella.

"What a kitty?" Rocket inquired.

"Don't ask." Eugene deadpanned.

Later at the end of the tunnel. In the Mav Club...

As soon as Rocket typed in the back door codes provided by Orion. The large steel door shifted open as everyone stepped inside and the door sealed itself to keep anyone from outside from getting inside.

Rapunzel and everyone got a good look inside to recognize it as the hanger wing of the Mav Club. The Maverick's secret hideout.

Then suddenly. They saw someone approach them as he landed from the ceiling. Someone tall and badass. Someone they didn't recognize.

This person was tall, a bit taller than Lance's height, he wore silver armor with pointy ears on the sides of his head, pointing up like horns. On his torso was an x formed by glowing blue circles. On his belt was a holster for a big gun-like weapon. On his chest was a V emblem. This was Verum Rex, AKA, Yozora.

Rapunzel was still and in awe while curious as she wondered who he was.

"Are you Princess Rapunzel of Corona? Adopt brother of the Maverick?" Verum Rex asked Rapunzel in a deep metallic voice.

"An echoy voice with an echo. Nice." Eugene muttered quietly.

"Yes?" Rapunzel answered carefully.

"My name is Verum Rex. You already know our group as the Guardians of the Unknown, given by your father, as you already know. But everyone calls me, Yozora." Verum Rex stated before he shifted back into Yozora.

Yozura was a young man, about the same age as Orion, maybe a year older. He was tanned slightly and had short and spiky silver hair and his eyes were different colors, with his left eye being red and his right eye being blue. He wore a black t-shirt underneath a black short sleeve jacket with checkered designs on the inside. He wore black pants that went down to half his shin with the bottom parts having checkered designs as well. He also wore black combat boots and black fingerless gloves.

Rapunzel's eyes widened in surprise.

"You're Yozora?" Rapunzel said with surprise before a small smile graced her lips. "I heard you were in a deep sleep before my brother went out to find you."

"I was. But I woke up the hour Orion arrived. And we joined forces to bring down Syndicate XIII." Yozora answered.

"Syndicate XIII?" Rapunzel asked, never having heard of them before. "Who are they?"

"They were a group of non-existent beings called Nobodies. They were the result of what happens when a person becomes a Heartless. The Syndicate were a group of much smarter Nobodies to lead the lesser of their kind. They tried to create a new Kingdom Hearts in order to exist. But that would've wiped out the Multiverse as we know it." Yozora answered looking back at the events that took place. "Orion. The Guardians and I. We all stopped them."

"Ahyuck! We did too." Goofy chuckled as he walked in.

"Oh boy." Rocket rolled his eyes when Goofy walked in with Donald.

"Hi Princess! It's been a while." Donald smiled and waved at Rapunzel as they walked up.

"Donald! Goofy!" Rapunzel exclaimed in delight before pulling the two into a hug. " Oh it's so good to see you again."

"Ahyuck Hoo hoo hoo HOOO! You too Rapunzel." Goofy chuckled as he hugged her back.

"Awe..." Donald hugged back as well.

"Sorry the President couldn't come. He's busy with a congress meeting." Goofy said after they hugged.

"Gosh darn democrats." Donald grumbled.

"Hi there!" They heard a voice say as a female in an armored form came down from the ceiling in a backflip and landed next to Yozora.

This keyblader wore black and white armor with the colors in a diamond pattern, white arms with black gloves, black leggings with white boots that have diamonds on them. And her helmet was just like Verum Rex's helmet.

"Meet my lady and inspiration, Our team's swiftist, Hoshiko. Also known as Swift." Yozora smiled and introduced as zoomed around the room in a ray of light before standing in front of Rapunzel.

Then Swift shifted back into Hoshiko in front of Rapunzel.

Hoshiko was about the same age as Yozora with pale skin and silky brown hair that went to her shoulders. And her eyes were a beautiful purple. She wore a white strapless dress with a cape in the back, and the front part of the skirt going to half her thighs. She also wore white gloves and white heeled boots that just covered her ankles.

"You can call me Hoshi. It's nice to meet you, Princess." Hoshi smiled warmly and held her hand out for a handshake.

"Seriously, what is with this theme of teenagers being given the powers of world traveling warriors and a pair of keys?" Eugene whispered with exasperation. Thankfully no one heard him.

Rapunzel, however, smiled at the two in their true forms with slight surprise.

"Awe. It's nice to meet you too, Hoshi." Rapunzel said, taking Hoshi's hand to shake. "You too, Yozora. Wow. You both look to be the same age as Ryan."

"Yeah well. Some of us are off by a few months or so. But here's another thing we have in common with Mav." Hoshi chirped as she held her hand out and summoned her keyblade and split it in two like glass katannas.

Then Yozora summoned his keyblade which waved like a laser as he spun it in his hands.

The other common thing is that Hoshi and Yozora are keyblade wielders too.

This surprised both Rapunzel and Eugene.

"You're both keyblade wielders too?" Rapunzel asked with surprise in her voice which morphed into an excited smile. "That is so cool."

"Oh come on! Is there a recruiting program we don't know about or are their keyblades secretly dropping out of the sky?!" Eugene exclaimed humorously while throwing his hands up. "And it's always kids! Is there at least an adult in the mix?!"

"That would be me." They heard a family voice as they saw none other than Shift run across some beams on the ceiling and she jumped, and twirled in the air with flips and spins before she landed and stood up.

Then she changed back into Friday. Who was now wearing a new keyblade outfit similar to her last, but now in the colors of silver of white and dark purple, with some new thunder cosmic thunder patterns on the white leather jacket, which came with a hood at the back. Her boots had some short heels on the back, her t-shirt and jacket were short enough to show a midriff and a bit of a cleavage to show how her body has become more hot and femine.

Hoshi looked hot and feminine too. For sure. But the last time Rapunzel saw Friday. She was just a girl. Now she matches Rapunzel's height and she's a grown young woman.

"Rapunzel." Friday said softly with a smile and held her arms out.

"Friday." Rapunzel beamed with a big smile before she moved to hug Friday. "I'm so happy you're home, Thunder sis. And you've grown into such a beautiful woman."

Friday hugged Rapunzel back with a remorseful smile as she wanted to talk to her about Cassandra. But she knew not to press the subject. Friday believed in waiting for the other person to bring it up first.

"Woah. Mav's girlfriend's definitely been renovated." Lance remarked out loud.

"Lance." Eugene scolded a bit.

"Oh we're not boyfriend and girlfriend anymore. We've-" Friday was about to say

"Oh no. Don't tell me you two have broken up!" Rapunzel looked horrified with her hands to her mouth.

"No! Not that. We've...Taken it to a whole new level. You see we've..." Friday tried to come up with the right words.

Rapunzel took a moment to think about it before her eyes widened in realization and a big smile plastered on her face.

"Are- Are you telling me, you to are now... married?" Rapunzel asked with unrestrained excitement.

Friday bit her bottom lip and blushed before she nodded slightly nervously with a smile.

"Well….. Yes, we've….Had a traditional Kree marriage." Friday revealed softly while holding up the ring on her right hand as proof. "Just sorry we didn't wait for your wedding. We've waited for more than eight years. So..."

"Are you kidding!? I'm so happy for you two!" Rapunzel squealed in delight as she pulled Friday into another hug. "I just wish you would have at least invited me to see it!"

"Oh trust me. If it weren't for your big mystical journey and slightly two year journey. You would have been first on the list." Friday smiled as she hugged back.

"Awe. Thank you." Rapunzel cooed as she held her hands.

"But I would've had to warn you that the last part of the ceremony was more of an old Kree ritual to bind our hearts together. And...It's more of a private one." Friday blushed at the last part.

"I think she means Cosmic Honey Moon." Eugene echoed an innuendo from behind Rapunzel. "Just guessing."

"Oh... OH!" Rapunzel understood and went a deep shade of red. "Y-yeah. I-I get that. So-so you two…"

"Yes." Friday deadpanned and rubbed her eyes in exasperated embarrassment.

Then music started playing in the background of the Mav Club.

"Damn it. Who's playing that?!" Friday snapped looking back.

Rocket stiffed a laugh as he came back into the hangar room. Thank goodness Friday didn't figure it out.

"Hehehe. Achmmm...Sorry Got a little hair in my throat." Rocket cleared his throat to hide his laugh and stated while holding a handheld screen in his hands. "Anyway. I've checked the perimeter of the layer. It's clean and you're all clear to walk around. Any Ravagers who get in will get one hell of a haircut."

"Thank God I'm not a Ravager. I wouldn't wanna ruin a perfectly good set of hair." Eugene said, running a hand through his hair.

"So, Friday. Do you know where Ryan's at right now? I'd really love to see my little brother again." Rapunzel asked as they all walked further into the Mav Club.

"He's investigating the interior of the castle. For some reason the Ravagers have a darkness amplifier device that's blocking all of our magic. I would've gone with him, but someone had to bring in all of the people that escaped from the Ravagers." Friday stated as she and the others walked through the halls of the mansion.

Before Rapunzel could ask about Varian, the lair's A.I.s booted up so it wasn't so quiet around the place.

'System calibration complete.' PRO stated

'Yay! We've been promoted!' TEC cheered

'We already were, dumbass. The boss installed us in the lair before our climax, remember?' PRO deadpanned.

The voices made Maximus, Fidella and Pascal look around while feeling weirded out.

'Yeah but they don't know that!' TEC argued.

'The readers do. They practically read the last story of the other guy, so we did the same thing.' PRO argued back.

"O-kay? I'm confused, which should be normal at this point. Who's talking? And where's IRIS?" Eugene inquired.

"Sorry. We forgot to tell you. A while back we went down in a computer based world called the Grid. IRIS met a guy, a program named Tron who she settled down with." Hoshi explained.

"Yozora and Orion gave her their blessing. Hell we all did. She earned it." Friday remarked.

'So we got built in her place.' PRO stated in the background.

'And hired too! I'm TEC!' TEC beamed.

'And I'm PRO.' PRO added.

'And together we PROTECT!' PRO and TEC stated at the same time.

'Strike that. Reserve it.' PRO added realizing they got the intro backwards. 'Who wrote this script?!'

'The final T is silent in my name.' TEC whispered.

"Oh, well….. It's nice to meet you both. I'm Rapunzel, but I guess you already knew that." Rapunzel said with a smile before turning to Friday. "I'm gonna have a lot of questions about this guy IRIS met, later."

Then another Guardians member came in.

"Some of your subjects are requesting to speak with you. They wish to know that you bode well." Drax walked up and said to Rapunzel.

The Princess and her group were surprised to see Drax and his Katathian appearance, given that Rapunzel and her friends hadn't met him yet. And the fact that he was a few feet taller than Yozora in his Verum Rex appearance.

"Oh, thank you. I'll be sure to speak with them as quickly as possible." Rapunzel said after getting over her surprise. "Are you a new member of Ryan's team too?"

"Yes. The rodent and I are-" Drax almost said.

"Hey! Who are you callin a rodent?!" Rocket snapped from the other end of the lair.

"Rocket and Drax The Destroyer here are new recruits. But I'll let Orion explain the story behind them later." Yozora explained.

