A series of unrelated Christmas and winter one-shots all based around the von Trapp family and the different situations they find themselves in within the Christmas season. Most are inspired by prompts and ideas from Proboards or Instagram. Also, most are based on the relationship between Maria and Georg.

As World War II ends, the von Trapps are eager to welcome home their soldiers with everyone else. Liesl, in particular, looks forward to the return of Patrick, a young lieutenant she has been writing for the last couple of years. But so many changes in their family soon cause problems for Maria and Georg's marriage. And what does this all mean for Liesl and Patrick?

In the movie Max asks Maria to be his partner for dinner. Georg is agreeable and Maria goes to her room to change. His heated encounter with Herr Zeller was over. Georg felt Maria should have returned by now. He decides to go find out what's taking Maria so long to change her dress.

For the first time in her life, Maria was content. Her seven charges were wonderful and even their father was starting to come around. She tried not to think about the fact that she would be leaving soon. Though it broke her heart, she couldn't stay forever. After all, she was only the Governess. (Kinda AU, I guess).

Set two years after Maria left the party, and in this version of events she never returned or has had any contact with the Von Trapp family since.

(AU - Canon Divergence) When Maria discovers a family member she didn't even know she had, she, with help from Captain von Trapp, embarks on a journey to help him find his place in the world. Along the way, she might just find her place as well.

I guess this is AU, but not in the beginning. Maria helps the Captain keep the children safe from the Nazis. Takes place after the boat accident and becomes AU after the party scene.

AU. "Marriage is quite a complicated thing, besides, I'm sure that the young baroness isn't yet ready for the harsh life that you are preparing for her..."

AU-When fleeing after the convent (via the train) the Von Trapp family are separated and Liesl and Brigitta are taken by Herr Zeller. Sending a reluctant Maria ahead with his children Georg stays behind in order to reunite his family. And hell hath no fury like a father whose little girls are in danger.

Sometimes the deepest pain leads to the greatest love. Maria falls for her neighbour Captain VonTrapp. Sadly her abusive husband makes her and her daughter's life extremely difficult. (Contains abuse) COMPLETE

Maria and Georg take their newborn son to see the Reverend Mother, and as well as their loving reunion, and reflecting on all that has happened over the past year, the three of them relive some of the most heart-warming memories the occurred throughout the pregnancy... When Maria and Georg go berry picking they find a fresh patch of Strawberry's. Georg convinces Maria that strawberries are not just for eating. A steamy one shot.
