ESKK: A new chapter let's get started.
(Start Jedi Council Chambers Coruscant)
Yoda had called a meeting to order to discuss the disturbance in the Force that had been felt. Around him were the members of the Jedi Council as some of them were holographic images. Those images included Windu, Shaak-Ti, Obi-Wan, and Plo-Koon.
"Sense it you have disturbance in the force there has been." Yoda said as the Grand Master of the Jedi Order made it clear that something had shifted in the Force.
"It was certainly hard to miss it." Obi-Wan said as almost every trained Jedi had sensed the shift in the Force.
"We were at the center of it." Plo added adding his two cents to the conversation.
"What do you suppose it could be?" Windu asked as Yoda took a moment to think it over.
"I have an idea." Obi-Wan said as he recalled Geonosis. "During the battle of Geonosis when Apprentice was on her last legs, she commented on something or someone called, The Guardian." Obi-Wan said as he had almost missed that note if it had not been in the battle report after the fact. "ARKS seems to mention a lot about this supposed Guardian as well." Obi-Wan said which got them all curious.
"It seems like a stretch." Windu said making it clear that he had doubts about this.
"But it may be worth investigating in that regard." Plo said as he knew that whatever the source of this disturbance was, they needed to find it before the Sith. There was no telling what the ancient enemy of the Jedi would do with whatever the source of this great disturbance in the Force was.
"Contact Luminara we must, search for answers ask her we shall." Yoda said making the decision on what to do.
"I'll see what we can dig up on this matter." Obi-Wan said which Windu agreed.
"As shall I." Plo added knowing someone in ARKS Must have their desired answers.
"Meet again we shall, learn of your findings we will." Yoda said and thus he adjourned the meeting between them. Whatever this Guardian was, Yoda felt it was worth looking into if for no other reason then it being a lead to this new mystery.
(Meanwhile in the Chancellors office)
Sheeve Palpatine, the persona of Dark Sidious a Dark Lord of the Sith, was sinisterly smiling to himself after sensing the disturbance in the force. Never had he sensed such power save for Anakin. The Sith had been hard at work with the plans begot by the line of Bane. It had been a long time coming and while ARKS and the Dark Falz were unexpected arrivals the Sith had adapted to this new development.
His adaptation to his plans involved Klara the youngest Council Member in ARKS and young enough to mold and manipulate. More so while she may not be a possible Apprentice should something happened to Anakin, she was his method to control ARKS and its leadership. Sidious had placed a great deal of time and effort into molding the girl already using Padme to endear her to the old Chancellor. The girl was naïve, and Sidious intended to exploit that from her so he may control ARKS.
But even if that did not work Sidious also knew that someone in ARKS may be on to him. It was a long shot but certain allies he had have been turning up dead. Now while to the small minded all these deaths seem inconsequential but widen your view and they start to pile up. These targets were hit specifically for the role they would play in his future empire. Sidious had reason to believe someone was trying to stop him and if not ARKS then perhaps Persona. Persona was the likely suspect due to her obsession to kill Skywalker. He would need to find the mastermind soon before they discover something they had no place in tampering with.
Yet despite himself he knew that only ARKS had the technology to combat the Falspawn, the Dark Falz, and if his reports are correct, the DOLLS. It came as a surprise when reports came in of a new Dark Falz, Vader the Machine. The fact Vader was the Sith name he planned for Anakin came as a surprise from this new adversary. What was more he was strong in the Force which brought a great deal of questions to Sidious. No matter, he held the cards and by the end of all of this, the Sith will once more rule.
(Scene Break Nighttime Republic Convey Camp)
The troops had to set up camp for the night mainly to rest and get as much of the F-Factors cleared out. It was late at night as Yuvel was doing his regular rounds. He never left well enough alone and right now with Halpha under siege the men needed their rest. They had to go on foot for about the whole day as Yuvel was reminded of another difference between the game and real life. Halpha was much larger then in game and thus had more land mass to cover. It was the main reason why there were so many settlements around the planet.
With the General doing his own thing Yuvel felt is prudent they explore for a bit. But soon enough he happened upon the sound of combat. Nothing serious but unique for lack of better terms on the subject. Opting to check it out Yuvel made his way over to investigate what that sound was and to his surprise he found Laura's heels and Ahsoka's boots abandoned by some rocks. Near them was Laura's cloak as the sound came heavy from the direction of the river.
Yuvel walked over and hid behind the rocks when he saw what he heard. Ahsoka and Laura were both in the river up to their knees as they each held a wooden bokken against the other. By the looks of it the two were knees deep in training as Ahsoka was improving on her skills with a katana. Yuvel smiled at the scene as he saw the two most amazing woman in the galaxy were getting along well.
The way they moved the water splashed a bit but there was a certain elegance to all of it. Yuvel stayed there for a moment as the Jedi and ARKS Operative continued to train. It was truly a sight to behold for the Operative and thus he did the respectable thing and left the pair to their training. Yuvel just had this gut feeling that with those two on board they will win.
But as Yuvel left the area he arrived at a clearing near the camp as he began to note how quiet it had gotten. Standing there for a moment Yuvel tried to figure out why this was the case but then felt a presence nearby. Ever since his fight with Vader Yuvel had felt different somehow, it started small but had gradually been growing till it was noticeable. Yuvel began to feel his reflexes had been improving at a stunning rate, yet he was still able to adapt.
So, it came as no surprise that when he felt a presence, he acted upon it and turned. At first, Yuvel saw nothing, but he just felt like there was someone standing there watching him. "Whose there?" Yuvel asked as he edged towards his storage for one of his weapons. "I know your out there so you may as well show yourself." Yuvel added and at first there was nothing as his response.
But then to his surprise a young woman walked out as Yuvel swore he had seen here somewhere before. She stood before Yuvel as the ARKS Operative noted she was wearing the Silence Leid layered set with the accessories to complete it. But she also had the added accessories of a mask over her eyes to make it hard for people to accurately tell who she was.
"So… you knew I was here." The new arrival said with a neutral yet cold tone in her young voice. "Intriguing." She added finding this to be worth some study.
"Who are you?" Yuvel asked as he looked to her. "Judging by your outfit your with ARKS but… I don't think anyone around here has access to cloaking tech like that." Yuvel said as it reminded him of the research station from a while back. The very same lab where he and his friends got the Scion Class Upgrades from.
"And you'd be right but who I am is classified." She said as she was ready for anything Yuvel had.
"Classified?" Yuvel asked as he didn't think ARKS would have many things labeled as classified. "IF your with ARKS then why aren't you?" Yuvel asked but then the girl vanished and appeared with her blade close to his neck.
"My primary mission is to observe the situation, report my findings, and step in should the need arrive." She said directly into Yuvel's ear in a hushed whisper to the Operative. Yuvel stood there in shock as he did not even see her move back there. "As it stands my mission was to observe you and your unit but now that you have compromised my position I must depart." The girl said as she eased back and began to walk away.
"Wait observe us?" Yuvel asked as he found that to be concerning. It was for good reason too since Yuvel did not know who ordered this nor the reason why. "What's going on why am I being observed?" Yuvel asked and thus the girl stopped for a moment as she was about to leave.
"We shall see soon enough." She said and thus to Yuvel's shock her body began to vanish from sight. "I'll see where this all goes." The girl added and thus she was gone from Yuvel's sight.
"Who was that girl?" Yuvel suddenly asked after he found his voice to speak again.
(Scene Break the next morning Central City)
Central City's shields were being assaulted, by Battle Droids and Falspawn as they used heavy artillery to try and bust the Photon Shield Central City had to protect its people. Blast after blast, explosion after explosion it was becoming increasingly clear that something was wrong. Central City was not receiving the power it was used too as the shields were at their limit to hold the lines. Around the walls and outside them ARKS Defenders were holding the line as best they could but with this onslaught it was clear they may break any moment.