"My God, that's a lot of skin and green." Eugene gawked at Drax's shirtless form.

"The red looks like it hurts." Lance muttered about the tattoos.

"You mistook my form, Tarran. I am teal as any Katathian. Not green." Drax corrected Eugene.

'Drax The Destroyer is an alien barbarian from planet Katath. In case anyone asks.' PRO stated in the background.

'The More you know...' TEC echoed whimsically.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Drax." Rapunzel said kindly. "I'm grateful to see so many people who have had my brother's back while he's been away from home."

"Well technically. Muscles and I joined yesterday but who's counting." Rocket stated as he walked by with a large laser cannon in his arm and remarked as he placed it on a workbench. "I'll be back for you later my lady."

"He's obsessed with guns." Hoshi whispered amusingly.

"I smell blood and smoke already." Eugene deadpanned.

"Follow me. You've got friends waiting down here." Yozora gestured for the others to follow him.

Yozora led the group across the Mav Club. Showing that it is untouched and unchanged since the last time Rapunzel had been here. She smiled looking around as she was remembering all the times she and Orion had been down here.

Eugene couldn't help but feel concerned for Rapunzel, ever since Cassandra's betrayal at the Dark Kingdom. Rapunzel had been acting distant from her true feelings, masking it with her joyful personality and denying the pain inside. Groot and Friday walked up to Eugene while Rapunzel was ahead of the group following Yozora.

"I am Groot?" Groot asked Eugene quietly.

"Groot's wondering if Rapunzel is alright..." Friday quietly responded to Eugene. "She's acting pretty well considering what happened with...You-know-who."

Cassandra.

"So, you already heard about that, huh?" Eugene said with a sigh.

"Orion and I saw it happen in a vision. " Friday stated quietly and grimly. "We saw the whole thing."

"Then you know just how bad it was. Rapunzel's trying to play it off with a happy facade. But I can definitely see the hurt in her eyes." Eugene said, fists balling slightly. "I just can't believe Cassandra could do this to her."

"Neither can I." Friday sighed.

"Here we are." Yozora gestured ahead towards the entrance of the Lounging wing. Which the Guardians are using as a shelter.

Rapunzel took notice that everything in the Mav Club was white and metallic with neon lights streaming and circuiting around the walls and floors. In fact it took some time for the citizens of Corona to get used to the decor when they were brought in here to hide. But anything is better than being forced to mine for crystals.

Standing at the entrance was the blacksmith of Corona. Xavier who looked relieved to see the kingdom's beloved Princess return.

"Princess." Xavier breathed.

"Xavier?" Rapunzel's eyes lit up seeing the Blacksmith.

"Please come in." Xavier gestured as the lounge wing opened revealing a new touch which was a stair spiral going down, like a modern mansion.

And at the bottom of the stairs was a luxurious looking lounge area with couches that were arranged to look like two halves of a square, there was a bar, a kitchen area, and a few flat screens.

"Whoa. Looks like this place has been redecorated." Eugene muttered.

"The Captain of the guard sent out many search parties to find you. He has yet to return. But in the meantime..." Xavier explained as he led the group down the stairs. Once they reached the bottom, they found Atilla, Friedborg, Big Nose, and Monty sitting about on some of the furniture. They all turned their gazes towards the group.

"Princess. You're back!" Atilla exclaimed as he stood from his seat to face her along with the others.

Rapunzel gasped happily and ran up to them.

"It is so good to see all of you!" Rapunzel said happily as she hugged Friedborg, then Big Nose, then Atilla, and stopped at Monty who had his back to them, his arms crossed with a scowl. But Rapunzel just smiled and walked to his side. "Even you, Monty."

Monty glanced at her before giving a brief smile. They've had their amusing differences. But deep down Monty probably actually cares. Who knows?

Then Rapunzel heard the sounds of babies squealing as she looked over and marveled at the sight.

It was Genevieve, Orion's French Psychiatrist, sitting by a crib in a rocking chair. With her daughter Danielle in the crib. Along with Varian who is now two years old. And starting to grow a little hair with a small two front buck teeth showing. But that's hardly noticeable.

Genevieve was whispering tender French words to sooth them both as they were playing with some baby toys and often reaching in to them.

Danielle was wearing pink baby pajamas while Varian was wearing blue and holding a polka dot rattle in his hand. Some might think he's too old to have it. But he's just clingy and no one can ever say no to him.

Genevieve looked up and smiled at Rapunzel who walked up to them

"Bonjour princesse. Welcome home." Genevieve stood up and offered her a hug.

"Gevieve. It's so good to see you again." Rapunzel said as she hugged Genevieve. "How have you been doing?"

Genevieve had finally recovered from the death of her husband as her daughter and friends had filled in the void for her.

"Much better, Sweetheart. How are you?" Genevieve asked in a maternal tone. "I bet you've seen so much of the world."

"It's pretty big out there." Rapunzel remarked with a slight chuckle.

Varian froze in the crib and looked at Rapunzel curiously as he cutely tilted his head. Wondering if he remembers her.

"Rpizzz" Varian cooed in his crib with a slight wave, making Rapunzel gush at the sight.

"Oh my goodness, you're so cute!" Rapunzel squealed slightly before leaning her head down to get a closer look at Varian. "Hi Varian. It's your big sister, Rapunzel."

"Oh careful Princess he likes to-" Genevieve almost warned.

*Boink*

"Ow!" Rapunzel winced as she held the top of her head.

"Hehehehehehehe!" Varian giggled loudly after hitting her on the head with her rattle.

But Rapunzel wasn't mad, she actually found that to be amusing.

"Well, at least it wasn't a frying pan. That's my move" Rapunzel joked with a smirk.

"Bfffft!" Varian blew raspberries with his tongue at her before giggling and wiggling around in the crib.

"Oh my Goodness, can you get any cuter?" Rapunzel cooed as she picked Varian up and held him in her arms. "Don't worry Varian. Big Sister Rapunzel will get mommy and Daddy back."

"Speaking of which," Eugene started before addressing Friday. "Any idea why the king and queen don't remember anything?"

"The Saporian Separatists used a drug that pumped into the air of their throne room. The memory wipe drug they used was modified and extracted from this wand. I'm sure you're familiar with it." Yozora handed Rapunzel a wooden wand with a pink pearl in the middle bearing the Separatist emblem.

Rapunzel's eyes widened in shock as she held it. Because she immediately recognized it. It's the same wand that made Rapunzel lose her memories a while back.

"It's a Saporian Wand of Oblivium!" Rapunzel gasped.

"I told you Oblivium was a word!" Rocket gloated to Donald.

"Ah Phooey." Donald grumbled.

"Gawrsh. That doesn't sound good. Does this mean that their memories are lost forever?" Goofy asked the question that frightened Rapunzel the most.

"We're looking into it now. We can't be certain. But there's still hope that it might be temporary." Hoshi assured Rapunzel.

"The Maverick strongly believes it." Drax said confidently.

Rapunzel looked down feeling less hope that her parents will ever remember her. But Orion's beliefs kept only a little bit.

"Okay, question, where exactly did these raiding rejects come from anyway." Eugene asked wittingly.

"Forge figured that out. Not only did those space junk huggers steal gears and tech from an old gummi ship." Rocket stated as he climbed up on a table to match Rapunzel's height.

"Our old ship actually. It blew up during our fight against the Brood invasion of Chandilar a few months back. Thank Hala we survived and took care of the invasion." Friday added. "But the Ravagers had managed to steal some tech from the wreckage before Ryan and I could notice and recover it. Including our star shard that allows us to travel across the Multiverse.

"And about a week ago. They figured out how it works and came here due to this world's coordinates still encoded. They plan to bring this town down from a Primitive Paradise to a Medieval mining colony. We just got here last night." Rocket revealed.

"But why is everyone being forced to work for these weird crystals?" Rapunzel said as she came to that conclusion. "

"I'm gonna spare you the prime eight headache of telling you how to pronounce the name of them. But those green minerals are the main ingredient for making natural torium." Rocket stated.

"Torium?" Rapunzel asked curiously.

"It's a major explosive element, and I should know, being a master of making things go 'boom'. Just looking at it the wrong way can cause it to explode with everything around it." Rocket explained. "They're even worth a ton of units but highly volatile."

"Whatever the Separatist of Saporia are using the Torium for. We concluded that they'll use some of it to somehow blow Corona to bits, and give the rest of the Torium to the Ravagers." Hoshi figured.

Everyone who was not privy to this information before now, looked shocked and horrified.

"They're gonna blow the kingdom sky high!?" Lance exclaimed in shocked horror.

"Just when I thought those bastards couldn't get any lower." Eugene muttered angrily.

"No…. We have to stop them!" Rapunzel exclaimed. "We can't let them destroy our home!"

"We won't let it happen. And so far neither will they." Yozora gestured to the people of Corona.

"We stay hidden. Everyone in Corona now lives in fear, spending their days mining the torium minerals." Xavier explained as everyone stood about, almost in a circle. "Not knowing what it was for until now."

"What?" Rapunzel asked, shocked by her people's fear. "The people of Corona are so brave. Why wouldn't they stand up?"

"We cannot defy the orders from the King and Queen. Any act of aggression against them is treason." Xavier explained with great sadness before it filled with hope. "But, now that you have returned, the game has changed."

The next moment, every one of the citizens who escaped were bowing to Rapunzel as she held her adopted baby brother.

"They look to you now." Yozora stated.

Rapunzel looked unsure as she held Varian close. But the lack of confidence and skill she had when she was Queen for a day didn't matter. They needed her.

And she was going to be there for them.

A few hours later at the engineering wing...

Because Rapunzel didn't know how to use any of the tech in the equipment labs. That and Rocket was too busy making guns and bigger cannons that he didn't need. Rapunzel didn't want to bother the Talking Racoon

Luckily Xavier's Blacksmith equipment and tools were there and Rapunzel needed a frying pan after losing her special one in the fight with the Ravagers back at the castle.

So she found an old frying pan laying around and got to work on fixing it up. At least until she finds her frying pan in the castle.

After what happened between her and Cassandra. She couldn't help but blame herself, feeling like she was a bad influence on Cass' life. And Rapunzel wondered if she could be for others in her life.

Eugene walked in to see Rapunzel hammering her new frying pan on an iron as he was still worried about her.

"Hey Blondie, how are you holding up?"

"Me? Fine!" Rapunzel said with false cheer before submerging her hot pan in a barrel of water while looking pissed. Eugene looked concerned as Rapunzel pulled the finished pan out of the water and showed it to Pascal. "What do you think? Not bad, right?"

Pascal just looked at her with his own concern before sharing worried glances with Eugene.

"You've been through a lot since we got back. Not to mention what happened with Cassandra." Eugene spoke to her gently as she walked over to a nearby table with her pan.

"What?" Rapunzel said, pretending to be cheerful as she confirmed working on her pan, now painting it. "Oh, I mean to tell you the truth, I haven't even thought about that…. Person!"

*Splat!*

Rapunzel squeezed all the paint out of the paint tube in anger before putting on a fake smile again and held up a paint brush.

"Rapunzel, can't even say her name." Eugene said, walking up to her right side. "There's a difference between setting feelings aside and burying them so deep they change who you are."

