In a dark and dusty place, a blue and white portal appeared, and with a scream, Solgaleo, Lunala, and Koraidon came crashing through the Ultra Wormhole.

Solgaleo looked up, his head was spinning and his body hurt. It was almost dark all around them, the sky was gray with endless clouds all around it. The ground was wet, with only an inch level of water on it.

Confusion overtook him. He knew this place. It had been his home ever since he found himself here.

But it couldn't be Alola, it just couldn't.

The last time he was here, these lands had all been flourishing with wildlife. But right now, everything was dark, almost all of the plants were dead, and there wasn't even a Pokémon in sight to begin with.

"What- is this place…?" Lunala said as she got up. "What even happened here? Is… is this Alola?"

Solgaleo was silent, unable to find words to answer her.

"Oh- look who's here!" A voice suddenly spoke out. "I wasn't expecting to find you guys in here!" Solgaleo turned around. Right there, on one of the hills at the forest, (or what was left of it.) were two of them. The one who had spoken to them was a black and blue deer, with a short bushy tail and beautiful blue antlers.

The one next to her was a dragon slightly shorter than her. He had gray, red and black scales on his body, with three gold half-rings embedded into his neck, large shadow wings with red claws on them, and a golden headdress on him.

Solgaleo's heart lifted. He never really met them, but he heard about them from another friend of his, and his heart lifted immediately.

"Xerneas! Giratina!" Lunala beamed. "You're here!"

Xerneas looked down at them and smiled. "Why hello," she said. "Long time no see Lunala!"