In the Command Room the Aelio Regions City Commander growled as he saw on his image of the battle that Central Cities walls would not last for much longer. "Commander we can't hold out for much longer!" A Tech cried out as she looked to the Commander, a Newman, who seemed to be seeing this.
"We need to hold out, if Central City Falls so will the rest of Halpha!" He called out knowing the importance of holding out for reinforcements to arrive.
"But sir without the Vanford Labs energy supply we're running on fumes!" Another Bridge Tech cried out fearful which quieted the City Commander. It was no secret that the labs were under enemy control right now, but they can't hold out like this or stage an attack without leaving Central City defenseless. But without the lab handling the Aelio Regions power supply then they were as good as dead should a Dark Falz show up and join the attack to finish them off.
Just then something appeared on radar which a bridge tech noticed. "Sir new contact detected!" She cried out and thus The City Commander looked to the screen.
"Allies?" He asked with hope in his voice for any possible aid.
"Unconfirmed." The Bridge Tech responded and thus they had one other option.
"Put it on visual." He said and in turn the Bridge Tech typed in the command to show visual of the current battle.
(Meanwhile in Central Aelio Battlefield)
"Hold the line! Hold the line!" A CAST with a spear cried out as he swung the weapon taking out some of the enemy invaders. "We can't let them breach the wall!" He added as they were guarding one of the Four Gates into Central City that was currently sealed.
"There's too many of them!" Another ARKS Defender, a Newman cried out as she was trying her hardest but the enemy just kept on coming. They were on the verge of being overrun by the enemy as said enemy had now only Droids and Falspawn but also DOLLS Units invading.
The defenses were on the brink of collapse, and all seemed lost for Central City. But then hope arrived starting with an explosion originating from the enemies forces. Looking to the source they saw Republic Gunships flying in with ARKS ships to assist with the defense of Central City. Inside one of the ships was Anakin with Ahsoka as he shouted commands to the troopers.
"Trooper have the ships form defensive perimeters around the gates!" Anakin ordered which the Clone nodded.
"Yes sir!" The Trooper responded and thus the Clone Troopers did so. The Pilots all brought their gunships down around the gates while the ARKS Ships opened fire on the enemy forcing them back. Not long after Y-Wings were seen flying in dropping bombs down on the enemy forces taking them out in large numbers giving ARKS Defenders room to breathe.
The ARKS Defenders cheered when they saw that reinforcements had arrived to provide them with aid. A few enemies were left but they were quick to deal with. Yuvel jumped down from his own ship with his squad fully healed and rearing for battle before charging in and fighting back against the enemy invaders. Hacking and slicing his way through Yuvel showed them his strength forcing the DOLLS and Falspawn back.
With the sudden change in the battle victory was all but assured for ARKS and the Republic troops. "Let's go, let's go!" Rex was heard as he lead the 501st with Ahsoka Tano to help repel the enemy forces. Eventually the enemy was forced to fall back as too few were left to mount a proper attack. By the end of it Central City was saved from being lost for the time being.
(Scene Break Later Central City Command)
Republic forces were fortifying the defenses around Central City making strides in ensuring that the heart of the Aelio region will be defended from further attacks by the enemy. In the command center of Central City Anakin and Obi-Wan were meeting with the City Commander in charge of ARKS operations in the Aelio Region.
"Thank you for all the help earlier." The Newman Commander for the Aelio Region said as he spoke with the Jedi Generals standing before him. "Any later and our defenses would have been breached and Central City would have fallen." The Newman said which Obi-Wan nodded, and Anakin smirked while crossing his arms to him.
"It was our pleasure commander." Obi-Wan said knowing how ARKS power structure worked by now.
"Thank goodness it wasn't a Dark Falz otherwise we would have been nothing more than a crater." The Commander added which got Anakin's attention.
"I was under the assumption Central Cannon, whatever that is, was fully operational." Anakin said as he heard ARKS Operatives on the Resolute talking about Central Cannon but never actually seen the weapon in action himself.
"I figured you would ask about that." The Newman said before clearing his throat a bit. "Sorry I forgot my manners allow me to introduce myself." He said and got down to the needed introductions. "I'm the Aelio City Commander." He began before doing a small bow to the Jedi. "Central City Commander, Gabriel." The Newman now known as Gabriel said to which the Jedi nodded.
"Obi-Wan Kenobi." Obi-Wan said introducing himself.
"Anakin Skywalker." Anakin introduced which Gabriel was grateful for.
"A pleasure to meet you both." Gabriel said knowing that these two had been garnering a reputation amongst ARKS.
"Now that pleasantries are out of the way, what is the current situation?" Obi-Wan said as he needed an update on the situation at hand.
"Of course." Gabriel said before activating his console and revealing the map of the Aelio Region. Several locations were highlighted as the hologram showed the current situation here in Aelio. "Here is what we know so far, the enemy have gained control of Resole Forest and the Vanford Labs." Gabriel began showing the images to the Jedi. "These two areas are the most important for different reasons." Gabriel said and thus Anakin nodded to this.
"So now that we're here, Commander Gabriel, what can you tell us about the situation?" Anakin asked wanting to hear the full story. If they wanted to be able to help, then they needed information to work with from the City Commander.
"We know that an enemy encampment is in the Resole Forest, but the deep terrain has made it difficult to flush them out." Gabriel said as he showed images of the forest in question. Clearly, he wanted to avoid burning the forest down, but it was proving to be difficult to do otherwise. "Before the attack we sent out a scouting party, we should be hearing back from them soon." Gabriel said before he switched over to the Vanford Labs. "The Vanford Labs are another story altogether." Gabriel said with a tone of urgency in his voice.
"I have a feeling the Separatists holding that position is not good for us." Obi-Wan said which Gabriel nodded.
"Yes, the Vanford Labs provides power to all of Aelio and where a majority of the power needed to power the Central Cannon comes from." Gabriel said as he showed how it works.
"So, without that station we're running on minimal power." Anakin said knowing taking back those labs was a priority mission for their forces. "Haven't you tried taking the labs back?" Anakin asked as he looked to Gabriel.
"Which brings us to our second issue." Gabriel said before switching to the Resole Forest. "When we tried to take back the labs our forces were attacked by this thing." Gabriel said before projecting the images of a dragon to them. "We're calling it Nex Aelio it attacked our forces before we got too close to the labs it was a slaughter." Gabriel said knowing that focusing a fight on two different fronts was too much.
"So, this… Nex Aelio is something of a guard dog for the DOLLS." Obi-Wan said noting it carried the same design as the other DOLLS units.
"Exactly but there is some good news." Gabriel said as the screen then projected Next Aelio in the Resol Forest. "We managed to track down Nex Aelio to the Resol Forest I have scouting teams looking for its base." Gabriel said but there was only one issue with that. "We haven't heard back from them yet but it's only a matter of time." Gabriel said but so far, no news was bad news here.
"We can send out a scouting party of our own to make contact with them see what's taking them so long." Anakin offered which Gabriel was grateful for.
"Thank you that would be most appreciated." Gabriel said grateful for the aid from the Jedi Knight.
"What else can you tell us?" Obi-Wan asked needing all the information that can be offered.
"We have a listening outpost on Mt. Magnus so far they have been attacked but the high ground gave them an edge in defense." Gabriel said showing images of Mt. Magnus and the listening Outpost at the top. "We also shut down our Mining Operations in South Aelio for the duration of the battle." Gabriel said knowing South Aelio was where most of their mins were located at amongst other things in the region. "But our primary objective should be to reclaim the Vanford Labs from the enemy first." Gabriel said knowing the labs were important for their operations.