Even Pascal squeaked in agreement. That's never good when Eugene and Pascal are in agreement about something. This made Rapunzel look down briefly before looking at her boyfriend.

"What are you saying, Eugene?" Rapunzel asked.

"What I'm saying is that you're not alone in this." Eugene tried to reassure Rapunzel.

"I know." Rapunzel said quickly before adding quietly. "But maybe it would be better if I were."

"What was that?" Eugene asked, not sure if he heard her correctly.

They hear someone clear their throat, and turn to Yozora, standing there.

"Sorry to interrupt. But Orion just left me a coded message. He's inside the castle near the guard's wing, looking for the darkness amplifier." Yozora stated.

"He's there?!" Rapunzel gasped, worried for her brother. "Is he alright?"

"For now. But with that amplifier's array still up in the castle. He can't use his abilities or magic to get out of there. We lost contact a few seconds ago." Yozora said seriously as he was worried about his friend. "We're working on a plan of attack."

Rapunzel looked worried about Orion. Someone had to get him out of there. And she wasn't going to wait around for someone to either bust him out or bust him.

"I'll join you in a second." Rapunzel assured as everyone but Pascal left the room.

Rapunzel shared a quick kiss with Eugene before he left. Then she narrowed her eyes. and took her satchel and placed it around her shoulder as she looked at the secret elevator entrance into her castle. While holding her new but temporary frying pan.

"Right after I save my brother." Rapunzel said in a serious tone.

Orion meant the world to her. And she didn't want to lose him again.

Rapunzel grabbed a cloak with a hood from one of the racks and ran off for one of the secondary tunnel exits near the hangar. While Pascal watched from a distance. Perched on a wall as he looked skeptical wondering what his friend was up to.

Down in the streets of Corona…..

It was past nightfall at the harbor when Rapunzel was sneaking in the streets. Avoiding any eye contact from Ravagers who might have been patrolling the streets. Rapunzel had managed to make it to the eastern entry of the castle. And she tiptoed on her bare feet towards a drain cover near the wall. Then suddenly Pascal appeared on the side of the wall near her, with a one eyebrow look. Making her jump a little.

"Ah! Pascal?! What are you doing here?!" Rapunzel asked.

Pascal chirped and squeaked if he was asking 'What do you think? You know, it could've been easier for you to say you don't trust me for the job'.

"What? No, of course we trust you. We just...thought of this as a…Solo mission." Rapunzel nervously answered with a smile as she held him in her hands.

Pascal's response was crossing his arms with a look of condescension. While he stuck his tongue out judgmentally.

"Ugh, alright, I can never fool you." Rapunzel sighed with a smile. Which made Pascal smile back and hug her pinky.

Then Rapunzel opened up the drain cover which led to a secret tunnel to the guard's barracks of the castle. Rapunzel knew Orion would be there. And she hoped that she'll run into him before they run into any of the Seporians or Ravagers.

Back in the Mav Club engineering wing….

Eugene and the others had noticed that Rapunzel was gone. It didn't take much to find out that the Princess went to the castle to find her adopted brother. And on her own with a homemade frying pan! And needless to say. Eugene was so worried that he was pacing back on forth while everyone else was either standing or sitting as they were going over the plan of attack.

While the other citizens were asleep. The Guardians were the only ones awake. Friday was the only other person looking worried since she and Rapunzel are practically sisters.

"PRO! TEC! How could you two just let her run off like that?!" Friday scolded the A.I.s in front of a terminal.

'You said to keep everyone of the citizens inside for safety.' PRO stated.

'If Rapunzel's on the protection list, you should've been more specific- DON'T HIT ME!' TEC yelled as Friday was about to electric punch the screen while looking angry.

"How could she have run off on her own like that?" Eugene paces around as they're aware at this point. "If I know one thing about Rapunzel, it's that they are tough, but she's only one person, right?! How is she supposed to take all those Saporians by herself?!"

"And an army of alien criminals with bombs. And guns. And knives. And spaceships. And teeth. And claws. And-" Lance listed with his arms crossed smugly.

"YOU ARE NOT HELPING!" Eugene hissed while gritting his teeth.

"If I can make a suggestion, Goatee. Why not just break in and go get her yourself?" Rocket inquired over by the workbench as he was working on a few of his gears.

"Have you seen the castle lately, ringtail?!" Eugene exclaimed at Rocket .

"Yeah yeah, it's Ravager open season out there. And yet one girl with a fifty karat hair due and bare feet is making a move before we do. Including the red locksmith that pays me. So I have a question. What's stopping you?" Rocket inquired looking at Eugene.

Eugene looked exasperated before he turned around and said to the group. "I'm going after her. Anybody else?!"

"Count me in." Shorty slurred as he pound his fist while leaning against a corner. Before he fell asleep. Snoring real loud.

Eugene pinched the bridge of his nose. "Anyone else." He groaned

Back towards the castle….

Using the secret entrance under a drain cover. She snuck under the east wall and was tip-toeing past a stone wall which casted her shadow. And Pascal crawling behind her. He bumped into her making himself squeak. Before Rapunzel turned and shushed him quietly, making him nod.

Rapunzel found an open window straight ahead and climbed through it. Then she snuck down the hallway inside until she stopped at a corner when she heard Juniper and Kai chatting with a Ravager troop. Their backs were turned to her which gave Rapunzel an opportunity to sneak past them to the other side.

"Well, lately, I've been into essential oils, you know, peppermint and eucalyptus, or..." Kai stated.

Pascal crawled to follow her but his chirpy and chittery noises almost gave her away.

"What was that?" The purple stone faced Ravager asked as he turned with his four eyes and saw nothing. He even almost walked up to the corner Rapunzel was hiding against, which made her sweat a bit. But the Ravagers shrugged and went away making her relieved. Even Pascal camouflaged down below to avoid being seen.

"It wasn't anything. Come on. If you ask me, you should lay off the essential oils. They make you hear things." Juniper snorted.

"Maybe I'll switch to gel as soon as we get made for sellin all those slaves we've gathered." Kai figured as they left.

"Slaves?" Rapunzel whispered while looking shocked. Surely they couldn't mean…..

Then suddenly the Princess heard some thuds coming from the hallway straight ahead, which meant someone big was coming. But Rapunzel managed to find an open door to a room right next to her and ran in with Pascal who ran up her shoulders. She locked the door and took a sigh of relief. None of the Ravagers or Separatist caught her.

Rapunzel turned around and her eyes widened as she recognized the room as Cassandra's. She actually entered Cassandra's bedroom!

She stepped further into the room and looked about. Where all her weapons and spare ones were in barrels or mounted up on the walls and above the fireplace. And the Princess recalled something Cassandra said about that once.

'When your dad is captain of the guards, you tend to collect... Stuff.'

Rapunzel opened a wardrobe and pulled out one of Cassandra's old ladies-in-waiting dresses. She looked down at it with great sadness, as it reminded her of what she lost. Rapunzel tried so hard to avoid the subject of Cassandra's betrayal. But it was getting more and more difficult. She thought she could get over it on her own. To settle for everyone else around her. But she was fooling herself. Cassandra. Her best friend turned on her. And left her.

For the first time ever. Rapunzel has an empty place in her heart.

She walked over to the bed and sat on the edge, now silently crying into the dress.

Pascal squeaked, trying to talk to Rapunzel, but she was too deep in her sadness. She leaned forward, trying to collect herself. But she couldn't. She sat up straight as tears continued running down her face.

"I thought she would always be here." Rapunzel said with a sob.

Rapunzel couldn't break down in front of her friends. In front of Eugene. But she hadn't released any tears since the betrayal happened. And now that she's alone. She finally released the tears and sobbed in her bed friend's old dress.

Like she was mourning.

Pascal squeaked and cooed as he snuggled against her neck. Trying to comfort his friend. It's like no one was around to fill in the void.

Then suddenly they heard noise outside.

"You got nowhere to run!" They heard a snarling Ravager growl.

"Egh! Did George Lucas paint your chin nails?" A familiar voice quipped.

Rapunzel raised her puffy eyes as her nerves froze hearing that voice. The Princess knew who that was.

Then she got up and slowly and quietly made it to the door and opened it up to see a muscular cyclop Ravager get punched and sent across the hall.

"RAAAAGH!" The Ravagers brute hit the wall and fell out cold.

Then Rapunzel saw a Ravager named Brahl aimed his assault rifle at the attacker on the other side of the hallway.

Rapunzel peaked her head out and widened her eyes seeing the attacker being held at gunpoint...

Was Orion. Wearing his traditional keyblader outfit and same color scheme. But his jacket was now sleeveless and his shirt was short sleeve. And the accent patterns of fire were a bit different.

And he had his hood on with red sunglasses.

"Make a move you little..." Brahl growled.

"Hold on, one more You're so ugly, even Hello Kitty says goodbye. Kay I'm done." Orion quipped as he held his hands up waiting for an opportunity to strike...

Brahl roared, ready to pull the trigger when...

*Bang!*

Brahl had a vacant winced look in his face, before he fell forward and to the ground, unconscious, with Rapunzel standing right behind him, her frying pan in hand after knocking him out with it.

Orion smirked as he lowered his hands. Rapunzel stood up and looked at Orion with a stare of love and wonderment. Like being reunited with a family member that was missed so much.

Lord knows Rapunzel needed a face like Orion right now, even if his face was red. And he's now sixteen. Last time he was fourteen years old. But after a year and six months apart. His appearance changed a bit.

He was now slightly taller than Rapunzel. He was more muscular than last time. Very well built and chiseled. And his orange hair style changed. He had a fade on both sides with a few angular fringes hanging a bit down his forehead.

But he was staring at Rapunzel like he was looking in the face of his sister 'Trish'. The one who rescued him from grief. He took off his sunglasses and dropped his hood to get a good look at his sister. And his green eyes can look into her eyes. And Rapunzel could get a good look at her brother.

Before Orion could get out a witty remark, Rapunzel brought him into a tight hug, with tears silently falling from her eyes as Orion hugged her back. Rapunzel couldn't believe it took this long to see him again. But he's back. Orion the Maverick, her brother is back! Even Pascal crawled up and hugged with his tiny hands.

"I missed you so much." Rapunzel whispered with a mildly cracked voice.

"I missed you too, Zel." Orion whispered back shedding one tear. Before they separated he wiped it off and cleared his throat. "H-how have you been?"

"I... I've been better." Rapunzel said with a tired smile before looking her brother over. "But it looks like you're doing well. Goodness, how you've grown."

"And look at how you've shrunk?" Orion quipped before he scratched Pascal's chin who chirped with a smile. "Good to see you too, Geico."

Pascal squeaked and beamed as he hugged Orion's red finger.

"Pfft. I haven't shrunk. You've just sprouted up too fast, like a weed." Rapunzel joked as Pascal crawled back up her shoulder. "Keep it up and you'll have to duck to avoid the top of doorways."

'She's gotta point.' PRO remarked

'Miles Tail Prowler burn!' TEC teased.

"Blow it out your ears Key and Peele." Orion deadpanned and asked Rapunzel. "I'd take it, you've met them and the team? Is Friday alright?"

