Bumbling Bees

Blake Gets Isekai'd

On a distant highway way out past the limits of Vale, a certain blond Huntress was standing in the middle of the road in the dead of the night, shouting, "Twenty-one! Twenty-one! Twenty-one!"

As she did this, a dark-haired cat-girl suddenly stalked up to her, and asked while flipping her hair, "Yang, what are you doing?"

The blond turned to her companion and said, while bouncing giddily in place, "Blake! I'm just shouting out the word Twenty-one! It's really fun! You want to do it with me?"

"Why?" Blake then asked, confused.

"I hear something really cool happens if you do it long enough. So, want to do it with me?" Yang explained/asked.

"Sure. Fine, why not?" Blake then said with another flip of her hair.

The two began shouting, "Twenty-one! Twenty-one!"

Yang then paused as she heard a chime from her Scroll and took it out to look at it. She began backing away from the road as she held up a finger saying, "Oh, hey. I got to take this. Stay right there I'll be right back. Okay?"

"Fine. Why not." Blake replied with a shrug.

"Okay. Good. Keep shouting Twenty-one, though. It'll be really cool. I promise." Yang said over her shoulder as she made her way into the woods.

"Fine," Blake muttered before turning back to shout into the empty air, "Twenty-one! Twenty-one!"

Suddenly! A large truck careened around the sharp, hidden curve and slammed into the Brunette cat-girl of Team RWBY, flattening her instantly with a loud, blaring horn.

Then there was silence.

After a moment, Yang stepped back out into the road while looking around for a moment. Then she started shouting again, while smirking, "Twenty-one! Twenty-one!"

A little later on as she walking back to Beacon Campus, Yang got a call. It was from Ruby.

She pulled out her Scroll and hit the Accept button, saying cheerfully, "Oh, hey there, Sis! Wha' s'up?" how'd you make out?"

"Ah, n-not well? I mean, I got Pyrrha, Penny and that monster Roman Torchwick, but not Nora. Guess she a lot cleverer than we thought." Came the response.

"Well, I mean, she was the one to tell us about it in the first place, after all." Yang replied while tapping a finger to her bottom lip in thought. Then she grinned devilishly as she pipped up with, "By the by, I can't really hear you over there, Rubes! Might want to try going out into the middle of the road. Get better service that way."

"Yeah… But, why did I have to be the one to try and trick all the redheads? I don't even know that many…" Ruby could heard saying as she made her way out to the middle of the street like her sister asked without giving it much thought.

"Well, I mean, you do have red hair, too." Yang mused aloud.

"Yang! You know that's not true! It's black with red highlights." Her sister replied indignantly.

"Oh, well then, you should probably get out of the middle of the street," Yang then suggested with a devious grin as she heard a chime over the call.

"Wha- Oh, Yang, you bi-" Ruby started only for the call to be cut off by the sound of a large vehicle going by.

Yang grinned down at her phone as she hung up the call while saying, "And, that's Twenty-two."

She then pocketed the phone before looking at you and shrugging, saying, "What?" Before waving flippantly as she said, "Hey, don't worry about it. It's Chibi. No one ever dies in Chibi." Then she paused before musing aloud, finger to chin, "Well, except Roman that one time. Oh, and Jaune. And, Port that one time. Ah, I'm sure that they'll be fine." She finally said waving away her sudden unease.

Then she grinned devilishly again as she skipped off out of scene.

A/N: Hello! And happy April Fool's Day! Forgive me for being a just wee bit cheeky with this one. Although, the worst part is, I already have a second chapter thought out (Not written, mind) but unfortunately for you, you'll have to wait till next April for it.

In the immortal words of Bugs Bunny, "Ain't I a Stinker?" Ciao!

P.S. This may be a silly story, but the other one I've written is altogether more serious, and a bit more unique. I hope you enjoy it!