"I agree but can't do much if that Dragon keeps showing up and ruining everything." Anakin said knowing they had to take out Nex Aelio to clear themselves up a path to the Vanford Labs.
"Sir." Rex said as he entered the command room. "We've secured the perimeter around the city and have already distributed supplies to the civilian populace." Rex reported to his General which was good news to hear. At the very least the people won't go hungry during these recent difficult times.
"Good work, Rex." Anakin responded and thus got to his next order. "I need you to gather a scouting team and head to the Resole Forest North to Northwest of our current position." Anakin began as Rex paid attention. "There was another scouting party I need you to confirm their situation and make contact." Anakin said which Rex understood.
"I'll gather a team now." Rex said and thus took his leave of the command deck.
"Now that we have that squared away, let's see what we can do about this Nex Aelio business." Obi-Wan said and thus they began to plan out their counterattack to reclaim the Vanford Labs and to secure the Aelio Region.
"Of course." Gabriel responded and in turn he began to share all the information he had on Nex Aelio with the two Jedi before him.
(Meanwhile Elsewhere in Central City)
Yuvel sat alone on a bench staring at his right hand as his mind was plagued by the images of his fight against Vader. The images replayed in his head as he recalled how he was all but absorbing something out of Vader back then. He didn't know what it was our how it would affect him, but it was something. Yuvel had himself checked out for possible F-Factor buildup, but the tests showed that the ARKS Operative was clean. Still, that did not stop the Operative from worrying about what had happened back then.
There was another subject of concern for Yuvel as well. That girl from the other night who was apparently spying on him and his friends. Yuvel didn't like that but her had no way of knowing as to why this was or for what reason it was happening. As the Hero Class ARKS Operative tried to put the pieces together, he only found that he did not have enough to construct this puzzle. All he did know, was that ARKS seemed to have developed some sort of mask to hide some of their dirty secrets. Yuvel knew one of those secrets being that the entire fleets origin was fabricated so the Republic did not ask was proof enough on this. But whatever secrets ARKS Was hiding Yuvel could not help but grow with his concerns.
Before Yuvel could continue to muse however a new voice was heard. "Hey Yuvel." Ahsoka said making herself known to the Hero Class ARKS Operative.
Yuvel looked and saw that Togruta coming his way which he sighed before smiling. "Hey Ahsoka." Yuvel said returning the greeting to the Padawan Learner.
"Something bothering you?" Ahsoka asked with concern for Yuvel's wellbeing.
"It's nothing." Yuvel said assuring Ahsoka that he was ok.
"Doesn't sound like nothing to me." Ahsoka said taking a seat next to Yuvel on the bench. "Did something happen?" Ahsoka asked wanting Yuvel to tell her what was bothering him right now.
"It's just…" Yuvel trailed off trying to find the right words here. "During the first phase of the siege." Yuvel began recalling his battle with Vader. "My team and I were faced with Vader." Yuvel continued recounting what had happened back then. "We had to split up and I drew the short straw to be the distraction." Yuvel said as Ahsoka recalled the state Yuvel was found in after that particular hurdle.
"I'm guessing it didn't turn out like you thought it would." Ahsoka said as she recalled how powerful Dark Falz Vader had proven to be.
"No, it didn't." Yuvel admitted as his memories recalled that one sided battle. "Dark Falz Vader had dominated the fight I could barely lay a blow on him." Yuvel explained as he still recalled the wounds he had received. Thanks to that battle Yuvel had several scars across his body as a constant reminder of what had happened to him.
"I see." Ahsoka said as she saw Yuvel was having issues with what had happened.
"But then something happened." Yuvel said before he then looked back at his right hand, the one he used to absorb something from the Dark Falz. "I don't even know what I did all I do know is that I acted on instinct survival maybe and somehow took something from Vader." Yuvel said clenching his hand into fist as he wasn't sure what he took.
"What did you take?" Ahsoka asked now curious as to what it was Yuvel took.
"No taking doesn't sound right, absorb… consumed… I don't know but ever since I've felt weird." Yuvel said before looking to Ahsoka with great concern. "I just can't describe it, but it feels like… a force or something." Yuvel said which then got Ahsoka's concern but in very different ways.
"No, it can't be." Ahsoka said more to herself as the signs were there.
"Ahsoka?" Yuvel asked wondering what was bothering the Padawan Learner.
"Yuvel, can you come with me for a bit to see the medics." Ahsoka said and thus Yuvel shrugged to this.
"Of course, but what's up?" Yuvel asked but then Ahsoka took Yuvel's hand and lead the ARKS Operative to Kix and the ARKS Medical Team.
(Meanwhile at the Vanaford Labs)
Persona walked through the halls as DOLLS Units were seen carrying out tasks. They were in the main control room, the ARKS members in the labs were either killed or made to work. The DOLLS were far too large in many aspects to be of practical use, and they were strictly for combat only. Persona did not like it the small bits of Padme that remained were appalled by how far she had fallen.
But there was no other option she had to kill Anakin Skywalker and prevent Vader's birth. She hated it, she hated what she was reduced to because of Shiva. The Lab was guarded by Daiytl's and their Axe variants while a Command DOLLS circled the location. With Several DOLLS Nests set up the facility was secured.
It was then that the communication systems activated and thus Persona responded to it. On the screen Apprentice appeared as she seemed to be sitting on a throne of sorts. Despite Apprentice using the form of Barriss Offee Persona knew the vanity of this Dark Falz knew no end.
"Apprentice report." Persona said as she glared at Apprentice.
"ARKS and the Republic are putting up a fight, they got their second wind and I'm stuck here fighting them off." Apprentice said but Persona scoffed to this.
"At the moment we can't provide aid not with the pockets of resistance in the Aelio Region." Persona said but Apprentice glared at her.
"But we need more aid!" Apprentice yelled but then Vader entered the chamber.
"Make do with what you have." Vader said as he glared at Apprentice. "Less you seek to displease me." Vader threatened as he glared at Apprentice ready to end her if she proves herself incompetent.
"No sir." Apprentice said and thus she got back to subject. "I will await your call when you can provide reinforcements." Apprentice said before ending the call.
"Where have you been?" Persona asked glaring at Vader after losing him when ARKS and the Republic had landed.
"None of your concern." Vader said as he walked to the holo map of the battles raging. "Republic forces have made it to Central City there no doubt securing it as we speak." Vader said focusing in on Central City.
"We need to take them out soon before they have the chance to fortify themselves." Persona said as Vader was of similar mind sets.
"I must cease showing them mercy." Vader said as he had been holding himself back for some time now. "As long as we control the Vanaford Labs they will be unable to power their precious Central Cannon." Vader said knowing this was their only chance to eliminate the threat to Shiva's revival.
"I assume you plan to siege them." Persona said figuring that was their best bet.
"No… I shall take their city personally." Vader said as he looked to Persona.
"But… using that form especially now." Persona said but Vader cut her off.
"It shall suffice." Vader said making it clear that he will do what he must to attain victory. "For a brief moment you sound worried." Vader said but Persona scoffed to her ally.
"No, I'm more worried that I won't have the chance to end you personally." Persona said making it clear that she and Vader are not close in any personal matter.
Vader grew silent for that as he knew that had a double meaning. The last two battles the ARKS Operatives had luck on their side, but luck was always fickle. So, with this Vader had every intention to attain victory.
"Just be ready to move." Vader said before he left the room to prepare his forces to take Central City.