"Don't worry, your wife is just fine." Rapunzel said with a teasing smirk. "Speaking of which, even though it couldn't be helped, you owe me big time for not having me at your wedding."

"I would've invited you. But you were busy, so HA! That and you would've needed some expensive therapy during me and Friday's little private after party." Orion quipped and said nervously.

'You mean when you two got the v card stamped?' PRO hinted about them losing their virginity.

"Eat FARTS, Metro sexual Alexa!" Orion snapped up at his A.I. "Listen it was part of a ritual of Friday's Kree culture. To bind our hearts physically. Like a honeymoon. I don't mean to grow up so rapidly but we-"

"Don't worry. I understand. Just do me a favor and don't make me an aunt so soon, Okay?" Rapunzel said with a teasing smirk.

"I make no promises. JK, Friday's on the pill." Orion winked and looked at the readers. "Tell the author, yes he can write the words 'husband and wife'. No need to grow leg cramps in his desk chair."

Then Orion and Rapunzel found the doors tk the dungeon and opened the doors to sneak inside.

"I think they keep their dark amplifier down here. Stay close and nimble. Oh and you dropped this, not cool sis." Orion whispered as he held up Rapunzel's frying pan.

Rapunzel smiled gratefully and took her frying pan back. It's the same one Orion made for her on her birthday. She thought she lost it in the throne room during their fight with Andrew and his crew. But Orion managed to swipe it back after she lost it in that last fight.

"Thanks, little bro." Rapunzel smiled brightly as she took it back and she hummed. "Can I even still call you that anymore since you're taller than me now?"

"That and deflowered. But I'm still younger so that title still counts." Orion quipped with a thumb up.

Then they began to tip toe down the stairs. Orion was ahead up Rapunzel when they made it down the stairs and saw two Ravager guards standing in front of the cell straight ahead.

"Stand here. I'll take the humanoid kidney stone on the left. Then you'll sprit and knock the other one down. But leave him conscious. I'll need to ask him some questions." Orion whispered to Rapunzel.

"Leave him conscious. Got it." Rapunzel said with a nod, brandishing her favorite weapon.

Then Orion got ready, jumped and zoomed into the air and ran across the walls. Jumping between them to maintain his momentum. He was just a few feet away when the two Ravagers in helmets saw him.

"Hey!" The Ravager on the right yelled.

Then Orion flipped and knocked the first one down with a kick to the face and he grabbed the back of the Ravagers head and slammed it into the wall. Knocking him out.

While Rapunzel narrowed her eyes and ran up with her flying pan. While the Ravagers got distracted by Orion's move. And before he could shoot Orion. Rapunzel thrusted a hair strand to trip the Ravager and suspended him in the air. Hanging him above his leg.

"Wohaoa!" The Ravager yelped.

Then Orion got up and opened the cell door and looked inside to discover that all of the torium inside were gone. And the only thing left was the small Ravager device stationed on the floor. Which happened to be the dark amplifier.

This is what was blocking Orion's power. And his team's power.

Orion glared and went up to the Ravagers Rapunzel kept in her hair's grip. Then Orion grabbed the guy's chin while his face was on the young Maverick's level.

"Where's the torium, Grover?" Orion demanded.

He called the guy Grover because his skin was furry and blue.

"Go the hell." The Ravager responded in a growl at Orion.

"Hey!" Rapunzel exclaimed angrily, using her hair to move the ravager's focus on her angry eyes. "Don't you dare talk to my brother that way. Now either tell us what we want to know, or I let this do the talking."

Rapunzel held up her frying pan, looking deadly serious.

"Raaagh! Fine! Our captain has already loaded up most. The humans we had a deal with are up in the air..In some kind of blimp." The Ravager groaned his answer.

"What are they up to?" Orion asked in a low tone.

"I don't know. They keep rambling about wanting to blow this town up." The Ravager ranted.

"Wait...Light bulb. Torium is dangerous enough at close range. But if it goes a certain feer above ground. It's intensity radius can increase to a thousand miles." Orion realized.

"The Saporians plan to drop the torium from their blimp to destroy Corona, while also escaping from the explosion." Rapunzel muttered in a grim tone.

"Hehehehe. I hope it's worth thirty units to watch the show." The Ravager chuckled sinisterly.

***Bang!***

Rapunzel slammed her flying pan in the guy's head knocking him out just a second after he said that.

After that moment. Orion picked up the dark amplifier device with both hands and slammed it down on the ground. Shattering it as it was deactivated on explosion. Then Orion exhaled as he held his arms up and his skin began to glow.

Showing that he's got his powers back.

"Awe yeaaaah." Orion exhaled. "Summer time's comin early bitches."

"Woah! Language there kiddo! The frog's still present." Eugene's voice was heard.

Rapunzel and Orion turned to see Lance. Eugene and Maximus standing right behind them with smirks.

"If you're expecting a fanflare. Shove it." Orion said to the readers.

"Eugene!" Rapunzel exclaimed happily, running into his arms. "You made it."

Eugene hugged her back and gave his witty remark.

"Okay this is very sweet, but honestly I'm offended. I can't believe that you were going to brake into something and you didn't even ask me! It's kinda my thing ." Eugene witted with a smug tone.

"Your thing?! Ha! I got over a dozen criminal records that could make your rep melt, Herbert!" Rocket responded to the communicator Eugene had in his hand.

Orion stiffed a snicker since he heard that.

"Coincidentally that's not even something worth a golden plaque." Eugene responded back with an annoyed frown.

" Fitz, Strongbuns. Long time no see." Orion greeted them and gave a fist bumed to Maximus who used his hoof to fist bump back. "Mad Max Fury Road! How's it goin super glue?!"

"We're doing just fine, and my rep is much more than a wanted poster." Eugene greeted and insisted.

"Reigh!" Maximus replied.

"Yeah, and I see that your blue lady's not the only one to have a growth spurt while running around space." Lance said with a smirk. "Look at you man, you've gotten taller."

"Pfft. He's not that tall." Eugene snorted with a grin.

"I can't hear you! You're too far below the stairs! Can you speak up?!" Orion pretended to yell.

Which made Lance, Pascal and Maximus laughed hard. And Eugene looked annoyed.

"Kid's taller and still fluent in comic gold I see." Eugene deadpanned.

"Eugene. We haven't got much time. The Saporians. They're-" Rapunzel was about to say looking worried.

"I know. We've heard." Eugene responded holding her shoulders and asked Orion. "Any ideas on bring their fancy balloon down?"

"Yeah that's what you don't wanna do, Flarknard! You have to either stop that thing from getting up in the air. Or blow it up while in the air. But whatever you do! Don't let them drop it from a hundred feet or Corona is a parking lot!" Rocket answered from the speaker of Orion's Gummi phone.

"Okay. Any ideas on not doing that?" Eugene asked Orion with a nervous smile.

"Already winging it. Zel. Take Rocket and Drax with you. They'll meet you on the west end of the main courtyard along with the rest of the team. The rest of you. Meet up with the Guardians and make as much noise by kicking as much ass as possible. If some of them still have any. Rex will lead the assault." Orion stated to all of them.

Then Orion stood back and held his hands out before he shifted into the Maverick. Showing off his new red and silver armored form. But yet still mostly the same as the form they saw him in last.

Rapunzel marveled and smiled widely at the sight of the Maverick in his true form.

"Alright space junkies! Time for melon farmers to pay the ferryman!" Maverick exclaimed in thrill before he teleported out of the room.

"Still a showoff for the exit I see." Eugene said with a smirk.

"That's my brother, for ya." Rapunzel said with a fond smile.

Pascal squeaked making a gang peace sign as a way to show he still thinks Maverick is so cool.

"Come on. We got a kingdom to save." Rapunzel said with determination.

Back outside in the main courtyard...

The Sapirian Separatists were able to hire assistance from twenty of the Ravagers to help load up their blimp. Which was actually a frigate ship of this world's century for sailing over the ocean. Loaded with barrels of liquid torium. And with five large brown balloons attached with the Saporian logo in front of them.

Meanwhile, Frederic and Arianna were led to one of the carriages. As they plan to make the royals watch before they die.

"After you, Madame." Frederic said politely, gesturing for Arianna to step in before him, to which she complied, stepping into the carriage, followed by Frederic.

Andrew then closed the door behind them and locked it shut with a sinister smile. Before he locked it with a key and walked away as Kai was on the driver's seat of the carriage.

"Take them to the outskirts of Corona to watch their kingdom fall." Andrew ordered Kai as he walked away and took hold of a net that carried the torium barrels. As he was lifted off the ground once the net was pulled onto the ship "Once it's done, get rid of them."

Kai smiled evilly and snapped the reins on the horse.

"Fly, mighty steed!" Kai exclaimed as the horse began pulling the carriage through the courtyard and out the gates of the castle.

Just then. Andrew drew his sword out. "For Saporia!" He declared as he cut the rope which anchored the ship to the ground and their blimp ship began to float fast and high into the air.

Rapunzel was the first to run out with Drax running on her left side and Rocket running on all fours like an animal on her right side.

"Princess?! If we're gonna ride that thing, we oughta do it now!" Rocket yelled.

"Hang on!" Rapunzel advised as she tossed a large strand of her hair under the ship.

"Hang on to WAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Rocket got pulled into the air with Rapunzel while Drax and Rocket had a strand of her hair wrapped around her waist.

Meanwhile all of the Ravagers patrolling around the castle noticed Rapunzel and the other two Guardians with her. So they aimed their weapons at them. Only for Groot to whack the with tree arms as the other Guardians of the Unknown came out to fight.

Verum Rex began to leap into the air and used his lazer gun to shoot down five Ravagers and he slashed at six with his keyblade.

Luminara ran fast in the beam of light using her superspeed to zoom past dozens of Ravagers. Knocking them into the air while she ran around the town using her keyblade to shrink the many torium barrels around the city with her shrinking spell. Rendering them useless to exeloriate and spread the explosion around the city.

Donald and Goofy were teaming up with Verum Rex as they used their weapons. A cop shield and a sailor cutless to fight and take down the Ravagers around the courtyard. Everyone was holding their own.

While Tazerface glared from the window of his space ship that was getting ready to launch into the air.

But Maverick flew in from the sky and hovered above the ship.

"Boys? Any weak points?" Maverick asked his A.I.'s "This is a flight I can't miss."

'Simple. Destroy the four warp drives stationed at the top.' PRO stated.

'And rip the engines a new one afterwards!' TEC beamed.

"I smell a budget break!" Maverick cheered before he flew up into the air and zoomed in a flip. "WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!"

Friday was now hovering into the air. Shooting down all of the space turrets that were stationed around the well as any anti aircraft cannons that would make the Pentagon look like Party City.

Meanwhile, Eugene and Lance were riding Maximus and Fidella to chase after the King and Queen's carriage. Knowing that Kai is going to kill them before they blow up Corona.

"Remind me again, why you and the others can't help us with this?!" Eugene called Maverick on his ear piece.

"The team's got their own jobs! As for me, the Ravager ship has the rest of Corona's residents! Either I bring it down or the people end up the next stock of a Brood meat market or some space slaves!" Maverick answered.

"Fair enough, Kid! Just be careful not to blow it up!" Eugene answered back.

