Naruto chuckled sheepishly and Ai finally landed from his impromptu trip through the ceiling. He blurred to Naruto and wrapped him in a bear hug. "Kami does answer prayers! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!" Ai's cheerful voice and tone of jubilation rang throughout Kumo and made many heads turn toward the Raikage tower.

Itachi coughed, "Ahem, so, Ai, I suppose this could be enough to push us toward a full alliance."

Ai calmed down and went back into leader mode, "Yes, Itachi, it is enough. Why don't you write up a preliminary treaty and I will have my people review it."

Tsunade stepped in here, "Look, I want as many people working together as I can get. You are both friends of the family and I trust you. Ai and Itachi, before you sign any treaty, you best understand that upon Naruto's 21st birthday, he will move into his role as the Daimyo of Uzu and Wave. Any and all children will go with him when he accepts that position."

Ai was Gobsmacked, this was the first he had heard about Uzushio since they arrived. "Uzushigakore? What has that got to do with anything? Why would the kid be the Daimyo of ruins?

Mabui facepalmed herself, "Dear, it is clear that he is rebuilding his ancestral home. Let's see, that means in five years you will be able to rebuild and populate Uzushiogakore?"

Naruto shrugged, "Not completely. I admit that the biggest problem is going to be finding people to live there. I don't know how many escaped the genocide or if their kids would wish to return. What I do know is that I will try, and Wave will support me."

Ai clapped a hand on Naruto's shoulder, "You can count on Kumo, too, Naruto Senju-Uzumaki."

Naruto appreciated Ai's forthright nature, so he returned his words with a firm nod of the head. "Thanks, Ai. I also have recently completed something that will revolutionize the world, and I wanted to see if Konoha and Kumo would like to be the first to test it out."

Ai looked like a kid beneath the Christmas tree on Christmas morning and Itachi simply cocked an eyebrow before speaking. "What is this invention?"

Naruto smirked, "I completed the group teleporter. After my training in the Sage's temple, I finally understood what I was missing and how to compensate for it."

Ai cocked his head to the side, "Teleporter?"

Naruto nodded, "Think Mabui's instant transmission, but for a group of up to ten people."

Ai looked to Mabui, "You shared your notes with him?"

Mabui shrugged, "The kid is a fuinjutsu prodigy. Why wouldn't I after all he has already done and will do for Lightning Country?"

Ai relented to that fact, "Okay, I am excited. What do you need us to do?"

Naruto sighed; this was the hard part. "Okay, my best guess is roughly 50kilograms of chakra metal per tower. Then, I will need to have a 50 square meter section of Kumo and Konoha to build a small tower. Finally, I will need you to select a couple people from each village that I can train in its proper use."

Ai whistled and Itachi groaned. It was Ai that spoke first, "That is quite expensive. The 50 kilos of chakra metal will be a small fortune in and of itself. Why do all of that just to link Kumo and Konoha?"

Naruto's smirk turned feral, "Because it won't just be Kumo and Konoha. It will be every major city that decides to fund the project. I already have enough chakra metal for Wave and Uzu."

The implications of the inventions just penetrated even the thickest of skulls in the room. It was revolutionary. "Holy Kami, bud." Ai gasped out.

Itachi nodded his head, "It is indeed startling to think about. Everyone would have access to travel like your Hiraishin."

"Where do you think the brat got the idea?" Tsunade scoffed.

Samui squealed in excitement, "So, I would be able to come home and visit my friends?"

Naruto nodded, "Yes, although you always have me if you need that. This transport system is quite expensive to operate, as far as chakra cost."

Itachi nodded, "I can only imagine. Best guess at cost to send a single shinobi back and forth?"

"A high 'A' rank jutsu's worth of chakra. A group of ten would be about two 'S' rank jutsu." Naruto answered since he already did the calculations.

Ai whistled, "That is costly. How would you power it?"

"Daily missions to shinobi and a membership fee for any civilian that wants to use it. The seal will be attached to a chakra battery that your shinobi can keep topped off." Naruto answered.

Itachi was nodding his head furiously and he began smiling in excitement, "This will change everything. Where else have you got to agree to the installation of a tower?"

"Suna, Wind Capitol, Fire capitol, Kirigakore, Wave, Uzu and hope you two agree." Naruto answered honestly.

"How long will it take to build?" Ai asked.

"The towers should take my artisans about two weeks. The seal will take about a week per seal for me to complete. Even with my shadow clones, it is an extensive and intricate project." Naruto answered.

Tsunade, Temari and Ino just watched on with proud smiles on their faces. Ino leaned into Temari and whispered, "We are so lucky we got to him first."

Temari leaned her head against Ino's, "You can say that again, sis."
