Hi, everyone! The next chapter will be one that is both high-stakes and wacky! We won't introduce more shows for now, but we will later on, as I want to give more focus more on the story rather than just focusing on fan service, as in bringing nostalgia, and I want to give the characters a chance to shine! Chapter 9: Casino Madness

The group trudges across the pancake land, with the creatures proven to be highly friendly and kind.

Sandy: I can't believe it! I thought the theory was scientific, but it's real!

Ally: What theory?

SpongeBob: She's talking about the multiverse. There are many worlds, like this one, and there are large amounts of big worlds out there!

Squidward: Like one where I am successful and have hair.

Everyone else looks at him in confusion.

Squidward: What? I'm good with hair, ain't I?

Mr. Krabs: No offense, Squiddy, but you having hair is small to the size of a pea.

Squidward: Maybe you're just jealous that I'm successful in another world and you're not.

Phineas: Hey, where's Perry?

Austin: Um, who's Perry?

Phineas: Our pet platypus. They don't do much, but our Perry is a secret agent.

Apparently, he and Doofenshmirtz landed somewhere else in the area.

Doofenshmirtz: Hmm, I landed somewhere warm. (notices sign) "Warning! Hot coffee?" Eh. (realizing in horror) Oh... (screams, jumps out of the giant coffee cup and begins running around in pain before landing on a giant strawberry) Oh, that's better.

Perry, who noticed this, snickers in a funny tone, having enjoyed what he just witnessed.

Doofenshmirtz: What? Perry the Platypus, that's not funny! Okay, let's forget about that. Let's just try to find those kids and then try to find a way to get back home so I can defeat you.

Perry raises his eyebrow in confusion.

Doofenshmirtz: You know what I'm talking about! Anyways, let's get a move on.

He and Perry start walking through the pancake area. They suddenly witness a nearby portal. It's swirling and it's green with hints of purple.

Doofenshmirtz: Should we go in? Eh. It's not that bad.

He and Perry go through the portal and they witness a nearby city, which is bustling full of lights.

Doofenshmirtz: Whoa, this place is like Las Vegas! Hey, look, a casino!

Perry grabs his hand, reminding him of their task.

Doofenshmirtz: It'll be quick. Besides, papa needs some money. Just to be clear, I'm the papa. Don't misinterpret it.

Perry facepalms in annoyance, but he follows Doofenshmirtz to the casino. Inside, the area is bustling with arcade games, high-quality food, and casino games.

Guy: Come on, six, lucky five!

Casino Guy: Lucky Five! We got a winner! (the guy celebrates before receiving his money)

Doofenshmirtz: Wow, I think this could go well.

Meanwhile, the rest of the group trudges through the land.

Sandy: Okay, so now we have introduced everyone, the question remains; how do we get back?

SpongeBob: (realizing) Oh, I haven't thought of that. (suddenly, the box starts shining)

Miley: Um, what is it doing? Is it something good?

The Portal Box releases a beam that opens a portal. Everyone stares in sheer amazement and confusion.

Shelby: I think it may be a way back. What are we waiting for? Let's go!

Everyone heads in, but Austin and Dez are the only ones not going.

Austin: But I can't leave this pancake land!

Ally: (grabbing his hand) Come on, it's not that bad! Besides, we need to find a way back home.

Trish: (grabbing Dez's hand) Yeah, I want to grab that ice cream back at the Miami Mall!

They pull them into the portal. Everyone sees a giant dinosaur, where it roars at them. Everyone is shocked.

Buford: Uh-oh. I didn't bring my good underwear... or my dinosaur-hunting gear.

The Box opens another portal underneath the group, and they fall into a chocolate river. They swim through the river before approaching nearby land.

Plankton: Hmm, milk chocolate. Could use some extra sugar.

Luke: Yeah, I agree. It tastes a little weird.

A candy cane grabs them and pulls them onto a marshmallow tree, where they see a candy land.

Zuri: It's so beautiful! I think I'm in love!

Cyd: (eating a chocolate bar) I agree! It's tastes so good!

Another portal opens and the candy cane tree limb slides them into it. Everyone sees a giant flower.

Lilly: Whoa! That's one big sunflower!

More flowers grow, and they grow bigger. One of them grows underneath the group, and they are lifted into the air. The area is a big marvelous scenery of beauty.

Isabella: It's so beautiful!

Squidward: (has tears in his eyes) I know...