"No shit Robin Hood!" Maverick snorted on the other end.

Back on board the Saporian blimp. Andrew. Juniper. Maisie and Clementine were on board with twenty different Ravagers. As they were about to dump the first barrel of liquid torium down onto the city

Down below the ship. Rapunzel was hanging by her hair with a tight grip as well as Rocket and Drax.

"Wow. For a large city. It sure is quiet." Rocket looks down and noticed all of the people who were forced to mind around the city are gone.

"That's the idea! All of Corona's civilians are on board the Ravagers ship!" Shift answered Rocket.

"Why?!" Rapunzel asked since she had an earpiece too.

"Ain't it obvious? They're gonna make them watch as they burn this place down and then sell them for units all across the galaxy. As slaves. Or probably food." Rocket said in horror and realization.

Rapunzel gasped in horror.

"Oh my God! Those monsters!" Rapunzel cried. "We can't let them do this! We gotta save those people!"

"Don't fear, your Majesty." Drax said with a fierce look. "Those Ravagers will not get away with this."

Back up on the blimp. Andrew was standing with one foot on the first barrel of Torium with Clementine and Maisie standing in between him. As they felt triumphant.

"With this first barrel. We plant the seeds of a new Saporia. Let's just take a second to make sure we are truly present in this moment." Andrew insisted confidently as they all had grins.

Then everyone took a deep breath and exhaled as one of the Ravagers muttered. "This planet smells like A'Askavariian horse piss."

Then Andrew and Clementine were about to pick up the first barrel, when suddenly…..

*Bam!*

A laser warning shot hit near Andrew's foot making them drop the barrel before they could toss it overboard.

"What the?!" Andrew staggered.

Suddenly Rapunzel. Rocket and Drax landed in the middle of the ship and stood back to back. Rapunzel drew out her frying pan. Drax pulled out his two warrior knives and Rocket held up his large arm cannon.

"You're in-flight barbecue is canceled due to rain, Scutbags!" Rocket smirked.

"You!" Andrew glared at them.

"Rocket, see if you can neutralize the tarius-tori..." Rapunzel was about to say.

"Torium. Kill the torium. Got it." Rocket corrected and nodded before he clocked his gun and narrowed his eyes.."Just as soon as I trim these assholes down."

Then Rocket pointed and let loose with the mini gun end of his cannon.

***Minigun firing!***

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" Rocket yelled thrillingly as he began to shoot down Seven to ten Ravagers.

"RAAAAAGH!" Drax jumped into the air and smashed a Ravagers through the door and then he began to slash and swipe his knives across five to seven more Ravagers.

More Ravagers were coming in below deck. But Andrew's crew focused on Rapunzel.

Rapunzel thrusted a hair strand to trip Juniper while Masie ran over and clashed her sword with Rapunzel's frying pan. But Rapunzel knocked her aside. Before Maisie and Juniper got back up and charged after her.

But then Rapunzel dodged and jumped using her bare feet to leap over their heads and thrusted two hair stands as she leaped over one of the net ends of the balloons above and pulled hard as she descended. Using her hair strands to hang Juniper and Maisie upside down as they both yelped.

Then Rapunzel landed on her feet like the heroine she has become to her kingdom and she smirked up at the two she overpowered.

Just then Andrew came running in for Rapunzel with his sword drawn up.

"THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU-" Andrew yelled.

"Ah shut up!" Rocket shot a stun round at Andrew.

Andrew was then caught in a electiic net making him scream in high pitch and collaspe a she twitched around on the ground like he was shocked by a tazer.

"GGEGEGEGEGEGGRGRGRGRGRHRHEHEHEHRHRHHRHRGRHR!" Andrew jagged and jittered as he was yelling and twisting on the ground.

"Ride it out pal. Just ride it out." Rocket smirked with Rapunzel. Then Rocket held his paw out. "Mind if I borrow your lizard for a bit?"

Pascal squealed as he beamed knowing he's about to become useful for this fight as he pleaded with his claws clasped to Rapunzel.

"By all means. Just don't let anything happen to him." Rapunzel said as she let Pascal jump on Rocket's hand.

"He'll be fine. It's these guys we should worry about." Rocket assured as he placed Pascal into a slot on his gun and he aimed for the barrels on the upper end of the ship. Then he whispered. "Alright. When I pull the trigger. You run, it's that easy."

Pascal saluted before he narrowed his eyes up ahead.

*Pull!*

Rocket pulled the sling end causing Pascal to be encased into a kinetic-laser ball like a hamster ball. Which was safe for him but not for anyone getting hot by it. Pascal ran and scurried as he bounced all over the ship. Knocking a dozen Ravagers down and shattering torium barrels all around. Then Pascal bounced back as Rapunzel smiled and got the idea that she saw Pascal coming back towards her and she swung her frying pan like a baseball bat.

Hitting the laser orb Pascal was in and he slammed into the torium stockpile. Drax was just finishing off with the remaining Ravagers troops. Before tossed two of them overboard causing them to fall screaming to the ground.

Then he ran back over to Rapunzel and stood before the laser orb faded and Rapunzel picked him up.

"Well that wasn't so hard." Rapunzel mused.

"We're not finished yet." Drax pointed up at the Ravager ship that was fully powered and about to launch into space with all the people on board.

"We gotta stop that ship from taking off!" Rapunzel exclaimed with a serious tone.

"Not we. Him." Rocket pointed up.

They looked up to see Maverick zoom in front of the clouds after taking down the ship's warp drives. Then he zoomed and flew through the ship's main engines. Shattering them.

"WOOOOOOOOOO!" Maverick whooped through the air as he twirled and flew fast below the ship

Forming a large neon shield barrier to cover the buildings below. To prevent property damage and the need for Corona's royal family to pay time and money for so much repairs.

Then the ship began to crash near the harbor of Corona. Safely into the water. Not too much damage to the city or to anyone on board.

"YEEEES!" Drax raised his daggers high as they've been given a Victory.

"We did it! We won!" Rapunzel cheered, happy that the fight was over.

Then Maverick landed on the blimp with the others as the team down below had finished up the fight and were cheering.

'YEAAAH! THAT WAS FUN!' TEC cheered.

"Meh. It was alright." Maverick shrugged.

'Well it's not like we get a do-over on this one' PRO stated.

"The hell we don't!" Maverick pulled out a switch and pressed it. Then faltered as nothing happened and pressed it several times until...

***BOOOOOM!***

The entire fight scene played again! this time with more confetti! Explosions! Candy! Beer! And Maverick riding off on a unicorn holding up Rapunzel's frying pan while Shift was riding behind him wearing a bikini.

With epic Mozart opera music playing in the background!

Then Maverick was standing back on the blimp with the others. Needless to say. Rapunzel and everyone didn't even notice they did the whole thing again.

"Now that's what I'm talking about!" Maverick exclaimed.

Then he got a call from SPYRO 101 on his gummiphone. so he answered and puts it to his ear

"SPYRO my man! Did you see that?! hehe! Buttload of AWESOME!" Maverick beamed while talking on the phone.

"Maverick, You IDIOT!" SPYRO 101 snapped at Maverick over the phone. "Do you have any idea how much money all those explosions and tackey animations just cost me!? You can't just change whatever you want, whenever you want! AND-"

"Yeah that's great SPYRO. Talk to my dick." Maverick mused a deadpan as he held the phone over his crotch then he hung up.

Then Maverick walked over to Rapunzel. "This may be on part with the drama from my going away party awhile back. But I'd give it an 8. How about you, Goldie?" He quipped.

"I don't think anything could top your going away party." Rapunzel joked and smiled. "I'm just glad we saved everyone today."

"Okay? Who are you and what have you done with that spastic hyperactive lady in the dress that I used to know and folks used to market for the Target's toy aisle? I mean you kinda grew since we last met too I might add." Maverick complemented her with a few quips and one fourth wall break.

"I guess I learned quite a bit on my journey." Rapunzel said with a smirk. "I'm a lot more mature than I was before.

"Maybe not Ridley Scott mature. But still a huge upgrade." Maverick placed a hand on her shoulder which made her smile warmly at her brother.

Just then the doors of the Ravagers ship opened as a number of Corona's guards came running out with swords and guns, especially since Maverick taught them to shoot with actual guns during the battle against Lash. Then the citizens of Corona came running out cheering loudly as they ran for the castle.

Eugene and Lance were seen riding back with the King and Queen inside the carriage as they were unsure about what was happening. And an unconscious Kai was sitting at the back.

If yoy wanna know what happened. Go watch the episode. Bottom line they saved the King and Queen. And Kai survived being a Wile E. Coyote parody.

"YEAAAAH! THAT'S MY GIRL!" Eugene cheered happily.

As Rapunzel and Maverick looked down with Rocket and Drax. They ended up safely landing the blimp near the town square as Maverick and Rapunzel stepped off. And the citizens surrounded them with cheers.

Verum Rex and the Guardians came up and stood with Maverick as they stood together as a team. While the sun was setting over Corona. The Maverick had shown up in Corona every now and then even during his last adventure since the Mav Club was here. So he wasn't absent for too long in Corona. Just a few weeks for other business. Like his actual business and Multiverse related duties.

And husband and wife R&R.

But now the people were happy to see him back.

"THE MAVERICK HAS RETURNED!" One of them pointed.

"And his team of heroes have gotten bigger!" One of the four sisters named Chloe squaled! As she and her sisters whistled and cheered for them.

"Not just heroes. The Guardians of the Unknown!" A boy cheered with the other children.

As they all remembered the day Orion and Friday were knighted by the King.

"It would seem the people have grown fond of us in this world." Drax said while looking around.

"Meh. I could get used to this." Rocket said with a smirk.

"I am Groot." Groot smiled down at him.

"Emphasis on 'could'. I like it. But not as much as drinks and money...Are one of those involved?" Rocket asked while looking up at Maverick.

"If you play your cards right. Yeah." Maverick nodded down at him.

"Just like old times." Verum Rex sighed as he hasn't seen this much action since the fight against Syndicate XIII.

A few hours later...

Just then. The space ship known as Hala's hope, the Nova Frigate was seen stationed and hovering above the sky. As several Nova cargo ships had landed around the harbor. The Nova Corps men were seen arresting the remaining Ravagers and bringing them on board to have them deported to prison.

Rapunzel was standing at the Harbor next to Orion as Centurion Ko-Rel was standing in front of them. Talking with both of them.

"On behalf of the Nova Corp. You have our gratitude for your actions in taking down public enemy number one of the Ravagers. And you have our condolences for all the damage they have done." Ko-Rel said respectively to Rapunzel and Orion.

Orion had told Rapunzel everything about the Nova Corp. The just and true galactic empire they run and the fact that Ko-Rel has a positive history with Orion's parents.

"Thank you. I'm just glad we were able to stop them before the damage became irreversible." Rapunzel said kindly.

"And Mr Forge. I mean..Orion. You should be glad to know that this report will stir the council in your colleagues' favor. Because of Rocket, Groot and Drax's actions. The council we'll inevitably knock seven years off of their sentence." Ko-Rel stated.

"That is pure gold news, Ma'am." Orion smiled and nodded.