(Meanwhile back at Central City)
In the Central City ARKS Barracks Laura was currently in the bathroom and as she stood under the spray of the hot water, she had a distant look in her eyes. Standing in the cubical Laura could not help but let her worries come forth and wash away from her. The journey here was a difficult one enemy attacks at almost every turn guard rotations for when they had to set up camp for the night, and snipers positioned to kill each of them.
The stress was slowly starting to get to her, in her previous life she was just the quiet cripple on a wheelchair who was good with electronics. In this new life, Laura was a soldier fighting a war against the Separatists and the Dark Falz Collective. Letting the water wash over her Laura stood there as she worried for Yuvel.
Yuvel had been royally beaten down by Vader who hardly broke a sweat. She knew that the Dark Falz Collective were strong, but most battles were won through strategy and a bit of luck. But with Vader it wasn't about winning it was about surviving him. They had a few vexing setbacks but after facing Vader… it was an eye opener of what they were facing.
Suddenly the door hissed causing Laura to go wide eyed in panic and grab the nearest object she could use as a weapon. But when the figure entered Laura let out a sigh as she saw it was actually Zurna.
"Hey Laura." Zurna greeted as she entered another cubicle and started up her own shower.
"Hey, Zurna." Laura greeted as she let her nerves settle. "Sorry you caught me by surprise was all." Laura admitted with a welcoming smile to one of her closest friends.
"It's fine, right now we have a bit of breathing room but it's only a matter of time before we're in the thick of it." Zurna said as she intended to take advantage of this moment of calm for all its worth. "I just got done distributing supplies to the civilians so for the time being we've staved off having to ration our food supply." Zurna said recalling how they had hunted several animals and foraged for fruits and vegetables in order to bring them to the people who needed a nice hot meal.
Zurna then began her own shower as she closed the cubical removed her towel and hung it on the rack. Once that was done the Deuman Luster proceeded to activate the water flow and began her own shower in peace.
"So, something on your mind?" Zurna suddenly asked as Laura looked to her fellow Operative.
"Just stress I guess." Laura said as Zurna then leaned over the cubical to hear what Laura had to say. The Deuman rested her head on her arms as she looked to the Newman Phantom.
"Stress from the war or stress from a certain someone?" Zurna teased with a teasing smile on her face. "You know ARKS has rules against fraternizing with your fellow operatives." Zurna added causing Laura to roll her eyes a bit.
"And here I thought you were calm and cool." Laura countered as she then began to rinse out her hair.
"Most of the time but sometimes even I need to let my hair down." Zurna said as while she went and proceeded with her shower.
"I always thought you letting your hair down meant an evening with a book to read." Laura quipped to the Deuman.
"So, I think the Togruta has a thing for Yuvel." Zurna suddenly said which made Laura go wide eyed in shock.
"What but that can't be right, Jedi have this strict no attachments thing." Laura said which Zurna scoffed to this.
"Yeah, the rule which I'm pretty sure General Skywalker has broken." Zurna said recalling how panicked Anakin was during the Blue Shadow Virus incident back on Naboo. "Hell, I'm willing to wager that about a majority of the Jedi Order has broken this rule in one way, shape, or form and hid it." Zurna said as Laura then focused back on her shower.
"That can't be right." Laura said as she ignored Zurna while internally getting worried that Yuvel would be off the market because of Ahsoka Tano.
"Well from what Reggie is saying most of the 501st have a side wager going on whether General Skywalker is in some sort of relationship with Senator Amidala." Zurna said while she was scrubbing her hair making sure to avoid her horns. "Reggie seems convinced that Senator Amidala is in fact Senator Skywalker." Zurna said finding that one out there.
"Of course, Reggie wagers the most impossible of any the guesses." Laura said expecting that from their fellow ARKS Operative.
"Well, if by some miracle he's right I'll go skinny dipping at Lake Halpha." Zurna taunted a bit as she knew the chances of Reggie's guess being right were a million to one, no, a trillion to one. The odds are a literal impenetrable wall against this dull minded CAST.
"Yeah…" Laura said as the idea of relationships had the Newman deep in thought now. "Zurna do you ever think of what will happen once ARKS does what it needs to do?" Laura suddenly asked as this got Zurna to pause for a moment. "I mean the Light brought us all here to face the Profound Darkness so if that is the case… what do we do once it's defeated?" Laura asked as this put Zurna in for a loop.
"I see what you mean." Zurna said as she recalled how everyone had taken time to adapt to their lives. A few ARKS Operatives have families here go to school and had made lives here. Chances are once the mission was done all of that would vanish or leave a lot of orphaned children behind. She was now wondering what was next for them once they completed their important mission.
(Meanwhile at the Medical Station)
Anakin and Obi-Wan entered the Medical center where the medic Kix was looking over medical data with the ARKS medic. The pair of Jedi had been called in by Ahsoka when their meeting with Gabriel had come to an end. Neither of them knew why but Ahsoka seemed to think that the news was urgent.
"Ahsoka what's wrong?" Anakin asked with concern in his voice.
"This." Ahsoka said gesturing to Yuvel who was already putting his torso gear back on after getting a look over.
"Sir." Came the ARKS Medic as she approached the Jedi. This Medic was a Newman who seemed to be wearing the medic uniform for ARKS. "ARKS Medical Corp. Private 2nd Class Maka." The Medic now known as Maka said as she saluted to the General.
"Ok Maka what's the problem?" Anakin his voice carrying the weight of concern in it.
Maka went straight to it but could not find the right words. "You might want to look at this." She said presenting the data to the pair of Jedi. Anakin and Obi-Wan both gave the data a look over and thus saw what was on it.
"What is this?" Obi-Wan asked as he also looked over the data.
"I believe it to be Michochlorines." Kix said his voice carrying a hint of concern in it.
"Ok and this is important because?" Anakin asked and thus Kix then showed previous data.
"Because in Captain Yuvel's previous tests his Michoclorines count was the lowest typical of a none Force Sensitive." Kix said and thus showed the data to compare.
"Before the Siege began this was Yuvel's count." Maka said showing the data to the Jedi before her. "Here is where it is currently." Makai said showing the current data to the Jedi.
"But that's not possible you don't just spontaneously become Force Senseitive." Anakin said as it didn't make any sense here.
"Well according to our findings, you do." Maka said but her tone showed that even she was trying to make sense of what had happened.
"While this is unprecedented, we can't worry about it right now." Obi-Wan said keeping the peace of the situation here. "We do have a battle to win and at the moment this may be more of a minor inconvenience." Obi-Wan said before looking over to Yuvel. "No offense my friend." Obi-Wan said which Yuvel nodded in understanding to the Jedi.
"None taken." Yuvel said understanding what Obi-Wan meant with that. "And you're right we can worry about this issue when Halpha is free of Separatists, Falspawn, DOLLS, and Dark Falz." Yuvel said prioritizing what needs to be done right now.
"With that I can agree." Anakin said as he found this was the best way to deal with the situation.
"But once this is done, we should look into it and inform the Council of our findings." Obi-Wan said knowing the Council needed to hear about what they had discovered.
"But what will happen?" Yuvel asked with concern for this.
"Chances are, nothing." Obi-Wan said assuring Yuvel on this. Yuvel was far too old to be inducted into the Jedi Order, but at the same time his sudden increase in Force Sensitivity might require some research. "If anything, the Jedi may wish to run a few tests but other then that nothing to concern yourself with." Obi-Wan said assuring Yuvel on this matter.
"Yuvel, can you think of anything that could have caused this?" Anakin asked wanting to get all the facts before they proceed with anything here.
"I don't think so." Yuvel began as he began to try and recall everything leading up to this new discovery. But just as they were about to drop it one thought did occur to Yuvel. "Wait I think there was one point during the initial attack to break the Blockade." Yuvel said as he recalled how he summoned this power to fight Dark Falz Vader.
