Paddles got in a fighting stance and raised his tail arm then Grimlock charged again and when he got client enough Paddles swung then arm with enough force to cause Grimlock to fly backward landing on the ground with a boom. Grimlock growled softly as he got up with a little gash on his snout which leaked energon a little then Grimlock snarled glaring at Paddles, Paddles buried the blades of his tail arm into the ground and the tail where paddles arm began,started to shift downward a little and Paddles pulled his arm out revealing a fist then twin energon swords formed in his hands and he got in a a fighting stance.
"Come on!"Paddles said ready to fight but then another voice got Grimlock's attention Scorn stood firm staring down at Grimlock "you and me,Gladiatorial rematch,no swords or shields just teeth and claws."Scorn said as he pounded his fists into the ground and his body transformed into a mechanical Spinosaurus, Scorn let out a roar that shook the whole forest. Grimlock roared in response and stomped towards him then both of them charged at each other and collided with their heads both began pushing each other trying to get the upper hand, Paddles just stood there watching wondering if he should jump in at any time?
Grimlock growled as he began to push Scorn back with his feet dragging back to the ground, Grimlock was strong but Scorn was stronger thanks to his secret weapon: the sail on his back, during the struggle he's been absorbing solar energy and now its time to transfer it to his strength,Scorn's eyes glowed blue as he felt the energy flow from his sail to every circuit in his body and felt himself getting stronger as he began pushing Grimlock back fairly easily, making Grimlock struggle to pushed back,then with a mighty shove Scorn sent Grimlock flying back a few meters.
Grimlock immediately got up and charged at Scorn who proformed a tail swipe hitting Grimlock across the face making him stumble before Scorn managed to get his crocodile like jaws around Grimlock's neck, Grimlock tried to get out but Scorn wasn't letting go not until Grimlock calmed down and got his head on straight. Then with a a mighty toss Scorn threw Grimlock a few yards away and he landed on the ground with a boom, then Grimlock immediately began to stand up again "Stay down Grimlock!"Scorn said as he charged towards Grimlock with the speed of a freight train and smashed into the side of Grimlock's body with the force of one knocking Grimlock over Scorn transformed into robot mode just as Grimlock was getting up again then Scorn and Paddles proceeded to double punch Grimlock causing Grimlock to finally collapse back on the ground with his eyes flickering a little bit before he transformed back into robot mode groaning before rising to one knee and then he looked up at Scorn in confusion "are you alright?"Scorn asked "not really my head is pounding and my body feels like it just got hit by Astrotrain."Grimlock said then he looked towards Paddles "Paddles you're alive."Grimlock said with crystal clear happiness in his voice.
"What happened?"Grimlock asked "well you went ballistic after seeing Snarl hurt you transformed and went on a little rampage,we knocked some sense back into you."Scorn explained Grimlock groaned while a unpleasant thought ran through his mind "did i hurt anyone?" "Not really."Scorn said as Grimlock stood on his feet feeling a little bit guilty about his transformation, Shockwave did something to his t cog that made it work a little differently, he can't transform at will anymore he can only transform when he's enraged which proved an issue as evident he can't control himself, Grimlock knows now that sometime in the future he must repair his t cog.
Grimlock sighed his mind now on one important thing "Where's Snarl?" "He should be back at the base."Scorn said as he began to run with Grimlock and Paddles following him, minutes later the three of them arrived at the base to see Swoop holding pressure on Snarl's wound but no Sludge,Slug or Slam in sight "hey you're back,and you found Paddles!"Swoop said elated "Oh Primus Snarl."Paddles said with concern as he gazed on Snarl's unconscious body "Where's Sludge,Slug and Slam?"Grimlock asked "Snarl needs medical attention and Flatline is the only medic around,so they went to get him."Swoop said.
Meanwhile
As the sun slowly began to set over the horizon Sludge, Slug and Slam treked through the forest heading towards Shockwave's base Slam wasn't at all sure about the idea of going to enemy territory short staffed, "guys are you sure we shouldn't wait for Scorn and Grimlock?"Slam asked with hesitation "Snarl doesn't have much time Slam,he needs medical attention right now."Sludge said with urgency in his tone "do we have a plan, the 3 of us against all of them isn't exactly in our favor?"Slug asked curiously Sludge hadn't exactly thought about that yet.
Meanwhile
At Shockwave's base, Shockwave continued working on the scanners to find the Nemesis and the Decepticons,Flatline came in "how goes the scanner?" "I've managed to repair the scanners but it's range is still limited to how far it can reach."Shockwave said "well can't you modify it to reach farther?"Flatline asked "I can with the right equipment which i left on Cybertron."Shockwave said with disappointment "so then we're slagged?"Flatline asked ready to admit defeat in finding the nemesis "not quite yet,the scanner has a range of 3 and a half miles, if the nemesis is on this planet hopefully it will be within that range."Shockwave said pressing a few buttons and the scanner began searching for any trace of the nemesis but unfortunately found nothing.
"Nothing."Shockwave said making Flatline sigh as he began to look at the much bigger picture "Ok Shockwave,i know how important it is to find the Nemesis,but we need to focus entirely on the Dinobots, we're down one man and it's only amatter of time before they strike again and take another one of us out."Flatline said with growing fear. "We still have them out numbered Flatline."Shockwave said "for how long Shockwave?!"Flatline asked raising his voice Shockwave didn't respond he just stared at Flatline "how long until the Dinobots defeat the Predacons and dismantle me, leaving just you and them?"Flatline asked crossing his arms.
Shockwave gazed into Flatline's optics for several seconds and said this "You're stressed out, go and take a drive or something." Flatline looked at Shockwave in disbelief then with a huff he immediately left the bridge and then the ship.
Flatline walked around the area of the territory with Hun-Grrr and Serket nearby but they weren't the only things nearby, hinding in the shadows of the trees the three dinobots watched eyeing Flatline "there he is."Slam said ready to grab him "wait Hun-Grrr and Serket are nearby i don't know where the others are."Sludge said in a low tone "Probably around here somewhere we need careful planning and..."Slug immediately froze mid sentence as he heard a transformation sound and notced Slam in Ankylosaurus mode charging towards Hun-Grrr and Serket.
"you know Hun-Grrr there's a planet out there that has cybertronians with beast modes,just beast modes,when we destroy the Dinobots and find a way off this rock let's go there together, you me and the other predacons let's leave the decepticons behind forever."Serket suggested Hun-Grrr found that to be interesting a planet full of beasts sounds like a nice vacation spot. Hun-Grrr was about to respond when he noticed Slam charging behind her Hun-Grrr shoved her out of the way just in time as Slam swung his tail hitting Hun-Grrr in the sternum causing him to fly and crash through the windshield of the ship colliding into Shockwave.
"What the?!"Serket exclaimed as Slug ran out of the trees and shot at Serket who dodged some of the blaster fire, she ducked towards the tree line which proved to be an grave error as Sludge appeared in front of her wielding a hammer "Oh scrap."Serket said as Sludge swung the hammer into Serket's body causing her to fly across the forest past Flatline and sent crashing into some trees. "whoa!"Flatline exclaimed in surprise looking at the Dinobot trio "Ha ha Dinobots rock!"Slam exclaimed victoriously Sludge stomped over towards Flatline who backed up nervous "whoa ok I surrender!" Sludge frowned "Relax, we're not going hurt you...yet, we need you to come with us right now."