"Sentence?" Rapunzel asked while looking confused. "What are you guys talking about?"

"I'll tell you later." Orion muttered sternly.

"Centurion Ko-Rel. I need your help signing a few reports?" A Nova officer came up.

"Of course. One moment please." Ko-Rel said to the Princess before she walked away to handle some important reports.

Which was good timing so a professional business man like Orion won't be seen in his response to what happened next.

"HEAR ME TARRANS! YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE LAST OF THE RAVAGERS! AND TO YOU GUARDIANS! YOU WILL RUE THE DAY YOU ALL CROSSED TASERFAAAACE!" Taserface raged as he passed by Orion and Rapunzel while four Nova Corps forced him onto a Nova cargo ship.

Orion stifled before he wheezed and laughed real hard as he doubled over. "Tazeerrrr...Bah! Hahahahahaha! Ha ha AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Orion wheezed before laughing hard some more and he fell backwards onto the ground laughing harder.

"That's supposed to be scary." Rapunzel giggled, trying not to break down into laughter. Before she finally broke down and laughed. "Ahahahahahahaaa!"

Then Orion exhaled as he stood back up. and cleared his throat as he was catching his breath.

"God I hope the author will make me fight another one of those." Orion said to the readers before he looked at Rapunzel. "So. Now that we're both back and have free time before anything else happens. What would you like to do?"

"How about you tell me all about what you've been up to while traversing the stars." Rapunzel said with an excited glint in her eyes.

Orion grinned before he slowly turned to the readers and author.

"Do me a favor. Time skip this. You already know what happened." Orion requested.

The next morning in Rapunzel's bedroom...

While the Kingdom Of Corona was picking itself up quickly after the invasion. Everything around the kingdom was going back to normal. And the Guardians were taking a breather. Little Varian was taken back to the castle nursery to rest while Genevieve volunteered to watch over him for the time being. Along with her daughter.

And in Rapunzel's bedroom. Orion was sitting next to Rapunzel on her bed. While she was seated next to him on the foot of the bed. Pascal was on her lap laying back enjoying the story.

While Eugene was seated on a chair next to Lance who came to hear the whole story. Orion managed to use neon visuals and holograms recordings and images to make it easier to tell the story of all the worlds the Guardians visited and their war against Syndicate thirteen.

"And after we stepped into the light. Spike, Friday and I appeared back on the beach in the Islands of Fate. Where the rest of the team was there. And just like that. Our journey ended. And the other ex Nobodies were given a chance to follow their own paths. Including my female clone." Orion told the end of the story to them.

"Wow. Now that sounded like quite an adventure." Rapunzel said with a whimsical smile which had humor in it. "It does make me wonder how your nobody was a woman. Is there something you haven't told me?"

Orion narrowed his eyes at that comment.

"Let's not get carried away. I'm a straight dude who lives on the edge, not in a closet. The point is that the Syndicate confiscated test results from that dead ***kface Francis' test lab. Which had half of my data. And every time they tried cloning me into a Nobody, each result was a failure until they turned my last clone into a girl." Orion explained. "And I already explained her savage attempts to turn my ass into processed pork."

"Well, that's an image I won't be getting out of my head anytime soon." Eugene grimaced and shuttered.

"Squeak!" Pascal made a sound in agreement.

"So if your nobody clone was made from what they got from Francis' lab, she most likely has similar abilities to you." Eugene commented. "Did that also come with the same hair and skin pigmentation as you or something different?"

"Eh...Danielle's hair and skin turns silver whenever she uses lightning. Otherwise, she has the same skin and hair color I had before Ajax turned me into a mutant and gave me this cheeto puffed sunburn." Orion answered Eugene and shrugged. "Still you wouldn't believe how many invitations the X-Men keep sending me."

Then Orion looked at the Readers. "Like I'd wanna join their dying franchise." He muttered.

"Wait...You're a mutant?" Lance asked while looking confused.

"No, I'm a fairy who forgot to appear on Paramount Plus. Yes I'm a mutant! Were you even paying attention during the last season, Anthony Anderson?!" Orion inquired humorously.

"I was busy!...Uh...What was I busy doing again?...Drinking...Nah that was my last excuse...Um..." Lance pondered as he was trying to come up with a new excuse.

"Any other traits we should know about?" Eugene asked.

"Back than she was a blank walking time bomb to tried to kill me in many creative ways. But now that she has freewill. Imagine Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn if she were a high school goth girl. And has a Batman like attitude whenever she wears her armor." Orion answered and moved onto another subject. "As for Spike and Speedy's nobodies. They're now together the same way their counterparts are."

"So after you were done with Syndicate XIII. And Yozora finished off both versions of Zhan Tiri...Right?" Rapunzel asked, which earned a nod from Orion before she asked. "What happened afterwards?"

"Believe it or not. I actually made plans to come down here and help you with your journey. But the old wizard Yid Sen warned me in his own words. If I interfere with your journey in any way. It would alter your destiny down a dark path. So I assumed that your spiking sunblock powers and my keyblade, neon powers and X-genes would draw in possible cosmic threats like a shark smelling blood. So as much as I wanted to come back. I couldn't. Because I never take chances when it comes to you." Orion said seriously while looking at Rapunzel.

Rapunzel smiled briefly at how seriously he cared about her before she donned a curious look.

"Who's Yid Sen? He sounds like a pretty powerful wizard the way you're talking about him." Rapunzel stated.

"Well. You know him as the Keeper of the Spire." Orion revealed as he displayed Yid Sen in a holographic image.

Rapunzel, Eugen, Lance, and Pascal all gasped at hearing that tidbit of information.

"You met the Keeper of the Spire!?" Rapunzel exclaimed in shock.

"What are you gonna tell us next, that you met his annoying apprentice, Calliope!?" Eugene exclaimed as well.

"And if you did, please tell me you gave her a good burn for us!" Lance pleaded, to which Pascal squeaked and nodded in agreement.

"Believe me it took every inch of my viber to not turn her into a patty melt." Orion deadpanned remembering her. Then he added. "But the Spire that little miss Dexter runs is just one of them. The second Spire is where me, Friday and Groot met Yozora and the others."

"There's more than one spire?" Rapunzel asked.

"Well, that's something I didn't suspect." Eugene admitted.

"So, Ryan, what have you been up to after you took down the Syndicate?" Lance asked.

"Everything and anything, Lancelot." Orion shrugged. "After the Syndicate was taken down. Groot was inspired to go look for any trace of his kind. He found his original home on Planet X but it turns out that all of the inhabitants were gone with the wind like a famine. The planet would sprout out more like him soon. But not for another hundred year." He stated solemnly.

Pascal looked sad to hear that.

"Oh Groot." Rapunzel said, sad for the big walking tree. "That must have been hard for him."

'Well. He did find his own way to cope with that.' PRO stated.

'And it made him into a hardened criminal!' TEC revealed.

"TEC!" Orion snapped.

'OOPS! Sorry I didn't know that was a secret.' TEC gasped.

"Harden... Criminal?" Rapunzel said calmly, but the look in her eyes showed that there was a storm of emotions. "Orion, what is TEC talking about?"

Orion pinched the bridge of his nose before he exhaled and told Rapunzel.

"After Groot found his planet. He accidentally broke his Gummi phone which had all of his contacts including mine and the navigation back home. So he wandered the galaxy on his ship for a couple of days until he met up with Rocket. Who was little Ruddigar himself. The result of an illegal super soldier experiment on Halfworld. Rocket was the only test subject to survive. And he blasted his way out. Killing all of the mad doctors during his escape." Orion stated.

Rapunzel gasped in horror at that tidbit of information.

"That... That's just horrible. Poor Rocket." Rapunzel said softly, but with confusion a second later. "But what does that have to do with Groot becoming a criminal?"

"Basically Rocket and Groot went on a two men...ish crime against life. Rocket was never shown love for life, so he didn't love it back. And Groot was coping with being the last of his kind. So they started a duo and became criminals wanted by the Nova Corp. For theft. Mercenary business. Weapons dealing..." Orion slowly listed. "It wasn't until a few days ago that Rocket and Groot got caught red handed during a crime and were sent to prison."

"Well, would you look at that? The goody goody pine saint has joined the dark side." Eugene joked smirking that Groot now had something in common with him and Lance.

"And we weren't there to see it." Lance said with false hurt in his voice.

"Guys. This isn't funny! Our loving Groot has become a criminal!" Rapunzel snapped at the two with shocked hysteria.

"It's not like that! He regrets it!" Orion held his hand up stopping them from talking and he revealed. "Most of his criminal record was from him assisting Rocket. Rocket did all of the dirty work. Groot only was his body guard. Because he and Groot were friends before Lash attacked Old Corona and took Quirin's pet racoon."

Rapunzel took a moment to calm herself from hearing those words before sighing.

"Thank goodness. For a moment I thought he truly fell to the dark side." Rapunzel sighed with relief.

"It never came to that. I found out and made a deal with Ko-Rel to give them an early parole while under probation and my care. In exchange for ten years in exile from the Nova Empire. Well...Now seven years have been scratched off for what they did for us earlier." Orion explained.

Pascal shrugged. Thinking that it was a fair deal.

"So they only have about three years left on their probation." Rapunzel concluded with a smile.

"Good. Because picturing Groot behind bars does not seem right." Eugene joked.

"What about that Drax dude? What's his story?" Lance asked the question that everyone was thinking here and there.

"Drax came from a cultural, primitive but thriving warrior planet, called Katath. Peaceful and just with the whole nine yards until a Kree radical martyr named Ronin The Accuser. Went to war against all those who joined the Nova Empire in their peace treaty. On account of the Kree world Hala, was part of the treaty. So Ronin banded with a group of rebel Krees and space fanatics who started his rogue army of butchers who went from planet to planet. Attacking them as judge, jury and executioner. The role Ronin had before his exile." Orion stated as he displayed an image of Ronin the Accuser.

"Yeah. That is definitely not a friendly face." Eugene muttered.

When Ronin attacked Katath. He wiped the floor with half of its population. All of its warriors fell. Ronin slaughtered men. Women and children." Orion stated grimly. "Including Drax's wife and daughter."

Pascal squeaked in horror as he turned a little pale.

Rapunzel, Eugene, and Lance all had looks of horror on their faces as well.

"That... That's just awful." Rapunzel whispered loudly in sad horror. "I can't even imagine what Drax's going through."

"There are some lines you don't cross. And this bastard seems to have crossed them all." Eugene gritted out in anger.

"I'm really hoping that this lowlife is either dead, or at the very least, serving a life sentence." Lance said with a stern look.

"Oh it's definitely the former. Here's how Drax got a criminal record. He went on a one man hunt for Ronin. Butchering anyone and everyone that either worked for Ronin and stood in his way. Until on the battlefield of Riken-VII. The Nova had Ronin's forces pinned down under enemy fire. Drax. Entered the planet and when he saw Ronin in the flash. He saw nothing but red." Orion stated. As he displayed an image of Drax fighting Ronin. " Drax of course killed Ronin. Making him suffer. But he took what was of Ronin's army with him. And he killed a bunch of Nova Corpsmen. He was so filled with rage and hatred. He couldn't tell the difference between enemy and ally."

