Chapter 5

Like a Glove

As part of Kuon's educational program, he is often given time offs from school to attend to his growing career as an actor, and today is one of it.

Today however he was also with his best friend whom he has been courting for the past weeks, "You excited?" he asked sensing her giddy energy and rehearsing the lines.

Kyoko nodded with a smile, "It's my first time to play a role that is not a villain or part of the antagonist group!" Kuon chuckled and gave her an affectionate pat on the head.

Once they arrived, they were greeted by the eccentric president now dressed as an emperor, complete with all the regalias and western style cavalry uniform. They were then lead to a conference room and met with the director, producers, the author herself and their co-stars. "Before we start, I want to introduce our lead for this project." Lory announced in a kingly manner, "Everyone, please welcome, Hizuri Kuon and Mogami Kyoko." They clapped and shortly made greetings and welcome, "Both of you, meet the prodigy director for this wonderful piece, meet Ogata Hiroaki." They were met with a shy boy their age, Kuon and Kyoko exchanges looks.

They thought the director was part of their co-stars but he was actually the son of the famous and well-respected director that Kyoko had the chance to work with for a certain drama.

Kuon and Kyoko warmly thanked him for specifically choosing them, "I often see you in school and your chemistry made me volunteer to take the project." Ogata sheepishly responded.

During their scrip reading their co-stars could not help but squeal at the couple's adlibs after being given the freedom to go off script. The script writer took notes with all the adorable actions the two were sharing while the author was inspired to write some more romatic stories.

Their scheduled script reading was done in a breeze without any issue, and the couple were shortly fetched by the Hizuri's chauffeur taking them home. And since they still got have the day free, Kuon and Kyoko made plans to spend it in his house studying.

However when they got back, Kuu and Julie had some media company having a tour around their Tokyo mansion.

Quickly, the couple made their way upstairs in the brothers' private lounge and settled there only to find Julianne dozing off to one of the beanbags with his laptop, expensive mic set-up and earphones.

Kuon chuckled and took the devices off of his brother, settled the overly large teen properly and covered him with the offered knitted blanket, "He doesn't have school?" Kyoko whispered.

Kuon shook his head, "I heard from dad that Sasha is under a special class and he doesn't need to physically be in school. He's just being given feasible studies." Kyoko looked amazed, "He's built different, meanwhile there's me who can't survive basic algebra." he chuckled and Kyoko comforted him with a kiss on the cheek.

"Kyaaaa!" It was Tina who was about to wake Julianne and let him know they have company.

The sudden shriek startled the couple and the sleeping third wheel. Julianne out of defense mechanism hurriedly slipped on his helmet out of nowhere.

Kuon and Kyoko managed to hold him before Julianne did some heinous crime, "Aw, Im sorry Sasha, did I scare you?" Tina babied him and the youngest brother was fast to forgive, "Its just Kuon here is having quite the romance while you're asleep." Tina had enjoyed smooshing and pinching Julianned cheeks.

Julie's guests that followed her to the kitchen was thrilled to catch the rumored teen couple in the act and under the rolling camera.

Kyoko hid her face under Kuon's arm meanwhile Kuon chuckled and tooknthe opportunity to wrap his arms around her for a tight hug, and suddenly, "Onigiri?!" one of the producers gasped spotting Julie's youngest son.

Nonchalantly, Julianne stuffed more meatballs and spaghetti sauce to a bigger bun and gave a side eye to the crew admitting he was Onigiri.

Kyoko peeked and commented, "Im surprised you're still alive with all that meat you're eating, Jules-kun?"

The host shrieked after Julianne replied, "And with all that romance, Im shocked you're still not married." taking a bite of his creation.

"I can make you one, bud. Let's head downstairs and leave the love birds." Winking at the couple.

Rick who came to check after hearing his wife scream reduced to fits after what Tina told him, patting Kuon on the shoulder and elbowing him, Kuon gave his side a punch.

"What's with the commotion, dear?" Julie went to check as well.

Rick chuckling, "Tina caught Kuon and Kyoko being all sweet and startled poor buddy here." Julianne loading the huge hotdog bun some meatballs and spaghetti.

Julie's guests that followed her to the kitchen was thrilled to catch the rumored teen couple in the act and under the rolling camera.

Kyoko peeked and commented, "Im surprised you're still alive with all that meat you're eating, Jules-kun?"

"Shaaa!" Rick's daughter barged in with Kuu who's wearing Julianne's helmet, the little girl kept banging the headgear with her rattle.

Kuon confused "Dad, why are you wearing Sasha's helmet?"

Kuu sighed and handed the baby to Rick, "If I wear it, Sabrina would think Im Sasha." Rick snorted.