"What happened?" Obi-Wan asked hoping to learn more from what Yuvel can share from this.
"Well, I was facing Vader alone while my team went to set up the bombs." Yuvel said recalling that battle. "He was so strong, and he was probably going to kill me." Yuvel said as he his hand clenched into a fist as the memories of that incident came back. "I was upset I guess… and then the next thing I knew… something just sort of snapped and then the next thing I know I grab him by the face and take power from him." Yuvel said and in turn the two Jedi Generals looked to each other with concern.
"Is there something wrong, master?" Ahsoka asked noting the concerned look Anakin currently had.
"Yes, but this is something we'll need to check out in the Jedi Archives." Anakin said as he hated research.
"For the time being we best focus on the mission at hand." Obi-Wan said which Yuvel nodded in understanding here.
"Alright." Yuvel said as he opted to let it be, yet he could not help but feel something was amiss around here. He had yet to reveal the discovery he made the other night and if he were being honest, he wasn't sure if he could. After all what that girl implied suggested that there would be consequences for it and from it innocent people would suffer. A good soldier knows that you do not mess with Black Ops units like that. So Yuvel opted to keep his mouth shut about it until he can tell his friends without any possible eavesdroppers.
(Meanwhile with Anakin and Obi-Wan)
"Well, this is unprecedented." Obi-Wan said as he and Anakin were walking back to Central Tower to discuss battle plans.
"Can't say I disagree." Anakin said as he still remembered the Cad Bane Incident with him abducting Force Sensitive children. "But should the Council be made aware of this?" Anakin asked with concerns about this.
"To be frank Anakin, I'm not entirely sure myself." Obi-Wan said as he knew that there were varying unknown variables. "The power young Yuvel had used to take the Force power from another… I dare say it sounds like the stories of the old Sith Lord Darth Nihilus." Obi-Wan said as this was more then enough reason to be concerned.
"And with the Council's views of anything related to the Sith that would put a great deal of pressure on Yuvel." Anakin said as he did like Yuvel the kid was a loyal soldier and was an exceptional ARKS Operative.
"Bringing him to the Council may be for the best if to prevent those like Duku from acquiring this power." Obi-Wan said as while the power did save Yuvel's life it did leave him concerned. "We will need to do more research before we consider presenting this information to the Council." Obi-Wan said which Anakin could see the logic there.
"Better to know all we can before we accidentally condemn someone for this new power." Anakin said as he walked with his former Jedi Master. Anakin would have found this suspicious if it came from anyone else, but the Force worked in mysterious ways and more then that, Yuvel had no reason to lie here.
"Exactly." Obi-Wan said as he did not wish to condemn their friend for a crime he had not committed yet. Just then the alarms were blaring around the city as this got the pairs attention.
"Alert all ARKS Operatives and ARKS Defenders report to Central Tower I repeat all ARKS Report to Central Tower!" The voice of one of the bridge crew members called out.
"That can't be good." Anakin said as he knew that there must have been an emergency they needed to handle.
"Let's go see what the emergency is all about." Obi-Wan said and in turn the two Jedi began making their way over to Central Tower.
(Later Central Tower Command Room)
The Clone Officers, ARKS Operatives, ARKS Defenders, and the Jedi were all gathered in the central command room. Amongst the gathered were Anakin Skywalker his Padawan Ahsoka Tano, Clone Captain Rex, and his four top ARKS Operatives of the 501st Clone Battalion, Yuvel, Laura, Reggie, and Zurna.
For Obi-Wan he did not have a Padawan, but he did have the members of the 212th Clone Legion with the top four ARKS Operatives amongst them. The Clone Commander was of course Cody, and his four ARKS Operatives were Oma, Luna, Linda, and Elina as Oma was the officer of these Operatives.
Many others were here mostly officers and the like but clearly Gabriel's concerned look showed there was a problem here. "Thank you all for coming on such short notice." Gabriel began as he got the attention of those gathered here. "I'll cut straight to the point." Gabriel said but paused as to steel his resolve. "Our sensors have just picked up signs… of Dark Falz imminent arrival in the Central Area." Gabriel said and in doing so all of ARKS began whispering to each other with concern permeating the air.
"What do we plan to do?" Luna asked as she raised her hand to voice her concerns over this development.
"Despite this foe we will not abandon the city." Gabriel said as he looked to the group. "If Central City falls Aelio will fall with it and in turn all of Halpha will fall." Gabriel said as Aelio was where all the most important aspects of ARKS on Halpha is located. If the Aelio Region falls, then the other three will surely fall with it. "We will be employing a combat strategy utilizing the Central Cannon to force Dark Falz to withdraw." Gabriel explained which brough another concern.
"Wait but we don't have the power reserves to support the cannon." Yuvel said which Gabriel nodded in confirmation.
"We don't at best the cannon will be good for one shot." Gabriel said which meant that they would have to make this shot count. "After that, the Cannon won't be of use without completely draining Central City dry of any reserve power." Gabriel said which meant that if they did this, they cannot afford any bad aim.
"So, we'll have to make every move count." Anakin said as he saw that the odds were not in their favor. "What's the plan?" Anakin asked and in turn Gabriel showed a holo map of Central Aelio.
"The plan is simple we need to draw Dark Falz Attention away from the cannon so that means we'll need a group to act as live bait." Gabriel said as this got everyone's concern.
"Wait back up you mean we're going out there to as cannon fodder for one of the gruesome six?!" Reggie asked as he had concerns about this attack plan.
"Surrendering doesn't sound to desirable either." Linda said as she had her concerns as well.
"I know I'm asking a lot from you all but I cannot force you to undertake this mission either." Gabriel said making it clear that they needed them, but he cannot force them into this.
All was quiet as Anakin saw that the men had their doubts. Sure, it was what they were trained for and its true that if Aelio falls so does Halpha but till the risks were high. But before either Anakin or Obi-Wan could try to convince the men it was Yuvel who stepped up instead.
"I'll do it." Yuvel said as he got everyone's attention. "Look I get it your all scared I'm scared too." Yuvel said as he got everyone to listen to him. "I wouldn't even blame any of you for opting out… but I'm staying to fight." Yuvel continued as he began to get through to all of the gathered soldiers here. "Some of us had grown with the fleet never knowing what its like to have a home planet a system and now there is an enemy who is taking away that chance… we're not just fighting for our lives we're fighting for the lives yet to come." Yuvel said as this seemed to get everyone's attention. "To have a chance where our children can look up to the sky and see actual clouds to live under an actual sun, and to gaze upon an actual moon at night." Yuvel said as he then gestured to the images of Aelio. "And most of all to see the wonders of nature in a way none of us have truly been able to experience." Yuvel said and in turn he looked to those who were gathered before him.
"So again, I will fight and if your going to join then step forward." Yuvel said and thus he waited to see what they would do.
Anakin smiled as did Ahsoka when they saw members of the 501st step up as did the ARKS Operatives. The same can be said for the 212th and the ARKS Operatives with them. Several more ARKS Operatives and ARKS Defenders stepped forward as it was clear they would all fight to save their home planet. Halpha will be free, and they will be the ones who will be remembered in ARKS history for being the victors of this turning point for the Battle of Halpha.
"Thank you… all of you." Yuvel said as he was truly grateful to all those who had chosen to fight. Now it was time to prepare for the battle to come.
"This is good." Morgan was heard and thus all eyes went to the door and found the CAST Morgan had entered the main command room.
"Councilwoman Morgan." Gabriel greeted surprised to see she was back.
"Seem that my scouting mission ended at just the right time." Morgan said as she stood before them with her scouting unit.
"We're just glad your back ma'am." Gabriel said happy for the added muscle.