"Well, at least this Ronin guy can no longer hurt anyone again." Eugene said.

"Still sad about what happened to Drax." Lance added.

"No one should ever have to feel the pain of losing a child." Rapunzel added.

"Unfortunately the Nova weren't so sympathetic. As much as Drax suffered. He made a bunch of widows and orphans cry bloody mruder for his blood. After all the Nova troops he killed. But because he brought down a public enemy on the top 10 list. They instead locked him in prison. He had been in the Kyln for five years until folk started spreading rumors that Ronin might be alive." Orion shrugged. "So he tried to escape with Rocket and Groot but instead all three of them ended up becoming part of the deal I made with Ko-Rel."

"Well, I'm glad the escape didn't occur. That would've made things worse for them." Rapunzel said.

"And now all three of them are now part of your team." Lance said. "Well, Groot was already part of the team."

"But what I want to know is, is Ronin really still alive? Or was it just idle gossip created by fear?" Eugene asked.

"I know. I mean it's possible that maybe someone took his identity. But Drax is wondering that the one he killed was a pawn to 'build a deceptive a demise' in his own words. But the team agreed to get to the bottom of it." Orion shrugged and went on to another point. "As for me I took back my father's company which was down in the ground. One life support. But I rebranded its name to MultiCorp. And used some assets to spread and expand it across the Multiverse."

"And you've become the third wealthiest person in the Multiverse because of it." Rapunzel said while smirking.

"Well... before that. I caught up with all the school work I left behind. Took an accelerated course at the Xandar academy. Which was started by my great uncle. Add a masters degree in engineering and a medical degree. A CEO badge and later on a marriage license. And that's about it." Orion gave the in a nutshell end of it. Then added "Until Yid Sen called me in. Showed me everything that happened with Cass and you're big finale."

Rapunzel looked down sadly at the mention of Cass. Eugene placed a hand on her shoulder.

"And then got me and my team back in the game when we were informed about a Ravager faction attacking this place." Orion gestured. "But now that's out of the main mission list. It's back to getting ready for the Demon's possible arrival."

This made Rapunzel's head shoot up.

"The Demon's possible arrival? But I thought you got rid of her." Rapunzel said with shocked confusion. "Both her heartless and nobody are gone, right?"

"Yid Sen believes that with both halves of Zhan Tiri gone. It will just restore her to her true form. Like a dragon out from the ashes. So with the old Keeper's approval. I came back with the team to reconnect with you all, sure. But I'm also going to set up a base for new recruits. Folks from around the Multiverse who will step up and sign up to blow the Demon six feet under." Orion stated. "My search begins tomorrow. Yozora and I are gonna travel the Multiverse. Go from world to world, like old times. Recruit someone from that world who's willing to fight and come back here at the end of the day if possible until we find the next world. And rinse and repeat."

Orion basically stated his big end game plan. The Demon vs the best of the Multiverse.

Rapunzel, Eugene, and Lance all shared glances.

"That plan just might work." Rapunzel said.

"I'm still blown away that Zhan Tiri's a girl." Lance said with a smirk.

"Yeah, hah! All this time, and everyone spoke like she was a dude! Talk about a 'miss' leading legend!" Eugene quippes with his own smirk.

"But also." Orion stated as he picked up Rapunzel's frying pan and posted the team logo on the top side while Corona's crest was still on the bottom side.

Then Orion handed it back to Rapunzel as he grinned.

"You're the first recruit. And you'll get to travel with us on our next mission." Orion stated to his sister. Then he turned to Eugene, Lance and Pascal. "And yes that goes for the rest of you. Don't pop a vein."

All of them developed happy and excited looks on their faces. And Rapunzel pulled Orion into a bone-crushing hug.

"YES! Thank you so much! I promise you won't regret it!" Rapunzel said excitedly.

"Nnnngg...Regretting it now..." Orion wheezed as he was caught in her hug. "You ...haven't... lost a grip..."

"Oops. Sorry." Rapunzel giggled and let go of Orion, letting him catch his breath.

"Wow, the great Maverick was nearly taken down by a hug." Eugen teased.

"Ooh, the sandal of it all." Lance said with a big smirk.

"Bite me, Laurel and Hardy." Orion remarked.

Then suddenly. Yozora knocked on the door and Orion answered for him to come in.

"I hope you're not too busy. A couple of friends of ours came in to help with your parents' memories." Yozora stated to Rapunzel.

This caught Rapunzel's attention.

"Really? Who are they?" Rapunzel asked.

"Come and see for yourself." Yozora gestured for Rapunzel to come with him.

Rapunzel got up and walked out with Yozora while Orion was left to talk some more with Eugene and Lance.

"Now about your wedding night." Eugene smirked.

"Not on your life insurance. But let's talk about you. So you're really a descendant of King Arthur, huh?" Orion inquired.

"Well it's complicated. Basically..." Eugene began to tell Orion the whole story in the background before Yozora and Rapunzel went down to the hall of her parents room.

"I have to warn you. Ryan told us about your...Well. Personal interest in Marvel. And yes one of them comes from that world. But promise me you won't freak out when you see him?" Yozora asked Rapunzel with a meek expression.

Rapunzel was confused and excited at the same time.

"Don't worry. I promise you I won't freak out." Rapunzel said with a smile, even though a part of Yozora doesn't believe her.

Just as Yozora opened the door to the King and Queen's room slowly. Yozora took a deep breath and opened wide for Rapunzel to see.

King Frederic and Queen Arianna were both asleep. Laying down straight on their bed above the covers and still in their royal attire.

Sitting by them on chairs was Lucus who was watching, and Kara who was holding the Queen's and while waving her other hand.

Lucis and Kara were the ex Nobodies of Yozora and Hoshiko.

Both were wearing new robes for trainees. One to become a keyblader and the other to become a sorceress.

Lucas had slightly tanned skin. He has black, spiky hair, and multicolored eyes, the left being red and the right being blue. He wore a black and white sleeveless jacket with a hood and red highlights. At the center of the jacket, above his chest, was an X symbol, to represent his previous status as a nobody. He wore grey and white pants that stopped above his ankles. He wore grey sneakers. His right hand was covered by a fingerless glove, while his left hand was exposed, showing him wearing an x design wrist band and a black ring on his index finger and white ring on his middle finger.

Kara was fair white skin girl with black hair that eas tied in a pony tail. She wore a black strapless dress, connected to a black collar with a red ruby on the front by a necklace that consisted of three red diamonds, one at the center of her chest above her breasts, and the other two connected to the dress on either side. She also wore black wrist protectors on each wrist with a red crystal on each one. And her skirt went down to a few inches above her knees, showing off her smooth bare legs and bare feet.

It is said that the energy of the multiverse comes from the world itself. So some magic wielders would go barefoot so they may be further connected with the world. And the light to guide them. Something Rapunzel liked having common ground with.

Standing behind them was their mentor. The Sorcerer Supreme himself.

Doctor Strange.

Rapunzel's breathing picked up, her excitement building.

"Yozora? Is that Doctor Strange?" Rapunzel asked while trying to keep her breathing under control.

"Yes?" Yozora gave her a concerned look.

Doctor Strange stood up and walked over to offer Rapunzel a bow.

"Princess Rapunzel. Greetings. I am Doctor Steven Strange. Sorcerer Supreme." Doctor Strange greeted her. "And we may have, without a doubt. Found the answers to your parents' missing memories."

Rapunzel, choosing to focus more on her parents than being a fan, took a steadying breath and looked back at Doctor Strange with a serious but optimistic look.

"Nice to meet you all. Especially you, Doctor. So….How can we help my parents, Doctor?" Rapunzel asked the sorcerer supreme.

"Your mother and father's chain of memories aren't gone. They're simply disconnected and floating into the void of their collective conscious minds." Kara walked over and stated.

"Basically in order for them to remember. We have to reconnect each chain one by one and on order." Lucis revealed.

"Because the Wand of Olivium was modified into a mist. Its effects were heightened. The original cure won't work. But thankfully they didn't inhale too much to cause any permanent damages." Doctor Strange assessed.

"Thank goodness. I was worried that it could've been permanent." Rapunzel sighed before looking concerned again. "But how do we reconnect these chains that you mentioned?"

"My students. Lucis and Kara will work on that. For the time being, your parents will remain asleep for the process to work. It's going to take some time. Not years worth. More like weeks or a few months at the most." Doctor Strange revealed to assure the Princess.

"When I sense that your parents have reached a state of recollection. We'll wake them up. Until then...They'll remain like this. But not for long." Kara also assured me.

Rapunzel nodded before stepping close and kneeling right next to Kara to look at her parents.

"Mom? Dad? I know you probably can't hear me. But I promise that everything will be set right again." Rapunzel said with hand placed on theirs. "And when you wake up, I will have so many stories to tell you. Me and Ryan."

Doctor Strange nodded to his students who nodded back as they had to resume fixing her parents' memories. Thankfully he always had a sling ring with him. And so did Lucis and Kara.

Then Yozora walked up and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"The people will look to you now. Until their King and Queen returns. I and the Guardians will stand with you, Rapunzel." Yozora said with his trademark hero smile.

He always had a young Superman-like smile.

Rapunzel, while nervous about taking on the role of leader all over again, knew that there was no other choice. But Yozora's words and kind smile helped to reassure her, just like Orion.

"Thanks, Yozora. Truth is I don't know if I'm right for the job." Rapunzel smiled before she took on a determined look. "But I will do the best I can to look after Corona in my parents' stead until they awaken."

Later on in the throne room...

As Rapunzel stood behind her throne. With Eugene standing next to her. And Maximus standing in between them. Many of her loyal subjects were present. Along with Nigel as the Queen's advisor. The throne room was still a mess after the fight that happened yesterday. But everyone didn't mind it. Because their home was once again saved.

As their acting Queen. Rapunzel's new look consisted of a purple dress with the symbol of Corona pinned on her chest, and dark purple flowers on the front of the dress. There were gold cuffs on the sleeves of her dress. And she had a purple belt with a gold buckle around her waist. And as always, she was barefoot.

And being the young Queen's consort. Eugene's new look consisted of a white dress shirt with a good number of buttons undone and a gold chain around his neck. He wore a dark blue jacket with the symbol of Corona on the shoulders. He wore brown pants with a black buckle and pads on the knees. And he wore brown boots.

Standing in front of the throne. Presenting themselves were all members of the Guardians of the Unknown. With their prime keyblader members in their armored forms. As Verum Rex held his keyblade, with it pointing up. And a wave of energy was reaching the ceiling.

He was sending his message for everyone to bare witness.

"With the Moon Stone missing, along with the Queen's trusted alley. We cannot end the conflict that burdens this world. And though we have won the battle. The war between Light and Darkness is far from over. But like the Multiverse takes strength in all that's within it. We Guardians take strength in the bonds we have forged with our allies. And it's Queen. A true warrior. If not in body, then in spirit. In heart." Verum Rex gave his speech.

"He's not excluding us is he?" Lance whispered to Eugene.

"No, he at least included me. Sorry you weren't included though" Eugene jokingly said.

Maverick had his neon speakers stationed all over the ceiling as it played an epic but majestic orchestra to fit the tone of Verum Rex's speech.