Patrick: Um, Squidward, are you crying?

Squidward: No, I'm just... sweating through my eyes.

Another portal opens, very higher than where the group is, and the flower grows big enough for them to go through it. Everyone falls onto the floor, where there is a tile of light.

Mr. Krabs: A light?

The tile suddenly changes color and many more of them light up soon as pop dance music plays, with the entire environment revealing to be a dance floor.

SpongeBob: Yes! I'm ready to dance!

Patrick: Count me in!

The two friends start dancing. They spin back and forth, raise their feet, jump and do a twirl, before falling back onto the ground. Everyone else cheers for them.

SpongeBob: Don't be shy! Join in!

Everyone else starts dancing. They do amazing moves, like the floss, the twist, the twirl and back, many amazing moves you can imagine. Then the tiles start moving up, forming an arch.

Jessie: Whoa! Moving squares is a greater view to enjoy with.

The tiles carry the group up to the arch. Then another portal opens.

Ravi: How many of these crazy holes are suddenly going to start opening up?

Max: Well, whatever it is, I like it!

Phineas: Let's jump in!

Everyone jumps into the portal. As they are falling, they see a beautiful world of stars and galaxies circling each other.

Candace: Whoa... it's like a field of stars out there... I want to go there...

Everyone keeps falling before they land on the top of a green-blue soft floor.

Harper: Surprisingly, this soft floor broke our fall.

Everyone gets up and notices they are in the middle of a casino the size of a hotel. There are high-profile arcade games, high-quality gourmet food, and casino games where anyone can win easily.

Alex: Hey, looks like we found the jackpot.

Attendant: Excuse me, good people, but would you like to try some of our delicious lemonade?

SpongeBob: Ok. I'll take some. (drinks some and falls in euphoria, having enjoyed it) Whoa! This is awesome! You have GOT to taste this! (tosses some into Patrick's mouth)

Patrick: (sings a high note) Awesome! Well, buddy, what do you say we go join the party?

SpongeBob: I say "let's party!"

He and Patrick celebrate and run over to the tables.

Sandy: Wait! We can't celebrate! We need to have to... (sniffs something) Fresh barbecued nuts? You guys do what you want! I'm gonna grab some! (runs off)

A giant pitcher of lemonade falls on top of everyone, drenching them. But they taste it, and they too find it awesomely delicious.

Phineas: Well, there's nothing a little fun can't hurt. Who wants to party?!

Everyone: Yeah!

Everyone heads off to have some fun. Squidward is playing clarinet at a little booth. The crowd cheers, having enjoyed it.

Squidward: Thank you! Thank you! (bows down in grace)

Buford and Baljeet are playing at the arcade machine.

Buford: I'm going to win!

Baljeet: Slow down! I can't keep up! (loses the game and groans in frustration while Buford celebrates his victory)

Buford: (laughs) In your face!

Riley and her friends are observing the area and notice a nearby bay window.

Riley: Bay window, bay window right there! (grabs Maya's hand)

Maya: We'll meet you in a little bit. Oh, and Huckleberry? (gestures at Lucas) Go get your horse. (imitates a horse neighing)

Lucas: (laughing) Okay, Maya. Hey, Farkle, want to go play that racing game machine?

Farkle: Sure. It'll be fun to groove. Let's do this! (the two of them head off)

Riley: Hey, Maya, did you ever see and imagine the stars to be so wonderful in any place more far away than home?

Maya: No. But somehow, it's even more beautiful than what I could've imagined.

The Russo siblings and Harper notice a carnival ride.

Justin: Hey, look, a bumper-car ride!

Harper: Score! I'm going on that!

Alex: Eh, not really my thing. I'm gonna go have some fun over there.

Justin: (whispering in Alex's ear) Don't try to pull pranks on anyone. And don't try to use magic.

Alex: Oh, sure. Like I would pull pranks on anyone. (winks at Max)

Max: Oh, I get it... not much.

Alex: You won't. Let's go. (they head off)

They notice a spilled puddle of water on the floor.

Alex: Hey, Max, watch this. (takes out her wand and waves it) That water looks very nice, but now turn it into a slide of ice.

The water turns into ice. An attendant doesn't notice it and he slips before falling into a triple-layered strawberry cake.

Max: (laughing) That was so awesome!

Cyd and Shelby see a food buffet and dart toss in a carnival game.