Kuon surprised, "Well... did it work?"

Kuu took the headgear off, "No. But it has an airconditioner!" peeking at the interior of the full-face helmet, "No wonder you can wear this for hours end!" Kuu then shortly noticed that his son was not pleased that he took the prized helmet without permission and now it had scratches from the baby. "My bad son... I'll get you a new-" he was cut-off when Julianne yanked the item from him.

Kyoko and Kuon watched Julianne angrily walkes out the kitchen, "You do realize he's very particular with his things, right?" Julie groaned and pulled Kuu's ear, "Now you have to make it up to him."

Kuon sighed, "If he'd let you." and pulled Kyoko to his room to hide from their guest and check on Julianne as well.

Kyoko peeked at Julianne in his room and went back to Kuon's shortly, "He's polishing his helmet." letting Kuon know.

Pulling her for a nap, Kyoko instead took their scripts and read it together, "Ogata-san said this is a true story... But its too fairytale like!" Kyoko's eyes sparkled.

Kuin hummed, "A highschool girl as a maid café waitress for a part time job meets her prince charming who's actually a count is quite the fantasy but it actually happened." laughing, "Aren't they tge famous couple from Seika high? I heard from Yuki that the girl you're going to play is actually a council president?" Kyoko gasped.

Frantically flipping the pages she finally found it and it was indeed true, "Oh my gosh!!" she squealed and Kuon could not help finding her cute and smothered her into a tight embrace and gave her a kiss making the girl embarrassed.

After a while the decided to get some snacks and coming out the lounge they found Julianne with his riding gears on, and with him is another tall blonde, "Well hello there!" The other blonde brightfully greeted.

Kuon puts on a smile and offered his hand, "Nice too meet you, Im Kuon and this is my girl Kyoko." he introduced which made Kyoko flustered from the sudden claim.

Julianne cleared his throat, "This is Richard Patrick Rachester III, he's the actual brother of the character you'll be playing." Kuon was shocked.

"Hotdog! You'll be playing Takumi!" Richard laughed, "Good luck, mate! That dude is an alien from a weird planet, make sure you dont become a pervert or something." This made Julianne snort and Kyoko pinch Kuon's side.

Kuon pouted, "And here I thought Im welcome to join you in bath?" he teased Kyoko who grew redder and this time pinched his nose in spite.

"Anyways, nice meeting you! I'll be borrowing your brother for a while, we'll be off to Okinawa to pick-up our precious DayJowey princess." Richard elbowed Julianne who coughed supressing his laughter, "Yo, Turbo, what happened to your helmet?" pointing at the Bluey sticker that covered the scratches.

"Sabrina decided she wanted to customize it." This made the three awed at the cute gesture of the baby.

Kuon nodded, "Yep, his soft spot is with Sabby..." Kyoko leaned to him as she too finds it adorable.

Once the two left, Kuon and Kyoko headed back to the kitchen and got some light snacks after the girl offered to cook and made something, Kuu shortly joined them and complained that Julianne hates him and Julie isn't talking to him either.

"You know, Kyoko-chan being here with you feels like she's now part of the family and my in-law..." Kuu teased, "Hurry up and marry her." this made his som grim grom ear-to-ear.

Kuon dropping a kiss on her head, "Right? She fits like a glove in our family." winking at her.

With the recent episode of the morning reality show; Real Celebrity Estates- revealing the home of the world famous Hizuri family, the Japanese and American teen fans and followers of both Kuon and Kyoko went crazy revealing how sweet they were off camera and not minding the guests as they indulged themselves with each other's company.

However the teen fans grew feral after the sudden face reveal of their favorite rider, Onigiri who is actually blonde and handsome face, this caused a debate on who was hotter, the older brother or the younger one, and safe to say the younger was winning as he was single while the older is already taken by the Japanese Sweetheart.

Julianne did not mind the attention since he doesn't go out in public as much, however his second upload in his personal channel earned millions of views as he finally took off his helmet and talked more, "Wait, the DayJowey princess they were talking about is a guy?!" Kyoko gasped and realized it was a figure of speech after the third friend who's Nakahara was the last name is quite the princess, he preferred to ride in offroad style and hated being under the sun.

The couple were relieved that it was Julianne who took the spotlight than them being in a controversy, this saved the LME PR quite the trouble honestly.

A/N: Well hello there! I do apologize for the long update, as you may have known I shared my terminally I'll mom's state and how I've become her full-time caregiver. Sadly, last February 29, 2024 she peacefully passed, surrounded by our friends, relatives and us her immediate loved ones. Ive been going to therapy and helping myself get back on track as I want to fulfill a promise to my mom of becoming a lawyer, Im taking the BAR again.