"The world of Corona and its seven kingdoms may not match or ahead of its time with the rest of the worlds we've been to. And though we are worlds apart from the many we've. Like us, there is more in them." Verum Rex stated.

'Than meets the eye'. "Maverick mouthed but no one saw due to his helmet not having a mouth.

"I am Verum Rex. We are the Guardians of the Unknown. And I send this message letting any who chooses to cross the borders between our realms. If you approach this planet with hostile intent. Know this. We will defend ourselves. We will defend Corona. We, will defend our home." Verum Rex concluded the speech.

The people of Corona began to cheer and applaud, Verum Rex's speech reaching them all

Maximus just snorted, a stern look on his face, ready to protect when needed.

Lance stood by with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face as he nodded his head in agreement to the words spoken.

Rapunzel and Eugene smiled at all this taking place. Their eyes met a moment later, and the two moved in close and shared a loving kiss.

Just then everyone felt the magic of Fantasia start to take in the moment. And Rocket could hear the music as he looked dreadfully.

"Oh no. No no no no! Not another one. Call me until it's over!" Rocket exclaimed as he scurried out of the room.

"We've done a lot~" Rapunzel sang before turning to Eugene as she kept singing. "Faced who knows what~" Eugene gave her a wink before they interlocked their arms and walked down the aisle, the people of Corona following behind them.

"Still though we're not quite through yet~" Rapunzel sang and stepped outside and stood on the railing of the balcony while singing. "We have so much to do yet~" Maximus danced back in castle, knocking into the table with Rapunzel's crown, making it role away towards the exit, making Maximus gasp and run after it

"More than a thing or two yet~" Rapunzel sang and started gliding down the right side handrail. "There's wounds we must heal~"

Rapunzel leaped off and landed bridal style in Eugene's arms where they shared a loving gaze with her left bare foot kicked in the air.

"Plans to make real~" Rapunzel sang as she got on her feet and grabbed onto Eugene's arm, dragging him along with the crown and Maximus right behind them. "Watch us and we'll do wonders!~" Rapunzel sang as she and Eugene stopped in front of a tarp which was pulled away to reveal twenty foot tall bushes trimmed into the shapes of Rapunzel and Eugene, with Eugene's image having a cactus in place of his nose.

"Sure we might make some blunders~" Rapunzel sang as Eugene pulled the cactus nose off, only for the bush Eugene to lose its head as Rapunzel ran down the street where Parade balloons of Maximus, Pascal, and Frederic were set up. "We'll face them all head oooon!~"

Rapunzel and Eugene climbed up onto the top of the Maximus balloon where they held hands on the balloon's nose.

"We'll rise hand in hand!~ And rebuild this land!~" The two jumped off the balloon as the crowd held up their hands to the air. We're ready to stand and roooooar!~" Rapunzel sang as she and Eugene grabbed onto different flag bands and swung on them in a Loop-de-Loop motion as Maximus and Pascal walked on the hands of the crowd who held them up as they ran for the crown. Rapunzel landed on the hands like a stage.

"Will we give up?~ No, never!~" Rapunzel sang and declared as she jumped down and took Eugene's hand and ran down the street again. "We're stronger than ever befoooooore!~"

The next thing you know, Rapunzel, Eugene and Lance were on their backs, being moved in circles on top of the crowd as everyone began to dance and party.

Orion. Yozora and the Guardians were all gathered with the crowd, even Rocket who was wearing a lot of cotton, Rocket was smiling that he wasn't going to sing and he was glad. Some of them had snacks while Orion was eating a hot pretzel on a stick.

"We've made mistakes~" Eugene sang before he spun her to Lance.

"Had some bad breaks~" Lance sang as he joined in the dance.

"That only makes us tougher!~" Eugene and Lance danced and kicked together.

Then Rapunzel came his way as she locked her arms with Orion and Friday.

"Now when the road gets rougher~" Friday sang as they led her down the road we're the people stood on both sides.

And Orion formed a neon path.

"Frankly, we'll barely suffer~" Orion sang as he nudged Rapunzel forward to walk down the path silently stating this is her journey after all and he's right behind her.

Orion made a shaka gang sign towards Rapunzel which was something they came up with when he returned.

Rapunzel smiled and gave a shaka gang sign back before she continued walking and started singing again.

"'Cause though we've been burned!~" Rapunzel sang as Maximus continued chasing the crown around. "What have we learned?!~"

"Victory is earned not given!~" Orion and Friday sang together as the children in town ran by wearing homemade Maverick masks. Including masks of the other guardians as they were playing in the streets.

"We shape the world we live in~" Rapunzel sang as she finished painting a giant collage of flowers in the shape of Corona's symbol on the ground.

"We're what we'll build upoooooon!~" Eugene and Lance sang as people gathered around the painting.

"The war may be won~!" Rapunzel, Eugene, and Lance sang as they got on top of one end of a horse drawn wagon. "But still, we're not done!~ We've only begun to soar!~"

The crown and Maximus landed on the other end of the wagon, launching Rapunzel, Eugene, and Lance into the air.

Orion held his hands out causing lanterns of neon to appear and float in the air like a path. All designed like the lanterns from Rapunzel's birthdays.

Rapunzel, Eugene and Lance landed on the Lanterns as Rapunzel slides on her bare feet across the path of floating neon lanterns.

"Older~" Rapunzel sang.

"And far more clever!~" Orion sang too as he flew into the air with her as he kept the floating lantern path going for her.

"And stronger than ever befooooore!~" Rapunzel and Orion sang as Rapunzel slid off into the air only to be caught on some more floating balloon or neon objects to catch her.

As the thrilling song and celebration was still going everyone was singing. Even the three little girls buy the fountain who fixed up Rapunzel's hair during her first visit into the city. Now a little bit older.

"There's miles yet to go!~ How far, we don't know~ But we can do so much more!~" The people sang and danced as the four sisters could be heard as they raised more neon lanterns in the sky which Orion managed to pass around with a flick of his fingers.

"Onto the next endeavour!~" Rapunzel sang as she and Eugene spung around in the air, held afloat by several lanterns tied to them.

"We're stronger than ever~" Everyone sang.

"We'll never say never~" Rapunzel and Orion sang again, as the Princess was still holding onto Eugene's hands while Orion kept them in the air with neon lanterns.

"WE'RE STRONGER THAN EVER BEFOOOOOOOOOOORE!~" Everyone sang as the song came to a close.

And Maximus floated up with the help of lanterns tied to his back, the crown held by his teeth as Pascal stood on top of it while waving one of his hands.

Back in Rapunzel's Room…..

Later that day, Rapunzel sat by the window in her room, looking out at the sunset. It had been quite the hectic few days since her return. But now things have finally calmed down. She had a small smile as the Princess was so glad to be back, and with everyone she loved.

Well, not everyone. The sting of Cassandra's betrayal still lingered. And left Rapunzel feeling doubt. But with her friends and family by her side, she began to heal.

Her thoughts were then interrupted as she heard her door opening slightly, making her turn to see, and smiled at the sight of Eugene.

"The number one reason I'm glad to be back in Corona you ask? Why the cupcakes." Eugene said before he held up a cupcake, making Rapunzel beam as Eugene entered the room and sat down next to her to give her the cupcake.

"Thanks, Eugene." Rapunzel said happily as she accepted the cupcake.

"I'm also glad that Orion and his crew are back as well. Just didn't feel the same without their brand of crazy." Eugene said with a fond smile. "You know, after hearing everything Orion told us, about his journey with the others, it kind of makes you wonder what other crazy fun adventures we're going to have in the future."

"It does." Rapunzel smiled before looking down with a frown. "And Eugene?"

"Yeah?" Eugene asked with concern at the frown before Rapunzel looked up with a sad smile.

"I think I'm ready to talk about Cass." Rapunzel said, which made Eugene give an encouraging smile back.

"Well, then I'm all ears, Sunshine." Eugene said, making Rapunzel smile before she stood up to pace as she found her words.

"At first, I felt so betrayed. After all, Cass is my best friend..." Rapunzel went on to say, and much more as Eugene sat by and listened to his love with loving support.

Orion walked down the hallway to check on Rapunzel. But he stopped to hear her talk about Cassandra to Eugene. And he smiled as he decided to let them be alone for now. Knowing Rapunzel needs only her boyfriend's support to get through her pain of betrayal.

He knew there would be a time and event soon coming to handle Cassandra. Wherever she is. And Orion knew the King and Queen's memories would return.

But for now. All else is well in Corona.

Back down at Orion's mansion…..

So Orion walked off and teleported back down to the front lawn of his mansion. Which in this case is Rapunzel's backyard gardens. The extra space they left so Orion could live next door to Rapunzel. With Rocket and Drax, celebrating inside the castle with the others. And Groot watching them...And Rapunzel's guards watching them as well. He knew they wouldn't be trouble. Especially considering Rapunzel told all the guards to never call Rocket his old name or a raccoon. And to never get him wet.

But speaking of wetness…

Once Orion entered through the front door and looked around to admire how everything was still the same as last time. And all the wonderful memories he had of this place. He took a deep breath. And decided to marvel at the moment.

But Friday had other plants considering that she walked up to Orion. More like sauntered up to Orion while she was still in her keyblader outfit. But the jacket was off to show a midriff.

"Hey, my blue electrolyte. How are you feeling?" Orion asked her with a smile while he went up to her.

"Oh, I'm just thinking that since we're home after everything, I'm in the mood to celebrate." Friday smiled as she wrapped her arms around Orion's neck before speaking in a sultry tone. "What do you say we go to our private quarters and play... all night long."

If Orion's face wasn't red. It would blush at this. So he looked to the author and readers and author on that note as he held his wife.

"Cue the Epilogue, please! I need the time alone." Orion requested.

'Will there be an NSFW one shot!' TEC declared.

"Ugh..." Orion groaned and rolled his eyes before he yanked up the 'THAT'S ALL FOR NOW FOLKS' card and he slammed it on the scene to end the chapter.

*SLAM!*

THAT'S ALL FOR NOW FOLKS!

As you can tell. The Demon ordeal is not over yet. And Orion must get ready while the events of the first half of season 3 will take place. With an addition of original chapters for when Orion and the Guardians go on adventures throughout the Multiverse with Rapunzel and her friends at his side.

I'll even merge cameos and extensions for certain episodes of Tangled. While skipping just a few that I count as irrelevant. Not too many though. I'll even acknowledge that those episodes have happened.

For example I'm not going to do an entire chapter of the episode titled 'Return Of The King'.

"Lord Of The Rings?" Orion inquired.

No. Eugene's father. I'll basically start the next chapter at the end of that episode. But Eugene's father will appear and yes he's still Bruce Campbell! WOOOOO! FOOTBALL! 🎉🎉😁

And I'll do something special for the episode titled 'Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf?' which I will definitely include.

Basically after an episode from the show. The story will follow up with a visit to another world afterwards. As Orion travels to gather recruits for the final battle against the arrival of the Demon.

And for every episode I skip. I'll add another world visit chapter for that one. Now not every episode and every world they visit is going to be in one big chapter like how I did the last story. I'll split most of them into individual chapters depending on how long they are.