Cyd: Shelby! This place is amazing! There's a lot of food here, and there's even a giant ferris wheel!

Shelby: Let's grab something to eat. What about those aquatic fish crackers?

Cyd: A bit salty, but still tangy. (they head to the stand and grab some crackers) How about we play those dart games for a prize? (they head to the stand) Let me show you how I do it. (she throws her dart, and she gets bullseye) Aw, yeah!

Shelby: (high-fives her best friend) Congrats! That's how you do it! Let me try! (she throws her dart, but misses) Aw! Let's jump back!

Cyd: Good idea! (she and Shelby touch each other, and they jump back; Shelby successfully gets it on the second try) Whoa!

The two girls receive stuffed walruses.

Phineas and Ferb are break-dancing as the tiles on the dance floor and the music synchronize to their moves.

Phineas: Ferb, kick it up a notch!

Ferb swings around with the use of one finger, leaps up and lands flawlessly.

Phineas: Whoa, those high-grade dance lessons are really paying off! I'm thinking, should I do it too? (Ferb nods his head) Excellent.

Plankton, Karen, Gary and Spot notice a pet-wrestling exhibition match.

Plankton: I bet 5 that my little Spot wins that match.

Karen: Double-or-nothing that SpongeBob's pet snail, Gary, wins.

Plankton: (shakes Karen's hand) You're on!

In the match, Gary and Spot are evenly matched. Spot trips over Gary, but Gary uses a nearby rope to tie up Spot. The amoeba squeezes out and swings Gary into the air. He lands in a mud pit, but the snail pulls a rope that causes water to fall on him, causing him to fall. Gary meows in victory.

Plankton: Oh, come on!

Karen: (holds out her hand) Come on, Sheldon. Pay up.

Plankton: (gives her 10 dollars) Eh, a bet's a bet, and I'm a man of my word.

Mr. Krabs is catching money that's raining down on the crowd.

Mr. Krabs: Give me that money! This money is mine! (tackles people down to the ground and grabs the money; laughs) This money is mine! I got it!

Barry and Naldo notice a nearby science exhibit.

Barry: Hey, Renaldo, how about we check out this really great science exhibit?

Naldo: I'm not really sure, Barry. It's a bit boring.

Barry: Boring? It has the greatest scientific values that mankind has, and there's also a pinball machine.

Naldo: Okay, I'm game. (the two of them head into the exhibit)

Isabella and Sandy are playing on pogo sticks.

Isabella: How awesome is playing on top of pogo sticks?

Sandy: I say it's more fun that cow on top of a mud pie! Let's see who can go the longest jumping!

Isabella: You're on! (they pogo their way further into the casino)

Jessie and the Ross kids are exploring the area. Emma is holding a magazine.

Emma: Hey, did you know that this casino accounts about over 100,000 outfits? That's more than the average store holds!

Jessie: Yeah, my dad just got me the same old military jumpsuits.

Luke notices a video-game central hub, with a paintball game in effect.

Luke: Whoa! Paintball! I'm definitely going in there!

Jessie: Well, if you going to play in there, you're definitely gonna need my expertise.

Luke: On one hand, you'll embarrass me. On the other hand, it's not every day we get to play paintball in a casino. Come join the party!

Jessie: Awesome! Emma, watch over Ravi and Zuri.

Emma: Gotcha! (the nanny and freckled kid walk off) So, what do you want to do?

Ravi: I don't know. It's such a big place. Why do these people just trade away their money for more money if they just lose?

Zuri: I don't know, but it just how it happens. Hey, look, a stuffed-toy giveaway! I'm taking first place! (runs off)

Emma: Zuri, wait! (notices a giant store called "Fashion World") Fashion World? It looks like I went to heaven!

Ravi: Technically, you're still on Earth.

Emma: Ravi, you go explore! I need some great new clothes! (runs off into the store)

Ravi: So what do I do now? (notices an Indian reptile exhibit) Whoa! An African reptile exhibit? Maybe I can find a good companion for Mrs. Kipling. (heads off into the exhibit)

Austin, Ally, Trish, and Dez check out the casino.

Ally: All these good people are risking their money for a game that they never win. Who would do that?

Dez: (playing cards) Do you have any threes?

The guy checks his cards.

Dez: Go fish! (grabs the money) Hey, Austin, look at all this money I got!

Austin: As much as I want to stupidly gamble my money away, I want to find something to do that's awesome.