"Of course, now then which Dark Falz are we facing?" Morgan asked sounding excited and ready to kick some ass.
(Scene Break Central Aelio)
Dark Falz was coming and everyone, both ARKS and the Republic, was preparing for the imminent arrival. Gunnery placements were set, tanks and walkers were moved into position, a command outpost was set up, and at the estimated emergency points troops were waiting for him. In the air strip nearby Anakin waited in his starfighter to deploy and provide the ground units with air support.
Yuvel was there with his team as he saw Reggie giving his glaive a few test swings, Laura was loading her rifle for combat, while Zurna was checking out the aim of her gunblade. Not to far away Ahsoka was also here as she approached the group also preparing for Dark Falz to show up. "So, what do we got?" Ahsoka asked as she looked to Yuvel already hearing about his new lot in life.
"Just some of the best." Yuvel said as he was ready to take on Dark Falz and take it down for the safety of Halpha.
But suddenly everyone's communicator went off which drew their attention. "Can everyone hear me?" Gabriel asked as he was contacting their forces who were out here to face Dark Falz. "At the moment we're preparing the Central Cannon for deployment but we're going to need you all to buy us time." Gabriel said as he began to detail the plan.
"General Skywalker will lead the air assault with the pilots from the 501st." Gabriel went on as he was lucky that the fliers could give them support in this battle. "Meanwhile General Kenobi and Councilwoman Morgan shall both lead our ground forces in the assault our primary objective is to keep Dark Falz attention away from Central Cannon." Gabriel said as soon enough everyone saw Central Tower was beginning to convert turning into Central Cannon.
"This will be a tough battle, this Dark Falz is like none of the others that we've faced." Morgan said making it clear that Dark Falz Vader was a wild card in the coming battle.
"Anything you may suggest?" Obi-Wan asked and thus Morgan shrugged.
"Go for the core, avoid the lasers and being squished, and we should come out fine." Morgan said showing she was calm about this battle.
"Yuvel." Ahsoka said as she got the ARKS Operative's attention. "Trust your instincts." She suddenly said which left Yuvel confused.
"What?" Yuvel asked but then Ahsoka smiled a bit.
"Your nervous I think we all are." Ahsoka admitted which made sense seeing as they were about to face off against Dark Falz [Vader] The Machine.
"Force or no Force… we got a mission." Yuvel said focusing on the current task.
Before Ahsoka could retort however their comm links began to go off with a voice of urgency on them. "Detecting high energy readings in the Central Area! A powerful enemy is coming!" The Bridge crew announced and looking to the source they all saw a form begin to take shape. "It's… Dark Falz." She spoke as towering before them was Dark Falz [Vader] the Machine.
"We still need time to prepare, all Troopers and ARKS prepare for battle!" Morgan called out and thus everyone even Republic forces were ready for the fight about to happen.
"All troopers open fire!" Kenobi ordered and thus the Republic tanks fired upon Dark Falz their shots hitting him as he did nothing to stop them. It then showed why as their weapons hardly damaged him from those attacks. What followed was a squadron of Oruq's that began to fly their way followed by several ground units all of them DOLLS.
"Here they come!" Reggie called out and then ducked when one of the Oruq's got hit by laser fire. Looking to the source Anakin led his squadron of fighters against the enemy squadron.
"Don't worry we'll cover you from the sky." Anakin said and thus the air battle began between the Republic Fighters and the DOLLS Oruqs.
"Ok that handles the skies now the ground." Yuvel said as he drew his sword for battle as he saw many Pettas that were coming their way.
"Or not!" Zurna said pointing at Dark Falz Vader who began to release a mass of shadows. Yuvel, Laura, Reggie, Zurna, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and Morgan shielded themselves as they felt something was not right here.

Vader was no fool and he was certainly not one to surrender. So, with his power granted to him by Shiva he had drawn his intended enemies into this domain. Yuvel was the Guardian he was certain of it and for that the ARKS Operative must die by his hands. The fact Kenobi was her was simply a bonus for him to take advantage of. In this subspace he can fight without any interruptions and deal with these fools personally.
So, when Yuvel and his group opened their eyes again they saw Dark Falz Vader towering over them in a new form. Vader now had six arms and was clearly in combat mode against the ARKS Operatives and two Jedi. Everyone was ready for battle as Vader glared upon them.
"Kenobi." Vader spoke as Obi-Wan heard this.
"You know of me?" Kenobi asked finding it to be odd.
"In more ways than you can possibly imagine!" Vader roared and in turn the battle began with Vader sealing his core to protect it from his foes.
As they moved Kenobi acted and tried to get a call out. "Hello, can anyone here me, this is General Kenobi I am in battle with Dark Falz please respond!" Obi-Wan called while trying to avoid Vader's assault. But all he got back was static and broken bits of words.
"No use, as long as we're in here we're cut off from communications." Morgan said as she saw that the only way out was to defeat Dark Falz.
"Is that all?" Yuvel asked almost boasting but it was clear he was trying to stay focused on their enemy. "Go for the hands!" Yuvel called and in turn they all moved to combat drawing their weapons and igniting their Lightsabers. Moving in for battle Laura and Yuvel got a few shots in before Vader moved back away from the platform and fired lasers from three of his six hands. The group was forced to dodge as Obi-Wan knew the beam was to large for his saber to block it. Once Vader got close again the entire ground began to glow, and the group had to move to cover.
"MOVE!" Morgan called as she then went to the areas that seemed safe from the glow. The ground then exploded with blades of energy. When that was done Vader slammed his hands into the edge of the platform they were on and released orbs of energy at the gathered heroes. Obi-Wan and Ahsoka had the benefit of the Force to avoid the oncoming attacks, but the others had to be careful to avoid being hit instead.
But the heroes were resourceful as they ran forward attempting to take out one of Dark Falz hands here. "Gather and focus!" Yuvel called as it meant to gang up and hit one target. Obi-Wan and Ahsoka wondered why Yuvel was targeting one hand at a time and as they did, they made sure to target said appendage.
Soon Vader moved up and slammed three of his arms onto the ground. Those same hands sprouted energy claws before Vader began to slide the arms across the platform to get them. Everyone acted fast Yuvel used his Talis to port out of the way, Laura turned into a ball of Photonic light and weaved out leaving Reggie and Zurna to act. Reggie grabbed Zurna and tossed her over the hands much to her surprise with this. The Jedi had used the force to fling Reggie over causing him to cry out in surprise before jumping over the attack as well. They landed on the other side and were quickly back on their feet to continue fighting. Vader roared as he began circling around the stage firing lasers at the group as Yuvel surprisingly enough was able to avoid it almost as if he knew by instinct. Vader took note of this and saw that Yuvel had changed since their last confrontation. The battle continued though with ARKS and the two Jedi doing what they could to fight off against Dark Falz. Though as the fight continued Yuvel managed to weave through his attacks almost like he could see Vader's attack pattern. Yuvel sliced through Vader's lowest left arm and by slicing it off he took the appendage out of the game.
Vader roared in pain from the attack as he saw the gap between his arms. Glaring at Yuvel Vader knew it that Yuvel had changed. 'The Force is Strong with this one.' Vader mentally mused before focusing on the battle at hand. He ramped up his assault as he began to charge up his next attack. slid under the stage for his next move. Acting fast Yuvel and Laura got in front and produced a photonic shield which came in handy when Vader unleashed a powerful beam weapon against the heroes. Yuvel and Laura's combined Photonic shield barely held on as it was a testament of Vader's power here.
Still, they continued to fight yet somehow Obi-Wan could not shake the feeling he knew Vader somehow. "It seems I have the high ground now, Obi-Wan." Vader suddenly spoke which struck Obi-Wan as even more of an oddity in this battle. Of course, he could not ponder it when Vader suddenly attack with a barrage of laser fire upon him.
