In the end, Usopp loses the duel but Luffy tells him he can keep the Merry and the Straw Hats check into an inn. The morning the Straw Hats find out Iceburg has been attacked and is in the hospital.
Nami, Kisho, and Luffy go to check on him, but they are confronted by Franky. who wants revenge for them destroying the Franky House. Luffy and Frankie start to fight, but they are interrupted by the Galley-la crew who says it was the Straws Hat who attacked Iceburg. The Galley-la crew proceeds to attack Luffy, but Franky attacks them for interfering with his fight so Galley-la ends up fighting with Franky as well. Due to Franky attacking the shipwrights Nami, Kisho, and Luffy are able to escape but are now on the run from the citizens of Water 7 as well.

If that isn't Galley-la HQ I don't know what is said Kisho.
No surprise, since it's right next to Dock One, and look the place is totally swarming with reporters said Nami.
Those tough-looking guys are probably shipwrights said Kisho.