Trish: Well, then, how about that? (points at sign) There's a cool guitar show happening!

Ally: Austin, you should totally sign up for that! You do really great at your performances!

Austin: Thanks, Ally! You're right! I'm gonna do this thing! (walks off into the room)

Dez: Have fun! I'll just gamble more of my money!

Trish: So, what do you want to do?

Ally: Well, how about we get a cool spa-day... at night? (laughs)

Trish: That joke isn't much funny. But you're right about the spa-day at night idea. (the two girls head into the spa and relaxation room)

Miley, Lilly, and Oliver notice the spinning ball games and chip placement games.

Oliver: Hey, let's play those games.

Miley: Oliver, I don't feel comfortable. Is this safe?

Lilly: Oh, come on, Miley, it isn't that bad. Besides, we're supposed to have fun here!

Miley: Okay. Let's do it.

They head towards one of the tables.

Miley: Excuse me, sir, where can I put this gold coin?

Attendant: Place it anywhere you would like.

Oliver: Hey, put it on 9.

Lilly: That's not a 9; that's a 6.

Miley puts her coin on 6, the attendant spins the ball, the three kids watch anxiously on where the ball would land, and the ball lands on the number 6.

Attendant: We have a winner! (gives the three kids more gold coins)

Lilly: Oh, yeah, we're going rich!

Miley: I know! You two are right! This is fun! Let's go play another game and get even more gold coins!

Lilly: With all the gold coins we win, we can get ourselves cool sunglasses and pedicures!

The two girls runs off, leaving the gold coins there.

Oliver: Um, Miley? You forgot... (sighs in annoyance as he carries the gold coins, with some of it going into his pockets while he carries the rest)

SpongeBob and Patrick are outside, relaxing on the lounge chairs, with lemonade in hands, as they're watching the fireworks out there.

SpongeBob: (sips his lemonade) Ah, this is the life, isn't it?

Patrick: You can say that again, buddy. Hey, can I tell you something?

SpongeBob: (listening) What is it?

Patrick: That night, when we built that machine, it gave us something greater. Something we made was amazing. But about the club, when I got in... and you didn't?

SpongeBob: Um, yeah... it was just surprising... that you got in... and I didn't.

Patrick: Well, say if the truth came out, and you were upset. What would happen?

SpongeBob: I don't know. But... if the truth came out... that person... would've done it for the right reasons... and I would agree with what they would've did.

Patrick: I know, buddy.

SpongeBob: Hey, if something's bothering you, Pat, you can come to me and talk about it.

Patrick: I know, buddy.

He and Patrick clink their glasses and watch the ever-glowing stars of fireworks that are in the sky.

Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz and Perry are thrown out of the other casino.

Attendant: And stay out! (slams the door)

Perry looks at Doofenshmirtz angrily.

Doofenshmirtz: It's not my fault, Perry the Platypus. That Timmy guy was a jerk! He pushed me into that chocolate fountain! I thought if I did the same, then I... (realizing) Oh, throwing him into the fountain and dumping the rest of him was plain rude. Well, let's just find your owners so we can go back home.

Doofenshmirtz and Perry continue walking, when they suddenly see a toy robot.

Doofenshmirtz: Hey, look, a little robot.

He grabs it, but it suddenly blares an alarm.

Doofenshmirtz: Huh? Wait, what's going on?

Drones from all directions surround the doctor and platypus. One of them takes a picture of them.

Drone #1: What should we do with them?

Drone #2: Let's capture them. They might have connections to our fugitives.

Doofenshmirtz: Uh-oh. Let's run for it! (he and Perry run away)

Drone #3: They want to play it like that, huh? Put that picture on the billboards and the greedy, restless people capture them. We also got some photography of our fugitives. Repeat the same process with them. In the meantime, let's get them!

The drones chase after them, firing lasers at the duo. The doctor and platypus race into the city as the picture of them is placed onto the billboards. It reads "Doctor and Platypus Wanted: 10000 reward."

French Narrator: (reading title card) The Next Morning...

At the casino where the group enjoyed themselves, the area is seen as a mess and almost everyone but them has left. An attendant, who is cleaning up, notices SpongeBob sleeping face-down on a casino table and Patrick sleeping in a trash can, with the can up. She casually just tosses the trash and walks away. SpongeBob wakes up, with there being gold coins all over his face.

SpongeBob: What? Is it Christmas? Oh. (groans in pain as he holds his head) Oh, my head... I think the lemonade got through to my head a little too much.