Just then as Vader went for his next attacked, he formed a wall with his remaining hands to fire off orbs of energy at them. The group acted and Morgan zoomed in to chip down her Partisan on Vader's lowest left arm causing giving them a hole in his attacks. This move however forced Vader to the ground so to speak as his core opened revealing its golden light to them.
"Go for the core!" Laura cried out and in turn they moved in to attack Vader's primary weak point. The group all went for Vader's core unit in order to end this battle quickly and get out of this strange place. They kept up the attack for as long as possible until Vader regained himself and closed his core.
Once he was back in the fight Vader proceeded to reconstitute his lost arms and continue his assault. Everyone was surprised of this bout of healing and knew that this battle had just gotten a lot harder now. Vader then slid down under the platform and seemingly vanished from their sight
Ahsoka looked around with concern as she saw that they lost visual of Vader. "Now what?" Ahsoka asked but then Yuvel looked to his feet.
When Yuvel saw the ground starting to glow he knew what was about to happen. "Everyone move now!" Yuvel called out and thus Vader's massive fists shot out of the ground. They came up at random areas attempting to hit them and they got Reggie for it. Reggie was sent flying upward as he cried out in shock and in pain. HE then hit the ground hard and was about to be sent skyward again.
"Reggie!" Laura called out and thus Obi-Wan acted and used the Force to pull Reggie out of his predicament. His metal body created sparks from the friction, but he was more or less safe for now.
"That's it!" Reggie snarled as he then got back up. "Now I'm pissed!" He roared and began to summon forth his Cosmogenic arm. "Let's go Quantum the Imperium!" He invoked and soon they saw the cannon appear in Reggie's hands as he took aim at Vader. Reggie then opened fire on Vader hitting his hands as the came out before they stopped.
Vader appeared once more only for Laura to be heard. "Lend me your strength Clarissa!" Laura called and soon enough Vader was hit by the power of the Cosmogenic Arm Clarissa the White. Laura held the staff before taking a battle stance once more.
"Nanaki!" Zurna was heard as she fired off her own Cosmogenic arm and nailed Vader straight in the eye causing him to suffer for it.
Everyone stood together ready to keep fighting as they started to pull out the heavy artillery against Dark Falz Vader. Vader glared at each of them but upon Ahsoka for a moment his glare dimmed before focusing his rage and frustration against the others again.
(Meanwhile outside the Space/time rift)
ARKS Operatives, ARKS Defenders, and Republic Clone Troopers were fighting off the DOLLS units on the ground. Laser fire and blade slashes could be seen as kept Dark Falz and the DOLLS away from Central City and from Central Cannon.
"City Commander we've lost contact with General Kenobi I repeat General Kenobi has been taken." Cody reported as the battle went on around the united forces.
(Meanwhile over with Anakin)
"That bastard." Anakin snarled as he glared over to where Dark Falz had been originally. In his place was a massive ball of dark energy that prevented anyone and anything from breaching it. A few of the fighters had already fired their rockets at it but the attack was ineffective.
"Cody Rex keep the men focused on the fight at hand the plan is still a go." Anakin said as he focused on the mission hoping and praying Ahsoka was alive and well in there. Anakin needed the Central Cannon to fire soon so they can breach in and rescue his friends from Dark Falz.
Anakin proceeded to open fire upon the incoming Oruqs before swerving past them in his starfighter. HE had seen how much damage the Dark Falz have done due to Elder on Ryloth and Apprentice on Geonosis. Already the Jedi Knight could see the damages being caused by Vader who even when focused on a specific enemy was not letting up. Vader was smart perhaps he was even a seasoned military leader so he knows what to hit that will hurt.
Still, he was not one to surrender, after all Anakin was the man with no fear and whoever Vader used to be didn't matter. He was an enemy now and thus had to be stopped before he could begin a reign of destruction across the galaxy. So, with this resolve Anakin charged in and fought through the DOLLS in order to liberate Halpha from the Separatist and the Dark Falz.
(Back inside the Space/Time Rift)
The battle continued as Reggie hovered by firing Quantum at Vader's arms. Nearby Laura sent of Light Techniques against Vader doing damage via blades of light that she had summoned. Following it up was Zurna who let loose a charge shot against Vader when she saw his hand within range. The shot hit but did not stop him before she was forced to block the attack with the flat side of Nanaki. Her boots grinded against the ground as she was pushed all the way to the edge of the platform before Vader finally stopped. Zurna then moved out of the way before Vader could unleash a follow up attack. Then Morgan came in with her Partisan ready to fight.
"Rampage through the Realms Sleipnir!" Morgan invoked and in turn unleashed the CAST Operative power of her own Cosmogenic Arm. Morgan zoomed in with her boosters active and cleaved her Partisan through one of Vader's arms taking out of the fight. Nearby Reggie used Quantum to boost his way towards another arm and when he got close atomized another of Vader's arms with his cannon.
Yuvel, Laura, and Ahsoka went towards an exposed weak point on Vader and exploited it. Yuvel and Ahsoka went for the weak point and while Vader reeled back in pain Laura beamed in and attacked his eye with her staff. This caused Vader a great deal of pain as he roared from it showing that they were winning this battle.
The battle had been going on for some time now and so far, the four ARKS Operatives and their two Jedi allies seemed to be winning. "Hey guys I think we can do this!" Reggie called happy to see victory was within their grasp now.
Vader glared at them before the neon blue of his body turned into a crimson red. "Or not." Zurna said as she saw what was now happening.
"Get ready!" Laura cut in and soon enough Vader flew up to the area above them and released his hands to the edges of the platform.
Yuvel saw this and the Jedi sensed an attack was coming. So, in response Vader let loose a barrage of lasers at the group and thus they were all forced to dodge it. The Jedi were able to weave and avoid the attacks with ease and to Obi-Wans surprise so was Yuvel. However, Laura, Reggie, and Zurna were having difficulties. Laura was doing well to avoid the beams while Reggie struggled with it but not to harshly. Zurna however was not doing so well as she was getting one to many close calls with the red lasers coming close to her person.
Eventually the laser came to an end, but Vader did not return to the ground. Instead, he began to slam his fists down upon the group attempting to squash them where they all stood. The group was forced to move and avoid the attacks but clearly it was not doing them any good. Already Yuvel found himself being blasted back when the fists let out a burst of energy as was Zurna. Obi-Wan saw that anticipating Vader's movement was becoming more difficult by the second.
Vader was a force of rage Obi-Wan could sense that and it brought him concern. But he also sensed that despite the advantage Vader had the four ARKS Operatives kept getting back up to fight. So, he would not let them stand alone and held his ground against this foe. The ferocity of Vader's attacks only increased and yet despite it the group held on refusing to surrender Halpha's future.
The battle progressed with them trying to lay a decisive blow against Dark Falz Vader. Force power of the Jedi was used in conjunction with Photonic prowess of ARKS with the mission to defeat Vader. Vader for his part was proving to be resilient but even he had limits and considering he was holding back still Vader knew he had to end this fight now. Vader then pushed off from the platform and the next thing everyone knew they were stuck inside barriers made by Vader's hands.
"What is this?" Obi-Wan asked as he was unable to avoid it. The hand had come at him like a homing rocket made to trap him.
"Uh I think its to hold us still for that!" Reggie called pointing at Vader and seeing how he was charging up a big attack.
"Ahsoka!" Laura cried out as she got the Togruta's attention on her. "It's time use the Cosmogenic Arm!" Laura called out and in turn Ahsoka knew the sword she had strapped to her back. She had been asked about it several times but if now was the time to use it, then Ahsoka will do so.
"Please… let this work…" Ahsoka began as she began to draw the Katana from its blade. "Hoshinoken!" Ahsoka called out and in turn she drew the blade and sliced through the hand that had her trapped. The release of power was incredible as the blade itself gave off a faint glow and the Kyber Crystal flowed with the power of the Force.
Ahsoka looked at the weapon amazed as she felt a powerful force within it. Not it was time to unleash that power. She then charged through and began assisting in getting everyone free. Cleaving through the hands Ahsoka fought her way through freeing Obi-Wan, Reggie, Laura, Zurna, and Yuvel all in that order. The attacks did more then just free them however as with each destroyed hand Vader suffered a strike to his own power for it. This caused him to crash again unveiling his core to the group. Ahsoka charged in as she felt strange as if her connection to the Force had been shifted to the sword.
Ignoring it Ahsoka roared out and sliced through Vader's core causing him pain. In fact, it was enough pain to force him to rear back and go to what looked to be the ceiling. His claws cleaved into the reality of it and began to drain power from it to fuel his own but in doing so he destabilized it. Vader then hit the platform as the roof and the surrounding wall all shattered.

The group soon found themselves back outside and saw the sky battle going on around them. They even saw the ground forces fighting the DOLLS on the ground. They were out and while it didn't mean they won it must mean communications might have been restored for this battle.

Dark Falz [Vader] The Machine roared in fury as he was clearly losing this battle. Just then their coms sprang to life and with it a bridge tech was heard. "Communications have been restored we can monitor your movement!" The Bridge tech called out clearly seeing what was going on.
"Wait, Dark Falz is weaker then when he arrived, you're really doing damage to him!" Another called and in turn this meant they had a chance.
"Continue the attack!" Gabriel added in while monitoring the mission from the base.
Not needing to be told twice Yuvel and his team with Morgan, Ahsoka, and Obi-Wan were ready for battle. But first they were going to need some help to bring down Vader. "Anakin!" Yuvel called to his communications. "We need air support gunships, bombers, Tanks, walkers, artillery; the works!" Yuvel called as they needed all the help they can get here and now.
"Calling it in now!" Anakin responded as he knew they had Vader cornered.
Vader for his part began his attack as he slammed his arms around crawling around the platform to best his attacker. The way he moved showed he was in a frenzy of rage which meant they did in fact have this powerful Dark Falz cornered. Vader then jumped up into the air when he was at a ledge and landed back in the center of the platform sending a shockwave that rose up the ground on the group. They were sent hurdling in the air but managed to fix themselves. Once they got back down and back on their feet they went for the glowing parts on Vader's arms. Obi-Wan and Morgan worked on one arm, Ahsoka and Laura went for the second, Reggie and Zurna went for the fourth, and this left Yuvel with the last arm.
Vader was angry and he was not going to take this insult. So, he let lose his fury against his foes attempting to slaughter all of them. But before he could continue his attack explosions went off on his back causing him to stumble from it. Looking to the source he saw Y-Wings were flying by dropping bombs down on him. Following this up was several Republic Gunships that opened fire on Vader showing they would stand alongside their allies from ARKS.
Vader fired off a beam of energy and took out a few gunships but when he did, he was assaulted by artillery and tank fire from the ground. Everyone was attacking him as Anakin lead his squadron of star fighters against Vader.
"Take him down as many runs as it takes!" Anakin ordered and the battle against Vader was progressing in their favor.
Reggie and Zurna jumped back and aimed their Cosmogenic arms at Vader's arm. "COME GET SOME!" Reggie roared as he and Zurna fired a powerful beam of photons at the armor destroying it and causing Vader to stumble from it.
Over with Laura and Ahsoka the pair were working on conjunction. Laura released a powerful beam attack of light against the weakness of Vader. This in turn left it vulnerable for Ahsoka to slice through it with the Hoshinoken.
At the same time Obi-Wan and Morgan jumped up and cross slashed against another of Vader's weakened areas. This resulted in the armor shattering much like the other parts had done. Vader roared in pain and would have attempted an attack if Obi-Wan and Morgan had not moved away from him.
But then came Yuvel as he charged in avoiding Vader's light blade attacks before slicing through the armor. This resulted in Vader losing his last core point leaving his main core ripe for the taking. Yuvel landed on the ground before he zoomed up and came down to attack Vader slicing through his eye. Vader roared in pain as this proved to be the final blow against the Dark Falz.

When Yuvel landed on the ground he and the others all saw the ground was breaking apart showing Vader could not sustain it much longer. "We need gunships here now!" Morgan called and in turn after receiving Clone Gunships came and opened their sides.
"Get on hurry!" A clone called out and thus they all ran for it. Heading into the gunship they all jumped in as fighters all moved away to give Central Cannon all the room to fire. As they flew away, they all watched as Vader hovered there ripe for the Central Cannon to tear through him.
(The Central Tower Command Room)
"Photon Generators 1 through 6 are now stabilized." A bridge tech called as she typed away on her console.
"The PCU Is fully charged, we're ready to fire!" Another bridge tech called which Gabriel heard.
"What are you waiting on me for? FIRE!" Gabriel called out and in turn the Central Cannons powerful trigger was pulled.

Central Cannon opened fire and released the fury of Photonic power upon Dark Falz Vader. Vader acted fast and diverted all of his remaining power to produce a shield. The barrier took the beams attack head on and with it the barrier was destroyed just after the beam lost power. The explosion hit and everyone got happy thinking they had won.
But their celebration was cut short as Vader revealed he was still alive. But now he was injured and thus was forced to retreat for now. His forces also did the same as they vanished into flashes of neon blue. It was a small victory though, but it came at a cost for the joined forces of the Clone Army and of ARKS.
(Scene Break Central City Command Center)
After everyone had time to calm down the injured were tended too Gabriel stood in front of Morgan, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yuvel, Laura, Rex, Zurna, Reggie, and Ahsoka. "This was not the victory we were hoping for…" Gabriel began as he stood before the group. "But it was still a victory none the less." Gabriel said taking what he could here. "But I'm afraid it came at a cost." Gabriel said and thus Yuvel had to ask.
"What has happened?" Yuvel asked worried for the outcome.
"We've depleted our primary power core and now the city is operating on reserve power." Morgan said showing that Central City was still in danger. She knew this was bad, but Gabriel had to make the hard choice as a leader out here.
"There's no telling how much time we have left before Central City goes dark completely." Gabriel said getting everyone on subject.
"And if Central City goes dark, we'll be left vulnerable." Obi-Wan said seeing how this was bad for them.
"So that only leaves one option left." Anakin said knowing they had to take the risk. "We need to get the Vanaford Labs out of enemy control." Anakin said showing that he had every intention of retaking that lab from their enemies.
Everyone looked to each other for a moment before Reggie smirked a bit to this. "When do we start?" Reggie asked as he was excited to get some action.
"As soon as possible." Gabriel responded and thus they had to start coming up with a battle plan to retake the Vanaford Labs from the Separatists and the Dark Falz Collective.
(Meanwhile Unknown Location Darth Shiva)
Shiva saw upon her throne as she observed the holographic images of Yuvel and his fight against Vader. Shiva smiled to this as she reached her hand to the screen as if to grasp at Yuvel. "Oh, Guardian wonderous Guardian shall you be the hero of the light to cast the darkness out?" Shiva asked as she found it amusing. "Oh, Guardian terrifying Guardian, shall the light be consumed by your darkness?" Shiva continued as she looked upon Yuvel's image. "Oh, Guardian indominable Guardian for whom I have waited to face once more, shall you be corrupted by darkness or purified by light?" She asked wanting to see the full might of the Guardian.