Patrick: (waking up, lifts his head up from the trash can) Hey, I got something good. No, it's just a spider.

Cyd and Shelby, having slept next towards one of the food stands, also groan from their crazy night.

Shelby: I feel like I just jumped off a train and into a river.

Cyd: (holding her stomach as it grumbles) Next time, don't eat spicy jalapeño poppers at a casino after drinking lemonade.

Miley, Lilly, and Oliver also wake up, having slept next to an arcade game, with there being numerous gold coins.

Oliver: I think that was fun.

Miley: (holding her head) A little too much.

Lilly: On the bright side, at least we won all these gold coins. But I think my head got a bit of a bump from sleeping on them.

Everyone regroups next towards one of the Ferris wheels.

Sandy: That was fun, but I think I had enough casino fun for a while. Oh, by the way, where is the Portal Box?

SpongeBob: I gave it to Patrick.

Patrick: Yeah, I have it right there. (points to his pocket and tries to pull it out) Um...

Ally: Please don't tell us you lost it.

Emma: Yeah, we need that to get us back home.

Patrick: (still checking his pocket) I was sure that I had it with me. Um, I better check the other one. (does so, but finds nothing) Oh, no.

Everyone: You lost it?!

Patrick: (lying) No... (everyone looks at him with anger and annoyance) Yeah, I did. (smiles nervously)

Squidward: You big idiot and moron! Now what do we do?!

Phineas: Wait, the tablet! We kept it with us in case!

The tablet is shown, and a red beeping button is shown on the screen, indicating it's where the box is going, and where it is at.

Phineas: Maybe we can use it to find the box!

Mr. Krabs: Great idea! But before we go, anyone needs to freshen up? My face is a bit dirty.

Everyone else agrees except SpongeBob and Patrick.

SpongeBob: No, thank you. I know how to get myself clean.

Patrick: I don't need cleaning. I smell fresh. Check it, SpongeBob. (lifts his armpit and SpongeBob is grossed out)

SpongeBob: You could use some deodorant. You smell like a sewage system. (gives some deodorant to Patrick, who uses it)

Phineas: We'll be quick. Don't walk off. (everyone heads off to the bathroom)

SpongeBob: We won't!

Suddenly, the door is heard knocking.

SpongeBob: Someone's here. Maybe it's somebody great.

Patrick: I got it!

He opens the door, and there is an angry mob, holding many weapons, ranging from all types of varieties.

SpongeBob: Who are you people?!

Guy: You are on the most wanted list. Some anonymous person posted your pictures on the billboards, promising a million dollar reward for whoever brings you guys in!

SpongeBob: That's not true!

Girl: Check outside.

The sponge and star check, and to much to their horror, they see a billboard with their pictures that says "Most Wanted: Sponge and Star. Million Dollar Reward promised."

Patrick: Oh, no...

Angry Mob: Let's get them!

SpongeBob and Patrick scream as they try to run back inside, but a muscular guy blocks the door. They run into the city as the mob chases after them. Back inside, the rest of their friends have finished washing up.

Riley: A clean face is a face of positivity.

Ravi: Hey, where have the sponge and star gone?

Plankton: I don't know. They said they would still be here.

Austin: Maybe they went outside for some fresh air.

Everyone goes outside, but they don't find anyone there.

Candace: I don't get it. Where must they have gone?

Miley: Um, guys... maybe that can explain our question. (everyone notices the billboard)

Sandy: "Most Wanted?" This is not good. We need to find them.

Phineas: Luckily, our tablet has their color-coordination on the tracking device. We see where the color goes, and there's a good chance we'll find them.

Isabella: Well, then what are we waiting for? Let's go find them!

Everyone runs off to locate them. Unbeknownst to anyone, however, Anti-SB is seen, with a portal swirling from behind him.

Anti-SB: Everything is coming together now. Let the people track them down, and the Box is ours for us to track. Agents, find that Box!

Agents: Yes, sir! (with laser guns, they run into the city)

Anti-SB: Pretty soon, SpongeBob and Patrick, your friendship will fall apart. (laughs maniacally before entering back into the portal)

That chapter was fun! It took me a few days to write something that would've taken me two whole weeks to write! The next chapter will feature some great action, including a big surprise! What is it? You'll have to wait and see! Until then, let the light of happiness keep shining very brightly on you!
